Time Period: A Flashback to February of 1965
Date: 2-21-1965
Place: The Church
Scene 1: The Women's Bathroom
Action: A woman (a fellow choir member) hears Olivia (16) vomiting in the bathroom
The woman (greatly concerned): Are you okay?
Olivia (washing her hands): No. I haven't been feeling well in the past few weeks.
(The kind woman offers Olivia a peppermint and bottled water. Olivia tells the woman whose name is Grace thank you)
Grace: I don't mean to be noisy, but when was your last cycle?
Olivia (panicky): My cycle has been late. I know what a late cycle means, but I hope it is not true.
Grace (resting a comforting hand on Olivia's shoulder): You are pregnant. You are not alone. I have been in your position before. I gave my baby away to a childless couple.
Olivia (crying into her hands): OH MY GOD
(Feeling overwhelmed, Olivia exits the bathroom. Grace and Olivia rejoin their peers (the other choir members) on the stage. Dizziness takes over Olivia and she collapses on the stage. Church service is immediately put on hold).
Scene 2: Olivia's hospital recovery room
Situation: Post Olivia's collapse at church
The doctor (to Olivia): You are four weeks pregnant. This is why you have been feeling unwell.
Olivia (in denial): I am a teenager. I am pastor's daughter. I can't be with child.
Stanley (Olivia's dad): Malcolm X was just assassinated. My daughter is pregnant. What else can go wrong?
(Deacon and the rest of the family are silent. Olivia considers having an abortion until she remembers her sister and brother in law have been trying for a baby. She allows them to adopt her baby (Sarah).
Time Period: The Present Reality
Action: Sarah is siitting in the porch swing and talking to Olivia (Sarah's aunt and birth mother) for the final time
Olivia (on the other end of the phone): Hello, my precious baby
Sarah (on the phone): So I am your baby now
Olivia: I gave birth to you. You have always been my baby.
(Sarah and Olivia talk some more then hang up. Olivia's unexpected death on 3-28-2021 turns Sara world upside down).

Date: 3-28-2021
Scene 1: Kyle and Sarah's bedroom
Kyle (preparing to go church): Its time to wake up, honey. The children will be presenting at church today.
Sarah (depressed, she stays in the bed): You and the kids can attend church service without me
Kyle: I know your aunt died, but you can't neglect your family
Sarah (hysterical): My aunt was my birth mother. You will never understand our deep connection.
Kyle (choked up): My parents died when I was young.
(Kyle takes the children to church. Sarah does attend church eventually. James prays for Sarah in which brings her temporary relief).

Time Period: A Flashback to
Date: 10-1-1965 (Olivia is nine months pregnant and super close to delivery)
Scene: Olivia's bedroom
Deacon (Olivia's boyfriend and baby daddy) climbs through the bedroom window): Hello, Liv. I decided to climb through your bedroom window since I am not allowed inside the house. Your family especially your dad and our pastor resents me for getting you pregnant.
Olivia (heavily pregnant and experiencing Braxton Hicks, she rests in the bed): I am glad you came. The baby is coming. You can take me to the hospital.
Deacon (frantic): OH MY GOD! I AM NOT READY!
Olivia (feeling calm again): It was false alarm. I am not in labor.
Deacon (relieved): Wow! That was really a close call.
Olivia: I have been experiencing intense Braxton Hicks. They are normal in this late stage of pregnancy. They have been preparing my body to give birth.
Deacon: I understand, Sweetheart
Olivia (placing Deacon's hand on her stomach): Sarah is quite active. I predict she will arrive in a few days.
Deacon (choked up): We created this precious miracle. I am not ready to let her go.
Olivia: My sister Meredith and her husband Lewis have been dealing with fertility issues. They have agreed to adopt Sarah.
Deacon: I assume Sarah will know us as her aunt and uncle
Olivia: You are not Sarah's uncle until you marry me
Deacon (placing a ring on Olivia's finger): This promise ring is your push gift. I am also wearing a promise ring. I am devoted to you and nobody else. I will marry you when the time is right.
Olivia (kissing and hugging Deacon): I love you
Deacon: I love you too
(The Flashback ends)
Time Period: A Flashback- Post Sarah's birth
Date: 10-3-1965
Scene: Olivia's hospital recovery room
Olivia (holding baby Sarah): I wish I could keep you, my little princess
Deacon (rushing to Olivia's bedside): Liv, I heard you screaming in the hallway. It sounded like a war zone in the delivery room. I thought I lost you and Sarah at one point.
Olivia: I was in so much pain back then. Sarah was worth my misery and discomfort. Thankfully, we survived our tough ordeal.
Deacon: Can I hold our little angel?
Olivia (placing Sarah in Deacon's arms): Yes of Course
(Bittersweet describes their mood when they sign away their parental rights. The flashback ends.)
Time Period: A Flashback (Five Years Later)
Date: 10-3-1970
Special Event: Sarah's fifth birthday party
Action: Sarah greets a newly wed Olivia and Deacon (in their early twenties) with a hug and kiss
Sarah (thrilled): Auntie! Uncle!
Olivia (presents Sarah with a doll and a charm bracelet): Happy birthday, Sarah. Your uncle and I have brought you a doll.
Sarah (holding the doll and charm bracelet close to her heart): Thanks
Deacon: You are welcome
Meredith (approaching the lovely trio): Olive and Deacon, I thank God for coming to the party
Olivia: We were present for Sarah's birth. We couldn't miss her fifth birthday party.
Meredith: Your presence is greatly appreciated
Deacon: I am looking forward to our own child's fifth birthday party someday
Olivia: I am not ready to have a baby. We should take things slow. We are just only newly weds. We have just only graduated from college.
(The flashback ends)

