Episode 422: Fennel and Munna
Shortly after winning his Gym Badge, Sora has Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott to the Pokémon Center to be healed.
"Nurse Joy, will you see to it that my Snivy, Oshawott, and Tepig are taken care of?" Sora asked.
"Of course," Nurse Joy replied. She looked right at Pikachu. "I have been meaning to say this, but, it's very unusual to see a Pikachu in the Unova region."
"Well, I came from Pallet Town in the Kanto region, and I'm travelling with my friends," Sora said.
"I see. You have yourself a Gym battle today?" Nurse Joy asked.
"Indeed he did. He is quite strong," a familiar voice spoke. Sora turned to see Cilan behind him.
"CIlan, hey. Wasn't expecting to see you so soon," Sora said.
"I came here to have a chat with you, if you don't mind," Cilan said.
"Sure," Sora replied. Cilan had been interested in Sora since his connoisuer instincts were telling him there was a whole lot more to Sora than he thinks. Sora, Pikachu, and Cilan are joined by Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Iris, Angel, and Meowth. Axew is eating with Pansage.
"I don't think we have been introduced. I am CIlan, and as you already realized I'm one of the Gym Leaders here in Striaton City," Cilan said.
"I'm Terra, and this is my girlfriend Aqua," Terra introduced.
"I'm Ventus. But everyone calls me Ven," Ventus said.
"I'm Iris," Iris finished.
"A pleasure. Now, Sora. I wanted to say that our battle today was a fruitful one. What struck me was the pairing possibilties of Pokémon and trainer," Cilan said.
"Thanks, Cilan. I mean it," Sora said.
"There are things I would like to ask you for future reference; as a Pokémon Connoisseur, of course," Cilan said.
"Okay. What do you wanna know?" Sora asked. Cilan took out a notepad and a pen. Sora winced when Cilan got close to his face.
"How do you bring out a Pokémon's hidden zest in nature like you do? Also, would you share your secret recipe for unexpected turn of events? Please, Sora! I'm dying to know!" Cilan said.
"Um," Sora paused. A bell goes off as Nure Joy spoke in the microphone.
"Attention, Sora. Your Pokémon have made a full recovery," Nurse Joy said.
"Saved by the bell," Sora sighed. He went down to the counter to pick them up.
"Here you go. Your Oshawott, Snivy, and Tepig just need to rest for the night before they can start battling again," Nurse Joy said.
"I'll make sure that they get plenty of rest," Sora said. He rejoins his friends.
"How are Snivy, Oshawott, and Tepig?" Kairi asked.
"They're fine. Just gotta let them rest for the night," Sora said.
"You know, that's not a bad idea. I could use a cat nap myself," Meowth said. Cilan bent down to Meowth's level.
"Amazing! A talking Meowth! Not only my first time seeing a Meowth, but hearing one talk as well!" CIlan exclaimed.
"Tell me, can you tell me what you are thinking about?" Cilan asked. Meowth turned to Sora for assistance.
"Sora, help," Meowth said.
"What do you expect me to do?" Sora asked.
Not too far in a lab, a young woman sitting down with a Munna. She has long, indigo hair and blue eyes. She wore a white lab coat, pink ballet flats, a pink undershirt and a pink flower pin attach to her hair, which resembles a Musharna's color pattern. Just then, two Team Plasma grunts entered the lab. She turned to face them.
"Who are you? You're not authorized to be in here!" The young woman stated. "What do you want?"
"We are Team Plasma, and we are here to liberate Munna from your clutches," the male grunt stated.
"Liberate Munna? What do you mean?" The young woman asked.
"Munna has been cruelly been under your hold for far too long, so we came here to set it free," the female grunt said.
"Munna is being treated just fine. What right do you have?" The young woman asked.
"We were told you would resist," the male grunt said. The grunts took out two Pokéballs and threw them. Out came a Patrat and a Purrloin. "Patrat! Use Tackle! Purrloin! Use Scratch!"
"Munna! Run!" The young woman said. Munna took off as the Pokémon attacked her.
"Don't let Munna get away!" The female grunt said.
The grunts and the Pokémon went after Munna.
"So that's the Team Plasma I was warned about. I have to get help," the young woman said. She sets off to find help.
Meanwhile, RIku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill had arrived in the Unova region. They departed from the airplane from the Alola region.
"We finally made it," Naminé said.
