Episode 425: A Home For Dwebble!
A few days have passed since Axew's first and memorable misadventure involving a Scolipede. As the group were making their way through the woods. Along the way, Ventus was getting the hang of tree climbing with Iris. He swing on a vine as he laughed.
"Hey, this is fun!" Ventus said.
"Ventus, you come down here this minute! You'll fall!" Aqua chided Ventus.
"I'll be okay. Iris said it's a real snap!" Ventus said.
"Iris, if Ven gets hurt, I"ll be holding you accountable for it!" Aqua said.
"Ven wouldn't stop bugging me until I agreed to it," Iris said.
"It would seem Ven has a taste for excitement," Cilan said.
"And Aqua tries not to let Ven have too much of it," Terra said. "Especially when it came to Pokémon."
"You and Aqua care a lot about Ven, don't you?" Cilan asked.
"We do. Aqua loved Ven like he was her won little brother. Ever since we started our journey in Sinnoh, she wanted to keep a close eye on him," Terra said.
"The same can be said with you, Terra. Or could be that you wanted to be close to Aqua?" Cilan asked. Terra chuckled.
"You got me there, Cilan. The truth is, Aqua and I had a thing for each other since we met. Spending time with Ven and our past journey made us realize that.I guess you can say that we wanted what Sora and Kairi has now," Terra said.
"Speaking of Sora and Kairi, where did those two go?" Cilan asked.
"Oh, they said they wanted to have a little time for themselves," Terra said.
Sora and Kairi were making a stop by a small pond to have some time for themselves, along with Pikachu and Angel. Unaware, two Frillish, one being a male, and the other being female stuck their heads out of the water.
"This is such a pretty pond," Kairi said.
"Not as pretty as you are," Sora said.
"Sora, stop," Kairi said, blushing.
The two Frillish came out and unleashed their Water Gun. Sora and Kairi ducked their heads down before Pikachu and Angel caught wind of it.
"What was that about?" Sora asked.
"Sora, look! Those are Frillish!" Kairi said.
"You're right. They're Water and Ghost Types. We can handle those two. Which one?" Sora asked.
"The pink one," Kairi said.
"Right," Sora said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Go right in, Snivy!" Snivy came on out from inside.
"Go! Purrloin!" Kairi called out. Purrloin came on out to battle.
"Good thinking of using Purrloin in a battle against the pink Frillish," Sora said.
"Thanks. The same for using Snivy against the blue Frillish," Kairi said.
"Snivy! Use Attract on the blue Frillish!" Sora ordered.
"Purrloin! Use Night Slash on the pink Frillish!" Kairi ordered. Snivy unleashed Attract as Purrloin uses Night Slash.
The male Frillish doges as does the female Frillish. Both Frillish hurls Shadow Ball right at their opponents.
"Snivy! Use Leaf Storm!" Sora ordered.
"Purrloin! Use Night Slash again!" Kairi ordered.
Snivy unleashes Leaf Storm as Purrloin comes at the female Frillish with Night Slash. The male Frillish gets caught in the Leaf Storm as the pink Frillish is struck by Night Slash.
"Now, use Leaf Blade!" Sora ordered.
"Night Slash, one more time!" Kairi ordered.
Snivy comes at the male Frillish with Leaf Blade as Purrloin comes at the female Frillish with Night Slash. Both Pokémon lands a successful hit and both go down. The couple each took out a Pokéball and threw it. The Pokéballs struck the Frillish, making them flow inside. The Pokéballs wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéballs to confirm the catch. The couple's Pokémon Boxes goes off, asking them if they want to keep their newest Pokémon with them. They chose to send them both to Professor Oak's lab.
"That takes care of that," Sora said.
"It sure does," Kairi agreed.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
Just when the couple were about to head back to their friends, Sora's Xtransceiver starts rigning.
"Who could that be?" Kairi asked.
"I don't know. I'll have to see," Sora said. He answers it. "Hello? I'm here. Who is it?" The face belongs to Don George.
"Well now, looks like it got through," Don George said. Sora and Kairi were surprised.
