I can't believe that this story has been lasting this long, this noggin still has a lot of ideas for this story up in here; some good, some with drama. I do have you guys (my readers) to thank as well for the continuous support. Just a side note if you keep up with sports, I included the 2013 Boston Red Sox world series as a plot device in the story but unlike real life I have the series ending more like middle October to fit the timeline of the story. I hate how long it took me to write and post this chapter. Enjoy.

"Maura, I honestly don't see the point to this, I'm not going to enjoy it," Jane was trying on the third costume of the day in the dressing room, Halloween was in a week and a half, the twins insisted that they all go trick or treating. "We don't even have a theme."

"That's why we're doing this while the twins are at school, seeing what options are best, especially with your growing belly..."

"Stop right there Maura, my belly has hardly gotten any bigger," Jane complained before stepping out of the dressing room. Maura looked up at her wife and smiled.

"I think we have ourselves a winner."

"I don't know, I think me being Black Widow wouldn't be a good idea, it's already a little snug, if anything you should be Black Widow, you definitely got the figure for it," Jane looked her wife up and down. "Yeah it definitely should go to you."

"But what do you want to be?" Maura asked and Jane shrugged.

"I don't know Maura, but I was thinking that Todd and Kate could be those super twins from the second Avenger movie, if we're going with superheroes. I'm going to get out of this outfit and you can try it on," Jane went back in the dressing room and changed back into her regular clothes.

"You know you could always be Bruce Banner, that sexual tension between him and Black Widow was so thick."

"Yeah but then Hulk abandons her at the end, and that's just completely rude."

"Well now you're over thinking it," Maura shook her head, looking through another rack of costumes. Jane came out of the dressing room, handing Maura the outfit. "You can always be Gamora from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie coming out next year."

"What's your fascination with me being someone green?"

"She just seems like she's a pretty bad ass person, you gotta admit it fits you," Maura shrugged, going into the dressing room. "You will find something I'm sure."

"I can always be Hawkeye, you know he doesn't get enough credit, plus I know he's married but I really like his relationship with Natasha. It's pretty strong just like ours," Jane suggested causing Maura to smile. "Plus Hawkeye forms this really close relationship with the super twins."

"That could work," she came out of the dressing room and it brought a grin to Jane's face.

"You definitely are rocking that outfit, my beautiful Black Widow," Jane wrapped her arms around Maura's waist, whispering into her ear. "You're definitely allowed to wear that around the house whenever you want."

Maura felt her cheeks flush and she nodded, "I'll keep that in mind. Now let me go change and you can finally get your outfit," she slipped out of Jane's arms, going back into the dressing room. Jane sighed in content, getting herself a Hawkeye costume going into the next stall to try it on. "How's it fitting?" Maura asked.

"It's good, I think I finally found the right costume."

"That's good, sorry for dragging you out to go shopping. I know how much you hate it."

"It's not all that bad, rather go with you than anyone else. Spending time with you is always the highlight of my day," Jane responded before coming out of her stall. "How do I look?"

"The sexiest female Hawkeye I ever did see," Maura winked. "So you're going to get it?"

"Yeah I think I will, it's comfortable and now we don't have to search anymore. I call it a win win. And now I'm starving."

"Are you still craving pickles and ice cream?" Maura asked, scrunching up her nose at Jane's current food craving.

"Yeah, I'm kind of mad I have ended up with a weird craving. Was hoping that I'd end up eating normal things, I know it makes you lose your appetite."

"At least I don't have to eat it. You go change back into your clothes then we'll check out. Did you want to go out to eat or just go home?"

"We did just buy a big jar of pickles plus wouldn't want to make others lose their appetite eating out."

"Good choice," Maura leaned up to kiss her cheek and with that Jane went to go back into her normal clothes and they checked out with their costumes and the ones they picked out for the twins as a gift before they went home.

When they got there Jane seen a car she didn't recognize out front, but seen Frost sitting on the front steps.

"Hey Frost, what are you doing here?" Jane asked and Frost glanced up at her.

"Oh hey Maura, Jane," Frost got up. "So I have news, so Tommy won the case against the parking garage incident."

"Wait he did? Frost that's so incredible."

