Peyton (sadly, she rubs her stomach): Yes

Brooke (hugging Peyton): I am always here for you

Peyton: Lucky will be arrive in two months. I worry and fear Lucas will not show up for the birth.

Brooke: Lucky deserves to be loved even if she has Down Syndrome. I will attend the birth if Lucas doesn't show up.

Peyton: Thanks

Brooke: You are welcome

Peyton (experiencing abdominal pain): Ouch...Something is wrong

Brooke (greatly concerned): I will take you to the hospital right now

Peyton (having false labor pains): Are you sure? What about your store?

Brooke: Yes. You and Lucky matter more.

(Reluctantly, Victoria and Millicent look after the store in Brooke's absence. The doctor is able to stop Peyton's labor at the hospital. Lucas comes and takes Peyton home).

Date: 2-14-2011

Place: A Delivery Room

Situation: During the birthing process, the umbilical cord becomes tied around Lucky's neck

The doctor: Please stop pushing, Peyton

Peyton (contracting like crazy): The contractions are intense and coming really fast. Why should I stop pushing?

The doctor: The umbilical cord is tied around the baby's neck

Peyton: It seems as if one obstacle have been happening after another

Lucas (squeezing Peyton's hand): We will overcome these obstacles

Peyton (feeling uncomfortable): It hurts and I must push.

Lucas (touching Peyton's cheek): Please don't push

Peyton (moaning as she rubs her stomach): OH LUKE

Lucas: Just hold on. We will see Lucky very soon.

Peyton: I can't wait much longer. I need to get her out.

Doctor (trying to untie the cord): The cord isn't off the baby's neck yet. You must resist the urge to push. You must breathe through the contractions.

(Lucas helps Peyton to inhale and exhale until the time comes for her to finish with the delivery)