"Don George? What's wrong? Is something up at the Pokémon Battle Club?" Sora asked.
"I don't know what you mean," Don George said.
"We met you back in Accumula Town not too long ago," Kairi said.
"Of course, you wouldn't know. The thing is, the Don George you met in Accumula Town is my cousin," Don George said.
"Your cousin?" Sora asked.
"Hold on a second," Don George said, holding a photo of himself and several Don Georges in the photo. "You see. This is the Don George you met in Acummula Town, and this is me right here." He points to himself and the one they met.
"Talking about lookalikes," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Anyway, the reason for the call is because you have a challenge right here in Luxuria Town," Don George said. Nate steps in.
"Hi there. My name's Nate, and I wanted to meet you for a while," Nate said.
"Who are you?" Sora asked.
"My name's Nate, and I come from Aspertia City. When I saw you on the screen, I knew ai wanted to challenge you into a battle," Nate said.
"Um, okay. Just how do you wanna do it?" Sora asked.
"How about we make it a four-on-four battle?" Nate said.
"Sure thing. A warm-up for my next Gym battle," Sora said.
"Great! I'll be waiting for you!" Nate said.
WIth that said, Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, and Angel rejoined their friends and told them of the challenge that was made to him.
"Luxuria Town is just up ahead, so it's a good walking distance," Cilan said.
"That's good to know," Ventus said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew all made their way to Luxuria Town for the Gym battle. They all arrived to the Pokémon Battle Club with Don George waiting for them.
"I take it you're Sora, right? We have been waiting for you," Don George said.
"Is Nate over to the battlefield?" Sora asked.
"Yes. He's waiting for you as we speak. You haven't forgotten the terms of the battle, haven't you?" Don George asked.
"Four against four; haven't forgotten," Sora said.
"Great. Come with me," Don George said. He led the group to the battlefield where Nate is currently waiting for them. Nate walked up to him.
"I just want to say that it's a real honor to be battling you here today, Sora," Nate said.
"Thanks," Sora said. Don George has taken his place as the referee.
"Attention trainers! You both agreed to a four-on-four battle! Subsitututions are permitted by both parties and the battle is over when all four of either side's Pokémon are unable to continue! Is that perfectly clear?" Don George asked.
"Yes!" Sora and Nate answered.
"Good! Choose and begin!" Don George announced. Both trainers took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Tympole!" Nate called out. Tympole came out to batte. Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"You're up, Snivy!" Sora called out. Snivy came out of her Pokéball.
"Yes! Sora starts things up with Snivy; a Grass Type!" Cilan said.
"Sora has the first move!" Don George announced.
"Snivy! Use Vone Whip!" Sora ordered. Snivy unleashed Vine Whip to smack the tadpole-like Pokémon.
"Tympole! Dodge and use Bubble!" Nate ordered. Tympole dodges Vine Whip unleashed Bubble right at the grass snake Pokémon.
"Snivy! Use Leaf Storm!" Sora ordered. Snivy unleashed Leaf Storm and it heads right towards Tympole. It strikes Tympole hard and it goes down for the count on the first hit.
"Tympole is unable to battle! Snivy wins!" Don George announced. Nate calls back Tympole.
"Get some rest. You deserve it," Nate said. He took out his next Pokéball and threw it. "Your turn now, Tepig!" He threw it and his Tepig came on out to battle.
"I take it that Tepig was your first," Sora said.
"That's right. My Tepig has more spirit than any other Tepig I know. And here's a way to prove it. Tepig! Use Flame Charge!" Nate ordered. Tepig charges towards Snivy.
"Dodge and use Attract!" Sora ordered. Snivy unleashed Attract and it heads towards the fire pig Pokémon. Tepig is struck and fell in love with Snivy. "Now, use Leaf Blade!" Snivy comes at Tepig with Leaf Blade.
"Dodge!" Nate called out. Tepig manages to dodge as Snivy misses her mark. "Tepig! Use Flamethrower!" Tepig's tail glows red, and he unleashed Flamethrower and it struck Snivy hard. Tepig was able to attack even with Attract in play.
"Super-effective!" Terra said.