"Yeah he got a really huge amount of money and he's kind of been spreading the joy. Got me a new car, he went out to celebrate with Frankie."

"You don't sound enthused about that Frost, come on let's go inside," Jane smiled and the three of them headed inside. The girls put their bags by the door, Maura went to go make them their lunches. "So what's wrong?"

"I wish he would have asked me before surprising me with a car. I don't like surprises Jane and I'm pretty capable of affording to pay for my own vehicle. I know he's being generous but it seems like he doesn't want me doing things for myself."

"I think he just wants to feel like he can support you Frost, that he can be a good man to you. I know my brother and he loves you, but I also know he's aware that you can do things on your own. Just when he gets excited he does things he wants to do, both my brothers have a habit of jumping into things. Tommy just wants you to know that he loves you and is able to support you."

Frost sighed, plopping down on the couch, "I guess that you're right. It really is a nice car, has one of those push to start buttons, backup cam. Ample room in the back for picking up the twins, and it has ton of safety features which is very important."

"See, there's a brightside to this whole thing, as long as Tommy doesn't change," Jane patted his leg, "things will be just fine. Right Maura?"

"Right, we won a lot of money in Vegas and we're still the same people, well minus you and your cravings," Maura handed Jane a bowl of ice cream and the jar of pickles.

"Wait, is that seriously... your lunch?" Frost asked.

"New pregnancy craving at its finest," Jane scooped some ice cream onto her pickle taking a bite. Frost looked at his friend, before getting up from the couch.

"How can she eat that?" Frost asked Maura.

"I don't know, I made you a sandwich, just the way you like it, we can eat in the kitchen I can't stomach my food watching her eat that."

"Thanks for thinking of me Maura, um enjoy your lunch Jane," Frost gave his friend a nod before heading into the kitchen with Maura. "Do you think Tommy will be able to handle a lot of money without going too overboard?"

"I'm sure that it's going to be fine Barry. He's much more responsible these days, if you asked me that last year I'd say he wouldn't be able to handle it, but he's changed I can tell it's going to be fine and seems that he doesn't want the money all for himself."

"Yeah he's very good at sharing," he took a bite out of his sandwich.

There was some quiet before both Frankie and Tommy entered the house, Jane glanced over her shoulder. "Don't you two knock?"

"We're always welcomed here, right Maura?" Tommy asked her with a grin and she shrugged.

"Yeah but you both should have the decency to knock before entering."

"I'm just excited is all, did Barry tell you the good news?"

"He told us when he explained the new car," Jane inputted, eating her pickle.

"Um Jane why are you eating pickles and ice cream?" Frankie asked.

"Pregnancy cravings is all, so I know why Tommy is in a good mood, but why are you?" Jane looked him up and down.

Frankie grinned, "Well if you must know," he pulled a box out of his jacket pocket handing it to his sister. "It's for Susie."

Jane looked at the box before opening it, "Oh my God Frankie, this thing must have cost a fortune."

"The finest piece of jewelery in the store, had a little help from Tommy."

"Going a little overboard on your spending there Thomas?" Jane lightly scolded her other brother.

"I only gave him a few grand to assist, Frankie had saved up a ton of money for something real special, who would've thought it would be because of a person," Tommy smirked, patting his brother on the back.

Maura came over to observe the ring, "Wow Frankie that ring is incredible, Susie is going to absolutely love it. When do you plan to ask her?"

"I'm not sure exactly, all I know is I'm going to plan the most amazing evening, making it a night she won't ever forget."

"If you need any help at all I will love to assist."

Frankie grinned, before hugging Maura tight. "Thank you Maura, I have some ideas I'd like to discuss, can we now?"

Maura glanced over at Jane who nodded, "Go ahead Maura I'll hang out with the boys."

Frankie nodded, linking his arm with hers starting to ramble off some ideas. Tommy plopped down onto the couch, wrapping his arm around Jane's shoulders, "So Jane I just so happen to be thinking of you and my future nieces or nephews today while we were out, I got some cribs from IKEA and was thinking about building them today."

"Tommy, you didn't have to do that."

"Oh but I did, I was already there anyways picking out things for my house."

"Our house you mean," Frost spoke up from the kitchen looking at his future husband.

