If there was one thing people had learned over the last five years, it was to sieze what happiness they could, while they could. Some had escaped from Hell, others had escaped this and wound up safely in Antarctica. As people searchd for their loved ones, they savored the moments they had. And now, as the plague ravaged much of the earth, people knew the end, the final battle, was fast approaching. Some married their beloved while they still could. One such event involved a rather unusual double wedding. It was amongst the power rangers, Tommy and Kimberly were married, as were Catherine and Tommy. More specifically, the original Tommy married his beloved Kimberly. While the clone of Tommy, created specifically by Rita and Zed, ended up marrying Catherine. Catherine had also once been used for Evil, she became the first of Rita and Zed's monsters to eventually become a power ranger. In some ways, these two related to each other better than either could relate to the other rangers. And ofcourse, there were other unusual guests at this double wedding. In addition to their old friends, Jason, Trini, Billy, Zack, Alpha and Zordon, there was also Rito and Goldar, two evil beings who had their memories ereased and eventually became good. Bulk and Skull, two reformed bullies who'd evolved into their friends. But perhaps the weirdest, was power rangers from a different universe. These five were, unusual, for power rangers. Jason had been arrested for vandelism, Kimberly was a former bully, Trini was bisexual. Still, Jason and Kimberly were trying to do better, to become truley worthy of being power rangers. There were also other guests, different versions of Batman and Catwoman. One in which Batman saved Gothan City from a nuclear bomb, and then used the opportunity to fake his own death, and start a relationship with Selena Kyle. And another in which Selena became Catwoman only for vengenace against the man who tried to murder her, despite also being attracted to Bruce Wayne. Selena survived the ordeal, either through fate or genuinly having a cat's nine lives. She then fled, leaving behind her own cat for Bruce to take care of. Bruce never truley got over her, in his depression he barely noticed as his identity was revealed, they became movies in their own right. At least he thought they were just movies, it turned out that these humorous things, with the Ridller and Mr Freeze, may have been universes in their own right. This whole thing was very confusing. And ofcourse, there was also colonel Klink, sgt Schiltz, and colonel Hogan. It turned out that Schultz and Klink had secretly been british operatives sabotaging the german war effort. Collectively they, and others, were known as Nimrod. Hogan had no idea at the time, but after the war they all became friends. Today, most of the guests had decided to try and avoid confusion, to merely enjoy the moment while they could. And it was indeed a joyous moment as Kimberly and Tommy, as well as Tommy and Catherine, officially became husband and wife.
