Chapter 126th
Gibbs tried once again to try and break the ropes around his wrists. Even though he was causing more damage with blood seeping out dropping down to the floor.
Meanwhile, the doctor was going to give him another dose of a drug this time so much stronger. Gibbs closed his eyes trying to block out the pain the best he could. Just like what he had done in Paraguay with Hernandez.
It was so much harder this time with the drugs in his bloodstream. He cried out once again as certain people behind his head were placing an electrode over his brow and back of the head. He had no idea what it was for? but he was going to find out soon. When one of Riveria's associates had connected it to a control panel hooking up the wires.
Alejandro Riveria had asked whether it was ready to be turned on.
"Yes, sir." Miguel age 32 said to his boss for the past year.
"Go ahead then and turn it on," he ordered with watching the expression of one Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
The electrodes were turned on turning bright red as Gibbs screamed as the pain was intense throughout his entire body with his torso rising off the table before passing out on the table. This caused all of his vitals to spike along with sending signals through the GPS tracking device having been turned on by Gibbs earlier.
Using the belt in his hand after picking it up from the table next to him. Riveria being a total monster to use it on the entire lower torso of his body. Gibbs continued to scream from the drugs, the belt, and the electrodes as well. This was much worst for when Gibbs was in Paraguay with Juan Jose Hernandez.

Special Agent Timothy McGee had been watching his laptop ever since they had found out about Gibbs being abducted by Riveria's men. Director Leon Vance and his team in the black truck tracing the GPS tracking signal. They had stopped at the corner of the wharf down by the harbor.
"Anything McGee?" Vance asks with the R.E.A.C.T. team waiting in another truck with Commander Katrina Law and four of her team members were waiting.
"I am afraid so sir. Gibbs vitals are dropping like a rock as if he's being tortured?" Tim croaked with his response.
"Anything else?" Vance replied with his anger building as with the rest of the team.
"He's up ahead somewhere in that building Director," Tim commented with turning on the video on whether they are able to see anything from his arm. "I have something as if he's inside a large room with no windows. It looks like he's tied to some type of table."
"Are you able to hear anything?"
"No. it's been disabled for the most part." Tim said.
"let's get moving everyone," Vance ordered.
NCIS and the R.E.A.C.T team moved in quickly with Nick firing at the lock on the door. When all of a sudden Riveria with one last thing to do with pulling out his blade from his holster after dropping the belt. He goes to stab Gibbs into his stomach pulling it out with the blood and with Nick along with Director Vance firing hitting Alejandro Riveria five times into his head, stomach, and neck dropping to the cold ground.
While Doctor Chen gave up as with the rest of Riveria's associates. And in the meantime the R.E.A.C.T COMMANDER KATRINA LAW using her cell phone called 911 to send an ambulance, police, and a coroner.
However, Nick, Vance, and McGee needed to get the ropes off Gibbs's ankles and wrists needing attention. However, Gibbs was bleeding from the stomach and they had to place a cloth and pressure on it in order to stop the flow. Katrina Law knew first aid when it comes to these types of wounds.
She had gone back to the truck to grab the medical bag before the ambulance arrives. She came back quickly by pulling out the pressure bandages to use on the stomach wound. While McGee was checking Gibb's pulse having to be very slow.
"Hold him down while I place the cleaning solution on the wound?" she ordered as the team did what they were told. While Gibbs started to scream from the combination of the wound, torture, and drugs. He was going to be needing a great deal of help after this affair.
She placed the solution into the would quickly before placing the two pressure bandages on it before hearing the sirens arriving.
"This should help for now. But that bastard really did a lot of damage to him in a short amount of time?" she said to the team of NCIS.
"That's because he's been preparing this for a long while now." Vance cried out with his heart in his throat as with the rest of the team.
Meanwhile, the ambulance attendants arrived with the stretcher with the medical equipment. As Commander Katrina Law explained to them what was done to the patient.
Doctor Sandy Roads age 43 years old driving with this ambulance came over to the patient to start a saline solution along with blood plasma and antibiotics until they reach the emergency entrance with the operating room and staff will be ready.
Doctor Roads had gotten on the radio to contact the doctor at the emergency room to inform Doctor Cyril Taft having to be Gibb's primary care physician. "We need to get him to the hospital as soon as possible?" he said with Metro police showing up as with Doctor Jimmy Palmer from NCIS alone this time when he saw the body on the ground having to be Alejandro Riveria.