Tommy smiled at Frost, "Yeah that's what I meant to say Barry. So anyways me and Frankie are here to build the cribs, well we will after he gets done brainstorming with Maura about his proposal. Who knows how long that can take."

"I'm still worried of how he's jumping the gun on this relationship with Susie," Jane put her bowl and jar on the coffee table.

"I think we all kind of jumped into relationships, yours and Maura's is the only one that took a while to become a thing after realizing ones feelings. Frankie is just excited is all, but it's worth it seeing our brother happy after all his other shitty relationships."

"I know, it just worries me. I just really hope that he knows what he's doing."

"He's in love Jane, people do crazy things when they're in love, right Barry?" Tommy looked over at his fiancé who shrugged.

"I don't think I've done anything crazy when I've been in love."

Jane smirked when Tommy pouted, "Barry you're supposed to help me out here."

"Sorry but Jane sort of makes a point, Frankie always tends to rush things. I'd be concerned about him more if I didn't have my own things going on."

"Maybe I'll talk to Susie... after Frankie does his proposal."

"Jane, you're seriously going to butt into his relationship?" Tommy asked in disapproval.

"It's not butting in, plus I never get to talk and hang out with Susie. Might as well spend time with her, even if she doesn't quite accept Frankie's proposal." Jane shrugged, not realizing that her brother walked in at that exact moment.

"You don't think she's going to accept my proposal?" Frankie asked, staring at his sister, arms crossed over his chest.

"I'm just saying there's a chance she'd realize things are going too fast and be hesitant on saying yes. I didn't mean to upset you."'

"I've learned not to get upset by your negative thoughts about my love life Jane, anyways," he turned his attention onto Tommy. "Ready to go build those cribs?"

"Got to bring them into the house first," Tommy patted his older brother's back.

"You two be careful alright," Frost looked at the two Rizzoli boys.

"Thanks," they said in unison before laughing and headed outside to grab the boxes, lugging them inside and up the stairs.

"Do you really think Frankie would be making a mistake proposing to Susie?" Maura asked as she sat on the couch, joining her wife after putting the dishes and pickles away in the kitchen.

"I wouldn't necessarily say it would be a mistake, Susie seems to like my brother a lot for some reason, I just don't want him to get his hopes up, Susie is a pretty smart woman and she might realize how things might be moving too fast if he asks the question."

Maura shrugged, "I don't think you have anything to worry about Jane, Susie was talking to me the other day how they've already had the talk about everything, how she's just waiting for him to make the move to propose. She claimed if he took much longer she might have to do the proposing which I told her she should just wait for him. Everything is going to work out Jane, you shouldn't be so worried. I know it's something you do though always looking out for your siblings."

"She's right you know," Frost looked at Jane who frowned.

"I thought you said I was right that Frankie was rushing things."

"Well that was before Maura explained that it is something Susie wants. She's a woman who knows what she's doing apparently and if she wants to marry Frankie then let her," he shrugged.

Jane sighed in defeat, "Fine I'll let it go, can't blame me for being concerned."

"No one blames you sweetie," Maura smiled warmly at her wife. "So Barry, do you and Tommy have any Halloween plans? I'm sure the twins would love it if you got dressed up too. We're going with an Avengers theme."

"I'd be down for that. I'd make one hell of a War Machine, what are you two going as?"

"Black Widow and Hawkeye, and the twins will be those superhero twins."

"Those twins are awesome," Frost smirked, "I might have to convince Tommy to be Tony Stark."

"You know that probably won't take too much convincing there Frost, Tommy loved Iron Man comics growing up, always claimed to want to be like him and since he won that settlement he definitely got the funds to almost be Tony."

"Plus Tony Stark is pretty hot," Frost added causing Jane to roll her eyes. "Hey you got to admit it's true."

"Yeah, yeah Barry, whatever you say. I wouldn't notice anyways I only have eyes for my super stunning wife," Jane grinned, leaning against Maura. "Plus she makes one hell of a Black Widow. You should see her rocking that outfit."

Jane's words caused Frost to roll his eyes, "I'm going to see if the boys need help, they aren't the wisest when it comes to building things," he got up and went upstairs to where the nursery would be.

"I got him to go join my brothers upstairs," Jane pressed a kiss to the top of Maura's head. "Leaving us all alone down here."

