Chapter 538.
"Consoling with the past of the Guru."
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
The gang are all gathered in one area of the hallway, and they're all talking about the whole ordeal from long ago. "So, we have a plan to deal with the whole how to get over the past thing?" asked Artie.
Clyde sighs. "I don't know guys. That whole thing with the Girl Guru, is almost as haunting as that dang sister fight protocol and the whole green project which made Lincoln into an outcast."
"Don't remind us man, we still feel bad for making Lincoln a social outcast and it makes some of us feel like dirt" said Rusty. "But the Girl Guru stick, that's the sole reason as to why I was made an even bigger outcast and also made Sadie a bit away from me."
Sadie sighs. "No offence, but I don't find you a good boyfriend for me. That's why Mollie is the girl I had my eye on, since 1st grade."
Flat Tire then recalls. "And if we are feeling honest here, maybe I should've thought that advice through with Mollie coming with me to someone's service, it sounded dark and only something a Goth would like."
Mollie takes a moment to recall. "Yeah, not the best moment for me and glad I gave up on that, but I wasn't the gal who would wanna go with ya. Glad Jenny got to your head before things went off the bike, or you'd end up like Oswald."
Joy sighs, "Yeah, and the sole reason as to why Poppa Wheelie left a frog on my head, glad he's no longer here and so grateful that frogs are not my fear or grossness meter anymore."
"And the whole confrontation with Jordan and Andrew" said Cookie. "But truth is, even if Andrew did try something, she would never go for some guy like him. She's always had her sights on Lincoln ever since, and we all know that story."
They all recall that one, then Zach sees Kat and how upset she is, this all sparked since the other day. "Hey Kat, sorry about what happened long ago with your braids, and the whole chemistry thing."
Kat sighs. "Yeah, whatever. Just, not in the mood to talk about that crisis right now. That's the past, and yet it still a memory that we feel bad about, Lincoln and Clyde just wanted to pass like the rest of the kids who were part of that dumb business stand project, and look where it got them."
Clyde looks away. "Total trouble, and not the good kind. We should've spoken about this to Huggins back then and maybe he'd give us a chance."
"That was not all your fault gang." They all look towards Liam and Tabby who walk towards them. "That whole stick of the wrong turn was on me. I asked Lincoln for advice, and then it worked, and then I said he was a girl guru, and that is what ignited the fire that burned into something bad, and humiliating."
"It was true about girls liking chocolate, but who doesn't love that stuff? I shouldn't have spoken those words and maybe Lincoln and Clyde would've had a different look on what kind of business project they would've went with, instead of making you guys get into trouble, and pain."
Tabby looks to Liam sternly. "I already dealt with this chum for the whole girl he dated once, and turns out, this girl is not here anymore and from what Jenny informed me, she was using Liam's chocolate just because she thinks he can buy him more. The next time she shows up, she's dead to me."
They can tell that Tabby is super miffed at this. "Well, we still need to know how we can break it down to Lincoln about the whole Girl Guru ordeal and then things can be as good as it was supposed to like from before" said Clyde.
"But how the heck do we….?" jenny then hears something. "Clyde, your phone."
Clyde checks his phone and sees who it is. "Well, looks like we may have found our right timing for this." He shows them the text.
Leni Loud – Clyde, after school the rest of the sisters and myself are headed to the park, and we know you guys need to come up with some plan to make up to Lincoln about the whole Girl Guru thing, and so we're coming to the same conclusion too. There's something you guys need to know, meet us at Ketcham Park after school.
This is something they did not see coming, but this is the shot they need to make things right and to hear what The Loud sisters have to say. But as they walk away and discuss about this, they don't notice Lincoln and Jordan who overheard them.
"Well, looks like they're going through some issues" said Jordan.
Lincoln sighs. "This has got to have something to do with the other day, and I need to show them that what happened, happened and that everything is alright now. I really, really hate going back to the past, it sucks."
(Ketcham Park.)
Classes are done and now we see the group of preteens walk into the park: Clyde, Chloe, Rusty, Liam, Zach, Stella, Polly, Tabby, Giggles, Artie, Lance, Trent, Cookie, Joy, Kat, Mollie, Sadie, flat Tire, Jenny, Emma, Paige, Renee, Hassan, Richie, Chad and Cristina.
But why are the others with them when the whole ordeal was just a few of them? Well, they wanna see how they can get this conflict over with and hear what The Loud sisters have to say.