"Now, use another Flame Charge!" Nate ordered. Tepig manages to land a successful hit even with Attract in effect. Snivy has been taken down.
"Snivy is unable to battle! Tepig wins!" Don George announced. Tepig has been released from Snivy's Attract.
"That was great, Tepig!" Nate praised. Tepig smiled as he started to evolve. Tepig was now a Pignite. "You're now Pignite!"
"Pignite!" The newly evolved Pignite said.
"Wanna keep going?" Nate asked. Pignite nodded.
"Great!" Nate said. Sora calls back Pignite and took out his next Pokéball and threw it.
"Your turn now, Oshawott!" Sora called out. Oshawott emerged form inside.
"Pignite! Use Arm Thrust!" Nate ordered. Pignite came at Oshawott with Arm Thrust.
"Dodge and use Razor Shell!" Sora ordered. Oshawott dodged and grabbed his scalchop and came at Pignite. Oshawott lands a hit onto Pignite. "Now, use Sacred Sword!" Oshawott swings his scapchop with Sacred Sword. Pignite grabs it in his hands.
"Pignite!" Nate ordered.
"Water Gun!" Sora ordered. Oshawott unleashed Watewrw Gun and it struck the fire pig Pokémon. Nate calls back Pignite and took out another Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Blitzle!" Nate called out. Blitzle came out to battle. "Blitzle! Use Spark!" Blitzle came charging at Oshawott with Spark.
"Dodge it!" Sora called out. Oshawott avoids Spark just bu jumping out of the way. "Use Sacred Sword!" Oshawott swings his scalchop again.
"Dodge!" Nate called out. Blitzle avoids Oshawott's Sacred Sword. "Use Tackle!"
"Dodge and use Water Gun!" Sora ordered. Oshawott unleashed Water Gun and it struck Blitzle hard. The zebra-like Pokémon has been taken down.
"Blitzle is unable to battle! Oshawott wins!" Don George announced. Nate calls back Blitzle and took out his fourth Pokéball.
"Here's my fourth one! Go! Tranquil!" Nate called out. A Tranquil came flying out. Sora calls back Oshawott and looked right at Pikachu.
"Your turn, Pikachu!" Sora said. Pikachu came running on the battlefield, ready to battle Tranquil.
"OKay, Tranquil! Use Air Cutter!" Nate ordered. Tranquil flapped its wings and unleashed Air Cutter right at the mouse Pokémon.
"Dodge and use Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered. Pikachu avoids Tranquil's Air Cutter and launched Thunderbolt and it shocks Tranquil greatly.
"Tranquil! Use Steel Wing!" Nate ordered. Tranquil comes at Pikachu with Steel Wing.
"Use Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu swings his tail and it lands a hit onto the wild pigeon Pokémon. "Now, use Quick Attack!" Pikachu dashed at Tranquil and lands a hit, knockong Tranquil out.
"Tranquil is unable to battle! Pikachu wins!" Don George announced. Nate calls back Tranquil and took out Pignite's Pokéball and threw it.
"Come back out, Pignite!" Nate called out. Pignite came on out to battle. "Pignite! Use Arm Thrust!" Pignite came at Pikachu with Arm Thrust.
"Dodge 'em, Pikachu!" Sora called out. Pikachu kept dodging and dodging with each passing Arm Thrust. "Now, use Quick Attack!" Pikachu darts right into Pignite, making the fire pig Pokémon wheeze. "Now, use Iron Tail!" Pikachu lands a hit with Iron Tail. Pignite has gone down for the count.
"Pignite is unable to battle! Pikachu wis! Sora wins the battle!" Don George announced.
"Ah man, you're even better than I thought. There's no shame in losing to you," Nate said.
"That's very sporty of you, Nate. You raised your Pokémon smoothly, and you should be proud," Sora said. Nate smiled as they shook hands.
