104. Euphemia Potter

Euphemia's son was going to be a father. But the child would never meet his grandmother.

Dragon pox was like muggle chicken pox, but with amplified symptoms that made it far more fatal to the elderly. It was highly contagious, so those afflicted were quarantined and basically left to die.

Euphemia's only solace was Fleamont right there beside her, sharing her suffering, as they awaited their end. As their skin turned green and their sneezes set their sinuses aflame, Euphemia's mind drifted. She hoped her unborn grandchild would live in a world where her fate was eradicated, consigned to memory.