The large group of preteens then spot the Loud Sisters all gathered by three combined picnic tables, and so they go towards them.
Luna notices them. "Hey guys, glad you all came. Take a seat dudes."
They all take their seats and then Polly asks. "So, what the heck is this all about? Why bring us together here and what the heck are you guys planning to tell us?"
Luan then replies, she can see the convincing look from her roommate, Leni and she can see the upset looks from the other sisters. "Guys, the whole Girl Guru thing… that was my fault."
This makes them confused. "Wait what? What the heck are you talking about?" asked Clyde.
"I don't get it. How could you have started the whole thing?" asked Giggles.
"Plus, from what we recall, it was all of you and the baby sister who ate all the chocolates that Lincoln and Clyde were supposed to make, instead of making some gross salt and vinegar pies" said Chad. "Still disgusting."
Luan didn't seem pleased from the outcome of the pie ordeal that Lincoln and Clyde made. "Yeah, truth is… Hours before Lincoln and Clyde went to make the chocolate pies, I saw the chocolates in the cupboard and saw the name that it was all for Lincoln and Clyde, and then I saw the note that was a warning not to eat all of it."
"So, I…. I ignored it and just thought it would be funny if they freaked out and…. And then I let the others have some chocolates, and said that Lincoln got this all for us and so we… I was the one who started it all and…."
Luan is then punched in the face by Mollie. "You did what?!"
Sadie and Renee hold her back, and Clyde is shocked. "What?! You saw the chocolates and had the others eat them all?!"
Leni goes over and helps Luan back to her feet, but the others don't bother, especially Luna who wipes away some tears. "Guys, take it easy on her, she already feels bad enough."
"Enough? Enough?! Because of her, the rest of you fell in and tore down what would've been an A for both Loud and McBride!" said Joy. "Do you girls have any idea how much trouble they got into?! Who the heck is to blame for all of that?!"
"Guys, the girl guru idea was on me, I told Lincoln those words and he put them into consideration" said Liam.
Cristina crosses her arms. "Some pal you are, and you two are best friends now and what does that mean at this moment with what you had just said?" This makes Liam feel bad, he recalls that Lincoln made him his best friend, because they both had so much in common, which is being hard working and dealing with a home with so many family members.
Tabby then stands up for him. "Watch where you speak those words, Éclair."
"Liam started the words and name sure, but the whole thing was all on us and we don't even know how to repay or fix what we did to Lincoln and Clyde, and sure as heck the project is done for" said Lucy.
"Yeah, because that was year's ago!" said Sadie. "Because of the whole situation of you girls going feral on chocolate, they had to resort to the pie throwing onto Lincoln and he smelled bad for a week, you guys noticed that?"
"We did" replied Lisa. "And we had to help him get cleaned and make sure that he would only return to school when he was adjusted and that was our punishment when we told mother and father long ago."
"Not enough to make up for it" said Zach in anger. "Should've had all of you grounded or worse, taught a lesson in some way. Grounding would've been better."
The girls knew he made sense, they're parents only had them help clean Lincoln from the whole pie throwing and not much in punishment. Luna then wipes away more tears. "Guys, we wanna make things right, but we know it's far from too late and that…."
"There's barely any path to take to make this right, Luna Loud" said Tabby. "You lot started it, Liam ignited it and thus the girls and guys here got caught into the cluster and crossfire, at this point, I can tell that you girls are the spark that lights the fuse and plans to kill everyone with one box of TNT."
Luan didn't feel comfortable hearing that and feels like throwing up, but then she sees the angered look from her friend, Giggles. "Luan, comedy and jokes are something I like and take into seriousness. But when it comes to stuff that people take personally, then I don't spark something to joke about."
"What you did, you brought to the sisters, and took the school work of your brother and ruined it, and thus made everything into what had happened called the Girl Guru incident. You don't use comedy to mess with someone's school work, because education is important and you should know."
"You went to clown camp and learned so much. You may have learned from the mistakes of pranking Jordan to her near demise, but I guess some paths didn't bear fruit when you stared Funny Business and then became a heartless monster on April 1st, and then forgot that the one rule about comedy, is to make sure everyone is laughing, even the one getting pranked."
Trent scoffs. "Lincoln sure to heck wasn't laughing, because he was smelling bad."