"Now that the battle has concluded, take your Pokémon to be healed," Don George said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Nate, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew left to the Pokémon Center to be healed up. After the healing was done, Sora exchanged his entire team for Pansage, Pansear, Panpour, Lillipup, and Scraggy. During the course of the training, Lillipup has evolved into a Herdier, and learned to use Fire Fang. Scraggy has learned to use Focus Blast. Sora's Pansage has a different personality than Cilan's Pansage did, but they hit it off well. Cilan's Pansage even got along with Pansear and Panpour since they remind him so much of the Panpour and Pansear Cress and Chili has. As they were leaving, the group heard something rustling through the garbage.
"What was that?" Terra asked.
"I don't know, but it sounded close," Iris asked. Ventus held his nose.
"It smells close too," Ventus said. CIlan sniffs around and he held his nose as well.
"There's no mistaken. The smell can only be a Trubbish," Cilan said. A Trubbish came oout from its hiding place and looked right at the group. The Trubbish came at the group with Pound.
"Pikachu! Use Thunderbolt!" Sora orderd. Pikachu unleashed Thunderbolt and the attac lands a hit onto Trubbish. Trubbish unleashed a purple gas from its mouth.
"He's using Poison Gas!" Kairi gasped.
"Pikachu! Dodge and use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Pikachu dashed and lands a hit onto Trubbish. "Now, use Thunderbolt!" Pikachu lands a Thunderbolt onto Trubbish. He took out a Pokéball and threw it. Trubbish flows inside and it wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box goes off asking him if he wants to keep Trubbish with him. He chose to send Trubbish to Professor Oak's lab.
"Another good catch," Sora said.
"Why would you catch a Trubbish, Sora?" Aqua asked.
"I heard that Trubbish normally smells foul, but that's only on its enemies. Trubbish's smell gives off a pleasing smell when one befriends others," Cilan said.
The grou started to leave the town and made their way through a small canyon as Kairi and Cilan were preparing sandwiches for them. She presented the sandwiches she made for her boyfriend.
"Here you go, Sora," Kairi said. Sora took a sandwich and took a bite.he beamed at the taste.
"This tastes great as always, Kairi," Sora said.
"Thanks, Sora. That always makes me happy to see you enjoy it," Kairi said.
Over to Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Iris, and Cilan, he was making some preparations of sandwiches of his own.
"Now, if I take some of my homemade potato salad, add some freashly cracked pepper," Cilan said, adding the pepper into the potato salad. "Perfectly season and spicy! Next, we spread it on homemade bread. Then add some slices of tomato. It's the spice of the potato salad, combined with the tanginess of the tomatoes, the results should be-" Iris took the sandwich.
"Yummy!" Iris cheered as she took a bite of the sandwich.
"Yes, you took the words right out of my mouth," Cilan said.
"It's delicious!" Iris said.
"Don't you want me to cut it up for you first?" Cilan asked.
"I like it this way!" Iris said.
Pikachu, Angel, and Axew enjoys the Pokémon food taht Cilan has made for them. Sora's Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour enjoyed the food Kairi has made for them ever since they met in Accumula Town. Axew then hears something and starts going off.
"Hey, Axew, where are you going?" Sora asked.
"Not again," Kairi groaned.
"Axew, hey! What's the matter?" Iris asked.
Axew follws the sound. It was getting a little louder the further he went. He pokes his head from behind a boulder before Meowth pulls him back.
"Hey, little guy, what's got your horn twitching?" Meowth asked.
"Axew, Axew," Axew said.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Meowth asked. He poked his head from the same place and see a Dwebble, doing some work on his home. "I see what you mean."
"Pika?" Pikachu asked.
"Eevee?" Angel also asked.
They saw what was going as as the humans saw the Dwebble as well.
"Hey, isn't that-?" Sora asked.
"It is. It's a Dwebble. It's very strange to see one without a rock on its back," Cilan said.
"I bet you that it's about to dig into that rock," Iris said.
"If that's true, then we could be witnessing a rare occurence. What luck," Cilan said. Dwebble pushes the rock to the side and started to carve the rock to match its liking.
"So cool!" Ventus said. Aqua pulls him down.
"If Dwebble sees us, it'll run away!" Aqua said.
"She's right. We should let Dwebble work in peace," Terra suggested. Dwebble kept at it, making the rock suitable for itself. The hermit crab-like Pokémon spews a liquid into the rock.
