Episode 402: Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!
With the defeats of Duskmon and Devimon behind them, the only one left to deal with is Myotismon himself. Only then with Myotismon gone, then the war will be over. But even with the war over, AxeKnightmon, the Demon Lords, and the Royal Knights are still running rampant in J's ship.
In the Digital World, Leomon and his Resistance army has managed to strike a blow against most of Myotismon's army. He looked to the sky.
"The war is nearly at its end," Leomon said.
"What do you mean? The Digital World is secured. Myotismon has fled," Flamedramon asked.
"No. Myotismon is in the real world. He is a threat as long as he is still alive. I just gotten word that Devimon and Duskmon has been defeated," Leomon said.
"Myotismon is still left," Raidramon said.
"Yes. But according to our allies in the real world, AxeKnightmon is present. We must go there and destroy them," Leomon said.
"Right. He won't know what hits him," ExVeemon said.
Leomon and his Resistance made it their mission to head for the real world and take out Myotismon from there.
Meanwhile in Sinnoh, Looker is riding on the train along with three familiar faces. It was Moe, Larry, and Curly.
"Okay, you three. You know what to do," Looker said.
"Gotcha, chief," Moe said.
"We're on it!" Larry said.
"Soitenly! Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck," Curly said. Larry did a salute and elbows Moe. He does a salute and elbows Curly. He does a salute and elbows no one. "HM! Lone man again."
"Team Galactic are planning something big. I have heard from am informant that they plan to create a new world by destroying this one. It has a lot to do with Palkia, Dialga, and the Lake Guardians," Looker said.
"You got nothing to worry about, Looker, we'll tail those Team Galactic creeps like stink on a Trubbish," Moe said. Three Pokéballs opens up and out came three bipedal Pokémon that resembles a small garbage bag overflowing with trash. Their body is dark green and lumpy. They have two long ear-like appendages atop their heads that resemble the knot at the top of a filled garbage bag. They have two small stubby feet. On either side of their bodies, a slimy grayish appendage that resembles garbage leaking out from inside. They have large round eyes and a frowning mouth with sharp teeth seen protruding from its upper jaw. Those Pokémon are Trubbish.
"Trubbish!" The Trubbish said.
"Call them back!" Moe smacked Larry and Curly. They call the Trubbish back into their Trubbish. "Like we said, we'll do tail those guys."
"You better. Keep in touch," Looker said. Moe, Larry, and Curly did a salute as they got to work on their assignment. Looker had an assignment of his own.
Over to Myotismon, woke from his coffin as he scowls upon hearing the defeats of his followers.
"Etemon, Ogremon, Grumblemon, Ranamon, Arbormon, Mercurymon, and now Devimon, and Duskmon. They have all fallen in battle. How is it that they have failed?!" Myotismon exclaimed.
"Worry not, my liege. All is not lost. We can still win the war," Wizardmon said.
"Yeah. Those chumps won't know what hit 'em! We'll just go and deal with them and-" Impmon said.
"No. I shall deal with them," Myotismon said. "They have been a great deal of interference long enough! The time has come to come out of hiding and destroy them once and for all!" Impmon grinned as he has waited for Myotismon to make his move. He moved to a private place and he makes contact with AxeKnightmon.
"He's making his move," Impmon said.
"Good. I shall send Barbamon, Lilithmon, and the Royal Knights your way," AxeKnightmon said.
"On it!" Impmon said. He Digivolved into Beelzemon and heads out to meet with the others.
In J's ship, AxeKnightmon has turned to Lucemon as he grinned.
"It is time," AxeKnightmon said.
"How I have waited for this," Lucemon said.
Barbamon, Lilithmon, and the Royal Knights has begun to launch their assault. VictoryGreymon, ZeedGarurumon, BlitzGreymon, CressGarurumon, and ShineGreymon, still on pursuit of AxeKnightmon, heads for their direction as well.
Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Lucas, Dawn, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, Azurill, Meowth, and the Digimon continued on their way to Sunyshore City for Sora's final Gym challenge. To make it there, they make a stop in Floraroma Town to rest.
"Man, what a long way," Sora said.
"It sure was," Ventus said.
