A/N: since I think that I was grasping at straws on Game of Life, I decided to document the supposed events that can support this pairing.
Chapter 9: Self Discovery [Part 11]
Outside of the chamber, Ichibe used a name to encase it, and protect everyone from Rukia's intense power.
Seeing as in Shikai state, Rukia had already caused the monk's huge palace to shake. Resulting to cracks in the foundation of the nearby buildings.
And yet, Rukia has no idea what trouble her Absolute zero caused.
And now as she enters her Bankai, which is ten times colder than absolute zero, Ichibe's enchanted name chamber cracked.
At that, Byakuya who had just now arrived at the monk's palace, fell in awe. Immensely proud.
Renji on the other hand was a gaped, he did not even notice Byakuya arriving.

"Rukia-sama, please relax" Shirayuki instructed worriedly. Fearful.
Seeing as Rukia, bleed all over after exiting her first attempt in manifesting her Bankai.
At that, Rukia just smiled tiredly.
Deep inside, she knew that her body is too exhausted, but her excitement at achieving such power, encouge her to keep at it.
For this might be, her only chance to fight-off their enemies, and help protect their people.
"Let's continue, Shirayuki" Rukia instructed her Zanpakuto.
Unable to deny Rukia her request, Shirayuki obliged.
Rukia thought about everything that had happened to her, people she had met and cared about, and places that she had went and live in.
Things she valued.
She wants to protect all of them.
And if she had to sacrifice her life for that cause.
The pain of her own power assaulting her, is nothing but a small inconvenience.
She remembered her childhood friends…. And how they died…
Renji… and their painful childhood memories together…
The nameless children, she had failed to protect…
Kaien and his wife's death….
Ichigo's altered destiny…
Everyone risking their life to save her…
Orihime's captivity…
Aizen's crimes against everyone…
The Xcution…
The death of their people at the hands of the current enemy….
And most importantly, her inability to reach Byakuya…
She had almost lost him.

At that thought, Rukia felt numb inside.

And then she raised her head, fierce.
I will protect everyone‼
At her convection, Rukia finally achieved her Bankai.
