Paraguay's truth
Chapter 165
Finally, they had arrived at the hospital as she and the escort headed for the eighth floor. Loreile took in a deep breath into her lungs. Moving out of the elevator she headed for the ICU nurses station letting them know that Special Agent Gibbs's wife had arrived.
"I need to speak with Doctor Cyril Taft in regard to my husband's condition." she needed to say sternly.
"Currently he's in your husband's room right now giving him the once over again. " Supervisory nurse Debbie Ahston had to say.
"I will see if I can speak with him there," Loreile said with the escort sticking with the woman for now.
They had moved on down the hallway while turning a corner. She had reached his room with seeing through the glass Doctor Taft standing over her husband's bed.
INSIDE...
Doctor Cyril Taft turned to see Loreile standing outside the glass of the room. He moved out to speak with Loreile having to be completely surprised.
"OMG! I don't believe this Loreile. Where have you been hiding during these past three months?" he cried out with his question. While pulling off his glasses to hold Loreile for the moment.
"It was another one of those fake situations in order to protect me, the boys, and Jethro. This was my idea this time Cyril and not Jethro," she said...
"Oh, lord! I can bet Jethro was upset with you leaving and going through with the plan of the divorce?" Taft claimed.
"Believe me he was Cyril and why this time no doubt he was so down and self-destructive." she cried out with the emotion coming out of her mouth.
"You're right on Loreile. Now I suggest that you go in and be careful in what you're going to say to him. He's in a great deal of pain even though we are giving him a great deal of pain medication. It's basically the same situation for when he was rescued in Paraguay."
"I am so sick and tired of hearing that countries name Cyril. It was a complete nightmare for when Hernandez had completely destroyed my husband's mental state," she said with a deep breath.
She went to walk inside with Taft going on to his other patients, along with the nurse to leave until Loreile was done with visiting her husband.
She had taken in a deep breath with seeing the state of her husband. Pulling up a chair to be as close as possible. One thing she didn't do this time held his hand as before. She had felt disconnected during these past few months being away.
It was going to be strange for a woman that loves a man deeply. Only to feel separated emotionally and mentally mostly.
Sitting on down with watching his breathing through the mask. After she had been sitting. She never really expected to hear the words coming out of his mouth.
She called for a nurse to come in all of a sudden. Her heart was jumping up into her throat. One of the ICU nurses came in looking amazed.
"I will go call Doctor Taft in his office." the supervisory nurse needed to say with moving out to contact him.
Loreile had gotten up from her seat moving much closer that has allowed her to do so with her stomach. She was beginning to feel funny...
"Come on Jethro, you can do it for me and the boys. Do you hear me at all?" she will need to say with a tear falling down her face.