"Nice try Jane, but there are quite a few things I need to get done around the house. Why don't you watch last night's Red Sox game we recorded?" Maura got up from the couch heading to organize the kitchen.

"I almost forgot we were too busy to watch, I heard it was a pretty good game," Jane grabbed the remote, turning on the television to find the recording. "Maura how many documentaries can one person record?"

"I'm going to assume a lot because I've recorded over ten of them."

"Yeah I see that," Jane chuckled before finding the game. "I'm so glad nobody spoiled last night's game for me."

"Well nobody wants to feel the wrath of Jane, plus the series was tied the last game we watched. Enjoy yourself there babe."

"I'm sure I will, if the Red Sox win of course," Jane leaned against the back of the couch.

After Jane finished watching the game, which the Red Sox won, the boys were done building the cribs and Maura approved of how everything for the nursery was turning out. Tommy and Frost left to go pick up the twins from school and take them out to get something to eat.

Frankie decided to stay longer, even asked Maura if he could invite Susie over and they could all have some dinner together. So she would be there soon and Frankie helped Maura make dinner as Jane was taking a nap on the couch.

"Has Janie been holding up okay since finding out she'd be giving birth to twins?"

"She has her good days were she's motivated and days like today were she wants to relax and enjoys having the day off, and then there's those days where she doesn't want to talk to anyone and dive deep into her work. Those days are hard to get through for the both of us. I hate having to worry about her well being when I'm at work, definitely keeps me distracted unfortunately."

"I did happen to take notice the other day you seemed completely off your game. It definitely concerns Kent that's for sure."

"Kent can be overbearing sometimes worrying about me."

"That's only because he likes you and wants you to be alright."

"Or maybe it's because Jane is right and he wants to take over my job finding reasons to do just that," Maura frowned.

"Your job is safe, that I can assure you."

"So Jane and I have absolutely nothing to worry about."

"Not at all Maura, that job was meant to be yours, no doubt about that."

"And when you say Kent likes me..."

Frankie looked at Maura, deciding not to be completely honest and shrugged, "As a friend he likes you, just a friend and as a colleague."

Maura relaxed a little bit, "Okay good because if he liked me more than a friend, you'd let me know so I can tell him that it's inappropriate and I can take proper measures right?"

"Yeah Maura, but I mean you can always talk to him to make sure," Frankie shrugged, "No harm in asking."

"He wouldn't tell me if he did because when he started there I told him straight out that it couldn't and would never happen."

"Yeah I guess, plus I bet he's scared of Jane, who wouldn't be."

"Well he should know better then, Jane and I belong together and Kent and I will always only be friends I just hope he understands that," Maura shook her head before continuing to make dinner, she couldn't shake this feeling that Frankie wasn't being completely honest with her.

Dinner with Susie and Frankie last night went well, even having Jane forget all doubts she had about Frankie's relationship with her. They seemed to work well for each other and Jane couldn't wait to have a sister in law and she knew Maura would be excited to call Susie a sister.

The next day Jane was occupied with work at home while Maura went to work. Everyone decided that they would go to the Dirty Robber in the evening to watch the latest Red Sox game, Todd and Kate were going to spend some time with Hope, who already volunteered to babysit Julian for Angela.

Korsak and Angela were working at the Robber when Jane arrived with Maura.

"Hey Ma, how's work and everything going?" Jane asked as she sat down at the bar.

"Things are great Jane, we've missed seeing you both come over this week. Have things been alright with you?" Angela asked, sliding her daughter and Maura some juice.

"Yeah Ma, things are going great actually, I'm not so much concerned about the whole being pregnant with twins thing. But let me tell you, that was a hard slump to come out of. How's Korsak doing with you coming back to work?"

"He's still kind of upset about it," Angela looked over at her husband attending to a couple at one of the tables. "I don't see what the big fuss is about, he didn't mind me working when I was first pregnant now there's no stress from me being pregnant and I'm feeling good. I been a housewife before and I rather not rehash the past of not feeling important enough for Frank. I may be a married woman again but I do still like my independence every once and a while."

"Well I think it's good for you to be working, get out there and feel important again," Maura smiled at her mother in law. "Vince will just have to deal with it, plus he gets to see you more, that's a good thing."