Lucas, Dawn, and Barry are watching an event taking place. It was Marian announcing the very next Pokémon Contest.
"An update for this year's Pokémon Contest, it's taking place in Daybreak City, on the east of Mount Coronet. And for the first time in quite a while, it will be a Double Performance," Marian announced.
"A Double Performance," Dawn said.
"Isn't that just on the way to Sunyshore City?" Barry asked.
"It is. And that works out for us," Lucas said.
"And what are the chances of Sora being a judge there?" Barry asked.
"A pretty good chance," Lucas said.
"I've been dying to try a Double Performance one more time since I didn't win," Dawn said.
"I know you were, Dawn. Just know I'll be rooting for you," Lucas said.
"I know you will," Dawn said. The two of them blushed. Barry knew the relationship between them was imminent. He remembered that kiss Sora and Kairi shared while inside of Sakkakumon.
Not too far, in the Fuego Ironworks, Looker is disguise, along with Moe, Larry, and Curly were running from a swarm of Golbat. Prior to this event, Moe, Larry, and Curly had found Team Galactic and led him there. And this is where we come to. The Golbat fire their Air Cutter, hitting the foursome. Jupiter and her Skuntank approach them.
"I had a feeling we would catch up with you eventually, Looker. Did you think you and your imbeciles would get the run-down on us?" Jupiter asked. Looker pulled off his disguise and glared at Jupiter.
"I kinda did," Looker said.
"You are quite a looker as the name suggests. You're just my type," Jupiter said.
"Not mine," Looker said. Moe, Larry, and Curly sends out their Trubbish to attack, but they were overwhelmed by the Golbat and sent flying. Looker, Moe, Larry, and Curly were captured by Team Galactic.
Back in Floraroma Town, the group took their leave and they saw the three Trubbish in a bed of flowers.
"What are those?" Ventus asked.
"I've seen those before. Those are Trubbish," Riku said.
"Trubbish huh? Let's see what it says here," Sora said, taking out his Pokédex and scanned them.
Trubbish, the Trash Bag Pokémon
Type: Poison
Inhaling the gas they belch will make you sleep for a week. They prefer unsanitary places. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
"That is that," Sora said.
"But why are they here? Trubbish don't live here in the Sinnoh region, and this place is too clean for them to roam around," Riku said. The Trubbish woke up and they saw the group. They were startled by the Digimon, looking at them.
"Easy, it's okay, we won't hurt you," Kairi said. She took out some Pokémon food. The Trubbish sniffed the food and ate it. "There, there, don't be scared."
"They don't look so good. They need some medical treatment," Aqua said. Kairi took out some Super Potion.
"This will sting, so bear with it," Kairi said, spraying the potion. "There, there." The Trubbish were grateful for how she treated them nicely. "Isn't that better."
"But it's about to get worse!" A familiar voice spoke. They saw that it was Beelzemon who said that. Barbamon, Lilithmon, and the Royal Knights has just arrived.
"Great," Sora said.
"Prepare to meet your doom," Dynasmon said.
The Digimon all started to Digivolve into their Mega level.

Beelzemon fires his two guns as Barbamon, unleashed a flame from his staff. Lilithmon unleashed a dark aura shaped like a heart. Dynasmon, unleashed his lasers from his claws. Crusadermon creates creates a tornado, mixed with rose petals. Craniamon fires a sonic wave at supersonic speeds by rotating his Duo Solar Spear at high speed. Gallantmon stepped in and aimed his shield.
Gallantmon," Shield of the Just!" He fires energy from his shield and it blocked the attacks. UlforceVeedramon heads for Examon.
UlforceVeedramon, "Victory Sword!" He clashed with Examon's weapon. "Why side with Axeaknightmon? What promise has he made for you?"
"The war has brought nothing but chaos, so AxeKnightmon is to bring order! Both worlds shall be quelled of chaos!" Examon said.
"Never!" UlforceVeedramon shouted, swinging his sword.
"You are on the wrong side, UlforceVeedramon. You disgrace the Royal Knights," Examon said.
