This is it guys, this is where shit goes down fast and hard and where the action concludes to something where it goes bad real fast, but before they make that trip, the plan has to be established and they won't like what Gyro has found out either. So, enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 642: The Remnant word.
(Royal Fortress.)
The whole place is on high alert and the Royal Fortress is now docked near the islands of Midway, and the Allied outpost located there, the dropships pass through the great gate and land onto the tarmac and the team all comes out and sees what's happening.
Lincoln and the others are confused at what was happening. "What the heck is this?"
They can see all the personnel are setting up vehicles, aircraft and supplies and the field medics and combat medics are getting ready as well. Tons of mechs, tanks, vehicles and aircraft and even the navy is getting ready and are forming one hell of a fleet.
They see the sensor tower to communicate the Galactic Empire is online and transmitting, and then they see the large door opening from the tarmac and a large three headed samurai mech is turning on. The Shogun's Executioner is awake and the Jaeger Lynx Superia is getting ready for deployment.
The Grimm Megoliath walks by them and readies the new tech that could neutralize the control of any Grimm from Salem, and he stands by at the Great Gate. Gyro then sees Victor. "Where's Martin?"
"War room! Come on!" Victor leads them into the base and they go through the halls, then they see Jack Cyber. "Is everyone in place and ready?"
Jack Cyber nods. "They are. We got everything set and ready for when we make our path back to Remnant, and we also haven't gotten anything from that world either, the Floating Fortress there is not responding and we got no other communications there."
"That means something is wrong!" said Linka. "What the heck is happening there?"
"All will be explained when we speak with Martin, I already briefed him on what's going on." Gyro then leads ahead and they give chase as they go down the halls, and then Clover joins them. Even he is not looking happy about this, and they know why.
(Team War Room.)
Martin is already establishing reconnection with the other world and the reason why this is happening, then the rest of the team shows up. "Martin!" Becky goes over to him. "What's going on?"
Martin sighs. "We lost communication with the other world, the base we have in Remnant has stopped transmitting and the Great Gate can't seem to operate, almost like something went bad on the other side and they can't get to us and we can't get to them."
"Which means the Great Gate on that side is either offline or broken, or worse damaged" said Jordan. "Which means we can't go there and see what the heck is happening to our forces."
"But I can." They all look towards Gyro. "Even though the Great Gate cannot work, I can still get us to the world of Remnant and towards Mantle, so before we get to that place. I need to tell you all something I did before this shit went down hard."
"Alright, so days ago i asked Bill Cipher to help me communicate with those god brothers from Remnant and so the plan worked and I spoke with them. I told them about what has happened to the world they made, and the being they have created, Salem."
"They didn't seem pleased when I told them and the brother of destruction didn't seem pleased either that the Grimm have been controlled by her, and then they told me that they cannot go back to the world of Remnant."
This makes them surprised and angry. "What?!"
"What the heck do you mean, dude?!" yelled Luna. "Don't they give a damn about the world they made?! They made Salem who she is and she's killing people!"
Gyro sighs. "The reason why they cannot go back, is because they binded themselves to some kind of shitty oath or some hex or spell, I don't know. It involves the relics, and should those artifacts come together, then they will return, but Salem seeks something else from them."
"So, we can't have the help of some gods that aren't even helpful and even the Xel'Naga said that they are bound not to intervene, so we're pretty much on our own and sooner or later, they make contact me on what we should do next, on what destiny and fate has been set onto the world of Remnant."
Lincoln sighs and slams his fist to the table. "Alright then, so they don't give a damn about what we're gonna do, then let's go and see what we can do to save and assist. Remnant is in danger, Atlas and Mantle might be undergoing something bad."
Clover then speaks. "And we do not let it fall, we do what we can and fight off the Grimm, and Salem."
They all look to Gyro. "So, let's get going Guardian" said Neil.
Gyro nods. "Let's go." They all make their way out of the War Room, but as they walk Martin looks to the photo of himself with Penny long ago and he sighs.
Becky walks with him and sees this and she places a hand on his shoulder. "Martin, calm down. We have to go there and see what's going on and do what we can to help them. The only way to know what's happening is that we do the job."
Martin puts the photo away. "Yeah, yeah. This is gonna be tough, and a part of me feels as if something bad is gonna happen, to Penny."
The others overhear this and they too have a ton of concern for their team mate in Mantle and Atlas. Clover feels like his team is doing something some of them don't want to do. 'Whatever is going on, then this is the chance I could take to come back and sort out what the Ace Ops are doing.'
'With James Ironwood losing his cool, who knows what that man is doing. He's no bad guy, just someone going beyond the limits and not thinking straight, this is not gonna be an easy fight. But we all have to see this through, for Mantle, for Atlas and for Remnant.'
(Outside.)
They all gather and all of them have their weapons and powers ready and they forcers are on standby. Shang Tsung is also there, and a ton of reinforcements from the Protoss and Zerg Swarm.
Gyro looks to everyone. "Alright, listen up. Now, by the time Shang Tsung and I open the portals, everyone goes through and does their job. Redistribute resources, heal the wounded, get the casualties out of there and repair as much as we can."
"You see enemies coming in hot, then blast them out of the sky or send them back, we need to clear a path for Martin and Jack Cyber to deploy the device and shut down Salem's control over the Grimm around Mantle and Atlas. We figure out anything else that's going on."
Gyro looks to the team. "And if Salem or any of her forces are still alive, then we fight like hell."
They all nod, they know what to do and they are ready for it. The twins, Lincoln and Linka are both inside of the Jaeger Lynx Superia and it is ready for a fight.
