Everything was Paused. All Except Ethan. He Smirked as he Got up and Sheathed his sword and Shield. He removed his glove and Revealed it had a Ring on it. He Touched the nomu's Chest and Twitched it. A Spell is Cast.

He does the same after tearing the collar off. The quirk factor is taken away. Ethan then stood at the edge of the Bubble as it began to shimmer.
"Blue Clock field is a unique card of mine that pauses time itself all around me and gives me an Area of effect to work with. In response to time being paused I can interact with anything in a Blue field that is created. Not the grey fields. For I can only travel between blue fields with the Grey field. And with each second your body is Hit by a Single phantom punch. This is repeated for however long the field is sustained." Ethan spoke. The world regained color once more. "Wonder what happens when Three seconds is all I need to have to throw out 675 Phantom punches?" Ethan asks.
Suddenly Shigiraki and Koroguri is punched to Oblivion and Shot into the fountain behind them. The Entire Back of the Nomus was Disintegrated by Ethan's Matter Manipulation. And The rest was starting to turn to ash as The Body converts to a Regular human like being. Bald and With an Avian beak for a Mouth.
The Man Began to Slightly smile and tear up. "Thank you..." He Manages to croak out. He collapsed on the ground, entirely ashes now.
"You... You Cheater! You hacking son of a Bitch!" Shigiraki yells as he rushes Ethan in a Blind rage. Ethan caught his hands in his own as Shigiraki grins. His quirk would make quirk work of this fool. Only to Frown and Then Look in horror as Cracks began to form on his Own hands.
"Not fun being on the other end huh?" Ethan asks before letting the villain go to leap up and Knee kick him in the face. Knocking Shigiraki out. Abnormal Gray liquid Was Beginning to ooze out of his mouth But Ethan Used telekinesis to grab it and pull it out. He Touched the Ooze and Used his Quirk stealing ring on it. It fell to the floor as the quirk is gone.
Ethan Pulled out a Single card and Dropped it on Shigiraki. Mana chains wrap around and locked Shigiraki up.
"Sanchez. You got a lot to answer for." Aizawa says. "I know." Ethan says as He Saw Ruby Mercilessly take down a group of speedy villains.
He Focused the quirk Factor of Decay into a New deck of Renewable cards whith a Mknor detonation enchant and a blue light enchant while he Felt the warp quirks be taken away.
He frowned. He wanted a Cool way to teleport!
"And while your actions were admirable it doesn't change the fact you ran in recklessly and engaged the enemy despite clear instructions not too. You're lucky Nezu has asked I don't expell you but I do want you to know your on thin ice." Aizawa scolds. "Yes Sir." Ethan nods.
Ethan was actually handcuffed by the Police for his actions as well. So he was not able to use his quirk. He inwardly snorted. Like that will stop him. Then Coughed in his fist. He Removed his gloved hand to see blood in it. 'Damn. Chronokinetic cards and thei recoil Fucking hurts.' He thought. Thankfully he has the regeneration quirk in his body from the Nomu.
'Best to not use these cards continuously right now.' He thought. He began Coughing again and Realized something He can use his regular powers but his quirks aren't working. "Shit." He said before blacking out. He drew a Card out his Vambraces just in time to touch the police car with it.
