Chapter 25 -

"Um...my lord?" A voice calls when Harry enters the Slytherin common room along with the rest of the Slytherin's. Nothing unexpected or amazing happened at the sorting feast beyond the sorting itself and some delicious food. Though Dumbledore did make a brief announcement about Remus becoming the defence against the dark arts teacher, Sirius Black's escape and how the school children should do their best to avoid the dementors. Speaking of the damn dementors, Harry needed to eventually find one of them and make it clear to them that there would be severe consequences if he found out that they had harmed a single student in this school.

Harry and his Slytherin friends stopped and turned to the person that had called him, she was a seventh year Slytherin with red hair brought into a ponytail, she held some parchment to her chest.

"I...I was wondering if I could have a moment of your time, later today." She said in a nervous voice. "I...I have something to show you." She said, gesturing to the parchment.

"Hmm, I'll see you before I go to sleep." Harry told her.

"Oh...thank you, my lord." She smiled brightly before she walked off to go talk to some other Slytherin's that were presumably her friends.

"What do you think she wanted?" Daphne asked.

"Probably to spend the night with our lord." Draco shrugged, it's not like there was a single female in Hogwarts that did not want to spend an evening with Harry.

"Yes, obviously." Isabella rolled her eyes. "But what my beautiful friend is trying to say is that it is clear that she also wants something else."

"Two nights with Harry?" Theo suggested with a grin.

"Hey Theo," Harry said with a small smile as he placed a hand on Theodore's shoulder. "I'm going to go for your mother next."

"What?!" Theo blinked.

"Relax, I'm joking." Harry told him, causing the young Slytherin to relax. "Or am I?" Harry whispered into his ear before he walked off and sat down, followed by the other Slytherin's, including a Mr Theodore Nott who was giving Harry a wary look.

The rest of the evening went much like most first days back for Harry, the prefects would introduce the young and new Slytherin's to the rules, including the 'don't try and fuck with Harry' rule. Then at least one young dumbass would inevitably try out breaking that particular rule, which in turn would cause Harry to show everyone just why that was a bad idea. As the new young and impressionable Slytherin's left to go up to their rooms, all silently vowing to do their best to not piss off Harry, Harry went over to the seventh year he had talked to earlier.

"You wanted to see me?" Harry asked.

"Uh...yes, um...can...can we talk in private?" She asked in a hopeful voice.

"Of course, would my room suffice?" Harry asked.

"Y...your room?" She blinked.

"Yes, that's not a problem, is it?" Harry asked in an innocent voice.

"Uh...no...no...of course not." She said with a shake of her head. "I...I'd be honoured to be allowed to visit your private quarters, sir."

"Flattery will not get you anywhere that you're not already going," Harry responded with a smile with a charming smile. "I'm going to spend some time with my friends, I'll see you in my room later, let's say in half an hour. When nobody is looking just go to the wall where my room is and walk through it."

"Walk through it?" She asked.

"Much like the platform for the Hogwarts express, with my permission you will just walk right through it, without my permission it is just a regular wall."

"Oh...that's...that's very impressive magic, my lord." She said in an awed voice.

"Thank you." Harry grinned. "Now, I'll be off and I'll see you in half an hour."

"Uh...yes, my lord." She said with a smile before Harry walked off.

"That's really good, you know." Isabella said to Harry when he came back over.

"What is?" Harry asked, raising an eyebrow.

"That's you're getting a redhead." She told him in a pleased voice that held a hint of 'it's so obvious'. "You have plenty of blonde, brown and black haired females. It's good that you're adding more of a variety to your collection."

"Hmm, I suppose so." Harry hummed.

"So," Harry spoke in an amused voice as he walked into his room, only to find the redheaded girl sitting on a chair near the bed. She was still holding the parchment that she had from earlier. She had all but jumped to her feet when he came in. "you wanted to speak to me?" Harry asked as he walked over and stopped in front of her.

"Um...yes, I...I have a v...very important thing I wish to discuss with you...my lord." She said, quietly gulping.

"There is absolutely no need to be nervous." Harry told her in a calm voice as he gestured her to sit with him on his bed, his magic reached out and washed over her and began slowly and gently calming her down. "Take your time, and tell me what you want to tell me." Harry said as they sat down.

"Uh...right." She coughed before she continued speaking, though this time she was much more calmer than before. "Well...I...I've noticed over the last few years that you spend a lot of time trying to please everyone, and I couldn't help but think about how much that could eventually stress you out. So I've thought of doing something to help you out." She said, placing the parchments down on her lap.

"Really?" Harry asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well, yes," She said, reaching up to brush a stray strand of hair out of her face. "I was hoping I could tell you about it in private. This sort of thing...well...it's kind of embarrassing for me."

"I understand, and what is this 'something' that you have for me?" Harry asked in a curious voice.

"I have...spent a moderate amount of my free time making you a timetable." She said as she gestured to her pieces of parchment, her face was red from what Harry assumed was embarrassment, thought it could also possibly be arousal. Possibly a combination of both, in fact it was most likely a combination of both.

"A timetable?" Harry repeated.

"Yes, I figured that if you sleep so much with so many women then it would be somewhat easier for you if you had a timetable and it could also help you keep track of who you sleep with and when you sleep with them." She said in an almost business like voice as she handed Harry the bunch of parchments she had. "This is just a base model of the timetable, you can add the names as you like. I can change it or leave it as it is. Oh and...if...if you don't like it at all then we can just get rid of it. What do you think?" She asked Harry as she handed him the parchment.

"Well," Harry paused as he skimmed through the timetable she had given to him. "hmm, this is impressive."

"R...really?" She blushed as a smile made its way on to his face. "You like it."

"Yes, do you have any plans for after you leave school?" Harry asked once he had finished reading through the timetable.