"That's exactly my point when he was working these late nights I wasn't able to have my husband at home with me so it bothered me just wish it didn't bother him me being here."

"Want me to talk to him Ma?" Jane asked, shifting on the bar stool.

"Thanks for offering Janie, but you really don't have to. Actually let's not mention it anymore."

"Mention what?" Korsak asked as he came over to the bar.

"Nothing Vince, why don't you get pretzels and stuff ready for when the rest of my kids get here," Angela ordered before heading towards the restroom.

"What's with your mother Jane?"

"Ask her yourself if you're so concerned," Jane frowned, drinking her drink deciding that she didn't want to get involved. Soon her brothers, Frost and Kent arrived taking up the rest of the stools at the bar. "Hey Frankie, where's the future Mrs. Rizzoli?"

"Susie insisted I go without her, she had to finish some stuff at work, Crowe is going to drop her off."

"Crowe's coming?"

"Yeah, he asked me and I figured he'd need some kind of fun since Gwen ended things with him the other day," Frankie sighed.

"Well I bet that's going to be one real awkward car ride over here."

"I'm sure Susie can manage. She's awesome like that making things not so uncomfortable. Plus Crowe really needs to get over himself."

"Ain't that the truth," Jane smiled.

"Alright kids, here are your snacks for your baseball game watching pleasure," Korsak spoke, the boys offered their thanks and Tommy bought them all a round of beers, minus Jane and Maura.

"It sucks you can't drink Maura."

"It's a voluntary decision. I'm okay with drinking juice with Jane."

"Yeah especially with those random dizzy spells you've been having," Jane reminded her wife.

"Wait Maura's still having dizzy spells?" Kent put down his handful of pretzels.

"Apparently they only happen when she stands up too fast and it's nothing to worry about. It's rare but it still happens."

"Jane I told you time and time again, I know my body and I don't need us to worry about anything else."

"Or maybe you're too scared to find out it's something serious," Kent added and Jane nodded her head in agreement.

"I thank you for your concerns, but it's fine and like you said it's rare that it happens. Can we just enjoy the evening?"

"You know Maura, you're becoming more and more stubborn the longer you and my sister stay married," Tommy mentioned and Jane chucked a pretzel at his head.

"Jane stop throwing things at your brother," Angela lightly scolded her daughter.

"He deserved it Ma," Jane pouted.

"You always say that, what happened to ignoring your brothers when they say something dumb?"

"Yes ma," Jane nodded, "Look the game's about to start."

"Can't wait to figure out what tattoo you're going to get on your butt," Kent glanced at Tommy.

"I can't believe that you guys made a bet like that while I was in my coma," Frost shook his head. "And rooting against the Red Sox is a bad mistake there Tommy."

"Not a bad mistake if they lose."

"How dare you speak ill of the Red Sox," Jane shook her head, "Can you believe this Maura?"

"Coming from Tommy, yes. Just remember you yourself had doubts of a successful Red Sox season, remember?"

"But that was just because they started off really sucky but when they get to the World Series the doubts go away."

The game was soon underway, Susie and Crowe made it during the third inning where the Red Sox player hit a home run making the score three to zero. The boys all took a shot in celebration, except for Tommy. Maura and Susie were talking to each other not really paying attention to the game, they were only here because their partners wanted them to be.

"Regret rooting against Boston now Tommy?" Frost asked with a smile, he already had three beers this evening. "Just think though, you'll need lotion to help heal after getting the tattoo, and that means... well it wouldn't be the first time your ass was sore," he whispered in his ear causing Tommy's cheeks to flush.

"Um maybe you don't need anymore alcohol there Barry," Tommy took Frost's next beer away from him before taking a big gulp.

"Slow down there Tommy, if I'm done that means you're done too," Frost patted Tommy's back.

"Fine, but I barely had any alcohol."

"Don't pout Tommy it's not cute," Frankie told his brother. "Plus remember you're not supposed to be having much alcohol."

"That's only because I was depressed and I did stupid things, we weren't supposed to bring that up anymore, remember?"

"You two are really bringing down the mood, you know that?" Jane frowned, sipping her juice. "Can we just enjoy the game?"

