Kimberly Bauer had once sworn revenge against her father, had even been willing to briefly ally with Nina Myers, although they both made it clear that they would probably end up killing each other in the end. And now, with both women recalled to Hell, they soon found each other. Kim found Nina first, and held her gun on Nina. Nina tried to remain calm, and talk Kim down.

Nina: You know that killing me won't do any good.
Kim: It would send you to the torture chamber.
Nina: Sure about that? I've heard from others, after Evil gave everyone a chance to be in the final battle, pretty much every torturer chose to join up. Those still in the chamber were able to escape. It wasn't hard with noone to watch them.
Kim: How do I know you're not lying to save yourself?
Nina: You don't. But ask yourself, what good would it do right now? We're either about to be tormented for eternity, or about to be reborn.
Kim: Come to think of it, why didn't you agree to fight for Evil?
Nina: Partly, I'm gambling that Good will win, and I get to be reborn sooner. It's not like I trusted Evil to keep it's word. Turns out I was right. The warlords, emperors, the ones who claimed to be gods, now they're all mindless drones. All our scheming for money, power, revenge, all amounted to nothing in the end. We fought and killed each other over causes which made sense at the time, and it got more than a few of us sent to Hell. So you want to try and kill me now, go ahead. Just know that it won't really do either of us any good.
Kim: Are you even sorry that you murdered my mother?
Nina: Yes. I am sorry for all the people I killed. Are you sorry for the people you killed?
Kim: Yes. So what now?
Nina: I suggest you put that gun down, and we wait. For now Evil and its minions are gone, we can enjoy some peace before they either return, or we cease to remember any of our past and await rebirth.
Kim: Deal.
