Hey all! The name given is one that I loved the second it came to mind. I couldn't find a name that I liked more than the one used. It's a unique name it's own right, I won't say why.

Enjoy!

"Why must they live so far away?" Zoe asked, anxiously watching the scenery go by as Wade drove. The four hours between Tuscaloosa and Bluebell felt like a year's worth of time. It didn't matter how fast Wade drove, it felt like they were stuck in time in the same spot as they crept along the highway.

"It's only 4 hours," Wade responded. "They could live in a different state and be further away," he reminded her. He feels the same way Zoe does. He wished that his son lived closer to them, but it doesn't always work that way. As anxious as he is to be there, he's not going to break any laws.

"Or they could live in a different state and be closer," she commented, sighing. She grew tired of the distance between her children, she would like nothing more than for them to be at home in Bluebell.

"They're going to be fine, it's not like we're going to miss out on the first year of his life because we have to drive a few hours," Wade told her. "Breathe, Zo, we'll be there before the little one is born," he assured his wife. And if they weren't, they'd still be fine. It's not like they're going to be in the delivery room. They'll be at the hospital to see their grandchild either way. It's going to be fine if they are a few hours late.

"You might be right," Zoe conceded. "I just don't like being so far away."

During times like this, she wonders what was going through her dad's mind when he was so far away. Wonders if at any time he regretted moving away from the only home he knew. The older her children get and move on with their lives and create families of their own, she often wonders if her dad ever felt the way she does. Happy, scared, sad, nervous and a mix of other emotions.

Happy that her son gets to become a father, he has been a father to Isaac, and she knows that isn't going to change now that he will have a son or daughter of his own. Isaac won't be treated any different by Will. Scared because she won't be there to help Will out when he's having trouble at 2 in the morning. Zoe's going to be sad that she's going to miss seeing her grandchild grow up, that instead of being there during the day in person, it'll be through pictures, and videos. Nervous for various reasons. Anything can go wrong at any time, and she won't be there to help.

"I am right," Wade told his wife, resting a hand on her knee. "Everything is going to be okay, and you're worrying about nothing. Will hasn't called to say our very first grandchild has been born yet," he pointed out. "We have time," he said, giving her knee a gentle squeeze.

"You may very well be right, but it doesn't mean that I have to like the distance between us," Zoe retorted softly, placing her hand on top of her husbands.

Soon enough they were pulling into the hospital parking lot, it just wasn't soon enough for Zoe or Wade's liking. But there wasn't anything they could do with the miles between where they live and where their son happens to call home. It's not like they can force their son and his growing family to move to Bluebell, so they could be closer. Life doesn't happen that way. Will is a grown man and not that little boy they brought home from the hospital.

Stepping off the elevator on the floor needed, they spotted Aurora waiting, messing around on her phone, looking to be half asleep. Skipping the nurses station to see if they could get an update on Maggie, they headed to their daughter. They didn't know she was flying in.

"This is one big surprise," Zoe stated, pulling her daughter into a tight hug, not wanting to let her go. It's been four and a half months since she last saw her daughter. Aurora hadn't been able to come home from Christmas so the last time they saw her had been for Planksgiving.

"I couldn't miss seeing my baby niece or nephew for the first time," Aurora commented, prying herself from her mom's embrace to give her dad a hug. She missed her family.

Will and Maggie decided to keep the gender of their baby a secret. They didn't find out either. As hard as they thought it would be to get a nursery fully decorated and to get stocked up on enough baby items for their child's first year of life, it turned out to be easy. They went ahead and gave the nursery a blueish-gray color. A white crib and a white changing table with a navy blue rocking chair. They decided together that they have time to decorate the room once they get to know their child and to see his or her personality come out.

"How long do we get you for?" Wade asked, letting his daughter go.

"I fly out tomorrow afternoon, I need to be at work Friday evening. I had today and tomorrow off, figured what better way to spend it than on a plane and in a hospital I don't work at," she shrugged. Aurora doesn't mind, she would have done whatever it took to be here to support her brother and Maggie with the birth of her niece or nephew. She will forever be an aunt to Isaac, nothing will ever change that, the difference being she wasn't able to be there when he was born, for the big reason of not knowing Maggie at that time. There's nothing that would stop her from being here for her family. Especially since Maggie is bringing another human into the world.

"It's what we do for our siblings," Wade commented, taking a seat next to his wife. Zoe took the only seat next to Aurora. He would have done the same for Jesse, if he wouldn't have been in New York at the time when Calla was in labor with Finn.

While they waited they got caught up with their daughter's life. They were happy to hear that she was getting better at juggling her professional life and her personal life. She even started a relationship with someone she had met at a local art show. They've only been dating for two and a half weeks now. Aurora's not sure where their relationship is headed, but things are fun between them, and for now she's okay with that. She can see the perks of taking a relationship at a slower pace. They don't have a need to rush into anything. They're still getting to know each other.

Zoe and Wade couldn't be any happier for their daughter. To see how she's flourishing and becoming her own person. It's a beautiful sight to see. They have only wanted to see her happy doing whatever it is she wished to do in her life. Aurora's doing exactly what she's meant to be doing, there is no denying that.

"Aurora?" Will asked, his smile only growing seeing his sister waiting with their parents.

"Surprise," Aurora smiled, hugging her brother. "Tell me do I have a niece or a nephew?" She asked, letting their mom and dad hug Will.

"Yes, put us out of our misery," Zoe stated.

"Follow me," he told his family, leading them through the halls, to the little room that housed the newborn babies for the time being. "The little pink bundle in the middle row, third to the right is Jacqueline Earl," he introduced. They didn't know what they were going to name their baby. They couldn't agree on any name, so they were going to wait for their baby to be born before settling on a name. He wasn't sure about the name, but he couldn't argue that the name easily flowed together, and it brought a smile to his face. Maggie had been the one to suggest using Earl for the middle of their little girl. How could he say no?

"She's absolutely beautiful," Zoe smiled, becoming anxious to hold her granddaughter. The name warmed her, and she swore she saw her husband shed a tear at the name given.

"Precious," Wade whispered, taken with his granddaughter with the namesakes of his parents. The little girl already had her grandpappy wrapped around her little finger.