The three boys nodded, turning their attention back to the game.

"You really got those boys whipped into shape Jane," Crowe chuckled.

"Glad you're so amused there Darren," Jane shook her head and went to watch the game.

About two hours had passed when the Red Sox were in the final inning, winning 6-1.

"Those Cardinals really aren't showing that they're worthy to be in the World Series," Kent shook his head, "You'd think they'd at least put up a fight."

"At least have the game be sort of close," Jane agreed. "This game is lacking in suspense, that's for sure. It's no 2004 game that's for sure, now that was the best World Series that I've ever seen, it was incredible." Jane smiled to herself, her and Kent were actually having a decent conversation and she didn't want to punch him in his pretty boy face.

The television then announced that the Red Sox won the world series, causing everyone in the bar to cheer, Kent high fived Jane and then the Rizzoli boys and Crowe.

Frankie and Kent then started discussing what tattoo to have Tommy get as Crowe said his goodbyes, not without giving Frankie a kiss on the cheek first before he left.

"What was that mate?" Kent asked Frankie with a frown.

"I don't know," he rubbed his cheek and looked over at Susie who didn't look amused. "What did you two talk about on the car ride over here?"

"Crowe still likes you, he didn't have to say it but I could read his body language when I was talking about you and how much you meant to me. I don't like it."

"Well you have nothing to worry about Susie, I could never love him like I do you."

"You eloped with him before, remember?"

"But that was a mistake and it's a decision I regret making. You and I work so much better than him and I did, that relationship was always sort of one sided until alcohol was involved. This relationship, you and I, it works and it's honestly the best relationship I've ever had. In fact, I want to continue this relationship I want us to take that next step I know that we both want, we've already discussed it but I want to ask you now. I love you Susie like I never loved anyone, this just feels natural, there's no doubt in my mind that this is what I want, the only fear I have is not being good enough for you. The fear of losing you like I've lost so many others. I don't ever want to lose you because well I found myself when we started dating I don't think I ever felt this happy where I didn't doubt someone really loved me. You love all of me and I know that you always will, just like I'll always love you and want to spend all of my days with you, not just as my partner, but with you as my wife," Frankie paused, taking a deep breath and pulling the ring box out of his pocket. "Susie Chang you complete me, you make me feel whole and I want to spend every single day loving you and waking up next to you. I don't want you to have any doubts, I just hope you say yes. Will you marry me?"

Susie smiled warmly, tears falling down her cheeks, he actually asked her and it warmed her heart completely. "Of course I'll marry you Frankie. I was wondering when you were going to ask me, there's no doubt in my mind that I love you and I will always love you and be glad to be part of the Rizzoli family," she wrapped her arms around Frankie's neck to give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. The bar clapped for them, causing them both to blush.

Frankie smiled as Frost patted him on the back and Frankie slid the ring on Susie's finger. "I love you so much Susie."

"I love you too Frankie, more than I ever loved anyone. This ring is absolutely beautiful."

"Just like you," he smiled and Susie wiped her wet cheeks before giving him a kiss which deepened within seconds.

"Um alright you two, get a room," Jane told them as they pulled away from each other.

"Jane, that sounds like a great idea," Susie smirked before turning to Frankie. "Wanna get out of here?"

"It'd be my honor," he took her by the hand as he said goodbye to everyone and they offered them their congratulations as they left the bar.

"Well looks like I'm the odd man out," Kent finished off his beer.

"You always have Lydia," Tommy reminded him.

"Oh shut up ass tattoo boy," Kent gave him a nudge before deciding to call it a night. "See you at work tomorrow Maura, and remember to take it easy if I hear about anymore dizzy spells I'll take you to the hospital myself."

"I'll be fine Kent, don't you worry."

"I'm always going to worry about my boss," he rested his hand on her shoulder. "Someone has to look out for you when you're at work, right Jane."

Jane nodded, "Yeah thanks Kent, you're not so bad after all, thanks for being concerned."

"Well if I don't look out for your wife then I'd feel your wrath and I much rather not," he smiled.

"Good choice," Jane patted his shoulder. "Now have a good night."

"You too Jane," Kent said his goodbyes and left.

"See it's not so hard being nice to Kent, right?" Maura asked with a smile.