"What's that coming out from its mouth?" Iris asked.
"It's the liquid it uses to make it easier to live in," Cilan said.
"It looks it's hard work," Aqua said.
"he has to work hard if he wants to feel safe," Kairi said.
"That's right, Kairi," Cilan agreed. "Its purpose is to protect Dwebble from its enemies," Cilan said. Dwebble had to make sure it was suitable, but it wasn't yet, so he did some more carving.
"Why didn't Dwebble just stay inside?" Iris asked.
"Probably not satisfyed just yet," Cilan said. Dwebble places its bottom back in, and then he was satisfyed by the results.
"Looks like a perfect fit this time," Sora said.
"And that's what a normal Dwebble looks like," Cilan said. Dwebble was taking off when three other Dwebble shows up. They all had different shades of the rocksa, only one of them was bigger.
"Looks at those Dwebble," Ventus said.
"Maybe they're friends," Iris said.
The big Dwebble orders the toher two to attack the first Dwebble.
"Friends, huh?" Sora asked.
The other two Dwebble uses Slash, but the first Dwebble uses Protect. The first Dwebble came at them with his own Slash., but the big Dwebble rams its rocky home into the first Dwebble. He gets knocked out of his home, so the big Dwebble took the rock and placed it on its own rock. The other two Dwebble spews their liquid on top to make it stick.
"Hey, that's the house Dwebble just made!" Iris exclaimed.
"They can't do that!" Sora said.
"Pika, Pika!" Pikachu said.
The other three Dwebble uses Dig to lose him. The first Dwebble digs after them. Cilan took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Pansage, come on out!" Cilan called out. Pansage came out and awaited Cilan's instructions. "Pansage, I want you to use Dig and go help Dwebble." Pansage came back up. "What did you find?" Dwebble emerged from the ground, panting.
"He hasn't found his house," Kairi said. Sora went over to Dwebble.
"Hey, we were watching. It sucks to have your home taken," Sora said. Dwebble saw him and he flinched. He began to run off. Sora ahs let out his Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour. "Come back, Dwebble! Wait!"
"Where is Dwebble going?" Iris asked.
"Sora, slow down!" Terra said, running after him. The rest did the same thing. Iris went on ahead by jumping on rock-to-rock. Pansear, and Panpour did the same thing. They cut the rock inn Pokémon's escape.
"You shouldn't be scared of us," Iris said. Dwebble turns around to see the rest of the group coming towards them.
"It's okay, Dwebble. We're not going to hurt you," Sora said.
"Pika, Pika," Pikachu said.
Dwebble panicked and swung his claw. Pikachu dodges as he smashes a rock into smaller rocks. One comes towards Cilan's Pansage, but Sora's Pansage pushes him out of the way, before getting hit.
"Pansage!" Sora gasped. Dwebble saw what happened. Sora catches him in his hands. "You okay?"
"Sage," Sora's Pansage said, weakly. Dwebble walked up to Sora's Pansage as Cilan's Pansage was grateful, but worried about Sora's Pansage.
"Not to worry. I have some Potion to help out," Cilan said. He sprays some on the spot Sora's Pansage was struck.
"It doens't looks serious," Iris said.
"It's a good thing you had that Potion handy, Cilan said.
"Dwebble, Dwebble," Dwebble said, apologizing.
"DOn't apologize, Dwebble. We know you didn't do it on purpose," Sora said.
"You were just upset about losing your home, and that's understandable," Kairi said.
"Can't Dwebble just make a new one?" Ventus asked. Dwebble just shook his head.
"Dwebble's saying no dice, because he wants the home he just lost back," Meowth translated. Dwebble nodded.
"That makes sense since Dwebble worked so hard to make it. And I doubt it was easy to come by," Terra said.
"You really love it, don't you?" Iris asked.
"Dwebble," Dwebble said.
"It obviously means the world to Dwebble," Cilan said.
"And we'll help you get it back from those other three," Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"Dwebble, Dwebble," Dwebble said, denying, and dug throught the earth.
"Dwebble, wait!" Sora said.