"No! You are the one who disgrace the Royal Knights!" UlforceVeedramon stated. He swung his sword at Examon, but he keeps on blocking. Seraphimon, Ophanimon, and Cherubimon are in front of Barbamon, Lilithmon, and Beelzemon.

Cherubimon, "Lightning Spear!"
Seraphimon calls forth a sword from his right forearm, Ophanimon, fires a beam of light from her spear as Cherubimon threw a spear made out of lightning.
Lilithmon, "Darkness Love!"

Beelzemon, "Darkness Claw!"
Lilithmon cancels out Ophanimon's Eden's Javelin as Barbamon struck Seraphimon with his flames. Beelzemon slashes through Cherubimon's Lightning Spear. The Demon Lord of Glutton gave Cherubimon a punch and down he went. MegaGargomon attempts to step on him, when Crusadermon appeared before him.
Crusadermon, "Spiral Masquerade!" She uses her ribbons to smack MegaGargomon.
VenomStingmon, HeavyAnkylomon, ThunderAquilamon, Sakuyamon, Zephyrmon, Korikakumon, JagerLoweemon, and MetalKabuterimon gang up on Craniamon.

"No way! He blocked our attacks!" ThunderAquilamon exclaimed.
"And it's my turn! Shock Ringer!" Craniamon shouted. He fires a sonic wave at supersonic speeds by rotating the Duo Solar Spear at high speed. They all get struck by the attack. WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon attempt to attack Dynasmon, but he overpowers them.
"Is this the best you've got? How insulting!" Dynasmon said. Phoenixmon and Rosemon comes to their aide, only to be punched by Dynasmon. "Strength is wasted on you weaklings."
"We'll never stop trying to defeat you, Dynasmon!" WarGreymon said.
"And we won't ever give up!" MetalGarurumon said.
"You don't stand a chance!" Dynasmon said. Phoenixmon, HerculesKabuterimon, Vikemon, and Rosemon attempts to corner Crusadermon, but she had the drop of them.
Crusadermon, "Spiral Masquerade!" She smacked them all and they fell to the ground. Crusadermon laughed. "Your pain is beautiful. And now, to end your suffering." She gets ready to finish them off when a ball of fire appears from nowhere.
"Glorious Burst!" A familiar voice called out. It struck Crusadermon hard, making her scream.
"Crusadermon!" Dynasmon cried.
"Beast Cyclone!" Another voice called out and it struck Dynasmon.
"Plasma Strike!" Another familiar voice shouted, with lightning striking Examon. The attacks came from ShineGreymon, CressGarurumon, and BlitzGreymon.
"ShineGreymon, BlitzGreymon, and CressGarurumon!" Ventus said.
"The cavalry has arrived.
"You fools!" Barbamon shouted.
"We are to attack at the same time!" ShineGreymon said.
"Right!" All of the Digimon all agreed.

All of the Digimon unleashed their attacks and they all struck Barbamon, Lilithmon, Beelzemon, Dynasmon, Craniamon, Crusadermon, and Examon. They all screamed in pain as they all dissolved into bits of data. All but Beezlemon were destroyed as Impmon is being sent flying.
AxeKnightmon watches on as he, Lucemon, Daemon, and Belphemon remains.
"We have lost more than half of the Demon Lords, and the Royal Knights," Lucemon said.
"Indeed. But this is a temporary setback," AxeKnightmon said.
Impmon rolls on the ground in defeat. He coughed as Myotismon approached him. Impmon looked up and sees the vampire Digimon.
"It would seem that you have been defeated, Beelzemon," Myotismon said. Impmon winced.
"How did you know?!" Impmon exclaimed.
"From the beginning. And now that you have been weakened, there is no further use for you," Myotismon said.
"I'm sure you could have another use for me, master! I just need another chance!" Impmon said.
"There will be no other chances," Myotismon said. "Nightmare Claw!" Myotismon sends out a ghost-like entity as Impmon's whole body turns black and paralyzes him. "Now to finish you off! Grizzly Wing!" Myotismon unleashes a hoard of bats and they start to devour him. Impmon tried to fight them off, but there were too many of them. Impmon dissolves into bits of data, destroying him. "What a fool you are, AxeKnightmon. But it will cost you."
