Construct 93: Unstoppable Hazard
Sento: War breaks out between Touto and Hokuto over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within. To prevent the invasion of Hokuto, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento uses the forbidden item to stop Houki and Ichika's rampage.
Tajimi: Is it true that Touto's troops are heading towards Hokuto?
Sento: Hokuto's Prime Minister Tajimi?!... That information is completely untrue!
Tajimi: Do you really think I will fall for that?!
Sento: I'll do something about it somehow in Construct 93, Okay!?

"Hazard ON!"
Inserting the trigger into the top of my belt, I take out my base bottle pair and with a shake I insert them into my belt. "Rabbit! Tank! SUPER Best Match!" I turn the crank, as a press constructs around me. "GATAGATA GOTTON ZUTTAN ZUTAN!" The belt rumbles, "Are you Ready?!" The belt asks.
Sento: Henshin.
The press closes on me, before a toaster ping sounds off as the press pulls away from me. "Uncontrol Switch! Black HAZARD! Yabe~!" The belt announces.
The entire Hazard suit is black, from the undersuit to the armor itself. The only difference is that the armor is much more jagged and continuing spikes on the helmet and shoulder pads. The only bit of color being the helmet with the visor having a blue Tank and red Rabbit. The arms now have a rectangular piece on the top of the gauntlet.
"This is..." Kanzashi mutters. "The Forbidden Item's… Form." Tatenashi mutters. The Smash Trio charges at me, looking towards them, I throw my fist.
Elsewhere… We are Chifuyu
Chifuyu:(gesturing) Regroup at base, we have been ordered back! Prime Minister Taizan is back and has ordered this retreat! All forces are to return to base immediately!
*Boom~!*
I turn around to see a dust cloud rising up from the Skyroad. "What was that?" A soldier asks, observing the explosion. "Something bad." I muttered, "Your orders stand, move." I order. Sento… Don't do anything stupid.
Back with Sento
Our fight spills into an abandoned facility, Akatsu takes on Owl, Cross-Z takes on Stag, while I'm dealing with Castle. I punched Castles' gut multiple times, causing him to stagger back. "Rrhhh. Damn it!" Castle exclaims charging at me then throwing his fist at me. Leaning to the left the fist flies past my face followed by a back hand that sends Castle flying into the wall. Now for those two! I rush over to Cross-Z and Akatsu, pulling away from their fights.
Build:(grabs Cross-Z) I won't let you two invade Hokuto! You're ordered to pull back!
Cross-Z:(pushes Build's hands away) I'm going to end this war!(attacks Build) Get out of the way!
Akatsu:(attacks Build) I don't care who gets in my way! We'll show no mercy!
Build:(blocks the two) How do you two manage to fight me and stay on the same side?!(grabs Akatsu) Open your eyes! You..(kicks back both Riders) Morons!- Ugh…
Suddenly, I feel like I'm losing balance, a dark feeling welling up in my head. "U… Urgh..." A headache begins to thump in my brain. "I'm… Losing my senses… Hard… To… Think." I mutter, I open my helmet as I try to focus on something. 'Extended combat causes the brain to become unable to resist the stimulus of combat and lose rational.' I… Can't… Can't… Lose…
We are Observer
Builds hand drops and hangs. Cross-Z blasts his Twin Breaker, his wild shots miss but rickoshe destroys the lights except on overhang light that begins to sway slowly over Build. 'When that happens, the user will destroy everything he sees.' At that moment, Tatenashi and Kanzashi rush into the building. "Sensei! Ah-" The sisters freeze at the sight of Build, his purple eyes staring at the ground. Suddenly, Build looks at Cross-Z and Akatsu, he charges straight at them.
"Huh?!" Cross-Z said before being uppercutted into the air by Build, Build then hits the Hazard trigger and turns the crank. "MAX Hazard ON! Ready Go!" Build punches Cross-Z into the ground, the impact bouncing Cross-Z back up, which Build follows up with a kick. "Overflow! Yabe~!" Cross-Z falls to the ground, the jelly falling out of the belt, knocking him out of the fight.
"Ichika! Raaagh!" Akatsu charges at Build, swinging her arm roots grab Build's legs and right arm. Akatsu proceeds to punch Build in the face again and again. Build doesn't even flinch as the punches become weaker and weaker. Akatsu stares at Build, Build grabs Akatsu hand and pulls it back slowly as his helmet folds back on as the last plate slides into place the visior glows purple before ports across the suit open blasting hazard energy out melting away the roots like acid also damaging Akatsu.
