A/N: since I think that I was grasping at straws on Game of Life, I decided to document the supposed events that can support this pairing.

For the current Kuchikis, we're not the real one.
They were cursed.
Cursed for using a name that wasn't theirs. But noble enough, to keep doing their duty.
Their duty to the Soul King's son.
Protect his widowed grieving wife, and honor her wish, to keep her husband's name, despite being the last bearer of her own noble family line.
For she wants the Kuchiki clan to remain.
To make sure that, if her husband and daughter, will ever return to Soul Society….
They will have her love and devotion, even if, she would be gone.

Detailed in a book, along with the sealed alternate Chokaimon, that can only be used by a pure blooded Kuchiki.
And yet, for thousands of years, no one had ever been able to unseal the gate.

And the reason, was a well-kept secret.
Even Byakuya's Grandfather, wasn't completely aware of.

Because, I swear to God. Life outside is a completely different world. Full of responsibilities and obligations. Especially if you plan to have your own family and children. They are expensive and complicated to manage, along with paying your own bills, debts [mortgage, student loans, credits] and other expenses. Because now, your own your own. For dear God, please do not overburden your parents when that time comes. Have mercy.
Total head ache, I know. Because I am here now. Sometimes, they will suck the life out of you. But nonetheless worth it. And thus, you need to prepare for the inevitable.