Back to Sora, Kairi, Riku, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, Azurill, Meowth, and the Digimon, ShineGreymon, CressGarurumon, and BlitzGreymon had left, but that just left the Trubbish to deal with.
"So, where did you come from?" Sora asked.
The Trubbish started to explain to them and pointed them in the direction they came from.
"From there?" Meowth asked.
"What are they saying?" Aqua asked.
"The Trubbish just said that there's an old building down there. It looks like an old factory, so a lady with a Skuntank and a bunch of Golbat has beaten them senseless, so they ended up here," Meowth translated.
"Lady with a Skuntank?" Kairi asked.
"A bunch of Golbat?" Terra asked.
"Wait! The only ones we know who fits that description perfectly is Team Galactic! And it's gotta be Jupiter!" Sora said.
"We got to head there and save whoever Team Galactic has in there," Ventus said.
"You are heading to the Pokémon Center. It's much safer there," Sora said.
"We'll make sure of that," Terra sasaid.
With that said, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, and Azurill had left for the Pokémon Center as Sora, Kairi, Riku, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, the Pokémon, and the Digimon all left for the factory. Along the way, they asked about the factory.
"Any idea what this factory is?" Riku asked.
"The only one that comes to mind is the Fuego Ironworks. It was the most successful factory in Sinnoh until it shut down due to pollution," Barry explained.
"But why would Team Galactic be there if it's abandoned?" Riku asked.
"I don't know, but it can't be good if they're involved!" Barry said.
The group heads right towards the Fuego Ironworks to stop Team Galactic.
In the Fuego Ironworks, Looker, Moe, Larry, and Curly were sitting in their cell. Moe and Larry were playing tic tac toe as Curly was playing jacks. Curly was spoiling the game for the two of them.
"Hey! What's the idea of spoiling the game?" Moe asked.
"I was for onsies!" Curly said.
"Here's twosies!" Moe said, poking him in the eyes.
"He was for onsies, we has a-" Larry paused when Moe was glaring at him.
"Here's fivsies!" Moe said, slapping him.
In an underground hangar, Jupiter is overseeing a red chain being made. Walking in is a short man wearing white lab coat over his Team Galactic outfit. He has brown eyes and mauve hair. He wore a pair of round frame red-orange glasses.
"Ah, to look upon an exquisite beauty such as the Red Chain. It's quite remarkable that we can recreate it from Veilstone Meteorite," Jupiter said.
"Not recreate it, resurrect it. Don't forget that credit for brining it back into our world is yours truly, the humble Charon," Charon said, laughing. Jupiter gave a serious expression.
"I hate that laugh!" Jupiter said. Charon kept on laughing. "What do you plan to do with that International policeman and those three fools?"
"Master Cyrus has informed me that he has his own plans for him," Charon said.
On Mount Coronet, Saturn and a couple of Team Galactic members are standing before a structure buried in rocks.
"Toxicroak! Rock Smash!" Saturn orddered. Toxicroak uses Rock Smash and reveals more of the structure. It is indeed the Spear Pillar they have been searching for. The Team Galactic grunts took the Spear Key out of the briefcase and used it to open it. "Master Cyrus, we found it! This is truly the gateway to Spear Pillar!"
Over in Team Galactic HQ, watched the event on the screen.
"Yes, very well. Block off the area," Cyrus ordered.
"Yes sir!" Saturn responded.
"We shall not proceed there until all preparations have been made," Cyrus said.
Back to the Fuego Ironworks, Jupiter has recieved word that the gateway to Spear Pillar has been found.
"Understood," Jupiter said.
"We found the gateway to Spear Pillar at last!" Charon said.
"Yes, but the real journey begins," Jupiter said. A Team Galactic grunt came running in.
"Jupiter, we have detected some giant creatures nearby!" The grunt reported.
"Giant creatures?" Jupiter asked. Monitors activate to see Kabuerimon, Birdramon, Aquilamon, Zephyrmon, and Sunflowmon heading right their way. "Those Digimon! It's them again!"
Outside, the Digimon were carrying Sora, Kairi, Riku, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, and Meowth.
"That's gotta be the place!" Meowth said.
