(Reunions)

*October 12th, 1920*

*3:20pm*

*Paris, France*

The train had arrived in Paris as the lights from the lamppost illuminated the area as the doors opened for the passengers to exit from the train.

"We are here! We did it! We've finally arrived in Paris!" Anastasia cried out in joy as she leapt out of the train and took in the fresh air with a huge smile on her face as she looked back towards the train to await the others to exit.

"It seems so, The journey was long and intense but after two years of hardships and struggle. We've finally made it! Now we just need to find Kaede since we are expected to meet her here" Olga spoke with a smile as she walked over towards Anastasia alongside Tatiana and the other members of the group.

"It's pretty crowded but It's best to stay together as well but I feel pretty proud that we're finally in Paris. I'm sure Maxim would be very proud of us as well" Kazumi spoke to everyone with a smile on his face as everyone nodded their heads in agreement.

"You're right. We all fought and struggled so hard to reach this location but at long last. We're finally free but at the same time there are still some challenges along the way so we must be prepared for them" Tatiana added on to Kazumi's words as everyone smiled in the process.

"You got that right. Things are gonna get pretty crazy in Paris since that John person is after us but We also gotta watch out for Peter as well. That man is pretty unhinged as a whole" Bartok spoke as well as he and everyone else proceeded to walk across the station.

"You can say that one again. I remember two years ago when we were imprisoned that he was quite unwell like I sensed something quite evil in him…" Maria added on to the talk as everyone nodded their heads.

"He's a very bad man. I hope that Bartok beats him up good!" Yelena wrote in her notebook as she showed everyone her thoughts.

"Don't worry! I will kick his sorry ass once we meet once more! I won't let all of this training go into waste" Bartok spoke to Yelena as he saw her face lit up in confidence as she nodded her head in agreement.

"You better win! You are stronger than that creep will ever be!" Anastasia added on as she gave Bartok a smile with a thumbs up in the process while Bartok returned the favor.

"It's been awhile right guys? And Is it me or did Yelena get tall?" a voice called out to the group as it belonged to Kaede who had a smile on her face as she smiled warmly at the gang which caught everyone by surprise.

"K-Kaede?! I-I is that you?!" Anastasia cried out in joy and shock as she was surprised to see her friend in two years.

"Kaede is different. I just have a feeling about her. She seems more mature and stronger than how she was two years ago. Just what type of training did she do…" Bartok thought to himself as he observed Kaede.

"K-Kaede!" Everyone cried out in shock as everyone dropped their bags and ran towards her.

"Everyone! I missed you guys so much! How has things been? Please tell me everything!" Kaede spoke to everyone as she ran towards her friends and hugged Anastasia warmly as everyone eventually joined in.

"By the way. I'm sorry for my outburst as well Olga. I'm sure you mean well" Kaede said to Olga as she reached out her hand in hopes of Olga accepting her apology.

"Kaede? You already apologized, remember? But I'm really glad you are just safe!" Olga spoke as she was choking up tears towards Kaede as the pair embraced in a warm hug as Olga was crying on Kaede's chest.

"Thank you, I've also heard about the battle against Peter two years ago as well so I'm sorry that I couldn't help everyone but I promise everyone that I will help this time around but I would also like to thank Bartok, Kazumi, and Akito for helping everyone as well" Kaede spoke to everyone as she looked up at the group and gave a warm smile to Bartok and Kazumi.

"You have our gratitude Kaede but you should also rest yourself since you will be fighting against John Claude so leave Peter to me or Kazumi okay?" Bartok spoke back to Kaede with a smile as Kaede simply agreed.

"So bestie! Tell us? How was your training? Let's catch up!" Anastasia asked Kaede as she wiped tears from her eyes and managed to pull a smile.

"We've missed you so much my dear Kaede. So we would love to hear everything about your training but let's continue walking as well" Tatiana spoke to Kaede as everyone nodded their heads in agreement as everyone grabbed their bags and proceeded to walk across the station.

"I'm glad you're back with us Miss Kaede. Did you also get stronger as well?" Alexei asked Kaede as he noticed her sword around her waist.

"I did, If I was to showcase my new power then I would probably destroy half of this station…" Kaede responded back as she chuckled at that last part of her sentence.

"Wooow…" Alexei simply replied back in awestruck as the gang made their way towards the exit as they were met with two rather familiar strangers.

"I-Is it who I believe it is…" a gentleman with light blue eyes, trimmed hair with a suit to go with it spoke to a young woman who somewhat resembled Olga and Tatiana who nodded her head in agreement.

"I believe so…" the young woman's greyish eyes, short yet beautiful hair and a fancy yet casual black outfit spoke to the man as this revelation shocked everyone as both sides were staring at each other.

"N-No way. I-It can't be…" Kaede uttered in shock as she stared at the couple.

"That woman looks like Olga and Tatiana. Are they related?" Kazumi thought to himself as he stood there in shock as well.

"Cousin Irina? Felix? What are they doing here…" Olga thought to herself in shock as she stood speechless at seeing her relatives.

"I guess It's a family reunion but I thought they perished two years ago right Irina?" the man spoke to Irina as she nodded her head in agreement.

"Those were only rumors but It seems that our wish has finally come true. Our dear cousins are alive and well Felix!" Irina spoke as she tried to hold back tears in the process.

"I-Irina and Felix! W-What in the world are they doing here?!" Kaede thought to herself as both sides continued to stare at each other in shock.
