Time for Day 2 for Lincoln to try and regain what he lost, and he will be facing school and then spending time with someone he once saw as his second mother figure: Sam Sharp, so let's see how things go for him in this round. Enjoy reading this guys.
Family of Two.
Chapter 246: School, and Sharp.
(May 3. Royal Woods Elementary School.)
Luna's purple Ferrari makes it to the elementary school, and now we see Lincoln Loud looking out the window and at the school. "Been sometime since I've been away and I have a whole lot to cover up, don't I?"
Luna sighs, "Yeah, I mean you were in a coma and you had to bail out of 4 quizzes, but I know that you can ace them. You're one of the top graded kids there, and I am proud of how you've always done you're hardest to pass the class."
Lincoln smiles hearing that. "Sure wish I could recall those memories, never knew I'd be smart enough to be tied with Clyde, and with Jordan into the mix too."
Luna smiles. "Well, I guess it's time for you to head in there, and just remember that if some stuff ain't feeling right, then know that Jordan and your friends are there to help you out, they also know that you have to recap what you lost and chances they wanna be part of this plan."
Lincoln nods. "I do recall some memories of being with Jordan, they feel nice and they feel really amazing, but most are still in fragments and it'll be a while before they're all restored. But, I can handle this and make sure that whatever I lost will be back."
Luna smiles. "That's my boy." She then hugs her son, and then places a kiss to his forehead. "See you after school, buddy."
Lincoln then gets out of the car and he watches as Luna drives off, he then looks to the school and walks there, and he goes over and greets his friends, but he doesn't notice Lucy, Lisa and the twins watching him.
"So, what the heck do we do now?" asked Lana.
"We do not intervene, we can only intervene should they need help with restoring Lincoln's memories" replied Lisa. "Even we seek to assist in making sure that the memories he had with Luna are restored, because we may wish to be family again, but that is a road that we cannot race back to."
"Lisa's right, for now we hang back and let the others do their own plan" said Lucy. "If they need help, then we help jump start his memories with the times he spent with us and wanted to give us the chances in redemption."
The others nod and they go on about their day, and hope for whatever plan Luna and the others have, that they'll work and Lincoln would be back to the boy who is living the life in the Family of Two.
Lisa then recalls something. 'How come Luna hasn't bothered to contact FutureTech to help?'
(After School.)
Lincoln walks down the halls and with Jordan by his side. For the whole school day, all of his friends have been doing what they can to help Lincoln with his memory loss, but they don't push it too hard and Clyde also helps out as well.
Lincoln did notice the former loud sisters: Lisa, Lola, Lana and Lucy and they have been steering clear of Lincoln, and so he does the same, but he knows that they have a plan to help out and so he lets them be. He was told about the results of the other family members.
Lincoln knows that Lori is the closest sibling from the old family who is not too far and is doing her part to be redeemed through her time in juvie and he's just excited to see when she does come back to their lives, but who knows when that will be.
He was surprised to know that Leni is no longer the same Leni he knew and has gained some smarts and is now redeemed of her actions, and is now doing her part to help their former sister, Luan and her mentally instable conflict, and he hopes for the best to Leni and Luan.
Lincoln never thought that his mother and father would be in jail, but knowing that they're taking parenting classes is making him see that they're trying to regain what they lost, and redeem the mistakes of being not the best parents for the past 17 years.
But Lynn, she's the one person Lincoln has a hard time trying to figure out. He knows she's been always rough, tough and pushy, but to know that she was the one who started the whole bad luck thing, was making him feel kinda angry, but he knows she's changing and so he'll give her that chance as his original memories would've done.
Everything that has happened to the family that is something he never knew would come to pass after the incident last year, during summer. He still has a lot to keep track of.
As Lincoln and Jordan leave the school, they see not Luna's Ferrari, but the blue pickup truck of Sam Sharp, the truck she was handed to by her dad.
Sam sees Lincoln and waves to him. Lincoln smirks. "Something tells me that Luna made this happen."
Jordan giggles, and she kisses his cheek. "That one is correct, and you should go and rekindle something with the teen who you see as your second mom."
Lincoln chuckles. "That is something I still have a hard time trying to believe." Lincoln then walks towards Sam and then he gets hugged by her.
"You ready for this day of just you and me, little buddy?"
Lincoln is surprised by the hug, but he smiles. "Yeah, I am Sam." but then he feels something weird. 'This hug, it seems familiar and the way she sounds as kind as Luna, also sounds familiar.'
Sam and Lincoln depart from the hug and now they head into the truck, with Lincoln at the passenger seat, and then Sam looks to the white haired boy. "You ready for this awesome day with me, Lincoln?"
Lincoln nods. "I am ready for this." As they drive away from the school, Lincoln is now getting this odd feeling, like some familiar things about what's going on, and then he smiles. Something just came back.
(Bangers n' Mosh.)
Now we see Sam Sharp and Lincoln Loud, both enjoying some of the good food they have there, and also enjoying the sound of Chunk and his band performing on stage. The duo are seated by a window and both sitting at a comfy large couch with the table and the duo are still eating what they ordered.
Lincoln looks to Chunk and his band. "Never knew Chunk had a band, or even kept doing his own musical gig. Kinda feels nice and very familiar too."
Hearing that surprises Sam, she recalls that Luna told Lincoln about that last year, which could mean that stuff and locations from the past are set to trigger some lost memories inside of his head, which means Luna's plan is in motion.
Sam then speaks. "You know, it does feel nice to be spending time with you, Lincoln. We would do this kinda stuff when you wanted to be around the person you see as a second mom, I still recall the many times Luna would always call you the reason why she would keep living and…."
Lincoln then stops and stares at Sam, and he looks to her features and this makes Sam confused. "Linc, you okay there buddy?"
Lincoln blinks and he smiles. "Truth be told, after you showing up and hanging out with you now, it feels like a memory of what we did is still going to try and come."
Sam is confused. "Wait, what?"
Lincoln scooches closer. "I don't know why, but after riding with you and seeing how happy you are to spend time with me. I recall something, the day we hung out and spent a whole day together and then came my birthday and then Luna's birthday and you were there to spend time with us."
"Then came the troubles we had, and you helped us through some of them and made sure that both myself and Luna were doing alright, and then there was Halloween, Thanksgiving, and then Christmas, and then New Year's Eve and then… The day when Luna had some issues."
"And then I spent some time with you, feeling upset but you comforted me that every little thing was gonna be alright, mom."
Sam is shocked he called her that and this makes her go towards the boy, but Lincoln hugs her. "I got them back, I remember them."
Sam is in tears, and she too hugs the boy. "Linky, thank goodness you're back. I'm glad you're back, kiddo."
Lincoln smiles as he hugs the blonde teen. "Good to be back, mom."
They both don't notice Luna watching this from a table not too far, and she smiles. 'And that's another one done, now all we gotta do is keep….' Luna then feels emotional from this, but she calms down. 'Take a chill pill Lunes, your turn will be up soon. Just, don't get too much of it.'
'Let the others have their time to help Lincoln with what he lost, and then I save the best for last. The best way for me to spend the time so Lincoln can be his old self. Be there for him, but let the others take the moments and then everything he regained will be back soon.'
'Good to see Sam be the second mother to our boy, I really do love it when I feel like I see an amazing future of just the three of us… Our soon to be Family of three.'
