Alright, so now I the time for Delilah Lewis Loud along with her friends Allison and Laurence to try and figure out what the heck is up with Mr. Bolhofner, but the truth will lie within another of their friend, and his name is Darrel and Delilah is not gonna be happy about this. Chapter 233: Delilah's snoop's on!
(The Loud House.)
Delilah Lewis Loud, the daughter… Well, adopted daughter of Michelle Lewis Loud is busy with what she has been coming up with and that would be the big plan she has set for the whole investigation on what the heck is Mr. Bolhofner planning.
Delilah goes through her notes and she smiles. "This is bound to work and there is no way to hell that this plan could fail."
"What plan?" Delilah falls off her chair, the one who showed up was the resident ghost, Harriet Willard. "Sorry, but note that this room neighbors mine and even with the walls no longer paper thin for others to hear, I could still fell odd presence within the house, so what the heck are you up to?"
Delilah gets up and she grabs her notebook. "Fine, but I don't plan to tell the others just yet, so can I trust you to keep this between us?"
Harriet nods. "Very well then, also does this involve someone at your school?"
Delilah smirks. "You catch up fast, and yes it does. His name is Mr. Bolhofner and he said he wanted to meet with my mom for a parent teacher meeting, which does seem odd even for everyone else."
Harriet is confused by this. "That I don't understand. How is it odd for a parent and teacher to meet?"
"That's the whole dealio, Harriet" replied Delilah. "From what I have known in the school, Mr. Bolhofner has been teaching classes since Lori first showed up and even she can prove that for a long time, the man doesn't do parent teacher meetings on Friday nights, he always has plans on that time."
"Which is usually a big game, TGI-Friday or just being lazy and sleep things off, but this week, at Friday he wants to speak with my mom, when all the other teachers don't seek to because I have been a good student with straight A's and yet I have to catch up more on my studies which is why I am gonna be taking summer classes."
"I have been an ace in tests and studies, and even math class. So, now the big question is…."
Harriet can no understand this. "What would Me. Bolhofner want with Michelle? I now see, and I too am curious about this conspiracy. I can see why you must do this and I wish to help, but this is your business and I know you have friends who are intending to help solve this case."
Delilah smiles. "You know it, now I have the plan set and so myself along with Allison and Laurence are all gonna be checking on what the man does, and don't worry, we'll stay out of trouble and try our best to find the truth."
Harriet nods. "I'm sure you and you're friends can solve this crisis. Also, breakfast is ready for you." The duo then leave the room, and Delilah is looking forward to putting her plan in motion. Harriet is hoping they don't mess it up.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
Delilah walks down the halls and she looks for her friends and sees them. Allison and Laurence and the duo wave to her and she goes towards them. "Hey, girl. The plan set?" asked Allison.
"Yeah, I got them here in my notes and they can't fail. Whatever he has planned, we will find out and we will get to the bottom of it and show my mom what's really been happening" said Delilah.
They then see Mr. Bolhofner walk by them. "Remember Loud, you're mom has to meet with me tomorrow."
"Yes sir, Mr. Bolhofner sir." Delilah salutes and the man grumbles and walks off, they watch as he walks off. "He is so hiding something and we're gonna find out what it is."
"Which is why we were informed of this thing too." Delilah sees Paula and Margo. "We're in as well, we were told by Allison and Laurence and it is kinda odd for Mr. Bolhofner to just have an actual parent teacher meeting, when he normally has it the day after Friday" replied Margo.
"So, what's the plan girl?" asked Paula.
Delilah smiles seeing this, she has more friends into the mix which will make her plan even better. "Alright, let's get to it then!"
(Later.)
First up: Paula and Margo will be performing their practice runs in the back of the school per usual, and that's the hour when Mr. Bolhofner is busy with reading his book by the benches underneath the tree, and so you guys will be our eyes out there.
Paula kicks the ball to Margo, and she kicks it back. They both try to score at each other's goals, and they spot the man reading his book, and then they wait and then…
Mr. Bolhofner is out like a light, and he's still holding his cup of coffee and his book. They knew he would do this, he tends to sleep after reading romance novels that also involve some military action.
Margo uses her walkie-talkie. "Guys, the Bolhofner is out like a light."
Second up: Laurence has been chosen as the Hall Monitor this week, alongside Theo and Kaito, and with their help we can make sure that no one else will be suspicious for when someone tries to go into the teachers' lounge and that's where Mr. Bolhofner keeps his records of what he does.
We're also going to need a diversion to ensure that the other teachers aren't gonna be coming to the teacher's lounge yet.
Laurence looks around and sees no one down the halls, and so he signals to Kaito and the duo then setup a small spill in the halls, and thankfully there are no surveillance drones or cameras in this hallway, okay so the school doesn't have any yet for some reason.
Because of this, Theo brings the janitor over and he sees the big spill of some water from the bathroom, the man sighs and he goes over to clean up the mess and so Theo and Kaito help clean, while Laurence goes around and sets up wet floor signs, and this spill is just outside the teacher's lounge.
There is no one inside, and no one is coming in either.
Laurence uses his walkie-talkie. "Guys, the spill has been made and the janitor is busy cleaning the mess, also I got reports from Lainey and Alice that Principal Rivers is out for lunch at the Burnt Bean. You girls are now up!"