"We have trouble up ahead!" Aquilamon said.
And the eagle-like Digimon wasn't kidding since a horde of Golbat were flying their way.
"Golbat!" Riku said.
"Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered.
"Angel! Swift!" Kairi ordered.
"Eevee! You use Swift too!" Riku ordered.
Pikachu, Angel, and Eevee unleashed their attacks and struck the Golbat. They reach the factory only to see Jupiter and her Skuntank.
"Jupiter!" Kairi exclaimed.
"Skuntank! Use Flamethrower!" Jupiter ordered. Skuntank fires Flamethrower amd the flying Digimon swerves to dodge. Kabuterimon, Birdramon, and Aquilamon revert back to their Rookie forms. "So, we meet again."
"Get out of the way, Jupiter!" Sora said.
"You have a gift. Have about you join Team Galactic?" Jupiter offered.
"That'll just be eww," Dawn snorted.
"Not interested in joining up with any evil organizations, not ever!" Riku said.
"What he said!" Sora said.
"Evil? Who are you calling evil? We are just recreating the world," Jupiter said.
"Yeah, by destroying it! And that's evil right there! Team Magma and Team Aqua tried doing that, but those plans ended in failure," Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.
"You can believe whatever you want, but it won't change a thing. And it's too late to stop what has already started," Jupiter said.
"That's what the bad guys keep on saying, but their plans ends up in smoke," Kairi said. Jupiter laughed.
"You six are connected to the Lake Guardians," Jupiter said. Sora, Kairi, Riku, Barry, Lucas, and Dawn were shocked.
"What are you talking about?" Riku asked.
"You have been touched by Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie. All six of you," Jupiter said. "Why did it have to be you? Why is it that they chose you?"
"How did you know?" Barry asked.
"We know everything about it. The truth is, WE are the ones who are supposed to be synchronized with the Lake Guardians!" Jupiter said.
"You got a big mouth!" Meowth said, reading his claws.
"Skuntank! Flamethrower!" Jupiter ordered. Skuntank fires Flamethrower right at the group. Kairi took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Vaporeon! Water Gun!" Kairi called out. Vaporeon came out and fires Water Gun, resulting in steam. The steam clears and they see Jupiter and her Skuntank has fled.
"Where did they go?" Kairi asked.
"She's getting away!" Riku said. Jupiter has jumped into a Team Galactic helicopter.
"She flew the coop!" Meowth said.
"Let her go! We got something more important to worry about," Sora said.
"Sora's right. Let's go help whoever those Trubbish belongs to," Lucas said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, the Pokémon and the Digimon all rushed to rescue Team Galactic's hostages.
In the helicopter, Jupiter was filled with disbelief.
"I just don't get it. Why did the Lake Guardians choose those children?" Jupiter asked. Charon took notice of Jupiter's expression.
"Jealous, are we?" Charon asked. Jupiter scoffed.
"Jealous? Don't be ridiculous. It's not my style," Jupier scoffed.
"Jealousy is a human emotion, you know," Charon ssid, laughing again.
"Stop laughing at me! Is the Red Chain safe or not?" Jupiter asked.
"Don't worry. It's located right below your feet," Charon said. Jupiter looked at the floor.
In the cell, Looker looks around.
"It's gotten awfully quiet," Looker said.
"Quiet as a mouse," Moe said.
"Squeak, squeak," Curly said. Moe smacks him.
"Shut up," Moe said. Looker hears the sounds of footsteps.
"Shh! Someone's coming," Looker said. Moe, Larry, and Curly were worried it was Team Galactic coming back. It turns out to be Sora, Kairi, Riku, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, the Pokémon and the Digimon coming to their aide. "Sora!"
"Looker? You're one of the hostages?" Sora asked.
"What are you doing here?" Looker asked.
"Rescuing you," Sora said. He saw Moe, Larry, and Curly inside the cell as well. "Moe, Larry, Curly? You too?"
"Aren't we glad you're here, kid?" Moe asked.
"Whoop, whoop, whoop," Curly said.
"You know these guys?" Lucas asked.
"From way back," Sora said.
"Sora, the door is electrified. We can't get out," Looker said.
