Hey everybody! It's me again. Now I have received some reviews about Unravelling Dynamics and I would like to answer those reviews accordingly.

First off, that story was inspired by Into the Future, plus I always wanted to write something like that. It wasn't meant to be canon based so I apologise for the inconvenience.

However since many wished for a canon based one, I decided to give it a shot. I've always wanted to do one anyway and seeing you guys reviews has given me the motivation to try it out. Applying to all my stories I will now update at least twice a month.

Secondly, to those who have pm, I'm really sorry if I've not responded. I didn't mean to ignore you, I've honestly not received any messages on my phone. It was only recently, I tried to access my account on my laptop and I saw the messages, I replied to someone's own since he/she is on wattpad. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding caused. :-)So without further ado, I give you…

CHAPTER 1

It was a normal day in Konoha. Everyone was going about their businesses, the children were off to the academy and the genin teams were off on their various missions or just out in the training grounds.

Like his genin team.

Minato smiled fondly as he watched his genin team. Obito and Kakashi were bickering off as usual whilst Rin tried to diffuse the situation.

"You're too soft Rin. He's always late and yet you still ignore it and if he applies this habit in a mission, it may lead to the failure of the mission. One must always follow the rules of a shinobi."

"Shut up Bakashi! Don't talk crap like that with me."

"Guys please stop fighting like this. We're supposed to work on our teamwork."

"I'm trying unlike Mr. Broody over here!"

"Now, now, you two should listen to Rin. Stop arguing."

Kakashi scoffed and looked away. Obito face was red from his internal fuming whilst Rin shook her head. Minato chuckled. Definitely his genin.

Suddenly an Anbu appeared in front of him and his team.

"Minato Namikaze, the Hokage would like to see you on your genin team immediately."

"Thank you. We'll be right there."

The anbu shushined away leaving him and his genin team in the training ground again.

"Oh! Is it a mission?! Finally we get to have some kickass action!"

"As much as I hate to this, the dope's right. I've been hoping for a mission for a while."

"Then what are we waiting for?! Let's go!"

Rin giggled as Obito grabbed hold of her and Kakashi's wrist and sped off towards the tower.

Minato looked amusedly at them before following them. He wondered what mission the Hokage had in mind. He hoped it wasn't anything too dangerous, though it was highly unlikely taking in the fact they were in the Third Shinobi war. He sighed. At least it shouldn't take too long so that he could hang out with Kushina a bit. He blushed before shaking his head. Now wasn't the time for this, they had a mission at hand.

Hiruzen let out a sigh. He looked around at the participants in his office. The Ino-Shika-Cho trio stood off in the corner. Jiraiya and Tsunade stood next to him just admiring the handiwork of his office, the Uchiha couple and the Hyuuga twins were at the corner with Kushina who was talking to their four year old son. It was only a matter of time before-

Three slightly out of breath genins burst through the door, followed by an amused blonde jounin-sensei.

"We made it." Obito said taking in deep breaths.

"Hn."

"Kushina?"

The redette turned towards the voice and her face lit up instantly as she made her way over to him. "Minato! And you guys are here too."

"Oi, brat. Glad you could make it."

"Glad to see you too sensei." Minato said with a small smile to which Jiraiya flashed a grin to which Tsunade rolled her eyes in slight annoyance and turned to her sensei.

"Sensei what's going on?"

The Third Hokage exhaled smoke out of his pipe in response and looked at everybody in the room. Sensing the change of atmosphere, everybody straightened up to listen to their Hokage.

"Last night, a shinobi was found on the outskirts of our village in a crater. He was severely wounded and so he was treated accordingly. We had his memories checked and from Inoichi's reactions, they were… disturbing to say the least hence he recommended that we take a look at them which is why I have gathered you all to see for yourself."

"I don't mean to be rude Hokage-sama but we are in a war. Aren't there better things to do than this?"

"Perhaps… but the young man has shown things which are unfathomable and could be of great value to us, seeing as he survived the Fourth Shinobi World War."

There was a deafening silence as everyone froze. And they looked at the Hokage as if he had grown a second head.

"F-F-Fourth?"

"But we are still in the THIRD! DATTEBANE!"

"I assume he's not a spy as we would have been handling this situation differently." Shikaku clarified his deduction.

"Well he is a Konoha shinobi just... not in this period of time."

"Are you suggesting time travel, Hokage-sama?" Hiashi asked perplexed at the Hokage's announcement. This wasn't what he was expecting when he woke up.

"I don't see any other ways for this to happen."

The Hokage paused to allow the news to sink in. everyone's mind was reeling… the idea of time travel was unimaginable but then they lived in a shinobi world. This should actually be normal for them but still…

Shikaku was the first to recover. "If watching this kid's memories will help prevent future casualties then I'm in."

"So am I."

"Are you kidding?! A chance to see the future, count me in! I can't wait to see if ill become Hokage!"

Everyone either chuckled or looked amused at the Uchiha's reaction. There was a chorus of agreement and the Hokage smiled softly as he moved to stand up.

"Excellent. Now let's go somewhere private shall we?"

Faster than they could blink, he went through a set of hand seals before slamming it on the floor. They disappeared in a poof of smoke leaving endless paperwork in the now abandoned office.

The group found themselves in a dimly lit room. Many tatami mats had been provided indicating that they would be here for a while. Behind it was a desk and seat for the Hokage and there was a door at the end of the room. Everyone then took their seats. Starting from left to right sat Shikaku, Inoichi, and Chouza on one. The Hyuuga twins also occupied one. Fugaku, Mikoto with Itachi on the third. Kushina and Minato on the fourth. Kashi, Rin and Obito on the fifth and finally Jiraiya and Tsunade possessed one each.

"Now that we are all settled, I will call him in."

"You can come in now Naruto."

The door opened and everyone looked towards the shinobi that made his way into the room. His sun kissed spikes were held back by the Konoha headband potrayed proudly on his forehead. He had three whisker like birthmarks on each cheek and wore his trademark orange and black outfit though the left sleeve fluttered about. Everyone flinched at that. He didn't look older than seventeen. His cerulean blue orbs gazed around the room in amazement before he noticed the participants.

"Kakashi-sensei!"

Kakashi blinked at the statement meanwhile his team looked taken aback.

"What possessed you to take on a genin team?" Obito asked incredulously.

"Congratulations Kakashi." Minato smiled. It seemed at least some good things happened.

"Whatever sensei." Though Kakashi was wondering what in the world, for lack of a better word, possessed him to take one of his own.

"Tsunade oba-chan!"

Killing intent leaked out before Naruto was soon spotting a bruise on his head.

"Don't call me that!"

"Well to me you don't look a day over twenty, Tsunade-hime."

Naruto's attention went over to the speaker. "Pervy Sage!"

Everyone either looked amused like the Hyuuga twins or were rolling on the floor like Kushina despite the killing intent rolling off the Sannin.

"You brat."

"He knows him alright." Minato said as he watched Kushina wipe away the tears from her eyes.

The Hokage cleared his throat bringing the attention of everyone back to the reason at hand.

"Now Naruto, I'm going to allow Inoichi to portray your memories, is that okay?"

"It's fine old man." He said as Inoichi performed a set of hand seals and placed a seal on Naruto's forehead.

"It's an old seal of my clan. It would filter all your memories and show us the ones you deem important or the milestones of your life so we won't be watching your entire life story. Just give the signal when you're ready."

Naruto took a deep breath and performed a single hand seal in sync with Inoichi. The wall opposite them glowed in a single kanji and the screen went black.
