Well, first day with little to know memory of what he has been through and he's going to spend the first day with someone he should recall, the girl he had a crush on, the girl who he noticed for so long, and chances, he might recall a lot about what they have been through, Jordan Rosato. Chapter 245: A lovely Day.

(May 2. The Loud House.)

Morning has come, and now we see Luna Loud wake up and she sees that someone is missing. "Lincoln? Lincoln?!" Luna looks down to the lower bunk and sees that he's not there either. This puts her into panic mode. "No… No, no. No."

Then the door to the bedroom opens and he sees her son, Lincoln. "Hey, Luna. I'm alright." He's all dressed for the day and dressed in the clothes that Luna picked out for him last night.

Lincoln's attire: White polo shirt inside of a purple and orange long-sleeve jacket, blue knee-ripped jeans and red and blue sneakers.

Luna gets down from her bed and she goes over and hugs Lincoln. "Linc, I thought you weren't here. Thank god you're still around." Luna begins to cry, she really did thought he wasn't; actually awake and back at the hospital in his coma.

Lincoln feels bad for her in feeling this way and he returns the hug. "Calm down, Luna. I'm not in the hospital anymore, and we're back together again, sort of." Lincoln still has a hard time trying to get used to being the son of his former sister.

The duo then depart from the hug and Luna places a kiss onto his forehead. "Sorry for freaking out, it's just… Just not easy trying to cope with… Well, you not being around and I don't like seeing you not…" she then sheds a few more tears.

Lincoln understands what she's going through and he wipes away her tears. "Luna, we talked about this and everything is gonna be okay now, it'll be some time for me to try and regain what was lost, and also an uneasy thing for me knowing that this is the life we have now."

"We're not gonna lose each other again and I… I wanna say thanks, for saving me from the mess last year. I never thought something as dark and unruly like that could've ever happened to our own family."

Luna nods. "Me too, Linc. Me too." She then sees how he's looking at his clothing and this makes her smile. "Not easy going through with the look?"

Lincoln chuckles. "Yeah, but I will manage and I do look cool in this. I should've worn different clothing back then, and then I would've felt much better instead of the same orange polo and blue jeans."

Luna chuckles and she kisses his cheek. "Glad to have my son, back in my life. We will get through this, and your memories will come back to ya. But know that, that some of them aren't so pleasant and would bring back unruly things from before."

Lincoln nods. "I know, and I'm ready for what's to come."

(Later.)

Lincoln and Luna come down the stairs and they go to the dining room and see Michelle, Delilah and Harriet eating breakfast (Okay, so Harriet is just drinking tea.), they stop when they see Lincoln and Luna arrive.

"Good morning everyone" replied Lincoln. They all smile seeing Lincoln. The boy and his mother sit next to Michelle, and she hands them a plate of waffles. "Wow. These look delicious."

Harriet smiles. "I made them myself, and I hope you do like them."

Lincoln was still not sure, and a bit uneasy with the presence of the ghost that Lucy knows about. "Yeah, okay and thanks too, Great Grandma Harriet."

Harriet smiles hearing this, but deep down, she is screaming with torment from the fact Lincoln is uneasy around her, it reminds her of when they first encountered her and didn't feel comfortable with her presence. But she tries to keep up a straight face.

The family continues to eat their food, and soon they finish, though it's Delilah who finishes first. "I'm gonna…. I'm going to my room now." She then heads back upstairs, but they did notice her wiping away some tears.

This concerns them and Michelle goes over to check on her, and this makes Lincoln concerned. "Delilah not doing well?"

Luna sighs. "Yeah, she's kinda on edge after what happened to you, I mean you and her bonded on some occasions and got used to each other's company. I mean, you spoke to her words that she can be redeemed for her actions of the past, and that she would be welcomed into our family."

Harriet then speaks as she picks up the other plates. "Though it was Michelle who made the call to adopt Delilah into the family, and she fought hard to make sure you were safe and sound and that nothing bad would happen to the both of you. It really does hurt her, knowing that you're not the same Lincoln she knows and loves to hang out."

"She's more afraid of when you remember that moment when she was part of something so dark, that it scarred you, and yet you saw past that and forgiven her of her actions."

Lincoln is now concerned for Delilah, but then someone knocks on the door and Luna goes over to answer it. Lincoln continues to eat his waffles and thinks about what's going on. 'Poor Delilah, I wanna help her, but I don't know how to approach that one. I hardly know her and I wish I did.'

Just then Luna calls out to them. "Kiddo, someone's here to see you." Lincoln and Harriet see that it was Jordan Rosato, the girlfriend of Lincoln Loud.

Jordan smiles at Lincoln. "Hi Lincoln, good to see you up and ready for today."

Lincoln finishes his food and he goes over to greet her. "Hi there g… Jordan, I didn't think you'd be here." He blushes and looks down nervously, this would indicate that he's never had a girlfriend or had one who was as cute as Jordan, and this makes her giggle and blush.

