Alexa led Billy and the others to the safehouse, but Billy's mother was nowhere to be seen. For that matter, there was noone here on this street, or in this city, noone to be found. Sharon and Garek felt this wasn't too unusual for Hell. Most mini-kingdoms were in a constant state of war, a leader could very well be in power one day and gone the next. There were signs, claiming to lead to a neutral sanctuary. It certainly seemed possible that Billy's mother fled to this sanctuary with the others, following the signs seemed as good a lead as any. One such sign said "Those who arrive, survive." This seemed to imply that they would take in any refuge who could make it there. For some reason this sounded familiar to Billy, he just couldn't remember from where. Then he saw another sign, it read "Terminus." Then Billy remembered exactly where he'd heard of this, and confronted Alexa.

Billy: Haven't you ever seen "the Walking Dead?"
Alexa: No I don't think we had that movie in my world.
Billy: It's a tv show. Great to watch, horrifying to everyone who lived through it. In their world the dead rose, a zombie apocalypse. Terminus was a place that offered sanctuary to people, and then butchered and cannibalized everyone who came. And that's what they're probably doing to my mother.
Alexa; She's my friend too, we have to rescue her.
Courtney: We will, we just have to be smart about this and do some recon first.