Action: Sarah discovers a doll and a charm bracelet that her aunt and uncle gave her in the attic

Pops (reading the tombstone): Here lies John Connor, a beloved son and a great leader
Sarah (sobbing heavily): OH MY PRECIOUS SWEET BABY
Pops: We must let him rest in peace
Sarah: I gave him life. I will never forget about him.
Kyle: John almost killed us. He wasn't our son. He doesn't deserve a tombstone.
Sarah: The dark matter messed up his brain. He was our son deep down in that evil soul.
Kyle: You can love him and hold onto his memory. The world is better off without him in my opinion. John is dead. What happens next?
Pops: This is the end or maybe not
Time Period: A Flashback
Situation: Pop's death
Action: She found him hunched over in a chair by the tv. It was very unusual for him to take a nap with the tv on overnight. She touched him, but he was unresponsive. Her loud wails and screams beckoned Kyle. Together, Sarah and Kyle discovered Pops' system had simply shut down. They burned his dead corpse. Kyle comforted Sarah by playing a song on his guitar. Who knew Kyle would disappear next? He left behind a son (John) for her to raise and love.
Time Period: A Flashback
Year: 2005
Situation: The great and legendary Sarah Connor (Lena) is dying from Brea Cancer. John (Thomas) gradually learns to let her go. Kyle serenades Sarah to sleep. He takes her home.
Time Period: The Present Reality
Date: 4-4-2021 (an Easter Egg hunt)
Situation: After her aunt's death, Sarah learns to embrace life again with the help of Kyle's singing and her kids

Place: A Hospital Delivery Room
Special Event: Sarah's Birth
Olivia (16) she stretches and stresses herself out): AHA..AHA..AHA..AHA
Meredith (Olivia's sister) using a handkerchief to wipe sweat off Olivia's face): You are doing a beautiful job
Olivia (pushing aggressively): AHA...AHA..AHA...AHA
Doctor: Olivia, you must relax your muscles
Olivia (crying out in pain): I just want it out
Doctor: I know you are in a lot of pain. You must relax your muscles though.
Olivia (trying to relax her muscles): I am trying to relax
Anne (Olivia's mom): You are so young and brave
Olivia (giving into her pain and sorrow again): AHA..AHA..AHA
The doctor (counting and applying pressure to Olivia's stomach): 1..2..3..4..5
Olivia (gritting her teeth): GRR..AHA...AHA...AHA
(Sarah enters the world and an exhausted but happy Olivia collapses back on her pillow. Olivia and her boyfriend Deacon allow Meredith and her husband Lewis to adopt Sarah)
