"Here," the older woman says, tucking a small package into her backpack.
The straps tug on her shoulders, and Kagome cranes her neck around to see. "What is that?"
Mama smiles gently. "A new camera."
Her eyes widen slightly. "You didn't have to do that."
"You should have a better one for all you see and do back there." She finished zipping up the pack and pats it lightly. "And I still want my picture."
Inuyasha shoots her a questioning look.
Sesshoumaru, she mouths.
He rolls his eyes. "Pretty bastard. Stripey. There, ya know now."