"Um...I have a few plans." She nodded.

"Hmm, well let me know if you ever need any help getting a job or if you ever need someone to work for." Harry responded.

"What? Really?" She blinked.

"I wouldn't guarantee that you'd keep a job but I would give you the chance to have a job and prove you deserve to keep it." Harry replied. "If I get you a job and you fuck up then you're out. I'm only offering because you've impressed me."

"My sex timetable impressed you?" She said, slightly disbelieving.

"I can always change my mind." Harry shrugged.

"No! No…." She quickly replied. "I...I'm sorry." She added.

"It's fine, I understand." Harry cut her off as he waved his hand and the parchment flew over to his desk. "Now, perhaps I can reward you."

"Reward me?" She asked in an almost hopeful voice.

"Yes," Harry nodded. "you know, thank you for your help."

"W...well, it's always nice to be thanked." She said, slightly red faced.

"It is, thanks again Chloe?" Harry grinned.

"You know my name?" She asked, not fully able to keep the surprise out of her voice.

"I make it a habit to know as much as possible about my fellow Slytherin's. Helps me know which ones I should my keep my eyes on, and I've had my eyes on you for a while." Harry said right before he leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers.

The next day Harry had informed the female population in Slytherin of his timetable, he had placed Daphne, Tracey, Isabella and the seventh year Chloe in charge of it. The four girls had been all but attacked by the swarm of girls that rushed forwards as they tried to get their names on first. Luckily Isabella hexed a few to get the rest to understand that they would all be better served if they were being patient.

Harry and a few or rather most of the other Slytherin's in his year were currently sat in the first ancient runes class of the year, Draco along with Crabbe, Goyle and Parkinson had chosen to go for divination instead. Now, while Harry respected nearly all forms of magic, something that he most definitely did not respect was the divination course taught at Hogwarts. From what he had been able to gather he knew that the teacher for the subject was a drunk who spent most of her non-drinking time reading tea leaves and predicting deaths every year.

That was not true divination, Harry still found it hard to believe that Dumbledore let that stupid drunk teach in this school. Though he wasn't that surprised, he knew exactly why he insisted on keeping that drunk charlatan, and it had nothing to do with her skills or teaching abilities.

"Hello class." A voice said as the teacher for the class walked in.

She was a beautiful dark skinned woman who looked like she was in her early twenties, though by simply reaching out with his magic Harry was able to discover from her magic that she was twenty-three years old. She had an eye catching body, even if it was somewhat hidden by her reddish-brown robes. She had chocolate brown eyes and her hair was done in a nice little bun. As she walked to the front of the desk Harry was able to see that the view from the back looked just as attractive as the view from the front.

"I am Professor Bathsheda Babbling, professor of the 'Study of Ancient Runes'." She said as she stopped in front of her desk and turned to face the class. While her hair was exactly like Professor McGonagall's she seemed much more relaxed than the older professor. "Ancient runes are a form of writing which witches and wizards have used hundreds and hundreds of years ago. It can at times be a little bit complicated, I admit, but it is an excellent subject to study in my incredibly biased opinion." She said with a small smirk. "Runes can be written in many languages, though you don't have to worry, I will not be forcing you to learn every rune of every language, unless you don't hand in your homework in which case expect to start looking up German runes. I'll let you decide if I'm joking or not. Now, let me start with the start of the lesson that I had forced myself to memorise.

Studying this course can help you get a wide variety of jobs, the most popular example being curse breakers who do as the name suggest and break curses, they do get highly paid and are generally easily able to get a job. Runes can also be used to create things, such as magical items like prank toys and brooms.

Runes are very old letters which Germanic people used before they started using Latin letters in the Middle Ages. In its broadest sense, the word runes can mean any cryptic letters, but it usually means the alphabets used by Scandinavian people from about the year 150 CE to the Middle Ages. The oldest of these is called the Elder Fuþark, used from about 150 to 800 CE. Around the year 800 the runes changed into the Younger Fuþark, and these were used until about 1100, when the Latin alphabet replaced them. The Anglo-Saxon runes were used about the same time (400-1100) in Britain. The Scandinavian runes are called "Fuþark" because the first six letters in the runic alphabet ar ( K). The Anglo-Saxon runes are called "Fuþorc" because they are a little different.

Runes are found carved into stones (called runestones) in many places in Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Sweden), and in the British Isles, Iceland, Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Frisia. Runes have been used for writing poems and eulogies, and they are still sometimes used to write ciphers."

Harry smiled as he watched her go on, based on the sound of her voice she was clearly passionate about the subject. It was also clear to Harry that she knew a lot about the subject as well, he was glad that Dumbledore hadn't hired an idiot to teach such an important subject. And as an added bonus, she was hot as all hell.

"Are you going to sleep with her?" Daphne whispered to Harry.

"Are you expecting anything else?" Harry whispered back.

"Not really." She shrugged.

A.N: Hi guy, hope you liked the chapter. If anyone is interested then the runes information was copy and pasted from Wiki (what? I can be allowed to be lazy occasionally). I had originally planned to make this chapter longer but I've got limited time writing today so I'm just going to upload this and place the next part in the next chapter (shrug).

Also for those few who messaged me (and clearly didn't read my last chapter's A.N) I want to say that the story will end around fourth/fifth year. Partly because I feel like anything beyond that is unneccesary streatching with what I have planned, plus I'd like to also move on to a new story. When this story is done I'll be holding a vote on pat-reon for my next story. I have plenty of ideas such as:

* Harry Potter/God of war crossover

*God of war/Avengers crossover

*Batman/Avengers crossover

*Harry Potter/Avatar the Last Airbender crossover

If anyone's interested in becoming a patron then just search JB21Q on the website, also read the A.N from the last chapter.

Thanks for reading and feel free to leave a review.