"That nervous look you have is just like the one you showed last year, and it's cute."

Lincoln chuckles and blushes once more. "Yeah, umm. I don't know what to say at this point."

Jordan smirks. "Well, today it's gonna be you and me, we're gonna spend some time together as we always did and… We're also gonna see what could jog your memory and bring some good memories back, and possibly the Lincoln Loud we're all accustomed to."

Lincoln is shocked to hear this and he looks to Luna and nods. "Go ahead kiddo, spend some time with your special lady."

Lincoln then sees Jordan leave the house and he follows with her, he then sees her get onto her bike and then Lincoln sees the mountain bike he has and he's still surprised that he has this kind of bike. 'Yup, a whole lot of stuff to recall.' Lincoln puts on his helmet and he rides off with Jordan.

Luna looks out the window and sighs, then Harriet stands next to her. "I can only assume that you have a plan on helping him with his memories, right?"

Luna nods. "Pretty much, brah. Lincoln needs to rekindle the best memories he had with those he knew and loves, and I know who should come next to spend some time with him."

(Ketcham Park.)

Lincoln and Jordan arrive to the park, and the duo let their bikes onto the bike rack nearby, and then walk into the place.

Lincoln walks around and looks at everything the park has had, and changed. "Wow. This place certainly did change, didn't see that large flower garden and wow those are a lot of flowers."

Jordan nods. "Yeah, yeah. A lot changed, and you and your mom were the epicenter of all of it, and made things what they are now." Jordan then sees Lincoln's hand, but she doesn't hold it. "Everything became something no one saw coming, and all because of the changes you and Luna went through."

Lincoln sees the uneasy look from Jordan, and he doesn't like seeing someone like her being all upset, it pained him to see Jordan go through this issue of him not remembering the times they had.

Lincoln then summons some courage and he holds her hand, this shocks Jordan and she looks to the boy holding her hand. "Jordan, I can tell that everything going on is a total cluster and something that you can't be able to deal with because we had a thing together."

"Heck, even I have a hard time trying to believe that someone as popular as you went out with some guy like me, but it made sense since we knew each other long before I met Clyde, and it just sparks my heart to know that we had so many romantic memories and I really wish I knew them and then we could still be together with what we made from the spark."

"There are so much I wanna know, so much I missed and the love we had, that is something I wanna experience again, and I wish I could. So, I think the best option is to show you how much I care about you, through this…"

Lincoln places a hand on her cheek and he pulls her close to him, and the duo are underneath the shade of a tree and they share a small kiss.

Jordan is shocked to the core, she knows this kiss. This is the very same kind of kiss she felt long ago when they had their first date and the spark inside of her is sparking, and they don't know that something inside of Lincoln is sparking too.

The duo then depart from the kiss and Lincoln looks to her with a loving daze, the same one she recalled from long ago. "I love you, my morning rose."

Now that made Jordan shocked. "Lincoln?"

The boy smiles. "Yeah, I do have issues with memories, but after what we did, well after kissing you… I am getting some small fragments of memories and… They all feel so nice, and I will treasure the first date we had, which took place weeks after the events of the life I had."

This surprises Jordan, she sheds some tears and she hugs him. "Oh Lincoln, I promise that we will help you regain what you lost, and then we can all be the way we were as before! I promise you!"

Lincoln smiles and hugs her back. "And I'll do my part to get them back too, I promise." The duo stay like this, in a romantic embrace.

But watching them from a distance are Lucy, Lola, Lana and Lisa. They heard about whats going on with Lincoln, and they feel bad for him not recalling the good times, and even though they miss their big brother, they know it would be wrong to rip him away from the life he has in a family of two.

Lucy. 'Lincoln, big brother. I promise you that I will help you get back what was shattered and tainted into the darkness. You will not fall today, and I will not let the rest of your mind shatter to the Grimm fate of oblivion.'

Lola and Lana. 'We know that the memories you have are important and the love of the life you have with Luna is the one thing that has made you who you are, and that you would always love us even if we aren't related anymore. We'll do what we can to help you, Linky!'

Lisa. 'Perhaps recalling some moments of how he truly loved those would reset the nervous system into reclaiming what he lost, and possibly help him be the Lincoln we all know and love. I swear brother, I will help you and thus restore the affections you have with your mother, Luna.'

'We have our own paths to take, and yours is the life you have now. You were with us in our dire times of this new life, well so it's our turn to be there for yours.'

The former louds then leave them be and go back to the playground, to think of someway to help Lincoln get back what he lost, the loving memories of the one he calls, mother. Luna Loud.

A/N: Day 1, and it seems like the small steps are growing, but a long way to go if Lincoln is to recall the memories of who he is from this story, and those who he knows and loves will be there for him, for this us just the beginning. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