"We sure did. Sora's mom and Kairi's parents told us that they're here in Unova, so we shouldn't have any problem in looking for them," Riku said.
"It sure was. Also, I wonder how Paul's doing right now?" Naminé asked.
"Probably getting settled by now," Riku said.
(Flashback)
It was shortly after Riku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill had left the group, saying goodbye to Guilmon, Terriermon, Renamon, Lopmon, Gaomon, and Lalamon. Riku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill had made contact with Reggie so they talked him don into coming to Snowpoint City. Paul had challenged Brandon to a battle, but he did way better than he did before, but he lost again. Just when Paul was heading back home, he spots his brother.
"Reggie? What are you doing here?" Paul asked.
"I asked him to be here," Riku said. Paul sees Riku approaching him.
"Riku? You too? Where are Sora and the others?" Paul asked.
"They went back home to Kanto. But that's not why I'm here," Riku said.
"Why are you here?" Paul asked.
"Riku has talked me into an idea. That is if you're willing to try it," Reggie said. Paul blinked twice.
Riku has explained to Paul about an idea he had. He decided to have Paul attend the Pokémon School just so he can learn to be a much better trainer to his Pokémon than he was before Myotismon took control over him.
"You want me to attend school in Alola?" Paul asked.
"I thought it was a great idea since it will help you out," Riku said. "Not rubbing salt on the wounds."
"I know what you mean, RIku," Paul said.
"Also, you'll be staying with my mom during the stay. I spoke with her and she agreed," Riku said.
"I also spoke with her and she told me that she'll take good care of you," Reggie said.
Days later, Riku, Naminé, Paul, Eevee, and Azurill had arrived in Alola and right to Riku's house.
"You must be Paul. For the duration of your stay, I'll be your legal gaurdian. Riku, won't you show him where he'll be staying?" Yuna asked.
"Sure, mom," Riku said. He led Paul up stairs and shows him a guest room.
"Is it okay with you that I stay here?" Paul asked.
"Sure I do. My mom might be on the strict side, but she's fair. She's the nicest woman in the world, but when she gets mad, you better watch out," RIku said.
"Is there a point to all this?" Paul asked.
"I'll just have to spit it out. What I'm getting at is this: don't piss her off," Riku said.
"RIKU! WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT USING THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE?! YOU WANT ME TO DRAG YOUR BUTT IN THE BATHROOM AND WASH OUT THAT POTTY MOUTH?!" Yuna yelled from downstairs. That made Paul flinch.
"No, mom! Sorry, mom!" Riku replied to his mother. He turned to Paul. "See what I mean?"
"I do," Paul said. "I think my heart stopped for a sec."
"Just make nice with her and you'll do fine. Also, she'll be making contact with your brother in Veilstone City if you wanna talk with him," Riku said.
Later little later, Yuna has decided to go over the ground rules with Paul.
"Okay, Paul here's how it'll go down. You live under my roof and eat my food, you will obey my rules," Yuna strictly said.
"Yes, ma'am," Paul replied.
"Just as I did with Riku, curfew will be at eight o'clock, and lights out will be at nine; that means you go right to sleep," Yuna said.
"Yes, ma'am," Paul said.
"One more thing. You start school first thing Monday morning, so I'm going to make sure you're late," Yuna said.
"Yes, ma'am," Paul said.
"I'm glad we understand each other," Yuna said.
After making contact with Sora and Kairi's families in Kanto, Riku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill boarded the plane for the Unova region.
"Riku, are you sure you wanna head for the Unova region?' Yuna asked.
"I do. Sora and Kairi are probably already there by now, so I should be there," Riku said.
"And I'm going with you. I never been to the Unova region before, and it should be loads of fun," Naminé said.
"Azurill," Azurill chirped.
"Are you sure you wanna come with me? Your parents might be worried about you," Riku said.
"I already told you, my parents said it was okay, so it should be fine," Naminé said. Riku didn't want to argue with his girlfriend, so he had to let her come along. They boarded the plane.

Professor Juniper drove up to them.
"Riku and Naminé, I presume?" Professor Juniper asked.
"That's right," Riku said.
"I'm Professor Juniper. I was told you were coming," Professor Juniper said.
Back in Striaton City, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth were sitting with Cilan as the connoisuer was obseerving each one of the Pokémon, but he is terrified of Purrloin.
"What's wrong, Cilan?" Kairi asked.
