Hey all! I know I have been saying I would have the last chapter posted today, unfortunately that's not how it worked out. I do have the last chapter written and awaiting editing. It will be posted tomorrow.

Enjoy!

"Is everything okay?" Zoe asked her daughter. Ever since they had showed up for a surprise visit, Aurora and Hudson had been on edge, ready to explode over something. Zoe tried to let them find the right time to share whatever it is they have to share, but she can't handle any more of her fidgeting daughter.

"Why would something be wrong?" Aurora asked her mom, placing her hands around the cup of iced tea, to keep from fidgeting, glancing over at her husband. Everything he had to say, he said in one look and that it was best to tell everyone because they're not fooling anyone.

"Sweetie," Wade sighed, from where he sat at the small table, in the kitchen. They hardly ever eat in the dining room. Zoe refuses to let the dining room table go, because they need the space when all of their family comes over for dinner. "I can tell something is going on. Do all of us the favor and tell us what you're clearly here to say," Wade told her.

"I forget that because I don't live here, that you guys can still read me as if I was a teen," Aurora laughed lightly, shaking her head.

"You'll understand how easy it can be to read your child when they're hiding something big from you," Zoe smiled. She loves Jackie and Isaac very much, but she'd like to have a few grandkids to spoil. She's not going to pressure her daughter into giving her a grandchild, Aurora and Hudson are the only ones that know when the time is right for them to have a baby. It's not a decision to be made lightly. A baby is a lifetime commitment.

"We'll know in roughly 5 months," Aurora beamed, happy to be able to tell her parents the news. She's been wanting to tell them since she found out, she held back from doing so. If anything had happened then she would have needed her mom to help her, and it would have been hard to share, and she doesn't want to experience something like that, at any point in her pregnancy.

"My baby girl is going to have a baby of her own," Zoe smiled, giving Aurora a hug the best she could from where they sit next to each other at the table. "Congrats," she sighed, wiping the happy tears from her eyes. "I am so happy for you."

"We both are," Wade said, moving from hugging Hudson, to hugging his daughter.

"Someone can't wait until next month to find out the gender of the little one," Hudson teased, giving Zoe a hug. "We haven't told anyone else yet, because Aurora wanted to tell you guys before you head off to the city of sin," he shared.

"We'll be back with plenty of time to speculate about if you're getting a grandson or a granddaughter," Wade told his wife. They were only going to be in Vegas for a week,

"You don't have to tell me, my mind is still sharp. I should be the one reminding you," Zoe teased, leaning into her husband's side as they were standing around the kitchen.

"I really can't wait to have what they have," Aurora told her husband, folding into his side, smiling as she watched her parents. A never ending love.

"We will," Hudson promised, kissing his wife's temple.

"I liked it better when we had to drive 4 hours," Wade muttered from his spot in the waiting room. Having been told their youngest was pregnant, they stayed close to home when traveling, as they have taken to seeing the vase country they call home. There is no way they'd be missing the birth of their second grandchild.

"You have the keys, go home," she told him, not even glancing at her husband. Their daughter is in active labor, it's not like they've been waiting at the hospital since the middle of the night when Aurora came in. They've barely been at the hospital for 20 minutes now. She can see where her husband is coming from, the long drive keeping them from being forced to sit in the waiting room as they are now, but she rather likes the fact they don't have to drive 4 hours this go around. She wants to be close by just in case.

"We both know I'm not going anywhere," Wade sighed, getting up to stretch. "Want anything to eat or drink?" He asked his wife. He's been tired of sitting in the chairs that feel as hard as the floor after sitting for a few minutes. He wants to be busy, wants to keep his mind focused on other things that could possibly go wrong.

"A fruit bowl and some tea would be good," she told Wade. She wasn't hungry but after eating a very small breakfast she knows she should eat a little something as they hadn't had lunch yet.

Wade nodded, taking a few steps from the waiting area before turning back around. "Would you like to come with me?" Wade asked, gaining his wife's attention. "It's going to be a bit longer. Come take a walk to the cafeteria to…"

"Keep from going stir crazy?" She asked, while filling in the blanks of his statement, standing up. "I would love to," she smiled, slipping her hand into his.

"Those weren't the words I was going to use," Wade told her, pushing the button for the elevator.

"Maybe not, but you were thinking it," she told him, stepping onto the empty elevator pushing the button for the lobby. "You were being nice and weren't sure how to finish your sentence because you didn'twant to start a scene," she shrugged.

"Sometimes it's scary how well you know the inner workings of my mind," he retorted. He's not quite as good at reading Zoe as she is when it comes to him. But there are times when he knows what she's about to say or do. After being married for 36 years, it's not a wonder that they know each other so well.

"It's because I love you," she stated, leaving no room for him to argue with what she said. And he's not going to argue with her, not over something he agrees with, but also because there's no need to start an unwanted fight in the middle of the hospital on what is going to be such a joyous day.

They returned to the waiting area sharing a small laugh. Zoe headed to the nurse's station to see if they had missed anything while they were down in the cafeteria. Turns out they hadn't missed anything, and they were back to waiting. Unlike Will and Maggie, Hudson and Aurora decided right from the very second they learned they were pregnant, that they wanted to know what they were having. At any moment now they'd be meeting their second granddaughter. The only thing they had been quiet about is the name they had picked out.

"We haven't missed anything have we?" Will asked, joining his parents in the waiting area. He had been on his way out of Jammer when an emergency came up and there was no way he could leave it. He had tried to hurry to get it taken care of, but it had taken longer than he had thought.

"Nope, we're still waiting on the news ourselves," Wade told them. "It could be any second to any hour," he shrugged. Wade wasn't thinking that it would at any second now. He's ready to wait for hours. He learned with Will and Aurora real quick that each labor is different, much like the pregnancy is never the same.

"Good," Will stated, relaxing in the chair, across from his father, he didn't want to miss out. Aurora had made it from Chicago before Jackie was born, he would have felt bad if he couldn't make it when it wasn't even an hour away. "While we wait, I've got some questions about the Jammer," he said, waiting to have his dad's full attention before jumping into the questions.

While they talked business about the Jammer, Maggie and Zoe talked about Isaac and Jackie. Maggie showed her mother-in-law the cute pictures she has saved to her phone. Time quickly passed them by as they got lost in talk of business, sports and family. And before they knew it Hudson was showing them to the room where they would be able to meet the newest member to the family.

"We'd like for you to meet Harley Shea," Aurora smiled, her gaze focused on the little bundle in her arms. They had tried to incorporate Earl into the name of their little one, but they couldn't find any form of the name they liked, so they were defeated on that front, and they were okay with it. "Not to make things complicated, we figured we'd call her Shea," she informed the small room. The name didn't sound as pretty the opposite way.

"Can her grandma hold pretty baby Shea?" Zoe asked, moving over to the bed to hold her granddaughter. Wade stood next to her, making sure that Shea has all ten fingers and all ten toes.

"She looks just like her mom," Wade commented, forcing his wife to hand the little bundle over. The very spitting image of Aurora as a newborn. He can see bits of Hudson in her, but it's Aurora all the way.
