"Winner: Tommy Phenyl!"

The crowd looked out in shock at what they had just witnessed; Tommy stood still like Conan and looked out over the crowd. "To everyone in West Genetics...starting today, as the new Student Council President, the ranking hierarchy will be observed more strictly!" said the new Student Council President coldly. "In doing so, we shall grant a solid command structure for the safety of our comrades. West Genetics shall become THE #1 Pandora academy in the world...THIS IS WEST GENETICS' DUTY! AND OURS IS TO BECOME THE BEST PANDORA IN THE FUCKING GALAXY!"

After a long silence, the entire crowd erupted into an applause.

"Yo, Tommy Phenyl! Congratulations on becoming Student Council President!" Satellite said after the battle; behind him was his Limiter. "I was thinking...Kazuha and I are going to a Social Psycho concert tonight, and I accidentally bought an extra ticket, so I was wondering if—"

*CHOKE*

"GAH!"

Suddenly, Satellite was grabbed by the next by Tommy, shocking Kazuha.

"Listen closely, Satellite L. Bridget: Clifford may have been tolerant enough to let you off the hook with your bloodthirsty, sex-offending behavior on several occasions, but I will honor his memory by doing what he could NOT; if I find out you've been causing trouble throughout this school, I WILL punish you...STRICTLY!" And so, Tommy released Satellite's neck, causing the Pandora punk to clutch his neck and gasp for air.

"Lite-senpai! Are you alright?" Kazuha bent down next her partner.

"And for the record," Tommy continued as he walked off, "I HATE Social Psycho..."

"W-Well...what am I gonna do about the extra ticket," Satellite said loudly to himself.

"I'LL go~de arimasu!" shouted a voice all too familiar to both the Pandora punk and his blue-haired Limiter.

Meanwhile, in the recovery center, Arnold sat on a hospital bed in devastation, surrounded by his fellow third-years. "*SIGH* Sorry, guys," he whispered. "I fucked up. I get too arrogant and—"

"Forget about that, Arnold," said Alessandro. "Right now, we need to focus on carrying on Elliot's will."

"Seriously? And how are we gonna do THAT?! That's the dumbest idea ever! And they used to call me 'Mad Dog' back then! The truth is...I'm just not good enough. I can't even get seriously angry with Elliot...or even become the next President. When—or IF—he finally decides to comeback, all I can tell him is...is, 'There's no place for you here anymore!'"

"Snap out of it!" snapped Alessandro. "For now, we have to watch over...the work of our new President...and make he's worthy of the role of 'Student Council President'...just like what Elliot would have done! It's our duty...whether you like it or NOT!"

Meanwhile, in the culture center, Tommy was watching some videos of himself and Clifford. "...Clifford...I have now become what you have been when you were alive...but I don't know if I can be good enough. I'm not as strong as you, and I'm not good enough to deal with others. There's only ONE Pandora who's good enough to be Student Council President...but now HE'S gone as well. So...I'll do my absolute best! You and Elliot may not be here anymore, but I'll make West Genetics the BEST Genetics academy ever!"

Later that day, Tommy coldly walked through the grounds of West Genetics; the other Pandora looked on in fear and shock.

"Gotta say: you really kicked my ass back there. You must've been hiding that much power all this time," said a familiar voice. "But don't get TOO full of yourself, because I'll be watching be watching like Elliot would've done."

Ignoring Arnold's words, Tommy continued walking...

End of Arc 1

I DID IT! I ACTUALLY DID IT! I managed to get through the entire first arc of "Freezing"! And I feel SO accomplished...somewhat.

Unfortunately, since I've reached the end of the arc, this series will have to enter a pretty long hiatus; next month, I'll do "Aria" Volume 2, and then I'll get back on a series that I haven't touched in a while. Until next time...