"I'll take care of that. Back away from the door," Guilmon said. Looker, Moe, Larry, and Curly backed away to see what he had in store. "Pyro Sphere!" Guilmon spews his attack at the door, destroying it.
"Good work," Looker said. Curly pets Guilmon like a dog.
"Good boy," Curly said.
"You helped us out of a tough spot. Thank you," Looker said.
"No problem," Sora said.
"Where did Team Galactic go?" Larry asked.
"They took off," Riku said.
"So, Team Galactic got away again. My work here isn't done yet," Looker said. He takes out a pair of shades and puts them on. The group starts to follow him. "I'm not even sure I want to know what they were working on in here." He spotted a machine and approached it. He pulls the lever down and activates the elevator. The group came on down. They came across another machine.
"What's this thing?" Dawn asked.
"This wasn't part of the Fuego Ironworks, that's for sure. It must be Team Galactic's doing," Looker said. He saw a light sparkle and he went to pick it up. It was a small red jewel.
"What is that thing?" Sora asked.
"Team Galactic must have dropped it. We'll have to take it with us to find out," Looker said.
Over to J's ship, AxeaKnightmon is sitting in J's command chair. Cyrus has made contact with J to request her services.
"You are not the Pokémon Hunter I requested," Cyrus said.
"No. I am AxeKnightmon. Hunter J is my slave, so she works when I demand it," AxeKnightmon said.
"I have requested her services to bring me the three Lake Guardians, Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie," Cyrus said.
"And what purpose does that serve?" AxeKnightmon asked.
"None that involves you, Digimon," Cyrus said. AxeKnightmon and Cyrus stare into each other. The two of them shall come to an understanding.
In the Floraroma Town police station, Looker has brought the jewel in to be analyzed.
"We're ready," a scientist said.
"Now, we'll be able to transmit any information from the jewel to headquarters," Officer Jenny said.
Moe, "Success!"
Larry, "Success!"
Curly, "Success!"
Curly gave Moe a hug and a kiss, earning a slap in the face.
"Let's get started," the scientist said. He starts the analysis on the jewel. The group were wondering how well it was going, but then the systems starts to malfunction. The Team Galactic logo pops up with Charon's face appearing taunting them.
"No! Turn it off!" Looker shouted. It was too late. A small explosion occurs and the analysis machine is destroyed.
"What happened?" Officer Jenny asked. A buzzing is heard and Officer Jenny went to answer. "This is the Floraroma police." An international police officer appeared on the screen.
"The data you transferred to international police headquarters has wiped our entire database out," the police officer said. Everyone gasped.
"So, Team Galactic's data as well?!" Looker exclaimed.
"I'm afraid it's been destroyed as well," the police officer said. Looker was certain he had Team Galactic right where he wanted them. He then started to realize something.
"It was a trap. A warning to stop further investigation or else," Looker said.
"They dropped it on purpose," Riku said.
"Next time Team Galactic is up to something, I will be there to stop them," Looker said.
After leaving Floraroma Town, they begin to think about the Lake Guardians. They wondered if it has something to do with Sora's vision. They had to hope it wouldn't come true.
Over to Team Galactic's headquarters, Cyrus began to bask in his glory.
"The creation of the new world is at hand. The Spear Key and Spear Pillar. The Adamant Orb and the Lustrous Orb. And now the Red Chain. All that remains are the Lake Guardians themselves," Cyrus said.
"I shall start preparations at once," Saturn said. Cyrus nodded. He makes contact with Pokémon Hunter J again. Somehow, he was able to convince AxeKnightmon to allow her to carry on with the mission, but only if he was with her. Cyrus has accepted the terms.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, Pokémon Hunter J. Proceed with the capture of the Lake Guardians as planned," Cyrus said. J nodded as she grinned. AxeKnightmon stood alongside Lucemon, Daemon, and Belphemon to keep J's henchmen in check.
"The plan is proceeding as predicted," AxeKnightmon said.
And now, all of Sinnoh is in danger as Team Galactic's plans is close at hand. How will Sora and his friends be able to stop them? And how and when will Myotismon and AxeKnightmon launch their attacks? Just wait and see.
