A.N. — It'd be nice to receive some constructive feedback on these drabbles, what you folks like versus what is bothering you. If it's the lack of major characters, Draco is the next big one, coming in a couple weeks. For now, here's an extended Malfoy family member, as well as a continuation of the historical kick I've been on lately.
141. Abraxas Malfoy
Abraxas Malfoy could trace his lineage to William the Conqueror in 1066. His family had, through the centuries, built up wealth and prestige befitting their ambitions. Seeing a Muggle-born Minister for Magic elected over his protestations could not stand.
Nobby Leach was a popular Minister, seen as integral in securing England's 1966 Quidditch World Cup win. So, Abraxas needed subtly in removing Leach from his seat of power.
The man's muggle upbringing provided the solution.
There were so many diseases in the unclean, Mudblood world. All Malfoy had to do was choose one, and let the infection run its course.
