Chapter 154
Leroy Jethro Gibbs was starting to wake to the sounds of three men talking and including a doctor speaking to Riveria. Gibbs was naked hanging down from the ceiling with his wrists and ankles tied by ropes.
He was beginning to think he was back in Paraguay once again. Thinking that Riveria was going to follow the same routine of what Hernandez had done to him. The last time he had to spend two months in the hospital recovering from his injuries.
"Welcome back Special Agent Gibbs!" Riveria holding up his head with his hands to let him see him finally after waking from the dart in his neck.
"What the hell do you want with me, Alejandro?" Gibbs needed to say with a slight cough. And the next thing he felt was a punch to his gut to have the agent cried out from the pain.
"Getting even with you, Gibbs. Even though my cousin Hernandez wasn't able to several times." turning to the doctor with the syringe filled with drugs. "Doctor I suggest you inject him now?" Riveria gave the order to be placed into his right arm before it begins to work on him making him feel like he's on fire throughout his entire body.
Putting the syringe into his right arm vein and pressing the liquid into the artery to begin working right away.
A moment later Leroy Jethro Gibbs felt as if his entire body was on fire and including his groin. He screams out loud from the burning pain. PLEASE STOP THIS MADNESS RIVERIA?" he cries with his begging with trying to stall for time for now.
This is when Riveria punches him into his face and his groin to have him cry out from the pain. And before he knew it was that Alejandria Riveria grabbed his penis into his hands to squeeze it as with his two balls. Gibbs was being tortured since he should be used to it.
"I will not stop it Special Agent Gibbs," he said before taking his penis into his mouth to begin his torture like what Hernandez had done. He was able to acquire those videotapes in Paraguay that Hernandez had paid to record the torture of one Special Agent Gibbs.
Gibbs's legs were spasming from the drug as his heart was racing along with his blood pressure. All of these vitals were being sent back to communications of the Naval Yards.
Hernandez had his associates take off their pants to do the same with fucking Gibbs in his ass to only cause issues with the canal inside with tissue tearing. HE CRIED OUT LOUD FOR ANYONE TO HEAR OUTSIDE. The pain was just too much for him to bear.
"GOD HELP ME!" Gibbs screams out as the torture continued by Riveria and his associates.
"I am sorry to say that whatever god you believe in will not be your savior today?" he smirks at his prisoner using devices from the table in order to cause further pain and suffering upon Gibbs.
The clamps being used on his sexual organ were swelling, purple, and engorged, and with Gibbs screaming from the enormous pain. So much worst for when he was in Paraguay. Gibbs passed out from the pain and the doctor using the smell salts to wake him before placing on another device to squeeze and cup his two balls to really torture him further.
Gibb's head dropped with the Doctor checking his pupils and vitals. Before deciding on injecting him with another drug. "Do it doctor before NCIS gets here?" Riveria laughed with kicking his subject into the stomach before punching him again in the face to knock him back hard hearing a further cry from his mouth.
Checking the syringe with the liquid cocaine to be placed into his bloodstream to work quickly. But in the meantime, Riveria squeezed his two balls harder to hear another scream and cries begging him to stop. This only made his further torture Special agent Gibbs.

Director Leon Vance and his team along with the R.e.a.c.t. commander Katrina Law with four of her members carrying rifles. Two of them had come back from scouting the area. "What did you find gentlemen?" Law asked as with Vance.
"Gibbs is differently inside and being tortured. We heard several screams and cries coming from Gibbs." Lt. Lawson had to say to the group waiting for the next move.
"Shit!" cried out Vance. "We need to storm the area now before Riveria kills Gibbs for sure?" he responded with checking his rifle as with everyone else. They had the smoke bombs ready as well in order to get inside before it's too late!
They moved in...
Gibbs was brought around once again with the smelling salts. While Riveria was waving the knife in front of him thinking of doing the same thing that Hernandez had done to him in Paraguay.
But instead, he moved around Gibbs with the doctor and his associates to stand back.
He stabbed him in the back to have Gibbs screaming out just as NCIS stormed the room with guns blazing. Directo Leon Vance wearing his vest fired at Riveria several times while McGee shot the doctor and the others dropping their own weapons to the ground with the raising of their hands.
Director Leon Vance pulled out his cell phone to call 911, metro police, F.B.I., and Loreile. "Please send an ambulance to the address right away with a very injured agent with a knife wound to the back."
"Right away sir, an ambulance, police, and fire truck will be arriving shortly." the dispatcher had to say.
"Thanks." he said with Gibbs slowly being brought down to the floor by the agents.
