Special Agent McGee and two other security officers had brought in Luiz Mendez wishing to speak with the director to make a deal. None of them had any idea what to expect with the suspect having to be working for the Cartel leader Alejandro Riveria down by the Mission District.
Walking him into the outer office with Melissa looking up from her computer terminal to pick up her phone to let Vance know his guests have arrived.
"Let them come in Melissa and please leave for the rest of the day. I will take care of the paperwork," he says with McGee, Mendez, and the security officers walking inside his office.
"Place Mendez into the chair and remove his cuffs gentlemen. Afterward, you can wait in the outer office for now. McGee, please stay on the side of him in case he tries something." He responded by sitting down in his chair to wait for Luis to talk.
"Okay Director Vance I am willing to give up Alejandro Riveria and the rest of his gang for protection with the Witness Protection Program," he said with a deep breath releasing the stress in his body for the moment.
"And if this is the case. I want you to write the location for where Riveria is located and his associates and contacts with the latest truck shipments arriving into the Tri-state region."
"I will do that sir. However, I wanted to let you know that myself and my associate arrested weren't the only ones to be going after Special Agent Gibbs in the hospital?" he said to alert Vance and McGee.
Director Leon Vance had called communications in order to get a message to the new security detachment about a new threat happening. Even though Gibbs and Taft had just left his house to head for the Mission district to search for Alejandro Riveria.
"Sir I can't raise them right now. For some reason, they aren't answering their page." Communications officer Victoria Tyler will tell him over the phone.
"Thank you, Agent Tyler. Call the hospital security and tell them the exact situation going on?" he ordered with turning to face McGee.
"Is there anything else we should know?" Vance needed to know the Intel as quickly as possible.
"Yeah, I do. Alejandro Riveria had Gibbs basement bugged having left the hospital with his doctor friend to think of a plan to go after Alejandro Riveria."
"Does Gibbs knows his location?" he commented.
"He knows after receiving a phone call from Riveria to only get him further angrier," Mendez said with his nerves on edge having known just too much.
"He and his friend should be there momentarily," Mendez said with Vance telling McGee to get moving in order to gather a team to search.
"Write down the location right now Mendez?" he said with handing him the piece of paper and then hands it to Mcgee.

Actually, Director Leon Vance had lied to Mendez having spoken with Gibbs. Since he was told that he was heading for the warehouse.
McGee and his team along with the R.E.A.C.T. team with Commander Katrina Law age 32 was in charge and heading with full gear to try and rescue Special Agent Gibbs.
Meanwhile, Doctor Taft being told by Gibbs separates to cover more ground grumbling. While watching his friend moving up the stairs. He moved off with his gun in his handshaking. Since he wasn't used to the weapon.
As for Special Agent Gibbs, he arrived on the second floor with the silence to be weird. Riveria's men were ready with the blowguns to take down Gibbs.
Using the blowguns with one of the darts to hit his neck and the other his shoulder. The poison to knock Gibbs out rather quickly. He fell to the dirty floor. While Riveria's men and another grabbed him with placing him under one of the men's shoulders carrying him downstairs the back entrance with a delivery truck waiting to bring him to another location.
However, for Doctor Taft, he had heard the truck and ran towards the back to be disgusted that his friend was taken.
Right away he had to call for help with Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs once again had blown it again by getting captured.

Alejandro Riveria was smiling to see his subject tied to the silver post of the old Ice Cream parlor down by the harbor. He was waiting for his subject to wake with the doctor anxious he hired standing with a table filled with tortured devices to use on him.
Hearing a sound coming out of Gibb's mouth. Riveria raised his head to talk with his prey. "Welcome back Agent Gibbs. I didn't think I will see you again since the battle at the Metro train station?" he cries out with a slap to his cheek knocking him back slightly.
"To the hell with you, Alejandro!" he responded with Riveria kicking him into his gut to have him cry out in pain doubling over.
"That will tell you to shut up Jethro," he smirks with watching the doctor getting ready with his equipment. "Doctor Chen, you may start with the drug into his arm," he said with Gibbs trying to fight it with trying to break the ropes only to cut into his wrists making them bleed.
Doctor Chen checked the fluid inside the syringe making sure there was enough of it. Before moving over to his arm with his clothes having been removed. Finding the vein he was able to inject the drug into his arm.
"You're going to feel as if you're on fire Agent Gibbs." Riveria needed to say to his subject.
And within minutes Gibbs cried out as the pain throughout his entire body was inflamed. He had broken out in a sweat with his brow and chest with his silver hairs standing out. He screams out as Alejandro Riveria was liking the scene in front of him.