"No matter. We'll just have to go after those thieves," Cilan said.
"Right," the group agreed.
Later, Kairi sends out her Pidove to search for the thieving Dwebble.
"Did you find those Dwebble?" Kairi asked. Pidove shook her head. "Thanks anyway. You did your best." Cilan's Pansage emerged form the earth.
"No luck down there, huh," Cilan said.
"Where could those three have gone?" Iris asked.
"Axew," Axew said.
Dwebble came back up, disheartened. Sora sighed as he felt sorry for Dwebble.
"It's late. How about we have some dinner?" Cilan suggested.
"Good idea. We should carry on in the morning," Sora said. He turned to Dwebble. "You're welcome to have some, too, Dwebble." Dwebble was flattered to be invited to eat. Kairi has made some Pokémon food that was suitable for Dwebble as Cilan has made some ravioli for everyone. Sora's Pansage was suddenly wasn't feeling so good. Panpour and Pansear turned to their friend.
"Hey, aren't you hungry?" - Pansear subtitle. Sora's Pansage fell to the side. This catches Sora's attention.
"Pansage!" Sora gasped. Everyone stopped eating as Sora went to his Pansage. "You okay, buddy? Speak to me!"
"Pansage," Sora's Pansage replied. He places his hand on his forehead. "You're burning up. You have a fever!"
"How did that happen?" Ventus asked.
"Wait a minute! It had to be from getting conked on the head by that rock from earlier," Meowth pointed out.
"You're right. It was when Sora's Pansage pushed Cilan's Pansage out of the way and took the hit," Kairi said. Dwebble felt guilty for what happened.
"Can't you get another potion out?" Ventus asked.
"I'm afraid not, because I don't have any left," Cilan said.
"You leave it to me. I know every herbal remedy there is. And Axew and I saw some herbs that can reduce fever. Right Axew?" Iris asked.
"Axew!" Axew replied.
"That's good to know, because we're going to need some," Sora said. Iris and Axew went off to find some healing herbs. She came back a couple of minutes later, and she began to mix up the herbal medicine.
"There, it's done," Iris said. She holds a spoonful to the grass monkey Pokémon. "Here, Pansage. Try some. It is bitter, but it'll help you get better." Sora's Pansage swallowed the medicine, and he knew she was right that it tasted bitter. He fell right to sleep. "A goodnight's sleep, and Pansage will be as good as new."
"Thanks a lot, Iris," Sora said.
"I had no idea you were an herbalist, Iris," Aqua said.
"Of course, what did you expect?" Iris asked.
Dwebble looed right at Sora's Pansage as he slept. Dwebble was still feeling guilty for what heppened. He knew it was because he was scared by Sora and his friends when he met them, and he was defending himself, but it was no excuse.
Dwebble looked over to Sora's Pansage as Dwebble watches over Sora's Pansage. Sora woke up and he saw the hermit crab Pokémon looking at him.
"You that worried?" Sora asked. Dwebble turned around. "Don't worry about what happened. I know it's not your fault. Panpour and Pansear don't blame you for what happened. He took the medicine and he'll be fine." Dwebble looked down at the ground. "Stop worrying so much, and get some sleep. You want to rest up for tomorrow to reclaim your home sweet home." Dwebble turned to see Sora's Pansage has tmoved in his sleep, undoing his blanket. Dwebble places the blanket back to place, and fell right to sleep.
Meanwhile, a band of Team Shadow Peons are outside a building that is highly secured.
"This is it. The place Miror B sent us on," one of the Team Shadow peons said.
"The information on the Meteonite that the boss mentioned," another Team Shadow peon said. They activated their visors as they analyzed the doors, and saw security lasers. "Highly sensitive."
"One careless move, and this mission's a failure," the third Team Shadow peon said.
"Let's move," the first Team Shadow peon said. They manged to make it through the facility. Once inside, they came came across a vault from the vents. "They're really not taking any chances here."
"I have a little something for that," the fourth Team Shadow peon said, taking out a small machine. It activates propellers and flies down to the vault. It transends the information. "The password's protected, but not for long." He chuckled as he began to hack through the systems. He manges to crack the data. "And done."
