After his conversation with Ares Lucifer spoke with his friends. These included his beloved Chloe, his brother Amanadiel, his former minion Maze, and his ex-girlfriend Eve.

Amanadiel: So father is in Hell?
Lucifer: According to Ares, yes.
Chloe: I'm sorry, I'm just having trouble wrapping my head around the idea that God, is trapped in Hell.
Lucifer: He and mom claimed to be the supreme creators of the entire universe, evidently they were lying. No matter how powerful they claimed to be, there's always someone bigger.
Eve: So how do we know there isn't something far more powerful than these beings called Good and Evil?
Lucifer: We don't, but we deal with what we have now.
Eve: He says that Cain is in Hell?
Lucifer: Yes. And not the nice one that lets you choose your own torture until you work out your issues.
Eve: I'm still angry at him for killing Abel, but I can't abandon either of them.
Maze: I'm in. I've always wanted to go home, figure this is close enough. And maybe me and Eve can really bond there.
Amanadiel: I can't abandon father, or mother if she's there too.
Lucifer: There's always the chance that our brother Uriel exists in this other plane. I don't regret a lot of things that I've done. But Uriel, killing my own brother is something I wish I could take back.
Chloe: So we're all going to Hell.
Lucifer: No offense Chloe, you couldn't handle Hell.
Chloe: How many people, with much less trianing than me, have gone to Hell to rescue loved ones. And I will not abandon those that I love.
Lucifer: Okay, I know better than to argue with you when you have your mind made up. Let's go to Hell.
