Melvin's group makes their way to a place labeled as the "Energizer Lair", and upon heading inside, are immediately assaulted by three spiders made entirely of energy. Melvin tries to fight off the spiders with his bare hands, but due to the nature of their bodies, he can't seem to damage them. Blingle, however, notices a generator in the room, and gestures for Tora to come over and help her break it. The two are able to destroy the generator with relative ease, causing the spiders to fizzle away. In the next room, another generator turns on, this time manifesting another spider as well as two dogs made of energy. Melvin rushes straight for the generator, but the dogs lunge at him, forcing him to dodge out of the way. Thankfully, though, the dogs run straight into the generator due to Melvin dodging, causing it to be overloaded and explode. Detecting the pattern here, Tora stops the group from progressing into the last room, and peeks in, seeing yet another generator in the middle. Rather than entering the room and triggering this last generator, Tora instead just calls on Viola and Jumbo to attack it from below, destroying the generator before it can even activate. The group enters the now-empty last room, looking around for any kind of loot. Instead, they hear a drumbeat from above, and a legendary creature of infinite potential power known as the Energy Bunny falls into the room. Tora spots this threat, immediately using the meteor staff to pin it to the ground with a massive space rock, which is absolutely overkill but like, who cares? With the Energy Bunny pinned in place, Melvin acts fast and wrangles the beast, taking out its batteries to stop it from functioning. All the Energy Bunny leaves behind is its Energy Drum, which disappears and manifests in Skeletone's inventory due to detecting his musical "prowess".

Meanwhile, Shugi's group finds a chest containing a mind clearing potion and a vinyl record of the hit song "You Spin Me Right Round", neither of which is of particular use to the party at the moment, so Shugi just puts them in a fanny pack.

Melvin's group exits the Energizer Lair and finds a statue of a winged monochrome being, with a sign nearby saying that a monetary donation could make one wiser. There's also graffiti complaining about the figure depicted in the statue. Nobody bothers to make a donation, though.

Shugi's group finds a sort of fortress which seems to be made entirely of turbulent blood, suspended in the air through unknown means. The only means of entry seems to be passing through a waterfall-like barrier of this blood, the force of which is shown when Knight Nikku and Shugi both get blown back upon attempting entry. Li'l Bleedy, however, gets through with no issue whatsoever, and Greejis drags Shugi and Knight Nikku through. Skeletone waves his arms to try and get the group's attention as he's left behind outside, but nobody takes notice of him, so he just sits down and pouts while he awaits the party's return. A few Blood Goliaths step forwards to confront the group, and Shugi tries to dispatch them with the bladed fidget spinner he picked up earlier, but just ends up cutting all of his fingers instead. The Blood Goliaths don't attack the group, though, instead ushering them towards the center of the fortress, where a figure sits in a large blood throne.

"What brings you before myself, Gronsel, the God of Blood?" The figure bellows, looming down at the party.

"I always thought Slegnor was the Blood God." Knight Nikku comments, and Gronsel's eye twitches, as he stands up, walks calmly to the nearest table, and angrily flips it.

"NO! What the FUCK. You come to my FUCKING THRONE, just to WHINE to me about MY TITLE. SHUT UP. EVERYONE gives that STUPID COUSIN of mine TOO MUCH DAMN CREDIT. He's not even a GOD! He's just a King that runs the BLOOD MARKET, which isn't even a NOTABLE THING! It's just some family business that gets him maybe 50 dollars a week, like seriously who CARES?! The only reason people know him so well is because he goes around gloating all the time! And don't even get me started on that descendent of his, Tarsilius! He never wipes that stupid smirk off his face, not even at FAMILY REUNIONS! Last Thanksgiving, he wouldn't stop looking at his phone no matter HOW much he was asked, he just kept snickering and shaking his head. Like, WHAT'S FUNNY, HUH?! MIND SHARING WITH THE FAMILY?! Lousy-ass kid. Doesn't even know the difference between blood and b'lood. What a joke! Even SLEGNOR had THAT figured out." Gronsel flips several more tables, which the party awkwardly glances around. Knight Nikku points at the throne, which has a Blood Scythe and Bloody Ring on it. Shugi nods, snatching the two items, before just walking out with the rest of the group while Gronsel continues his rant. Gronsel notices them leaving at the last moment, but just flips them off.

"Yeah, STAY OUT. I don't WANT you here." Gronsel yells after the group as they leave. Skeletone rejoins them, and they move on their way.

Meanwhile, Blingle decides to explore a cave that the other party comes across, going in on her own. She makes her way over an unstable floor which is riddled with holes, and takes a tunnel down to a section with stalactites precariously situated on the ceiling. Blingle takes it slow and easy, eventually making it down to the last chamber of the cave, which has a convenient treasure chest to reward Blingle for her troubles. Blingle pops the treasure chest open, finding a large sum of gold, which she pockets to gamble away later, as well as a Stalagmite Sword and an unidentifiable construct, which is Probably a Bong. The latter item suddenly levitates as a gust of underground wind ejects it from the cave, sending it all the way into one of Shugi's fanny packs without him even noticing. Blingle looks back in the chest, and finds an escape rope, which she uses to leave the cave with her loot. She rejoins with Melvin, Tora, Levus, and Bullseye as they move along, encountering Gublobublo, a scavenger who seems to be gathering bottle caps. Upon seeing the group, Gublobublo offers them one of his bottle caps if they could provide him with something fun to play with in the wind, and Melvin has a eureka moment, immediately handing over the cardboard kite he received earlier. Gublobublo is overjoyed by this, and hands over a rare bottle cap, which Melvin heads off with to deliver it to Bottlor. Bottler sees the bottle cap, and reluctantly gives Melvin the can opener, taking the cap in exchange. Melvin then returns to the rest of the group, ready to continue exploring the lands.