"Aaargh!" Akatsu screams out in pain. Build then uses his right hand to grab Akatsu by the throat and lift her up into the air. Build again uses Hazard energy causing Akatsu to be shocked with energy.
"Aaaaahh~!" Akatsu screams, Build brings down his left hand. A purple plasma blade extends out from the port on the left arm the blade hovering just over Build's wrist. Build then tosses Akatsu up before swinging around and slashing Akatsu into the wall, the attack knocking out the Jelly and knocking her out of the battle. Build then slowly twists his head to Akaba and Kiba who watch on in terror. Build raises his right arm up, slowly clenching his hand he activates the blade before running at the two.
"Run for it!" Kiba shouts as he and Akaba jump out of the way of Build's attack, his blades slicing straight through the wall. The two watch in horror as the wall just explodes from the Hazard energy, Build standing in the rubble his head slowly turning to them.
"Rrr… Try this!" Akaba said, shifting his shoulder plates into position then charges at Build, deactivating his blades Build catches Akaba while being pushed back. But after only being pushed back 2 meters, Build stops Akaba and begins pulling the shields to the side before being torn off black blood spewing from the ports where the shields were connected to. Akaba screams, falling to his knees, Build proceeds to spartan kick Akaba into the wall behind Kiba.
"R-Raaah~!" Kiba flies at Build, only to be caught by his head and smashed into the ground. Build lifts up Kiba by his head then swinging his body around and throwing Kiba into Akaba, the two being blasted out of the building and out into the open near the river.
Kanzashi:(runs over to Houki) Ichika-san! Houki-san, Get up!
Tatenashi:(picking up Ichika) Ichika-kun! Get a hold of yourself!
Ichika:(looks around) H-Huh? What just happened?
Tatenashi:(helping up Houki) Sensei just used the Hazard Trigger to get you two out of your rampage.
Houki:(stands up) Sensei used wha-?... Oh no!
"We need to stop him!" Ichika shouts at the 4 rush outside. Outside, Build slowly walks towards Akaba and Kiba when Aoba jumps out from the building and swings his blades at Build. Build backhands Aoba before he lands a hit, then following up with another punch knocking Aoba back. Build then stomps over to Kiba and punches him, kicks Akaba, roundhouse kicking Kiba and Akaba, then with both fists punching the two to the ground.
Kiba:(removes bottle) That was close!
Akaba:(removes bottle) Aargh… I almost died!
Madoka:(runs onto the scene) Hey! Hows- What the?
Build grabs Aoba by the horn. "Let go!" Aoba said slashing at Build to no avail. "MAX Hazard ON!" Build turns the crank. "Not good. Aoba! Run!" Madoa shouts running at Build. "Ready Go! Overflow! Yabe~!" Madoka transforms, running as fast as she can. The Hazard energy shoots into Aoba blasting out from the inside. "STOP IT!" Grease shouts, Build turns the crank. "Ready Go! HAZARD Finish!" Build then kicks Aoba in the head snapping the horns off, Aoba falls to the ground limb, Build slowly turns to Akaba and Kiba. Build starts to walk towards them.
Ichika:(runs to Build) Stop it!(blocks Build) Sento!
Houki:(blocking Build) It's over Sento! Stop it!
Grease:(running) MOVE IDIOTS!
"Discharge Bottle! Discharge Crush!" Build knocks aside Ichika and Houki, when Grease comes in shooting out a chain that wraps around Build then uppercuts knocking out the Hazard Trigger and bottles. Sento falls to the ground, his nose and his eyes bleeding. "Agh… What?" Sento said looking around.
Grease:(Helmet folds away) Hey!(picks up Aoba) Hey! Speak to me, Man! Pull yourself together!
Aoba:(chuckles) I'm worried… If I'm not around… You can't do anything, Boss…(takes off Dog Tag) No matter what happens… We're together… Madoka…
Aoba turns to blue particles that float into the air, some falling into the river and others just fading into the sky. "Oh my god..." Kanzashi said, her hands covering her mouth. "No..." Akaba said, Madoka just holds her pose in the situation. Sento looks at Houki and Ichika, his face horrified at the sight before him. He looks back at Madoka.
Sento:(horrified) I… Did that?
Akaba and Kiba:(charges at Sento) RAAAGH~!(Madoka stops them) Let us go, Boss!/Damn you! DAMN YOU! You Bastard! YOU BASTARD!/ Let me go! Boss, let us go!
Sento:(crying blood)...
One week later… Touto Government Building...
News Reporter: It has been one week since the Touto government ceased usage of Kamen Rider as Military weapons. There has been criticism from citizens unaware if Hokuto's invasion has halted or not.
Staff Member:(runs into room) Prime Minister! After the M2 Base, the Bottles in the Factor have also been taken.