Luan then sheds more tears and the rest of The Loud sisters weren't feeling so comfortable anymore, Giggles made so much sense, and they got mixed up into one stupid prank that Luan wanted to make, which was their brother's school project, with Clyde.
Deep down, Luna wants to beat up Luan. "Stop!" They all turn around and see Lincoln and Jordan, and the eagles with them. Lincoln then goes towards Luan and he wipes away her tears. "That was the worst prank ever, and I thought the bucket on Mrs. Johnson's head was dumb."
Luan looks away. "Lincoln, I'm sorry it happened… I shouldn't have done all of that and maybe you…"
"The deed is done" said Lincoln. "There's no going back, and sure to heck there's no way to repay for that mistake, and we got caught into something we didn't want to happen and I apologize for that girls and guys."
They were all shocked that he said that. "Because even though some of us sparked something that burnt through and caused a chain reaction of trouble, there is no one for me to blame, because I put that blame on my sisters long ago and got over it, so there's no need to bring this back up."
"This whole Girl Guru thing, was the past and I don't intend to go through that crappy garbage again, and just wanna get this chaos fixed before it turns into chaos and I believe someone owes someone an apology for making him feel bad." Lincoln looks to Cristina with his arms crossed.
Cristina realized what she said to Liam. "Yeah, sorry for saying those words to you Liam."
Liam nods. "Guess the truth had to come out, and to be honest." He looks towards Lincoln. "I don't think I can take the best friend name from ya, it doesn't feel right, not after some bad stuff that ignited and got me into the fray. Sorry buddy."
Lincoln is surprised to hear this, but he understands, this is the choice of Liam. "O-Okay, I guess…" He then looks down. "Wow. I swear I did not see this… Coming." They are all shocked Liam said that and this makes Cristina cover her mouth and Jordan is now livid.
Liam gets up. "Sorry, buddy. We need some time to think, and as of now, I don't think I can be your best friend, that title should go to someone who knows you now and can help deal with the crisis from the past." He then takes his leave with Tabby.
But Liam looks back. "We're still friends Lincoln, just not in the best if way to even call each other as folks who understand each other. We both have to deal with stuff in our home, but I deal with farm animals and you got your chaotic sisters, and they're mistakes are far more too many than something I deal with at home. See you around buddy."
They all watch as Liam walks away, and then they look towards Lincoln and the rest of their friends are now seeing that this just turned bad real fast. Luan goes over to Lincoln. "Lincoln, this was not his…"
"Don't touch me." That startles them and he walks away from the group, Luna and Jordan try to go near him. "Don't touch me, don't follow me and don't talk to me."
Lincoln then walks away and even with Patriot on his shoulder, the eagle takes off and sits on Leni's shoulder, they can feel Lincoln is not up to the mood and he sits alone near the pond.
Clyde feels like he could be Lincoln's best friend, like old times, but seeing Lincoln like this is something that Clyde doesn't want to see. 'Dang it. What the heck have we done? We spoke of the past, told the truth, turned it into an argument and now this?!'
Leni then grabs her phone to send Lori a message of what had happened, while the others need to figure out what the heck just…. Then they hear a slapping sound and see Cristina on the ground and an angry Jordan Rosato.
"Consider yourself someone I need to keep an eye on, and next time, watch where you speak, because when you taunted Liam of his friendship with Lincoln, then that turned personal real fast Éclair!"
Jordan walks away from them, but she looks to Luan. "I'll see you around, and maybe next time, it won't be so great." The eagles, and I mean all the eagles follow her as they fly and it looks like a flock of something dangerous has been ignited.
Sadie and Mollie help Cristina to her feet. What happened now, is now something that turned from depressing, bad, worst and now, something that could mess with them and possibly tear them apart.
Luna holds in her anger, and she walks away from them and goes back to her car and she drives off.
Luan wipes away her tears. 'What? What the heck do I do now?! How do I fix this?!'
But they don't know, that Principal Ramirez and Principal Rivers have overheard this and now they can tell that something bad is sparking. They both need to have a talk with some folks at the Royal Woods Elementary School.
To be continued…
A/N: So, this is where it turns bad and possibly could ruin the group of friends and some trust from the sisters towards Luan, as if her evil pranks weren't bad enough, now this is going down fast and worst of all, the School Gamers contest is this Saturday and the sleepover at Great Lakes City. Now what? Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
