Once Madeline, Loreile, and the boys had entered the safe house. The lone black SUV headed towards the Bethesda hospital to continue on with their orders in order to go after Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
Luis Mendez and his associate arrived into the underground parking lot of the hospital to head up to the eighth floor. But first, they needed a pass telling the young security officer that they were going to visit a patient Special Agent Gibbs.
"One moment while I check for his room number," he says with bringing up the computer terminal with the information on all of the patients. "He's in room 832 a private room. I will give you the two passes while writing them out."
A moment later after receiving the passes. They headed down the hall in order to catch the elevator.
The young security officer part of the operation with NCIS had advised the two agents upstairs after Doctor Taft had gotten Gibbs out of the hospital only 30 minutes earlier. Luis Mendez and his associate were only a small part of the operation that is run by the local Cartel Alejandro Riveria. If ever they were arrested they had no idea where his location will be. Since he was constantly moving around."
Nicholas Torres and McGee dressed as aids on the floor were watching for the two coming off the elevator. Nick and McGee were asked by Gibbs and Taft to help them out with the address. Without telling Director Leon Vance about Gibbs and Taft in order to look to search for Riveria while his wife is in the safe house for now.
Luis Mendez and his brother Gomez headed for room 832. When all of a sudden Nick pointed the gun on the both of them as with McGee, while Bishop and Lt. Brown as back up came from another direction. "You're under arrest for the attempted murder of one Special Agent NCIS Leroy Jethro Gibbs."
"We are only here to visit a patient friend of ours." Luiz needed to say with the cuffs and his wrists behind his back and including being given his rights for a lawyer.
"Sure you were Luis Mendez. Especially when you were seen tailing the wife of Gibbs and her children." McGee needed to respond to the two Cartel members.
"Nick take them back to NCIS and have them processed for the evening into two separate cells. Understand?" he said with his order.

Sometime later back at Gibbs's house while he waited for Doctor Taft to arrive with his belongings. Special Agent Gibbs feeling tired of getting out of the hospital with help from Taft. His cellphone was going off from Senior Field Agent McGee explaining the situation to Gibbs.
"Good work McGee. I owe you? What about the two men that were arrested?"
"Being brought back to NCIS for processing boss. I will advise Vance, but I won't tell him the entire truth as to what is exactly going on. I will let you know what they had to say for when it comes to Alejandro Riveria's location." he said.
"It's all I need to know Tim with Taft's help keeping a close eye out on me and my health. Thanks for all of your help." he cried out.
"No problem boss." the call ended with Gibbs finishing up with putting together his things mostly weapons from down in the basement.
Meanwhile back at NCIS PROCESSING...
Luis Mendez and his brother Gomez were brought into the building pass security into the processing area to wait for their lawyer.
However, for Luis, he asked McGee to sit in one of the cells so that his brother doesn't have to hear. "I want to make a deal Special Agent McGee I wish to make a deal. I will not discuss it with the lawyer since he works for the Cartel."
"I will have to speak with my boss about it and see if they will grant a deal for you." McGee needed to say to him.
"I don't wish to let my brother know that I wish to talk. Because once it gets out that I am talking to the feds that I am going to be a dead man as with Special Agent Gibbs."
"Fine. Don't let your brother know what is going on since he will be brought here shortly?" he said to Juiz Mendez.
"I am not that stupid to tell my own brother that works directly for the local Cartel." he cried out.
Senior Field agent Timothy McGee walked out of the jail area for processing to head up to Director Leon Vance's office.
Now he was going to be caught in the hot seat with the director. Heading out of the elevator with walking on down to his office and the outer area for where his secretary was back from her errands inside the Naval Yards.
Melissa sitting at her computer terminal looked up from the screen. Special Agent McGee how can I help you?" she asks with calm composure.
"It's important that I speak with Director Vance about an important matter?" he said with watching Melissa picking up the intercom phone to let Vance know.
"Melissa, what's up?" he said over the intercom.
"Sir, Senior Field Agent McGee is here to see you about an urgent matter," she exclaimed.
A moment later he walked in explaining the situation to the director.
"What kind of deal are we talking about Tim?" he asked with grave concern.
"I don't know. But if I had to take a guess it has something to do with giving up Alejandro Riveria sir," he said.
"If this is the case I want him brought here to discuss the deal with him away from his brother." Director Vance needed to say with getting on the phone with SECNAV.
"I will go get him, sir." Tim needed to say before rushing out of his office.