"Nope, it's not so hard after all. He's definitely worthy enough to work for you."

"Glad you finally accept him as my assistant as I have, why don't we go pick up the twins and head home?"

"Sounds like a good idea to me, goodbye boys, goodbye Ma."

"Goodbye you two drive home safe," Angela waved her children off.

"Mind if we stay a little longer Ma?" Tommy asked and Angela nodded.

"Of course you can, you never have to ask. You're really going to get a tattoo on your butt?"

"That was the bet Ma, and I lost that bet so I have to go through with the plan. I just hope it's not something embarrassing."

"Not like many people are going to see his butt anyways, Angela."

"You kids are strange these days," Korsak shook his head in amusement.

"Proud to be strange old man," Frost chuckled.

Before Korsak could make another comment in walked Ron, he frowned this man started coming to the bar ever since Angela started working here again, one of the reasons he didn't like Angela working.

"Good evening Vince, Angela, Barry and Tommy. That was one hell of a game, wasn't it?" he sat taking a vacant stool.

"Yeah, but Boston came out of it strong, David Ortiz never disappoints." Korsak told the man as Angela slid Ron his usual drink.

"Didn't want to help Hope babysit I take it?" Angela asked and Ron shrugged.

"Hope and I are sort of taking a break, nothing too serious, I think she felt that I was around too much, but I didn't want to seem too overbearing. But it's alright sometimes people need a break from each other."

"My thoughts exactly," Korsak looked at the man. "You know you've been here a lot lately, never seen you around until Hope introduced you to us."

"That's not a problem is it Vince? I mean I am a paying customer and I don't mind having adult friends, I would like to think of us as friends Vince. Angela and I are friends unless I made wrong assumptions."

"No you're fine Ron, we are friends, just friends," she emphasized for her husband.

"I think Barry and I are going to head home now, call it a night. Nice seeing you again Ron," Tommy got up from the stool, grabbing Frost by the arm as they waved their goodbyes and left the bar.

"What the hell is up with Korsak?" Frost asked as they got to their car.

"And he called us strange," Tommy shook his head as they headed home.

Meanwhile back in the bar, Korsak went to the bathroom.

"I'm sorry about my husband, this isn't the first time he was upset about me having a guy friend, although the last person was my ex so that was understandable, but you're just a guy who's dating my daughter in law's mother."

"Yeah guys have this kind of territorial thing going on when their wives friend another man... I'm sort of guilty for that territorial thing, one of the reasons my wife left me years ago. I just hope Vincent doesn't make that same mistake with you."

"I wouldn't leave him for anything, he's a good man he just had a past so he's always worried I'll leave for some reason. I honestly don't know why I'm telling you this."

"Because you trust me and I am a very good listener, if you want to complain about your husband, I'm all ears," Ron smiled and Angela shook her head.

"I don't know what to do with you sometimes Ron, I wouldn't want to say anything negative about my husband though, so I won't complain to you about him. Plus that's really not polite now, is it?"

"I suppose you're right, plus your husband seems to really care about you and your well being."

"That he does so may I interest you in another beverage?"

"Yes, I would absolutely love another drink, and you already seem to know my usual. There's some great service you got around here."

"What can I say, I'm happy to please and I'm a people person, so it works for me."

"That it definitely does, I am very glad that I was able to meet you, you're definitely something special."

Angela smiled, "You know it's always nice to hear that."

"Well you should be complimented everyday, you are right?"

"Of course I am, more than I was in my last marriage, Vince definitely appreciates me."

"I'm glad for it then, if he stops appreciating you just let me know I'm always down for giving you kind words."

Angela smiled softly at his words before getting back to work.

So you finally have been gifted this chapter, hope it was to your liking. Frankie and Susie are now engaged, Tommy lost the bet and gets to have a tattoo on his butt lol, Jane and Kent seem to be on good terms, unfortunately Maura might be catching on to Kent liking her thanks to her conversation with Frankie, the plan for that is well underway, in my mind at least. Rizzles is cute as always, I really loved their scene at the beginning. Lots of banter and family fun in this chapter. And then there's Ron, anyone else getting an odd vibe from him? Korsak instincts may be onto something. Let's hope it's not a long wait until the next posting.