Third and final phase: Myself, along with Delilah are gonna sneak into the teacher's lounge using the vents and then we make our way into the teacher's lounge and then we look around for the files of Mr. Bolhofner.
The two girls are dressed like ninja's, black suits with some red dragon insignias. "These are so cool, where did you get these radical ninja suits?" asked Delilah.
Allison chuckles. "Gamers Convention, and these are from Mortal Kombat games, the Red Dragon clan, since they sold out on the Shirai Ryu ninja clothing. Not the best moment for me, but these will do."
Delilah then sees the table that is Mr. Bolhofner and so she goes over and she sees this paper and reads it. "Due to the need for more space here, soon around the next school year this desk along with Mr. Bolhofner will be transferred to his own personal room, as requested from the man himself."
"Huh, looks like he's getting his own office, with the class. But where to is the real question."
"Girl, this is not the thing we need" said Allison. "Find out what we need to know, and then we can get the heck out of here. Laurence said that the janitor is gonna begin drying up the floors out there."
Allison does look around the teacher's lounge. 'This place is pretty classy, never thought I'd see this place before and I thought the Teacher's Lounge in the elementary school looked… Well, a bit nice.' She does notice some heart-shaped letters that have been torn in Bolhofner's trash can. 'Odd.'
"Alright." Delilah then goes through the cabinets and she finds something interesting. "Well, hello-hello there." She grabs the box with the files of Mr. Bolhofner's next plans, for this week and next week.
She then sees his plans for Friday and so she begins to use her phone to take a picture of the file and then she puts it back in the box and she puts the box back into the cabinet and they make it look like no one was there.
"Alright, got what we need. No time to read, so let's skedaddle on out of here. Now!" said Delilah. Allison nods and the duo jump into the vent and close it and then make their way out and just in time too.
Ms. Salter enters the room and she looks around, she then sees something was out of place. "Hmm, well this shouldn't be right." She then goes over to the coffee machine. "Looks like Bolhofner forgot to turn off the machine, again."
She then puts the little note back on top. "I swear one day he's gonna get into trouble and end up making a mess of things." she then makes her own coffee and drinks from it, she didn't even notice the table and cabinet of Bolhofner has been tampered.
(After classes.)
The group: Delilah, Allison, Laurence, Margo, Paula, Theo and Kaito are at the back of the school and are not amused by what they have all found.
"I don't understand, what is this?" said Kaito.
"I thought he had no plans tomorrow, but this says otherwise" said Laurence.
"We made sure no one would've known about what we were doing and this is what we get?" said Paula.
"This can't be right" said Allison. "He said he wanted to meet with Delilah's mom, this Friday. What the heck is this? Was there another file in there?"
Delilah looks to what she took. It said that Mr. Bolhofner is going to take a small leave for two days to meet up with some old friends of his, and then he'll come back on Monday.
Delilah is confused. "This… This was the only file he had in his cabinet, there was nothing else there. He doesn't make new things to write down and recall unless it's Monday, this is…. What the heck?"
They all feel bad that the plan Delilah made has gone bust. "So, now what?" asked Margo.
Darrel then goes to them. "Mr. Bolhofner has a crush on your mom."
This makes them go wide eyed and look to Darrel. "What?!"
Delilah asks him. "How do you know about this?"
Darrel then hands her the note he has. "When math class was done, this note fell from MR, Bolhofner's novel which he always disguises as a book on Algebra, and you should ready this."
Delilah looks to the note and so do the others and they read what it has to say.
Tomorrow: Teacher and Parent meeting with Michelle Lewis Loud, and confess to her my true feelings, and see if she can share the same for me. Because I will never forget the day we met at the mall after she helped me find the clothes that fit my style, she has truly woken my side of love and I will ask her on a date!
If all goes well, then I know my future is set to be with her and possibly start an awesome future! Just like in the novels I read!
This is something they did not see coming, and because of how weird it was, Paula goes to the trash can to barf. "What the heck?" said Margo.
"Dudes, this is so weird" said Kaito. "I mean, I am in the romance thing since I am dating Maddie, but this is something off the charts with love."
"He thinks he can have the same thing as his book?" asked Allison. "Is he for reals? Not everything is a fairytale ending, we know since video game logic is not too accurate."
"We have known Mr. Bolhofner since we started schooling here, and now we find out this?" said Theo. "I am forever changed at the outcome of what we found out and I don't think I can ever see that dude the same way he has been before, also this sound super awkward when it does go down tomorrow."
Laurence then looks to Delilah. "So, what are you gonna do now?"
Delilah is not amused by this, she knows that this is not right, and one thing she knows… Her mom doesn't even know him. She then gets up and looks to Darrel. "Thanks for this information Darrel."
"What are friends for?" said Darrel. "Also, you plan to tell your mom?"
Delilah sighs. "Not yet, tomorrow maybe. She'll handle this, but I doubt things could go all peachy keen, so I will need to be there to make sure nothing bad goes down."
They all nod. "If you need help, then don't hesitate to ask us" said Allison.
"That is nice of you guys, but I got some other folks for this matter. You guys helped me with dealing in this whole ordeal of Bolhofner and what he has been planning" said Delilah. "But tomorrow, it's gonna be a family matter."