"I'm sorry, but I don't do well with Purrloin," Cilan said. He cleared his throat. "But I must say that your Pokémon all have their own unique aroma and flavors. You have done an excellent job in raising them."
"Thanks. We only had them for a short time, and it's nice to hear a nice compliement," Kairi said. Cilan smiled.
"There is also one more thing I wanted to say. You and Sora are the perfect recipe. I saw it when I first laid eyes on you," Cilan said. Kairi blushed and she knew he was right. She was flattered to hear it. Before Cilan could ask her how and she Sora met since he was curious, Ventus came running to her.
"Kairi! We got trouble!" Ventus exclaimed.
"Ven! What's wrong?" Kairi asked.
"It's those guys we saw in Accumula Town! Some people just said that someone just saw them in town!" Ventus said. Kairi knew he was talking about Team Plasma.
"They're making their move," Kairi said. Cilan was confused.
"Who's making their move?" Cilan asked. Kairi and Cilan followed Ventus to where Sora, Terra, Aqua, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth were.
"You think those guys are really up to no good?" Iris asked.
"I knew they weren't any good when I first laid eyes on them," Sora said.
"Ecuse me, but who are you talking about, if you don't mind me asking?" Cilan asked.
"Sora's talking about Team Plasma. We saw them in Accumla Town just before we got here. They were talking about Pokémon liberation," Aqua explained.
"Oh, you mean them. Team Plasma has been nothing but a bitter taste ever since they made themselves known. Cress, Chili and I dealt with them quite a few times. We always hoped that they learned their lesson by now; but they never do," Cilan said. "But if they're back in town, then you're going to need my help in dealing with them."
"But where do we start looking? They could be anywhere in town," Iris said.
"She's right. It's not like we could knock on every door and see some weirdos dressed like wannabe knights inside waiting for us," Meowth said.
"We gotta try something," Kairi said. Sora turned to Ventus, Terra, and Aqua.
"Terra, Aqua, you two stay with Ven. Keep him safe," Sora said.
"We knew you were going to go after them, so we'll do exactly that," Terra said.
"Just be careful," Aqua said. Sora, Kairi, Iris, Cilan, Pikachu, Angel, and Mewoth stepped out as the woman in the lab coat came running in their direction. She stopped in her tracks.
"Excuse me, but are you Pokémon trainers?" The woman asked.
"Yes we are. Something we could help you with?" Sora asked.
"Thank goodness. I was about to go to the police for help, but you four will do," the woman said.
"Um, excuse me, but who are you?" Kairi asked.
"Of course, I haven't introduced myself. My name is Fennel; I'm a scientist who does research on the Dream World. But I'm afraid that's not important right now, because I need your help!" Fennel said.
"Help with what?" Sora asked. He knew it has Team Plasma's name all over it.
"You see, I'm looking for a Pokémon called Munna, and she could be in terrible danger! Some people came to my lab and demanded me to give them Munna!" Fennel explained.
"What people?" Kairi asked.
"I never saw them before until today, but they call themselves Team Plasma," Fennel said.
"Team Plasma?!" Iris exclaimed in surprise.
"I knew it! It is them! We were about to go and look for them!" Sora said.
"Wonderful! I wam very grateful for your help!" Fennel said.
"Just what is the one place your Munna is most likely to appear?" Cilan asked.
"She should be the Dream Yard," Fennel said.
Fennel led Sora, Kairi, Cilan, Iris, and the Pokémon down the streets of Striaton City to the Dream Yard.
"Citizens of Striaton City! We have just received word that a couple of Team Plasma agents has been spotted in the city! Keep your Pokémon close at all times! Make contact with the police as you see them! I repeat! A couple of Team Plasma agents has been spotted in the city! Keep your Pokémon close at all times! Make contact with the police as you see them! That is all!" Officer Jenny announced to the city.
"What exactly is the Dream Yard?" Kairi asked.
"The Dream Yard is an abandoned site right outside the city. Everybody was talking about a huge explosion that occured there a few years back," Cilan explained.
"That's right. That's what's left of the Pokémon Research Energy Facility," Fennel said. "It's a place to harnest Musharna's Dream Mist, and turn it into a form of energy that people can benefit from, and I was one of the scientists on the project."
"Turning dreams into energy?" Meowth asked.