"That's the Meteonite data?" The second Team Shadow peon asked.
"It is. Copying data now," the fourth Team Shadow peon said, sending the information to Team Shadow HQ.
Back to the group on the next morning, Sora's Pansage was feeling much better as Pansear and Panpour was now happy. Cilan's Pansage joined in on the celebration.
"Glad you're feeling much better, Pansage. Pansear and Panpour were worried about. But Dwebble stayed up all night worrying himself over you," Sora said. Sora's Pansage smiled gratefully at Dwebble.
"I have to say, Iris, we were so lucky you joined our group," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Now, let's go get your house back," Sora said.
They headed for the canyon as the three Dwebble came back up to the surface.
"Excellent work, Pansage," Cilan said.
The three Dwebble ran off with Axew chasing after them.
"Don't let them get away!" Iris said. Axew chased after the Dwebble. They hid in their rocks to hide from the tusk Pokémon. He looked around as they stood upo and then hid again to hide. Axew turned again and spotted them.
"Good work, Axew!" Kairi said. The Dwebble turned around as the homeless Dwebble is standing before them.
"You three are in trouble!" Ventus said. The homeless Dwebble attempts to attack, only for one of them to block him with its rock house.
"It's three against one," Aqua said. Sora turned to his partner.
"Okay, Pikachu, you're going in!" Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said. Dwebble steps in.
"Huh?"Sora asked.
"Dwebble, Dwebb, Dwebble, Dwebble," Dwebble said.
"Dwebble is saying that it's his fight, so he will get it back himself," Meowth translated.
"You can't take them all on your own!" Sora said. The homeless Dwebble ignored him and went in as the other two Dwebble gave him Slash on the mark. "Man, this is bad. Without his rock, he's defensless." The big Dwebble finishes the homeless Dwebble with his own home, knocking him out. The other three Dwebble retreats by using Dig. A little while later. "Taking on all three at one time is impossible, don't you see that now?"
"Dwebb," Dwebble said.
"Just how are we going to deal with those home thieves at once?" Meowth asked.
"Maybe we could split them up," Ventus said.
"Split them up, that's it! We can use my Pokémon food as bait!" Cilan said.
"It's worth a shot," Terra said.
With that said, Cilan uses his food as bait as Sora's Pansage, Panpour, and Pansear were tied up to the bowls, and waited for the Dwebble to come take the bait. They waited patiently for the thieves to arrive. The Dwebble emerges from the earth.
"Pansage, Pansear, Panpour, now!" Sora said. The three monkey Pokémon got a move on to lure the three Dwebble away form each other. Panpour lured one of them as Pansear lured the other one. Sora's Pansage lured the big one. "Now you deal with one at a time." Pansear was pulling the fooda as the Dwebble with the brownish rock as eating as soon as the high temp Pokémon made his stop. Thr homeless Dwebble ambushes the Dwebble with Slash, but it bats him away. It goes after him, but the homeless Dwebble jumps backwards into the rocks.
"Dwebble's luring them into the rocks," Iris said.
"Since Dwebble doesn't have his rock on his back, it'll be his protection," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"That's a smart Dwebble," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu agreed. The homesless Dwebble looked behind him and saw a boulder above him. He waited for a few seconds before the other Dwebble came at the homeless Dwebble with X-Scissor. The homeless Dwebble jumps out of the way, causing the boulder to drop.
"Dwebble knew that rock was going to fall!" Meowth said.
"That's exactly what he wanted to happen. The boulder smasked the brown rock Dwebble, making it fly in the air. The homeless Dwebble came at the brown rock Dwebble with X-Scissor and then with Slash.
"Awesome!" Ventus said.
"I have to say, those Slash and X-Scissor attacks make one spicy combination," Cilan said.
Not too far, Panpour was still pulling the bowl behind him as the homesless Dwebble launched his assault on the gray rock Dwebble. It jumps backewards, towards the homeless Dwebble, only to end up getting stuck in a narrow space. The homeless Dwebble came at the gray rock Dwebble with X-Scissor. It was down for the count.
