There are infinite sets of reality in the multiverse, such examples are a world of wizards, ninjas, saiyans, samurais, hunters, mafias, jedis, etc. But in this universe it was a world of pirates.
For me, the main protagonist, I was once alive on Earth 1218, the normal living universe that everyone sees as fiction.
But something terrible happened, for when I went on a rock climbing adventure, my ropes were not secured enough. And therefore I fell to my certain death. I didn't have much back there. So starting over as the player wasn't such a bad deal.
Then here we are, I had found myself in a strange pitch black environment, a text emitted in front of me.

I panicked, what the hell is all this? Then I noticed that I was merely a blob of light, Fluctuating in brightness when I started to feel a certain way.

Daeh. I immediately knew what my username was. This was my go to name in all of my characters that I ever created.
A new text popped up after the selection of my name.

I was still stuck on my own thoughts when a selection screen manifested before me.
What the hell I am a Player...?
A plethora of selections emerge, with the top right corner of the selection screen having the logo of the best manga on Earth 1218, One Piece.
So my selection is limited to One Piece...thank god I worship the entire series.
So I proceed to create my character.
Hairstyle: Black hair, comb over

Although I thought hard about whether I wanted to be from the long arm tribe, giant or a fishman, I decided to be the plain old boring human.
Body: Mocha, 5'8 ft, Lean Build
Then my eyes suddenly traveled to the most important part of the character customization. How BIG did I want to be?
Body: Mocha, 5'8 ft, Lean Build, 8 inches.
Good, that should be big enough to please, but not too huge to hurt.
While I was building my character, the blob that I once was turned into the character I was creating. I was a 5'8 ft lean built man with mocha skin color and an 8 inch of package. Damn, I should probably put on some clothes.
The clothes that I chose were equipped to my character as I saw fit. No matter which clothes I select, the bonus health points that they grant are exactly the same, so I settled with a simple look.

I remember now Solo Leveling was the light novel I thoroughly enjoyed for a month when binge through it. This was similar to it, with the protagonist becoming a gamer who grinded his way to where he was. So with that in mind, there was no other character I wanted to create than a Necromancer. I will enjoy every moment of my being having someone arise from the dead to join my ranks. I could hardly contain my excitement when I selected Necromancer.

I placed my hands under my chin and nodded my head, enjoying myself as I created my character. Then another pop up message replaced the text box that showed my stats.

Cool, must be the coin used to buy stuff in the One Piece world...but wait, the monetary value in One Piece is beris. I immediately used [Observe] on the gold coin and found myself smiling from ear to ear.

I immediately used the gold coin in my storage and let the rolling animation go. It was a slot machine that landed on 7 7 7. That's a good thing right?
Finally my item revealed itself. A golden light glowed behind it, and I immediately salivated at the item I received.

That's a fuck ton of bonuses and it was only an S- item. I wonder if there are SSS+ tier items that I could possibly obtain. All my stats will be much higher than it was previously. But before I could even equip the item, the game began as it dropped me from the sky straight to the world of One Piece.

I began to freefall, I must've been coming from the stratosphere as I fell for some time. I thought this was it, I would die upon impact. My adventure as the gamer would end right here, right now. But instead, I fell onto a cloud, one that was bouncy and soft.
By heavens my luck! I have landed in a Sky Island, which one though? I am unsure.
As I finally settled down on the cloud, I sat up and began to observe my surroundings. Just as I thought, I was in a sky island, though which one? I was unsure. What do I do now?

Alright cool, that quest wasn't very helpful. But what was very helpful was the arrival of a strong individual, one that he should not be facing early on.

"Ho~Ho~ you have begun the trial and you must either pass or die trying." Cloud balls began to circle Satori and I knew I was screwed. Even if I knew his ability I did not want to mess those damn balls.
Okay can't talk my way out of this one. I looked around, Satori watching my every movement. Then suddenly, I began to see remnants of black smoke that was described by one of my skills. This is my chance, I targeted the black smoke and used my ability. [Arise] I raised my hand, targeting the shadow that was behind Satori and called upon my luck [LUK 105] to reawaken the fallen mortal.
Suddenly the once fallen pirate stood up on both feet, its cutlass on one hand, a pistol on another. This particular pirate was now the color of purple and black, a shadow soldier.

With completing my first quest, 500 exp began to pour into my name and suddenly I began to level up.