"Once our research has been finalized, we would have created the ultimate clean energy. After all, the source would have been the dreams of people and Pokémon. But all that changed when some people, trying to take control of this new energy. They were dressed in strange outfits, not like any I have seen. Musharna absorbed their dreams, which became so overwhelming, she could no longer process them. Many lives were lost in the explosion, but Musharna disappeared without a trace. The people who came were among the casulties," Fennel said.
"What about your research?" Iris asked. The researcher sighed.
"I gave up," Fennel said sadly. "Some of the other survivors said that Musharna couldn't have survived, but I refused to believe it. Because I know Musharna's alive."
On the grounds of the Dream Yard, the girl with blonde hair was looking around for a Pokémon to catch.
"I'm sure there are some cute Pokémon around here somewhere," the blonde said. She yelped when Munna dashed by her. She fell on her bottom. "What's that?!" She stood back up and looked around, hearing something crying. "It must be a Pokémon, I know it." She took a step forward. "I got this in the bag. I got nothing to worry about. Daddy has nothing to worry about."
(Flashback)
It was in Nuvema Town. The girl was talking with her parents. The girl's mother reselbled her in hair, eye color and face, but her father, being a chunny man in a business suit and brown hair shook his head.
"Bianca honey, I have to say no," the girl's father said.
"Daddy!" Bianca said. "Why not?"
"Because a journey is far too dangerous, and you don't have the common sense to go on one!" Bianca's father said.
"But I really wanna do this!" Bianca pleaded.
"I said no. Absolutely not," Bianca's father stated.
A little later, Bianca's mother spoke with her.
"Bianca, honey. You certain you wanna do this?" Bianca's mother asked.
"More than anything, mom. Daddy never had any faith in me," Bianca said.
"He's just worried about you. He worries because he loves you. Deep down he does have faith in you, he just can't see it," Bianca's mother said. "You should follow your heart, and see the world. Just promise me that you'll be careful while you're out there."
"I promise, mom," Bianca said.
(Flashback ends)
Bianca looked around for the source of the cry.
Over to the Team Plasma grunts, they searched around for Munna.
"That Munna has got to be around here somewhere," the female grunt said.
"Hard to believe that this used to be a redearch facility," the male grunt said.
"I know. I heard some outside source tried to take Musharna and use its power of the Dream Mist into their own," the female grunt said.
"That's when the explosion occured. I heard that there weren't that many survivors in the explosion," the male grunt said.
"Even Musharna died in the explosion. We must make certain that Munna doesn't meet the same fate. And use the Dream Mist for Team Plasma," the female grunt said.
Over to Sora, Kairi, Iris, Cilan, Fennel, and the Pokémon, they had arrived to the Dream Yard. Fennel felt uneasy to return after the explosion has occured.
"Man, this place is even worse than I thought it would be," Sora said.
"I have the same thought, Sora. It gives off an unsettling recipe," Cilan said.
"We better keep our eyes open for Munna, before those jerks get to her," Iris said.
"She's right. They won't get away with this," Kairi said. They looked around for any signs of Munna, but they heard something approaching something very fast.
"You hear that?" Sora asked.
"Outta the way! Outta the way! Outta the way!" Bianca exclaimed, bumping into Sora and he goes up against a tree. The tree shook, startling the Pidove living in it. Kairi went right to Sora's side.
"You okay, Sora?" Kairi asked with concern.
"I'm okay," Sora said. He stood up on his feet. Bianca looked right at Sora and bowed her head repeatedly.
"I am so, so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going!" Bianca said, apologizing.
"It's okay. Nothing's broken. I hope," Sora said. Cilan recognized her.
"Bianca?" Cilan asked. Bianca looked right at her. Bianca looked back at Cilan.
"I know you. You're one of the Gym Leaders in Striaton City, aren't you?" Bianca asked.
"You know her, Cilan?" Kairi asked.
"Yes. This is Bianca. She challanged the Striaton City Gym just a short time before you did. She chose to battle Cress, but she ended up being defeated," Cilan said.
"I've been working hard for a rematch," Bianca said. She looked right at Kairi and she got wide-eyed. "I know you, too! You're that girl who won the Striaton Contest, aren't you?! You didn't see me, but I saw you!"
"You were watching?" Kairi asked.
"Yes! I never seen a Pokémon Contest before, so I wanted to see for myself! My name's Bianca!" Bianca introduced.
"I'm Kairi. And the boy you bumped into is my boyfriend Sora," Kairi introduced.
"Hey," Sora greeted.
"Nice to meet you," Bianca said.
"And I'm Iris," Iris introduced.
