The war has come to an end and the threat that was Ankhselam has finally passed. The dead was even brought back to life. With the ending of the war, life began to get back on track for Nashi and her friends.

'I can't believe it's been half a year since the war ended.' Nashi thought. She was just hanging around the guild and everything was acting like it was normal. 'It feels like it's been much longer, but it's great that it's all over. Since the war ended, some things have stayed the same.'

"You want to say that again?!" Storm said as he smashed his head against Drake's.

"I'll say as many times as I want." Drake said as the two of them were getting into another fight.

'Some things have stayed the same, but there are somethings that have changed.' Nashi thought. As Drake and Storm were fighting with each other, Raio just sat out of the way and was getting annoyed.

"Oh man. Do those two ever knock it off?" Raio questioned.

"I don't think so." Nova said as she wrapped her arms around him. "I just say let them be." Raio just did what she said with him holding her hand.

'Ever since the war ended, Nova and Raio have become a real item.' Nashi thought. 'Raio was so happy about it that he jumped all the way to the sky when she really kissed him. Her fan club wasn't really too happy about it. Speaking of which, some people keep saying things about Sasha and Simon.'

"Have you heard from your father lately?" Sasha asked with the two of them sitting alone.

"Yeah. He sends some letters every once in a while." Simon said. "He says that Ezrin is doing pretty well himself. He's really turned his curse power for something good."

"That's good to hear." Sasha said.

"Hey!" Gale said as he came over. "What's this little couple doing?"

"Couple?!" Simon said with his face as turning as red as his hair.

"We're not like that." Sasha said with her blushing. "We're not like Nova and Raio. Come on, Simon." Sasha grabbed his hand and just left the table.

"Come on. I was just giving you a hard time." Gale said. He was, but seeing those two almost like one and seeing others with their relationships made Gale feel a little bad about himself. "I need to get a girlfriend."

'Simon and Sasha aren't really there. They're both a little awkward about the whole thing.' Nashi thought. 'The other guilds have been doing pretty well as well. We never would have won the war if it weren't for them. Blue Pegasus is the same as usual...'

...

Blue Pegasus

"Care for a refreshment?" Keith asked.

"Perhaps you would like something to eat." Ethan offered.

"It doesn't matter to me, but we can just talk." Axel said. Blue Pegasus acted the same as usual as they acted like hosts and hostesses. However, one member isn't as much as a flirt anymore.

'Of course, a certain someone has been going there a lot lately and leaving tokens for a certain Blue Pegasus girl.' Nashi narrated.

"Hey, Bella." Nanami said as she walked over to her with a bouquet of roses. "Looks like your special someone sent you a little gift." Nanami gave Bella the flowers. She looked at the card for it to say it's for "a special lady" and it was just signed D. Bella knew very well who that was from and she felt like the luckiest girl around.

...

Lion's Crown

'Blue Pegasus isn't the only one that is doing well. Lion's Crown is still trying to be number one.' Nashi narrated. Over at that guild, a new member recently joined and seemed rather shy about the whole thing.

"Hey. Are you new? Coro asked as he and Stella walked over to the new girl.

"Yeah... I heard this place is a pretty rough place."

"It was, but we've made some changes." Stella said.

"Don't get us wrong. We're still aiming to be number one." Coro said. "That means we have to take down Fairy Tail."

"Fairy Tail?" The new girl questioned.

"They might be tough, but we're just as strong." Coro said. "Just don't get the wrong idea. We want you to feel like this place is your home too." Lion's Crown has sure come a long way since Fairy Tail faced them in the Grand Magic Games.

...

Fairy Tail

'All the guilds are doing well.' Nashi narrated. 'Sabertooth is as tough as ever. Mermaid Heel is going well, Kora still giving Simon and Sasha a hard time about being a couple. Lamia Scale is the same as usual. Quattro Cerberus is still wild. It was all great that everyone was able to get back to a normal life after everything that has happened.'

"Nashi!" Natsu called as he came over. "You doing okay there?"

"Yeah. I'm just doing some thinking." Nashi said.

"Why? Better to grab something to eat." Natsu said. Nashi couldn't believe he just said that.

"Dad... Have you heard from Uncle Zeref lately?" Nashi asked.

"Yeah. He sent a letter a couple days ago. He's hoping to see you when he can." Natsu said. Nashi was hoping for that as well.

'After the war ended, Uncle Zeref went to live a normal life.' Nashi narrated. 'I offered him to officially join the guild, but he didn't think it was a good idea. He also knows that Master Mavis is somewhere out there in her reincarnation, the life she took after what happened with the Alvarez Empire. Now that Ankhselam is gone, Uncle Zeref went back to his other life, hoping to me with Mavis again. I really do hope I get to see him again.'

