Tonight was the first presidential debate between president Odonnell and challenger Patricia Turner. Neither was from the traditional republican and democratic parties. Odonnell was the nominee of the American Solidarity Party, Turner was the nominee of the Society for a Better America. By now most of the american people knew that the SBA was a nazi front organization, yet she had the 15% support neccessary to be in the presidential debates. Unfortunately Turner and the other nazi thugs were very good at launching accusations of their own. Most were untrue, but they just kept repeating them enough so that people assumed that they were true. They used Julius Streicher's tactic, just throw enough accuastions that a few might have a kernal of truth, and then use that kernal as justification for all wild accusations. The president tried to appear as the sane alternative to her nazi insanity.

Odonnell: My fellow americans, we have been through much these last five years, but we have come together...
Turner: No thanks to our president. I'm all for America coming together, but I also believe we must take care of our own before we worry about the whole damn universe.
Odonnell: We are not living in isolation, that much hs been made clear.
Turner: Yes, and as a result of you, and bleeding heart liberals at the U.N. they have their bases in Antarctic, with nuclear weapons.
Odonnell: Antarctica has never attacked America or any other nation. There are a few bad apples, as there are in any large society, and the government of Antarctica has disciplined them accordingly.
Turner: Yes, this liberal justice system pampers it's most violent offenders.
Odonnell: They are aware that executing them merely sends them back to Hell, and Evil can simply send them back here to Earth to cause more damage. Keeping them confined and trying to rehabilitate them at the very lest could reduce the numbers we will potentially face in the final battle.
Turner: Yes, this final battle of Good against Evil. A battle you claimed could be avoided by simply "making peace" with Hell itself.
Odonnell: It was never a flawless plan, but it has allowed us time.
Turner: Time perhaps to build our defenses and secure our borders against these aliens. Yet you continue to allow unrestricted immigration...
Odonnell: I do not allow this. At the moment, there is no legal immigration from Antarctica. It is true, that some here illegally.
Turner; While you have instructed our ICE agents and other law enforcement from using the term illegal immigrant.
Odonnell: Because they are people, and a person is not illegal. Only actions can be illegal, it is not illegal to exist. I have focused on arresting and deporting those who commit violent crimes. By not focusing on those who simply want refuge, who do the jobs that americans don't want to do, then we can turn those immigrants into assets. They will not turn to criminal or terrorist elements for protection from the law.
Turner: During all of this you have denied real americans the right to own guns to protect themselves.
Odonnell: Many americans are afraid, thanks in no small part to you and your party stirring up this fear of the other.
Turner: I see nothing wrong with making sure americans are properly informed, that they can take the neccessary precautions to protect themselves and their families.
Odonnell: A country this scared should not have so many weapons around, far too many tragic accidents.
Turner: Which just allows the violent criminals to buy illegal weapons and use them against law abiding citizens. But then you've always pampered criminals, you even helped a number or murderers and rapists get released.
Odonnell: I taught in prison, yes. I knew that most of these individuals, even many who had committed murder and pled down to manslaughter, would get out one day. I felt that, when that happenned, they should have the skills to function, so that they wouldn't feel so compelled to resume a life of crime. I always felt that the life I saved, could be my own. Throught my political career I have focused on education, to help children develop skills to function, to teach them good values.
Turner: And now you give the illegal children education at the expense of american children.
Odonnell: Our laws, which I have strictly enforced, guarantee an education for every child in this country. And we have proudly enforced regulations that teach children not to hate the other, not to be afraid of those who are different from themselves. By not deporting children, it is possible that some of these children are alien refugees. They are harmless, we focus on deporting the dangerous criminals. And my opponent avoids the fact that these refugees have helped us far more than we have helped them. In exchange for a previously uninhabitable piece of land in Antarctica, they have helped us heal our ozone layer, purified our waters, end world hunger, and have given us the lowest rates of poverty and highest life expectancy that this planet has ever seen. There is still much work to be done, I can't deny that part. But we will solve these problems by coming together, not by turning on each other. And if we can't live together, we will die alone.