"How is he?" Maya asks, looking at Chifuyu, she simply shakes her head. "No change, he can't sleep, barely eats, drinks, or does anything." Chifuyu said, clenching the cup of water in her hand in frustration.
News Reporter: It is likely that the Kamen Rider Grease will continue his destructive rampage. Those in the vicinity should evacuate to nearby-(turned off)
Ichika:(clenching Jelly) If only we kept our power under control…
Houki:(tearing up) … He wouldn't have had to kill him… This would have never happened…

M4 Base...
We run down the hall where the bottles are held. Only to see Castle and Owl come out, destroying Guardians. "Where's Build?" Turning around, we see Madoka holding Ninja and Comic Full Bottles. We strap on our belts, then we take out our jellies. "We'll be enough for the three of you!" I said, inserting our jellies into our belts. "Dragon Jelly!" "Sakura Jelly!" "Henshin!" We exclaim turning down our crank. "Squish! Stream! Overflow! Dragon in Cross-Z Charge!" "Sakura Akatsu Charge!" We ready our weapons.
Owl: This is revenge for Ao-Chan!
Akatsu seems occupied, she just stares at the Twin Breaker. "Pay attention!" Castle shouts, attacking Akatsu, catching her off guard. I charge at Owl and we exchange fists. "I will protect Touto! I will… I will! I..." My fist freezes in place. My mind flashes back to Stag dying and Sento's horrified face. My fist clenches as I lower it to my side. "Look out!" Akatsu saids grabbing and trying to pull me out of the way, but we're both hit by Owl and Stag's attack. We're knocked to the ground as our transformations end.
Castle:(stomps over) Why did you stop fighting?! Are you making fun of me?! Think I'm some kind of disposable piece of trash?!
Madoka:(steps out) Stop it... It's over, we got what we came for. Let's go.
Castle:(Kicks wall) Fuck!
Ichika:(tearing up) I'm sorry… It's my fault…(sits up) That you're friend…
Madoka:(walks up to Ichika) …(kicks Ichika)
Houki:(moves to Ichika) Ichika!
Madoka:(turns away) Don't come on the battlefield if you can't deal with the consequences.(walks away) It's war, simple as that.
Touto Government Building… We are observers...
Back in the Government Building, Taizan and Tajimi are on a call with each other.
Tajimi: This war is causing great harm to both our companies. We cannot draw it out any more. Let's decide this war by pitting Touto and Hokuto's Kamen Riders one-on-one against each other.
Tajimi:(thinks) … Very well, we will hold the duel-

Taizan stares at the sight before him. Sento sits before him, slumped, messy, his eyes are a normal brown with the white of the iris looking like a bruise rather than blood shot. Chifuyu fixes Sento's Jacket on him. "A proxy fight?" Ichika asks, pouring Taizan a cup of canned coffee. Also in the room are Houki, Tatenashi, Kanzashi, Maya, Sawa, and Chloe. Taizan silently sets the Rabbit bottle on the table.
Taizan: Here is the Bottle you gave us.(take the cup of coffee) I know you asked to no longer work for us…(looks at Sento) But I do not wish to see any more Touto Citizens harmed. Please lend us your power… (stands up) I sympathize with your circumstances,(sets hand on Sento's shoulder) but this is for Touto! Please help us.
Sento softly grabs Taizan's hand and pushes it away. "...don't want to fight anymore." Sento softly mutters. Sento stands up and walks out of the cafe. "Prime Minister." Chifuyu speaks up, Taizan looks at her. "Let me try and help Sento back into fighting shape." Chifuyu said.
Ichika:(looks at Chifuyu) Are you serious? In his state, with what happened-
Chifuyu:(looks at Ichika) I am aware Ichika…(picks up Rabbit Bottle) But as it stands, if we don't do anything… Touto will fall and who knows what will happen. Things could get worse, Sento… If something even worse happens, he could…(clenches bottle) Point is, if he doesn't get back on his feet then it's over…(looks at Taizan) Prime Minister, when is the duel happening?
Taizan: The Duel will be held in 4 weeks time...(looks at Houki and Ichika) If… you can't get him back, then I will have to ask one of the two to fight for Touto…(looks at Chifuyu) Please help him.

Madoka: You didn't do anything wrong.(Sento looks up) You must be joking if you think you can stop enemies or friends from dying.(sits down) I've seen countless lives taken before my eyes, that's just war. Aikawa was prepared to lose his life too. He was weak so he lost. That's all. It's not your fault. Been a while since Germany." She said, putting away her phone that she had glanced at. "I heard you refused the proxy fight?" I don't give a response, as I fumble to find the words, only to hear a giggle from Tabane. "What's so funny?" I said.
Tabane:(shakes head) You still don't get it. Listen. The moment that Nebula Gas was injected, neither the deceased Aoba nor you were human anymore.(shrugs) So all you did was destroy a weapon.
Chifuyu:(steps up) Is that how you excuse her death?
Tabane:(stands up) Of course Chi-chan.(walks over to Sento) That spider was destined to be crushed, it was something that was going to happen eventually once war broke out. Stalk: Stand up. Raise your Hazard Level with me and Chi-chan, find the best attacks for the bottles by fighting us. If you raise your level, you might even be able to control the Hazard Trigger.

Chifuyu:(worried look) Sento…
Build:(poses) Henshin!(heavy breathing)... Waaah~!
I charge at the two and begin to battle.
