During a relaxing trip to the beach, Amy is pulled away into the waves to wash up on the far shore line, away from where her pals play, as she sees some unique shells…

She holds one up to her ear, expecting some relaxing ocean waves before-

"PUT ME DOWN!"

Amy screams and put the shell back down, as Sonic shows up behind her laughing his head off. "Hahah! Whoo~ I saw you pick it up from a mile away and was like, 'I cannot miss this CHANCE!' haha!" he slapped his knee as she glared at him, and started putting the shells together.

"That was RUDE." she calmly stated, but glared at him. "Make it up to me." she demanded, standing up from putting the shells in a half circle around her and grabbing two sticks. "I heard that the shells here have musical properties! Play them like the drums!" she threw the sticks at him, as he grinned and rolled his eyes.

"Some punishment, but I'll happily do my time." he spun the sticks around as she giggled, not really being a poor sport but slightly scheming a way to get him back someday.

Sonic played the shells as if he was playing the drums, and she took two that could click together and started dancing with them too, playing them along with him.

She danced pretty flirtatiously, like a spanish dancer, before clicking the shells behind him and then snapping them shut on the tip of his ears when he was distracted.

"OW!"

"HA!"

"Why you-!" He got up and started running after her, but not at his full speed, he wanted to have some fun, after all… let her run and sweat a bit, hehe~

She ended up getting caught by Knuckles, who grabbed her as she ran by him and swung her under his arm. "Alright, now what's going on here?"

"Amy made two shells bite my ears!"

"You yelled in my ear!"

"That was different!" Sonic tried to swipe her away but Knuckles took both his hands and held her over his head.

"Woah-woah-woah… shells bite?" he looked pretty terrified.

"Keep away!" Tails dived in, snatching Amy up and flying off with her, as Sonic and Knuckles turned around, before both smiling and dashing after him.

"Hey! That was mine!" Knuckles called out, pushing Sonic away as Sonic tripped him on his face.

"Losers can't be choosers!" Sonic waved back at him, before Tails was knocked out by a boomerang, as Sticks grabbed Amy, holding her over her shoulder and running as if it was for her life.

"Don't worry, bestie! I'll save you! You're all acting like ANIMALS! This is a LIVING CREATURE! Not a ball!" Sticks called back, before gasping as the three all leaped up and pounced her.

A blue hand rose up from the dog-pile with Amy's back on it, as she looked around, confused, before letting her arms fall down and drooping her eyes as if she was annoyed and 'so done' with this game.

"I GOT HER!" Sonic shouted out, poking his head out. "Haha! I win!"

"I wish." Amy rolled her eyes. "But you're never serious about it…"

They all slightly laughed a moment before hearing a gun shot sound from far away. Getting up and putting Amy down, the gang sighed.

"We just can't catch a break…" Knuckles shrugged slightly.

"It's okay, now we can play 'keep the crystal away from Eggman', and that's always a fan favorite." Amy stated, placing her hands on her hips.

The team nodded, smiling, and then charged to get the 'crystal' away from Eggman, FIRST.