Gyro looks to Shang Tsung. "Sorcerer… You ready?"
Shang Tsung nods. "Never been to this world, so this should be promising. We should be ready, no one can predict what happens next, not even me."
The two magical beings then use their magic and they open up multiple portals and so does Pyrrha and Bill Cipher, they all see the portals open and each one is big. "Alright everyone, let's move out!" yelled Luna. She takes off on her Frost Wyrm.
All military, air force, navy and the rest of their team and allies take off, and the Galactic Empire above them goes through the large portals as well, and Hollow is ready with his new tech for a front line battle.
The Shogun's Executioner Roars along with the Centurion Siege walker and the Jaeger, Lynx Superia and they go through their own large portals. Gyro and the others look as everyone goes through and are ready for what happens.
'By the shadows of Zeratul and the light of Tassadar, I hope we can succeed in this fight!' Gyro then walks through the portal with Shang Tsung, Pyrrha and Bill Cipher, time to go back to Remnant.
(Far from the coasts of Mantle.)
The portal is opened and more open up, and coming through are the forces from the Royal Fortress and all of them are shocked at what they see, then the rest of the team comes on through.
They're all shocked at what they see, tons of Grimm flying around and getting shot at, the Floating Fortress has taken damage from something all over, and the Great Gate is heavily damaged and even the communications array has been blasted and being repaired.
They can see the city of Atlas is slowly falling, and the FutureTech turbines attached are trying to keep it from falling and they see tons of aircraft fighting off the Grimm, and then they see some other aircraft coming in for a landing, well crash landing.
All their forces begin doing what they need to do, and the tons of aircraft all take off and begin the attack on the aerial Grimm. "Alright, this shit is going down, let's fly!" Jack Cyber takes off, ahead to clear the path.
"Hey guys!" They all see Autobot Hound go to them and then he shoots a Grimm out of the sky. "Fucking bastards. Glad you could all make it, and sorry about not calling you guys. We took a hit."
"Hound! What the heck happened?!" asked Sergei.
"We took a hit, apparently whoever was in that big flying whale Grimm blasted it so hard, the energy from it hit our base and we had to undergo some heavy duty repairs and we also needed to get the civilians of Atlas out of that city and onto safer grounds" replied Hound.
"Then came the major problem and that would be Penny Polendina."
That made Martin concerned. "What?" Martin then blasts at an incoming Grimm. "Someone bring the phase shield generator back online!"
Hound removes his helmet. "Her signal was lost when she helped bring Amity Tower into the sky, we figured that someone managed to hack her, by taking a part of her and we don't know how they did it. Eventually her signal came back up, then faded, then came back and then faded and then became permanently gone."
But we picked up another signal, it was Penny but not the android we know, but her temperature changed, not the same as you did when she was remade." Hound then throws a grenade and it destroys the enemy flying Grimm, and even the Megoliath helps fend them off.
Martin is confused. "How?"
"The Staff." They all look to Shang Tsung, who then sees the shields come online. "They used the staff of creation to recreate Penny into something else, or did some tricks to the being within the staff in order to save Penny from being hacked as a machine."
"If I recall, you placed a barrier that only someone of your team can open and Penny is part of the team and with the powers of the Winter Maiden, she opened the vault and the team of Huntress's extracted the Relic, and I can sense something else."
Gyro then feels it. "They used the relic to make something else, we need to get there fast!" Then he stops and looks to the remains of the large dead Grimm. "Salem, she's regenerating!"
"Then let's face her" said Pyrrha. She readies her powers and so does Bill Cipher. "Stall her, so everyone else can finish the objectives we have planned."
They all look to Martin who is shocked. Becky goes to him. "Are you alright? You can stay here and…"
"No, we have a mission to accomplish and we are not gonna fail this. Let's go and stop Salem, save the people of Mantle and Atlas and get our friend back!" Martin then turns on his Tech Sector suit, he grabs his machine and he takes off with Jack Cyber.
Bill Cipher then looks to the portals beginning to close. "Not so fast!" He manages to use his powers to rebuild the Great Gate and so the portals are stabilized.
"We got Bill Cipher doing this, so we can now get the remaining refugees out of here and through the Great Gate, let's move!" Jordan then takes off into a dropship.
Clover then looks to the city falling, and then he sees two aircraft clashing. "Qrow, Robyn, my team!" He then goes into a Viking Fighter and they take off, and with Neil and Gwen tagging along.
Shang Tsung then looks to Peter. "We need you to go to the vault with Luna Frost and see what has happened, the rest of us have our own tasks to do."
"On it, old guy." Peter Sharp takes off into a Hercules Transport with some soldiers and mechs and follows Luna Frost on her Frost Wyrm. Even Hound joins them.
Then they see a Grimm kaiju emerge and is going after them. Then Lynx Superia arrives and begins to fight it, and then another Grimm Kaiju comes out, but only to be sliced in half by a new Jaeger: Sith Tempest.
Hollow's voice can be heard from the new Jaeger. "Hang tight guys, you guys got some backup. Now, let's lock, load and push these monsters out of here!" The two jaegers then deliver an uppercut to the kaiju and then they continue to fight it.
The Star Destroyers help cover fire, and tons of Dropships fly towards Atlas and Mantle to save anyone else still there, and the rest of their front line forces fight off any threats coming in.
Gyro watches as Shang Tsung and Pyrrha take off to Atlas to handle Salem. Gyro sighs. "By the order of the Guardians, I pray we succeed." He then takes off in his raven form and flies with the others towards where Salem is.
The critical mission of Atlas and Mantle, has begun.