"You didn't see a Munna go by here by any chance, did you?" Sora asked.
"A Munna? I think something went pass me a short time ago, so I was following it here, and that's when I bumped into you," Bianca said. She spots Pikachu with the group. "Oh my gosh! A Pikachu!" Bianca grabbed the mouse Pokémon and started to cuddle him. "Oh, it's just the cutest little thing! I just wanna snuggle Pikachu forever and ever!" Pikachu was getting irritated by the hugging.
"Pikachu, no!" Sora cried, trying to grab his partner, earning a shock on both Sora and Bianca. "If I knew this was going to happen, I should have worn those rubber gloves."
"Pikachu," Pikachu said with regret.
Both of Sora and Bianca made a quick recovery and stood back up.
"Also, you didn't see any bad guys here too, have you?" Sora asked.
"Bad guys?" Bianca asked.
"The people we're talking about said they're with Team Plasma. They're after Munna," Kairi said.
"That's awful," Bianca said.
"We'll just hope nothing bad happens to poor Munna," Fennel said.
"Na. Munna," a voice chirped. They saw it was the Pokémon they were looking for.
"Munna! You're safe!" Fennel said.
"Munna, Munna!" Munna said, heading for Fennel. That was short-lived when the Team Plasma grunts appeared and sent Patrat and Purrloin to bring her down.
"Muuna!" Fennel gased.
"Don't worry, Munna, you're safe now," the female grunt said.
"Let Munna go, Team Plasma!" Sora called out. The grunts turned to see them.
"This does not concern you, evil trainers," the female grunt said.
"It does concern us iif you go and steal Pokémon!" Sora said.
"We are stealing them! We are rescuing them from thoughtless people like you! And it would seem your Pikachu and Eevee needs to be liberated as well," the male grunt said. Both grunts took out two more Pokéballs and threw them. Two more Patrat and teo more Purrloin emerge from their Pokéballs to battle. "Parat! Use Crunch!"
"Purrloin! Use Scratch!" The female grunt ordered.
"Angel! Use Swift!" Kairi ordered.
"Pikachu! Use Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered.
Pikachu and Angel unleashed their attacks. Swift struck the Purrloin as Thunderbolt shocks the Patrat.
"How dare you! Patrat! Revenge!" The male grunt ordered.
"Purrloin! Use Shadow Claw!" The female grunt ordered.
"Dodge with Quick Attack!" Sora and Kairi ordered. Pikachu and Angel avoids the attacks of their opponets. Cilan was amazed by the way they battled.
"This is incredible! Those two are a much better recipe than I thought. It's giving off such a zesty flavor," Cilan said in his thoughts.
"Iron Tail!" Sora and Kairi ordered. Pikachu and Angel lands an Iron Tail on their opponets.
"Patrat! Crunch!" The male grunt ordered.
"Use Scratch!" The female grunt ordered.
The Pokémon launged at the Pokémon couple as they dodged.
"This is getting better than I thought," Cilan said. Meowth tapped on Iris.
"Hey, while those yahoos are focused on the battle, we can get to Munna," Meowth whispered.
"Right," Iris agreed. Iris and Meowth snucked quietly to Munna, while the battle was going on. Fennel saw what they were doing.
"Patrat! Crunch!" The male grunt ordered. The Patrat jumped to land a bite.
"Use Volt Tackle!" Sora ordered. Piakchu charges right at the Patrat and they all took a heavy hit from the electrified tackle.
"Angel! Swift!" Kairi ordered. Angel unleashed Swift and they all struck the Purrloin hard. "Now, use Headbutt!" Angel headbutts all three Purrloin, resulting in a tripe knockout. Iris and Meowth grabbed hold of Munna, grabbing their attention.
"Stop!" The male grunt shouted.
"Axew! Dragon Rage!" Iris ordered. Axew comes out of her hair and unleashed Dragon Rage and it struck the male grunt. She helps him. up as she calls back her Purrloin. The male grunt does the same thing.
"You guys got nothing. You're finished," Sora said.
"We won't forget this," the male grunt said.
"Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered. Pikachu unleashed Thunderbolt and shocks the grunts. They stood back up and growled. They were unaware of a sparkling pink mist appearing from behind them.
"You little punk!" The male grunt growled. Just then, Ghetsis suddenly appeared.
"What are you doing playing around?" Ghetsis asked.
"Ghetsis?" The grunts asked.
Another Ghetsis appeared, confusing everyone.
