I know we both love WereSonamy... perhaps something cute and fluffy? (Pun intended.) :3

cutegirlmayra answered:

I love the pun, and shall play off the pun, lol!

World: Sonic Unleashed

Couple: WereSonamy

Summary: -listed above-

Prompt:

"So, so, so- Then! He topped it all off with a giant cherry on top! Ha-ha! Could you believe it! And Sonic said I could have ALLLL the chocolate!" Chip flew around so excitedly, as Amy giggled, having her own ice cream, as day-time Sonic rolled his eyes, groaning slightly.

"It wasn't that heroic, Chip. I just let you have the free ice cream." Sonic gestured up to Chip, who happily flew down to hover near him.

"But that WAS heroic, Sonic… you really made me happy." Chip tried to explain, holding his fists up in his excitement and sincerity, as Sonic looked away, modestly scratching the side of his head, and not knowing how to respond to that. "Sonic?"

"Don't mind him." Amy chimed in, smiling to her new friend. "Sonic doesn't really like to show his emotions very much, but he's happy his kind gesture made you so happy! teehee, isn't that right, Sonic?"

Sonic lifted a leg up and crossed it over his other, not really nodding his head but not really denying her statement either.

He just kept his head down tapped his foot in the air, making the two laugh at how shy he could be.

"Stop! Thief!" someone cried out, as a shady looking fella dashed by the three of them.

Sonic narrowed his eyes, as the other two gasped in shock.

"Oh my word!" Amy cried out, as Sonic leaped into action, chasing him down.

As the scene played out, they saw him tackle the thief down, and the authorities quickly ran to secure the man.

As the people praised Sonic, who continued to give a warm smile and heroic thumbs up with a wink to the praises, Amy giggled once again, swooning in her words. "My hero~"

"I know it's hard to think of Sonic as a 'quiet' fellow… but he really does keep most of his emotions deep down inside.." she licked her ice cream, loving the taste and putting a hand up to her cheek as she savored it. "Em, but Sonic does love doing the right thing. It's almost apart of his nature to not sit on the side lines. He may love being in the spotlight, but he doesn't like public speeches about how he felt during this or that. Funny, isn't he?" Amy sighed then, looking up to the sky and thinking.

"I would burst if I had to keep all my emotions so in check." Amy put a hand to her head, letting it rest there, and looked down to Chip, who was devouring his chocolate sunday, before looking back up to her with a dirty face, and nodding.

"Yeah. He's not so much modest as he is shy then, huh? Just can't get the words out right." he continued to eat.

"H-huh?" Amy was intrigued by that statement. "What do you mean, Chip?"

"Well, think about it. When he saved you in his monster form, he didn't really tell you what he was thinking or even what had happened. He just… dashed away. But before that, he seemed to take a moment to look down and away and think for a moment… maybe he wants to say how he's feeling or what he's thinking… he just doesn't know how to put it." Chip slurped up the last of his sunday from the bowl, and wiped the rest off his face with his arm. "All done!" He cheered, holding the bowl up, as Amy giggled slightly, but looked back at Sonic… wondering…

He left her with the professor the next day, but she sneaked away and got herself into a bit of a pickle… without the sandwich.

Sonic saved her, but was embarrassed by his Werehog form, and would walk ahead of her while 'escorting' her back to the professor.

"Ohh… you could just admit it, you know." Amy folded her arms, walking behind him.

He huffed a groan, as if not sure what she was talking about, but not wanting to start an argument.

"….Em." she puffed up a cheek, not liking to be ignored. "You were happy to see me! Worried, maybe… but you were still happy that I had come all the way out here to see you!"

"What gave you that notion?" he finally let slip out.

"…W-well… the fact that you haven't spoken means you're just hiding what you really feel inside, right? Why not… try and tell me something, from the heart?"

Sonic stopped, his eyebrow raised at the odd statement and question she just made, and turned around. "What? Hiding what I feel..? That doesn't sound like something you would just think. Did Chip say something to you?" He looked up, accusing Chip with a soft glare, but Amy shook her head, and stepped closer.

"No! He told me something I haven't heard before. I already knew you weren't much of a 'deep talker' Sonic… but Chip helped me realize that maybe you just don't know how to word it… but really want too. You know?" She reached a hand out to his beastly arm, which made him look down at it, his arm moving slightly under the surprise of her touch, before he looked back at her.

"H-hey now…" he waved his hands out as if nervous about whatever she was doing, before tripping over the side of a lamppost. "W-woah!" he fell straight into a trashcan, but since his body was so big, only his head got stuck.

There was a moment of puzzled silence, before Chip and Amy started laughing and laughing.

Sonic got up, "Huh?" seeing nothing but darkness, he worked to try and get the can off his head, but it was pointless. "Ugh…"

"Hehe, use your words~" she teased.

"Ughhhh, I have no problem speak-in-ing, A-Amy…!" he tried to get the can off, not wanting to ask for help.

"What would you like me to do~?" she encouraged, as he continued to try and silently do it on his own, making grunts every now and then, and shaking his head.

Like a cat caught with a cup on it's head.

"Sooonic~?" she continued to chime and encourage, leaning forward and batting her eyes cutely towards him.

Chip held in another laugh, seeing as Sonic might get frustrated if he spoke up just then.

Sonic's shoulders finally drooped down as he sighed out, "Fine…" he lowered his head to her, and waited.

When she didn't move, only blinked at him, he shook his head around, trying to find where she was. "H-hey! Are you even there?"

"I'm here. I'm waiting for you to say what you want." Amy smiled, as Chip chuckled to the sidelines.

"Amy… isn't it obvious?"

The words suddenly struck a chord in Amy.

She thought of all the times he was sweet to her, and all the many times he's saved her, and made her feel safe.

Her look was softer than, and her smile a gentle one.

"Yes… It is, isn't it?" she carefully took the sides of the trashcan, and tugged fiercely.

He pulled back too, trying to help.

"W-woah! It's really jammed in there… urk! huh?" as she struggled, she put a leg up on the trashcan, as Chip then hurried down, flailing his arms forward, and also tried to tug on Amy's top quill, hoping that would help.

"H-Hey! That hurts!" in her anger at Chip pulling her hair, him going to the back and tugging on her hair back there too, she growled and popped the trashcan off of Sonic, slamming it over Chip to trap him. "Hee…hee… Ehem." she calmed down, and lifted it up, as her and Sonic, who huffed his nose free of the smell of trash, looked down at him.

"S-Sorry, Miss Amy. Ah-choo!" he sneezed, plugging his nose from the scent, "Gee, Sonic. You think you would have mentioned the smell! You really DO hold your feelings back, don't ya?"

Sonic shook his head, as Amy laughed.

"Maybe he reveals more through his actions then his words?" Amy looked away, smiling, as Sonic looked down at her, confused.

(Hope that was cute! Thanks for the prompt, my friend! :D hehe, Fluffy feels~)