"Look at this. Queen Hisui is helping guilds reopen in the Duat Kingdom."

"If they go back to separate guilds, maybe they'll be less of a threat."

'I've also been keeping tabs on the Duat Kingdom and those who are left of The Ten.' Nashi narrated. 'Since Ankhselam is gone, I heard that Aelita Stonewell has taken the position of empress. She's making sure there isn't another war between Fiore and the Duat Kingdom. From what I've heard, I don't think we have to worry about them anymore. As for the rest of the remaining members, the ones named Airin, David, and Travis swore their loyalty to Aelita. As for the ones named Kisaru, Bradford, and Reginald, they didn't exactly agree with Aelita. They wanted to keep the war going and take Fiore over. Since that was how they were, Aelita had them locked-up and made sure they would never harm anyone again. I'm also aware that three members of The Ten died in battle. Even though they were our enemies, I can't help feel sorry for them.'

"Why you...!" Storm called as he was thrown against a table by Drake. "I'm gonna kill you for that!"

"Go ahead! I'll just come back from death!" Drake dared as the two of them kept fighting. Hearing Drake talk like that had Nashi think of one other amazing thing.

'I still find it amazing that after a lifetime of anguish and despair, Ankhselam did the right thing in his last few moments.' Nashi narrated. 'Speaking of which, there's something I don't understand. Storm told me what happened to the one named Terran, and Kora told Simon what happened to this Norita. They were both members of The Ten that died in battle, but there was one more. Drake told me that the one named Serena died because of Ankhselam. When Ankhselam cast his spell, he brought back those who died in the war by his power. Why wasn't she? Maybe it's because her body was completely obliterated, but I can't help but feel that there's another reason.'

...

Ankhselam

Ankhselam didn't die in the normal sense. He's somewhere in limbo, somewhere between life and death. The things Nashi told him changed the way he was seeing things, but needed to think things over. That's why he remains. He thought he would exist there in isolation, but he felt the presence of another. When he turned around, he was surprised to see Serena there. Somehow, Serena used her powers to join him in this world. She was acting shy about it as well. Perhaps her feelings for him truly were genuine and strong. Before, Ankhselam would have turned away and not care about her being here, but he didn't. He actually welcomed her to join him and she loved it.

...

Nashi

'Ankhselam was truly one of the strongest, most dangerous enemy my friends and I fought.' Nashi narrated. 'In the end, he was just someone who needed help, but refused to accept any. I always wanted to be strong like my father, like anyone in the guild, but I never did thought I would get caught up in something like that. Still, my friends and I were able to pull through. I know we did the Fairy Tail name proud.'

"Hey!" Simon called. "Guys, we found a great job for us!"

"Come on. Let's take it." Sasha said.

"Sure." Nashi said as she went to join them.

"You're out of your mind!" Drake said as he and Storm kept fighting.

"That's it!" Storm shouted as he knocked Drake off with him getting annoyed. "Nashi, I think it's time to make a decision! Drake and I both really like you, okay! Which one of us do you want to go out with?"

"Smooth." Drake sarcastically said. "I do agree with him. Which one of us do you want to go out with?"

"Ooh... This is good. I wish I had popcorn." Gale said as some of them turned their attention to this. Nashi looked like she put some thought to it, but she just smiled and laughed as she turned away.

"Sorry, boys. I think I'll keep that mystery going." Nashi said. Not the answer the two of them were expecting. She just ran off with delight.

"Hey! You can't do that!" Drake called.

"Nashi, wait!" Storm called as he went with her. Drake was going to follow, but he saw his feet were frozen to the ground.

"Hey! When did he do this?!" Drake questioned. With those two running out, Simon and Sasha went with them.

"I'll see you later tonight." Nova told Raio as she followed after with Gale going with them. As the six of them ran out of there, Lucy could only smile as she pictured herself and her friends from when they were that age going on constant adventures. Seems like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. With the six of them running out to a new adventure, they can't wait to see what's ahead of them. They take with them the spirit that Fairy Tail that fills their spirits and allows them to keep going, something that lasts forever and passed from one generation to the next.

'Our parents had their stories, but this is ours.' Nashi narrated. 'We live together, we stand together, we fight together. This is our generation and we'll take the things we've learned to the next generation. The adventures of life never ends and keeps going. It's like a light shining the way. Our story might come to an end. It might not have a happy ending since that's life, but the truth is that the end of one story is also the beginning of a new one.'

AN: Done! It's the end of one of the best stories I've done. I would like to give a shoutout to Fallen Angel Codester since his story was what gave me the idea to do this. If you liked my story, you might love his. So, this is the end...or is it?