My stats increased accordingly and I couldn't have been more elated. But I couldn't linger as I had something to take care of before me. My hp had increased to [300] while my mp was up to [1000] though depleting quickly to [700] at the use of awakening a shadow. Wow. But I also had the normal chest from the quest reward.
I decided to open it and thank the gods for the perfect item for this particular situation.

Yes! Now is my chance. I then threw the smoke bomb on the floor. Instead of trying my luck with attacking Satori, I decided to call upon my summon to attack Satori, ordering it to fight Satori to the death while I booked it, running as fast as I could from the stupid balloon shaped idiot.
Several minutes later after running a full sprint off the trial of the ball, I noticed that my mana points continued to fluctuate.

Why was it doing that? I stopped on my tracks, suddenly realization hit me. My regeneration by 11% per second was kicking into high gear. The shadow pirate I created had been regenerating. A conniving smile formed on my face. I looked around me as I began to make my way back, my eyes scanning for the black flames that indicated it was a shadow I could attempt to extract. I began to laugh maniacally but I kept it in check, I will extract the fatso's shadow by the end of this.

That is a fuck ton of experience and I'm definitely doing that side quest. Now I just need to get it. I began to retrieve the shadows of two fallen Shandians and they were strong looking, one with a spear another with a blade. Then I retrieved the shadow of a fallen priest.
Finally, I stumbled upon a grand graveyard, one of which was meant to appease the heavens, immediately I became giddy for I was excited at the shadow that emitted from the dead person.

[Reawakening failed...Try again?] The fuck you mean, hell yeah. [Arise]
[Reawakening failed...Try again?] Oh no this is not good…I have to get it now or my chance will be gone forever. Maybe since he has been dead for so long that I could not extract the shadow. Come on give me some luck, I really want this.
[Arise] [LUK 105] Then I smile. Success.
Once I found my way back to Satori, I managed to catch him panting heavily, as he went for another killing blow against the shadow soldier, only for it to manifest one more with my mana depleting slightly. [Observe]

"Ho~Ho~" He chimed nervously. "Why are you not falling! Impact Dial!" Half of the shadow pirate was gone but it was still able to slice down across the chest of Satori, further reducing his health to [HP: 1935] and his mana was now down to [MP: 523] after using the impact dial. After consuming some of my mana, the shadow pirate reverted back to normal form.
Oh shit, oh shit, Satori was actually losing against a lone Shadow Pirate. Now imagine what he can do against five, for I had gathered two shandorian shadows along with one sky priest shadow. Then there was my price possession, a named shadow, a Shandian by the name of {Kalgara}. Oh yeah, that {Kalgara} the greatest Shandian Warrior to ever exist!
Attack! I commanded as I pointed at Satori. My soldiers immediately went for the kill, despite being outleveled, Satori was no match for my shadows, especially with {Kalgara}. The way he moved was amazing, chopping off the head of Satori in a matter of seconds.

The fatso was finally dead. Suddenly my level began to rise drastically. The Level up + text kept popping up in front of me. Then I glanced at the level icon right next to my name and it read 35.

I began to rub my hand together as my summons awaited my command. Maybe I should hide them for the time being. So I viewed my skill menu and found that my skill level went up, but not by much.

I stored my shadow and found the number stored to be 5 out of 20. It's about to be 6 after this guy becomes my shadow.

I commanded the shadow of Satori to join my rank. And with my new level, it was much easier to revive {Satori} without fail. I pumped my fist in the air due to the success and quickly stored him for shadow storage, now the count was 6/20.

I then viewed the reward received from my quests. Rare Chest, and a gold coin. The Smoke bomb from the Common Chest was clutch, too bad I only had one of them.
Oh well, moving on. I opened the rare chest, the item was nice, it was an immediate upgrade to my current equipment.

I then got giddy for my last reward, using my gold coin. Once more the slot machine animation began landing on all 7's.

Cool, cool, this will help in building my harem empire. But from a gold coin, I was slightly disappointed.
Regardless, I will have to find a way to get to Angel Island for I wanted to meet up with a certain blood haired angel.
I began to whistle a joyous tune as I made my way to the white sea, where I was able to locate a waver [LUK 105] and somehow use it [DEX 55] to make my way to Angel Island.
I'll come back, and when I do, I will make Eneru my shadow.

"Yahahaha! Looks like the fool is finally dead." A man sat on his throne while using his mantra to detect the disappearance of Satori. "An interesting person has showed up but I can't detect you with my mantra. Who are you strange being?"
