Episode 99: Prelude to the Grand Finale! The Attack on Planet Tokyo Begins!

Kaguya Lopez floated in place at the outskirts of the atmosphere, looking down at Planet Tokyo with her arms folded behind her back, and her entire armada ready to put an end to this once and for all.

"Your Majesty, we've already spoken with the Louds," one of the soldiers said. "They'll be here soon enough."

"Stand guard until they arrive," Lopez stated. "If we want this attack to work, we need to hit them with as much power as possible."

"No need to tell me twice," Luna pounded her fists. "Mick Swagger won't know what hit him!"

Meanwhile, at the throne room of Planet Tokyo, Mick looked at the flying duo on a screen, visibly angry as he stood up.

"We'll see about that," then he turned to a pair of servants. "Michelle! Doug! Summon the Loud Busters!"

"Uh, which ones?" the guy asked.

"ALL OF THEM!"

"Yes sir!"

The duo quickly ran away to release the Loud Busters, and Mick took a sigh of relief...

"You're going to lose, you know?"

And then his anger returned when he turned around, and saw a partially corrupted Lulu resting inside a birdcage.

"It's one thing to try fight one of the Loud Sisters, but now you're going to face all of them," the corrupted harpy opened her eyes, unleashing the coldest glare she could muster. "You're done, Mick. And there's nothing you can do about it."

"Quite the sharp tongue for someone who's literally trapped in a birdcage," the rockstar responded. "I don't need to fight the sisters! None of them! I just need to hold the line until my master returns and then-"

"He'll kill you along with everybody else!" Lulu snapped. "Can't you see that the only thing Sincoln cares about is himself!? He'll backstab you and get rid of you as soon as he can't use you anymore!"

"Oh, pipe down, will you? The only thing you have to do is stay there and look pretty: I'll handle everything else, got it?"

Lulu gritted her teeth, and Mick turned back to the screen.

"Now then, Killer Queen. Let's see what you got."

Back in outer space, Luna and Lopez looked behind them to see the squareship of Lisa coming towards them... rather slowly.

"Can't that thing go any faster?" Lopez questioned before feeling an eerie chill.

"I mean, this is space we're talking about," Luna shrugged. "Things tend to be slower in space."

Just then, Lopez turned around, and her eyes widened before she grabbed Luna and threw her away, just in time for the woman to be struck by a masked figure in a purple armor.

"Lopez!"

The princess flailed her arms as she headed straight for the squareship, crashing on the windshield as Luna narrowed her eyes and barked:

"You know what, screw the full force!" Luna swatted the Purple figure back into the atmosphere. "Lunarians! You saw one of those things attack your monarch! Help me teach them a lesson!"

With nothing to stop them, the Lunarians followed Luna as they flew into Planet Tokyo, Lopez promptly joining them by dashing into the planet, all while the alarms blared inside the control room.

"Great, just what I needed!" Luan whined as she began mashing buttons at random. "Come on button mashing, don't fail me now!"

Shortly after, the alarms turned off.

"Button mashing saves the day again!"

And then Lucy and Lynn arrived, both looking rather worried.

"We heard the alarm!" Lynn exclaimed. "What happened?!"

"Doctor Lopez got slammed onto the windshield!" Luan informed. "And then some guys flew by, saying they were "Loud Busters" or something! Luna already went out to deal with them, but we're stuck here in the meantime."

Hearing that, the goddesses of life and death exchanged looks, and nodded with confident smiles.

"Can the cannons shoot humanoid entities?" Lucy asked.

"I think Lisa told me that they could do that," Luan hummed. "Why do you ask?"

"Well, we might have a bonkers idea," Lynn put her hands on her hips. "That'll help us get to Planet Tokyo in the blink of an eye!"

Meanwhile, on the streets of Planet Tokyo, Luna and Lopez walked alongside the Lunarian warriors, the citizens running away while screaming in fear.

"Hey, calm down! We're not here to hurt you!" Luna exclaimed. "We come in peace!"

Lopez poked Luna's shoulder. "Um, Luna, this might be a stretch, but I highly doubt those words meaning anything right after crash landing in a planet with an entire army."

Without warning, the ground shook, and the Loud Buster that punched Lopez flew towards Luna, who promptly used her powers to manipulate gravity and increase it.

However, despite the increase, the Buster was unaffected.

Luna's eyes widened, but this was all she could do before she was decked in the face, sending her crashing straight into a building.

Lopez was next to try deal with the Buster, but they dodged each of her spear strikes with ease, right before grabbing her dress and sending her flying right into Luna.

"I can't believe it," the divine Rockstar remarked while wiping some blood off her nose. "Nobody has ever managed to withstand increased gravity before!"

"That's because it's a Loud Buster!" Lopez revealed as she and Luna stood up, witnessing as the Buster dealt with the Lunarian warriors. "A being designed specifically to act as the perfect counter to one of the Loud Family: in this case, you!"

Just then, the Buster's aura sent the warriors flying away, allowing them to glare at the pair with glowing eyes.

"Wait, you mean Clyde wasn't the only Buster?!" Luna narrowed her eyes. "How many more are there?!"

Just then, several more Busters arrived at the scene, each fully bathing in one of the colors of the Castes: blue, red, grey, and so on.

"Does that answer your question?" Lopez asked while gripping her spear.