"Return to where you came!" The other Ghetsis said. The grunts both fled, having to see two of the same person.
"What's going on?" Sora asked. Fennel looked at the pink mist.
"Is that you, Musharna? Please show yourself! I missed you terribly!" Fennel said. Musharna appeared before the group. Fennel ran towards the taipar-like Pokémon and embraced her. "Thank goodness! I knew you were alive! I knew it!"
"Sharna," Sharna said.
"Why did you vanish when you did?" Fennel asked.
"Sharna, Musharna, Musharna, Mu, Mu, sharna, Musharna, na, sharna," Musharna said.
"What's Musharna saying, Meowth?" Sora asked.
"Musharna's saying that the reason for her disappearing act was because of the bad guys showing up and planned on using her Dream Mist for evil, so she had to defend herself," Meowth translated.
"Musharna, Musharna, Mursharna," Musharna said.
"And Musharna said that she didn't mean to kill anyone, it was too overwhelming to contain," Meowth translated.
"I am amazed beyond belief," Cilan said. Bianca was amazed by the fact Meowth was talking and he translated to the group.
"Musharna, I'm sorry that I didn't go looking for you when I should. People told me that you died in the explosion. I never lost faith that you were alive," Fennel said.
"Sharna," Musharna said.
"Musharna said that she forgives you," Meowth translated.
"Sharna, Musharna, Musharna, sharna," Musharna said.
"Musharna just said that she could sense Sora and Kairi's dreams were pure, so she had to drive them away," Meowth translated. Fennel turned to the couple.
"Thank you both very much. I mean it. If it weren't for you, I never would have gotten Musharna back," Fennel said.
"We were just happy to help," Sora said.
"Team Plasma had to be stopped," Kairi said.
"I cannot thank you enough," Fennel said. She turned to Musharna. "Come on. Let's go home."
"Sharna," Musharna said.
With that said, they all left the Dream Yard. Bianca decided to try her luck again by trying to catch a wild Pokémon as Cilan has made this announcement.
"You wanna come with us?" Sora asked, surprised.
"Indeed. You made me realize that there is much more to learn to being a Pokémon Connoisseur," Cilan said.
"What about your Gym? Won't your brothers need you?" Ventus asked.
"Don't worry. I'll just discuss it with them," Cilan said.
And that's exactly what Cilan did.
"You're going on a journey?" Chili asked.
"You're serious?" Cress asked.
"Uh-huh. As serious as I can be. After our battle, and seeing more of what Sora could do has convinced me that I couldn't fight the urge anymore. There's more of a pairing to Pokémon and trainer than I originally thought. Much more. I know this will help me become a much better Pokémon Connoisseur," Cilan said. Chili and Cress both smiled.
"In that case, we won't stop you," Chili said.
"We want you to be the best Pokémon Connoisseur," Cress said.
"Thank you both," Cilan said. He shook their hands. Both of Cilan's brothers wished him luck.
"You leave the Gym to us, Cilan," Chili said.
"We wish you luck in your journey, Cilan," Cress siad.
Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth watched on as Cilan has joined them.
"So, where are you heading?" Sora asked.
"Wherever you're heading. I wanna travel with you, and you stilll haven't answered my questions yet," Cilan said.
"He got a point there, Sora," Kairi said, knowing where he was going with it.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"But before we take off, where's Iris?" Terra asked. Iris appeared from the closest tree and hung upside down.
"BOO!" Iris said, startling Meowth. "Did I scare you?"
"What do you think?" Meowth asked.
"How about we all go together! This journey is sure will be full of delicious flavors!" Cilan said.
"That sounds a great idea, Cilan," Sora said.
"It would seem that the way we compliment each other as a winning team makes for a great recipe," Cilan said.
"I like the sound of that," Ventus said.
"Why not? Just where do we go from here?" Terra asked.
"The nearest Gym is in Nacrene City. And I thougt it would interest you to know that Pokémon Contest is taking place in Virbank City," Cilan said, checking his device.
"Which one is the closest?" Kairi asked.
"That would be Nacrene City," Cilan said.
"And that's place we're going to go. Kairi will have to some practice," Sora said.
"You're right. And you're going to train for the battle," Kairi said.
"Then, let's get the show on the road!" Meowth said.
Cilan has joined the group for the ride and heads for Nacrene City for Sora's next Gym battle. With Cilan joining them, things would be interesting here-onout.
