These three Ennedi cats came to the three lions at a bad time. Luckily, they were all in big trouble, because Rafiki is coming to the rescue and he is more than ready to put these brutes in their place.
"Who are you?" asked Aljabaar, looking like he was about to guffaw.
The old baboon narrowed his eyes and eaved his staff around like an expert acrobat. "I?" he questioned, raising his left eyebrow. "I am a monkey you are going to wish you have never met in your life!"
All three Ennedis looked at one another and began to laugh. "An old bag of bones like you trying to compete against us?" asked Dahia
"We would love to see you try." Jashe added with a smug look on his broad face. "just try it."
Rafiki didn't say anything and his facial expression didn't change a bit for a second. "You all have officially dug your own graves. You will all have to lie in them when I am finished with you." he said at last.
"Ooooh, ho ho. tough talk." Aljabaar said, looking amused. "Get a load of this, guys. this old fart thinks he can take us on. I say, let's get him what he wants, huh?"
The other two cats smiled evily and they nodded their heads to one another. "it's his funeral." Jashe said.
"Yeah, and no one will probably remember him when we're finished with him." Dahia said. "come on, bubble butt! show us what you got!"
"Very well." said Rafiki calmly before his demeanor changed and gave out a loud shriek, showing his very sharp teeth. It caught the three Ennedi cats off-guard for a brief moment, but nevertheless, they charged at Rafiki with full zeal, intending to rip his throat out with their teeth.
Rafiki made a great jump in a backflip style with grace and causing the three cats to accidentally ram their heads against one anothe, making them all dizzy from the impact.
"You morons!" Aljabaar said. "what was that for?"
"Hey, it's not our fault, boss." said Dahia. "how was I supposed to know that an old monkey would jump like that?"
"He won't fool us again." said Jashe. "Let's get him!"
they charged at Rafiki again and this time, the old baboon dodged many charges from these brutes, and avoided many swipes from their claws with great agility.
Even Kion, Simba, and Nala were impressed by how well this old monkey can still fight. He probably didn't need any help in fighting off these big cats anyway. In the meantime, they just continued to watch the old baboon do his stuff against these bad kitties.
"You cats are so slow." said Rafiki before landing a fury of punches at Aljabaar in the face.
By the look of his expression, the punches were rather painful to his nose and he stumbled back.
"you are so dead you little twerp!" Dahia tried to bite him with her teeth. Rafiki kept on dodging, again and again much to the female Ennedi's irritation. "Hold still so I can bite you into chunks of meat!" she shouted
"I think not!" Rakiki clobbered her on the head with his staff.
"Oww! Now you've done it!"
Rafiki didn't even give her a chance to fight back this time, and he continued landing karate kicks at her and landing punches in the face.
"You will pay for that!" said Jashe. "Come here, you!" now he tried to fight back and tried fighting more ferociously than his comrades. "You're a fast old monkey." Jashe admitted while catching his breath. "But you're playing with the big boys now." All three of them tried and tried to take down Rafiki, but the mandrill was too fast and nimble, that he didn't even get scratched with just one claw from a swipe.
Aljabaar and his own friends were getting more and more frustrated with trying to take down this monkey. They just couldn't hit him. "You three rely too much on your power more than your brains." Rafiki remarked calmly. "You do not seem to exercise with your mind as you do with your body."
Growling, the three Ennedi cats kept on attacking him from that little insult that they were given right now.
"Your rage has unbalanced you both, along with your inflated ego."
"I'll show you Ego!" Jashe shouted. Over time, the three cats suffered many punches, karate chops, and kicks from the old monkey for the next ten minutes. At last, the three cats couldn't take this anymore and decided to throw in the towel. "Have any of you Ennedis had enough yet? I am barely getting warmed up here."
"No more!" Aljabaar, Jashe, and Dahia were panting, covered with many bruises and bloody scratches from the monkey. "We give up! We give up! You win!" Aljabaar admitted. His cronies nodded their heads rapidly in agreement.
"Then, you must leave the Pride Lands immediately, leave all the innocent animals alone, and never return." Simba ordered these three. Even turned into a cub again, Simba sounded mighty and bold at the three.
"Don't mind if we do!" said Dahia. "Let's get out of here!" all three cats ran away in terror and insanity to the east, and they were never seen again. Rafiki smiled in triumph, knowing that he had won.
"You did it, Rafiki!" said Kion. "You fight well."
"Indeed. I am one for peace, but even a peaceful animal must find a way to defend himself for any given moment that can come against them." Rafiki smiled. "Now for the elixir. Do you all have the flower?"
"Yep! We have it right here." said Nala before handing him the Lantana.
"Perfect! It might take a few minutes, but this elixir will help you grow back to your normal age, your highnesses." the old baboon began mixing many herbs and brews in a large fruit, and he was adding the magical flower into the serum for last, letting out a small explosion of green dust. Finally, when it was all over, he jumped down with the elixir and showed the two rulers the potion. "Here you are. Just one sip will help you."
Simba and Nala made no hesitation and they both began to drink their share of the potion. It took a little more than a few seconds, but a green light appeared in front of Kion, around his parents, and the light went out after ten seconds of going off like a beacon. Simba and Nala were both back to their adult selves, and their son was really happy.
"Mom! Dad! You're back to normal!" Kion shouted with joy before hugging his parents.
"We're so glad too, sweetie." Nala said
"It feels so good to be adults again." Simba smiled down.