Luna groaned. "In the worst way possible!"

But while the Lunarians kept the Busters busy, up in the distance was the incoming Squareship, flying straight towards the planet while being pulled by Lucy and Lynn, who were shot out of a cannon.

Once the ship had reaches the planet, Lucy killed the rope and she and Lynn burst to the ground, crashing loudly enough to get everyone's attention.

As soon as the duo crash landed, the smoke cloud was engulfed by a pillar of black and red light that emerged on the same spot.

Once it dissipated, so did the smoke, revealing a familiar skull-headed fusion enveloped in flames.

"They fused?!" Lopez asked in disbelief.

Luna, for her part, smiled at the return of Lylu, a return that was soon followed by the fusion unveiling their new weapon: a scythe made of flames.

And with the fiery scythe, they swung at the heavens, cutting open a portal from which a few entities entered, having just as rough a landing as Lylu's components.

And fittingly enough, the entities were the deceased Loud sisters, alongside Carol, startling the soldiers and Busters.

"Well, this wasn't what I thought would happen when Lucy discussed her plans with us," Lola remarked, looking and poking her halo before looking at the soldiers. "But eh, I guess it's better than nothing."

"Lola Loud, Lana Loud, identified," the Lana and Lola Busters said in unison. "Preparing takedown!"

The Busters flew towards the twins, only to stop when they held hands and merged together into Lala, who was formed with her spiked mace already created.

"Error: Lola and Lana Loud missing," the Busters said. "Scanning for identity."

"Ugh, seriously? You can't even tell a fusion made from the people you're trying to destroy?" Lala shook her head and raised her mace. "How disappointing!"

Lala slammed her mace down, and a row of spikes emerged, trapping the Busters in a pink iceberg.

Soon after, Lily and Lisa formed Lysa and summoned their giant Earth arms, covering them in nanomachines before lifting and throwing the iceberg towards the castle.

"Yeah, homerun!" the scientist fusion chirped.

Lori eyed Carol and Leni. "Well, looks like we're literally the only ones left."

"We are," Carol sighed. "Though to be honest, I never thought we'd form her again."

"There's no, like, point stalling anymore," Leni added.

The Blonde trio held hands, and their bodies converted into light and merged, creating a woman who looked like an even mix of all three of them.

"What?!" Luna exclaimed with an amused smile. "I didn't know three people could fuse at once!"

"You learn something new every day," the fusion answered. "Call me Locale. You and Lopez go confront Mick, we'll take care of this."

Luna and Lopez nodded and flew towards the building Mick stood at, leaving Locale to snap her fingers and Open several portals on the ground, from which those at the squareship and even the Primordials marched out of, ready to fight.

"This is seriously chaotic," Stella stated while seeing the previous scene from the window. "I don't even know where we could go down there."

"Ohoho, we're not going down there!" Sid chirped, wrapping an arm around Stella's shoulder before pointing at the distance. "We're going over there!"

Stella looked at the building Luna and Lopez headed at, and her eyes widened upon seeing it.

"Sid! Stella! The cannon's ready!"

The duo turned around to see a cannon being manned by both Abraham and Calliope, bringing a smile to their faces.

Sid then looked at Stella, who pounded her fists as she stated:

"Let's bring the fight to them!"

"No! NO! NO! This isn't what should happen!" Mick snapped as he saw the Busters being slowly beaten by the Louds. "Where the hell is the rest of the armada!? Why is nobody but the Busters attacking the Louds!?"

"Why would they?" Lulu scoffed. "They're the true gods of this universe, and you? You're nothing but an usurper who made a deal with the devil for a half hour of fame!"

"Now listen here, you-!"

Suddenly, the Lovechild quartet crashed through the ceiling, hitting Lulu's birdcage in the process and releasing her.

"Hey there, Mick!" Sid exclaimed as the lovechildren stood up. "Mom says your music sucks!"

And with that, the lovechildren ran deeper into the building, with Mick barely starting to run before another pair crashed into the party.

It was Luna and Lopez, the latter quickly getting Mick's attention as Lulu flew to their side.

"Hello there, Mickey," Lopez narrowed her eyes. "Remember me?"

"Kaguya," Mick smirked. "After all this time, you finally come back to my side-"

"I'm not here to get back with you again, Mickey!" Lopez snapped, stomping the ground. "I'm here to put an end to your inelegant ways once and for all!"

"Ha! That's what you think! But I got something you don't!" Mick smirked. "I got the help of a divine being far stronger than even Luna!"

"But Lori hates your guts!" Luna pointed out, causing Lulu to chuckle.

"Not her, you fool!" Mick rubbed his forehead. "It might be better if I show you."

Mick was enveloped in an orange aura as he spread his arms and proclaimed:

"Master! Heed my call! Give me some of your strength to deal with these-"

Suddenly, the aura began strangling Mick as it swallowed him, the aura gaining a humanoid form as a familiar voice spoke:

"Asking me to fight your battles again, Mick? I've grown weary from your incompetence."

The aura fully transformed, this time resembling an adult mix between Mick and Lincoln... with Orange eyes.

"Sincoln!" Everybody exclaimed.

"But eh, what the hell, I'm bored, so..."

Sincoln gained an aura resembling Mick, screaming in pain as the unholy deity exclaimed:

"Let's see how well you can entertain me!"