"Now, only the head honcho's left!" Meowth said. The big Dwebble was happily eating the food as the homeless Dwebble had approached the big Dwebble.
"Go for it!" Sora said. The big Dwebble looked on its left and right, and its followers are nowhere to be seen. "Looking for your buddies? Well, I'm afraid they can't help you out since they've already been taken care of."
"Which makes it fair and square," Cilan said. The big Dwebble came at the homless Dwebble, but he dodges. The homeless Dwebble heads right towards the big Dwebble, but it turned around, making hi hesitate. The big Dwebble took advantage of the hesitation and smacked him with his own rock.
"Why didn't Dwebble attack just now?" Ventus asked.
"It has to be because of Dwebble's home. He didn't want to trash his own home," Kairi said.
"That's a dirty trick!" Aqua said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
The big Dwebble swipes at the homeless Dwebble with Slash, but misses. The big Dwebble forms a rock form its mouth and unleashed it right at the homeless Dwebble. It land a heavy hit.
"That was Smack Down!" Sora said. "Don't give up, Dwebble! I know you can do it!"
"Knock him on his tail!" Kairi added. The homeless Dwebble ran towards the big Dwebble and dashed to another direction. The big Dwebble went to follow him. He leads his larger opponent to a ledge, and the big Dwebble has a hard tome going forward due to the size of the rock on his back. The homeless Dwebble comes at the big Dwebble with X-Scissor, landing a hit. The big Dwebble fights back with Slash. He wasn't going to give up, so begins to glow white. The energy then cracks and breaks off of Dwebble's body, causing it to glow red.
"He's using Shell Smash!" Meowth said.
"That means his attack will go way up!" Sora said. Dwebble comes at the big Dwebble with X-Scissor, coming out more powerful than normally, so he knocks his home off, and shatters the big Dwebble's rocky home.
"Nice shot!" Ventus said. The big Dwebble dug in the earth to escape. Dwebble went to his home and made sure nothing was out of place. Once he made sure, he sticks his tail inside, feeling satified in having his home back.
"You did it!" Iris said.
"You got your home back!" Ventus said.
"And you did it yourself," Sora said.
"You should be proud!" Cilan said.
Meanwhile, the Team Shadow peons, hands a small tablet to a couple of young women. One of them has purple hair as the other has short auburn red hair. The one with the purple hair wore a red body suit with a light gray jacket. She wore white gloves, dark gray boots, and a pair of goggles on her head. The one with the short auburn red hair is wearing a green shirt, exposing her navel, dark blue pants, black boots, a black jacket vest, a black bandana, and a pair of goggles on her head.
"Reath, Ferma, we have the data Master Mateus has requested," the Team Shadow peons reported. The woman with the purple hair took it.
"Good work. We'll make contact with Master Mateus at once," Ferma said.
"Master Mateus will be pleased by our progress," Reath said.
With that said, the two women, and the Team Shadow peons joined their colleagues to make their report.
Back to the group, the sun began to set.
"Well, this is where we say goodbye, Dwebble. So, take care, and try not to have your home stolen again," Sora said. He smiled. He began to leave as the rest of the group. Dwebble ran up to Sora.
"Dwebble!" Dwebble said. Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Iris, Cilan, Pikachu, Angel Meowth, and Axew all turned around to see the hermit crab Pokémon. "What's wrong?"
"Dweb, Dwebble, Dweb, Dwebble, Dwebble!" Dwebble said.
"Dwebble's saying that he wants to hang with ya for helping him out for getting his home back," Meowth translated.
"Dwebble's the perfect Pokémon for you, Sora. He was concerned for your Pansage, and he saw how much you care," Cilan said.Sora smiled.
"Okay, you can come along," Sora said, taking out a Pokéball and tossed it. Dwebble jumped and flows inside. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box goes off asking him if he wants to keep Dwebble with him. He chose to send Dwebble in exchange for Herdier. "Welcome to the team, Dwebble."
The family once again extends, so Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Iris, Cilan, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew continues through the Unova region, and to the Unova Pokémon League.
