World: Sonic Boom
Couple: Sonamy (SonicxAmy)
Summary: Had too. I was getting so hyped over the episodes I COULDN'T WATCH at the time that I just had to write something cute after getting so many gifs and pics on it/them and all T-T (IT WAS FEELS, OKAY!?) Also, I didn't know their dynamic when writing this, so forgive me if there's a little difference in their characters… (again, hadn't watched the episodes yet. But I hear it's still way cute ^w^n)

Amy, laying back on a couch by the open balcony window of her tower near her home, was reading a book and squee'd at some cute moment happening. She scrunched her legs up close to her and put the book over her eyes, laughing before kicking them up. "Why is this so cute!?" she shouted out, and got up, putting the book down and looking up day-dreamingly towards the ceiling.
"Romeo~ Oh, Romeo~ Where art thou, Romeo~" she started getting dramatic, apparently having read Romeo and Juliet, she lifted an exaggerated arm out and put one over her face, acting out the part of a hopeless romantic, falling at first sight. (Does she really need to act though? lol)
She moved towards the window, and leaned out it a bit, "For what's in a name? A Rose is still a rose, though it's name might change." she paraphrased, continuing to act. (I can't google the exact lines okay?)
"But a Rose by any other name… would still smell so sweet~" she giggled, "I bet you think he smelled sweet." she put her arms cheekily up to her hips, her eyes drooped down, teasingly referencing to Juliet's feelings.
"It's hard to smell at a distance."
Amy gasped, and looked down. Bending her whole frame out of sight but the tip of her head and eyes. She blinked, and in surprise, leaned over to see Sonic standing below, having a charming grin on his face.
"Juliet, Juliet! Let down your hair!" He acted, as Amy rolled her eyes.
"That's Rapunzel."
"Same thing." Sonic bounced his shoulders up in a shrug quickly, and put his hands on his hips. "What'cha doin' up there, anyway?"
"Reading Shakespeare." Amy responded.
"Shake-who now?"
"Don't tell me you've never heard of Romeo and Juliet! The tale of two destined lovers~ being torn apart by a family's awful feud!" She draped her back across the tower, before flinging herself up and looking upset at the conflict of the story. "It's a famous love story."
Sonic made a disagreeable face. "Love story? Bleh. The only thing I know about Romeo and Juliet-" he purposely said their names with a tone that was meant to mock them. "Is that they fall in love, and die. Sounds like a pretty good life lesson to me." he nodded, seeming to tease, but perhaps.. mean it too.
"Ohh! How could you say that?!" Amy glared down at him. "Love is a beautiful thing… it helped stop the feud."
"And start the renaissance of when men didn't go around killing themselves for girls. Instead, they killed themselves to slay dragons!" Sonic seemed to have medieval times messed up with his last century wording. "True love? More like true evil!"
"Ohh… you just… you don't understand." she turned away, sitting down and hiding herself from view, pulling her legs up close, saddened how he would say such a thing about a book, and a love story, she dearly enjoyed. "Love's not meant to be bad.." she looked down.
Sonic noticed she was out of sight, and started moving his head around, trying to see her from below. "Uh, hey… hmm." he looked upset that she was out of view, now having heard her last comment.
With a determined look, he scaled up the tower in lightning speeds, and landed at the window, making Amy let out a gasp in shock, and turn around.
"Hey, what happened?" he asked, looking down at her. "I thought we were talking."
"…Hmph." she turned away from him, getting up and seeming upset with him.
He noticed her actions and looked like he felt a little guilty, seeming to have hurt her feelings. "..Well,…" he looked down, and then turned to see he had scaled the whole tower, and turned kinda shyly back to her. "…I guess… I see now why some dudes scale towers." he then jumped off, as Amy turned around, a big grin on her face as she ran back towards the window.
"Sonic!"
"See ya tomorrow, Ames! And quit reading that mumbo-gumbo! Read something interesting for a change!" he waved off to her.
"Oh, like what? Hercules? Robin Hood? Anything with men fighting and daring adventures?"
"My autobiography doesn't come out till next month!"
"Oh, you think you're so funny!"
