WALTER was currently in the gym, running on a treadmill. Figured he need to work on speed, as power and hard chops can only get you so far. After the 30 minute mark he turned the treadmill off before stepping off, after a sprits of water he went over to the bench press machines. Unbeknownst to him Truth and ref Jon Cone were sneaking in through the entrance. As he laid down about to lift up the bar, Truth jumped on top of him, pinning him underneath the bar and with WALTER's shoulders on the bench.

Truth then grabbed the 24/7 title and legged it, the Ring General fumed before running after him dragging Cone along the way. The three passed by a young man with brown hair, a blue shirt, jeans, and white sneakers. He then looked to the audience as a familiar tune played "If you're the 24/7 champion, or are after the title, check out these tips."
Cardio and alertness
"Being the 24/7 champion means you have to be on high alert at all times, and if you get spotted its good to have great cardio." as demostrated Truth had managed to outrun WALTER, but caught sight of Akira Tazowa and ninja ref. He then ran off as they spotted him and went after him.
Have a ref, or someone with ref stripes
"Even if you catch him, you won't win the title without a referee to count the pin or submission. So always have a ref on hand, or improvise with someone in the ref stripes."
Pick your moment
"And lastly..."
Truth had just lost Akira and his ninjas, Truth sighed in relief before he was hit in the head with a backpack. Knocking him down as the teen pinned him, Jon Cone came by and counted.

Before he can run, a large hand gripped his shoulder, he looked up to see the angry face of WALTER. He then turned to the the camera, "I got nothing." he was then chopped so hard in the chest it knocked him into a wall. WALTER then placed his foot on Ned's chest.
