Fuutarou looked at the poster of the movie they were about to see. It seemed like it was a movie with a historical setting mixed with supernatural powers. The poster also showed what seemed to be the main character and a love interest in the forefront.

Fuutarou:[No idea if I'll like this, but it's not like I watch anything Raiha does anyway. My taste in entertainment is as bad as how my taste buds used to be.]

Miku bought the tickets and came to Fuutarou with popcorn and snacks.

Fuutarou:"Ah! You should've told me you were buying these, I would have gotten them."

Miku:"Oh, well. No harm no foul. Carry the drinks, will you?"

Fuutarou:"Y-Yeah." [She's doing way better than me at handling this stuff.]

The two went inside of the theater and sat down with a good view of the screen. The lights dimmed and the trailers began to show. The first one held a very familiar face, it was Ichika's.

Miku:"Ichika did say they finished filming all of her scenes. She's still doing a fantastic job. It's a shame this will be her last movie, but I'm excited to see her concerts in the future."

Fuutarou kept looking at the trailer.

Fuutarou:"...I wonder if she'll get one before we graduate."

Miku:"Nah, such popularity takes too long. Did you want to see her live before we split up?"

Fuutarou:"Would make a nice memory."

Miku:"Hehe."

The next trailer was very action filled, with computer effects flying everywhere with the characters in space.

Fuutarou:"Wonder if Takeda will take part in those."

Miku:"I don't think we're advanced enough for that yet."

Fuutarou:"Give him 10 years, he'll somehow piss off some aliens."

Miku:"Ehh?"

The final trailer was clearly a horror movie. Miku tensed up at the suspenseful parts, but Fuutarou wasn't intimidated.

Fuutarou:[I don't get what the big deal is. As long as I know it's fake, it's not like I'll be scare-]

Suddenly, a jumpscare filled the entire screen, causing Fuutarou's organs to almost pop out of his body. His face might have not shown it, but he couldn't have been more surprised. After the shock died down, his mind turned to anger.

Fuutarou:[Who the hell would put an out of nowhere moment like that in your trailer!? It's nothing but cheap shock value! How...My arm?]

Fuutarou noticed his arm being grabbed. He turned to see Miku holding on to it, clearly being affected by the moment.

Fuutarou:"You can't handle those movies, I imagine?"

Miku:"I like monsters here and there, but actual scares are a bad zone for me."

Fuutarou:"There, there. The monsters won't harm you. There's definitely none under your seat right now."

Miku:"Fuutarou!"

Miku grabbed his arm even tighter.

Fuutarou:"Sorry, sorry. Look, the movie's starting."

Miku:"Ah, alright!"

The movie then began in earnest. As the course of the movie went along, Fuutarou saw many brutal battles, with a love story sprinkled in there. The movie was rated for adults, so the violence was pretty gory, but they could take it, they're adults now. The scene then went to a romantic one, which had been building up. Fuutarou turned to see Miku invested in it.

Fuutarou:[Nice to see her so invested.]

Miku got very emotional as the scene went on.

Fuutarou:[Ah, this is my cue to do something...but I have no idea. Screw it, I'll just do what works.]

Fuutarou then put his arm around her in a blush as the two characters kissed. Miku smiled and whispered into his ear.

Miku:"Will you carry me like he did?"

Fuutarou:"If I'm strong enough."

Miku:"Fufu~"

The scene then changed. Nothing seemed to be out of place. That is, until the clothes started coming off…

Miku:"..."

Fuutarou:"..."

The two turned to each other in a panic.

Miku:[I swear I didn't know!]

Fuutarou:[You didn't research!?]

Regardless of the situation, they saw the scene in its entirety. Miku couldn't help but stare at the actions.

Fuutarou:[This is so awkward…]

The two held the greatest sigh once that scene ended. Not long after, the movie finally ended. The now silent couple left the theater and sat down on a bench.

Fuutarou:"Well, that was...a thing that happened."

Miku:"It was...really good."

Fuutarou:"Um…"

Miku:"W-Well…"

Fuutarou:"T-These things happen. Come on…"

Fuutarou got up and held his hand out.

Fuutarou:[I should keep my cool.]

Miku took his hand and they continued walking together.

Miku:[His hand is surprisingly soft. But I can feel manliness behind it. If he...If he pushed me down and…]

A volcano burst on top of Miku's head as her imagination ran wild. She was so focused that she didn't notice Fuutarou staring at her.

Fuutarou:[I can take a guess on what she's thinking about...I just know pops is gonna tease me to hell and back if I even come close to mentioning this…]

Fuutarou:[Now that the movie is over, I think it would be a good idea to eat.]

Fuutarou/Miku:"Shall we eat?"

The two almost jumped back as they realized they said that at the same time.

Miku:"Looks like we were thinking the same thing."

Fuutarou:"Yeah."

Miku looked around.

Miku:"There should be a ramen shop around."

Fuutarou:"A ramen shop? Wouldn't a fancy restaurant be better?"

Miku:"Not really. As long as I eat with you, anything tastes good."

Fuutarou:"That's...sweet of you, but we should go to that restaurant over there."

Miku:"Huh? I doubt they'll have any places left unless you've made a reservation."

Fuutarou:"A what now?"

Miku:"In any case, let's go over there."

Fuutarou:"But we have to try."

Miku:"Fuutarou!"

Fuutarou:"Miku!"

As they tried to go to different places, a very cold drop of water fell on Fuutarou's nose. Upon looking up, Fuutarou and Miku were assaulted with a mix of freezing water and hail.

Fuutarou:"Aw, crap!"

Miku:"I didn't even notice the clouds!"

The date had taken a sudden turn.
