Chapter 194: Hank and Hawk attack.
(The Loud House.)
Just another normal day for the louds, with school done for the day and even though it is Thursday, it's still a good day for some fun and when I mean fun, I mean some quality time for Lincoln, Luna, Michelle and Delilah.
They all check on what they have and double check in case they missed anything, and luckily nothing is out of place. "Alright, so we got what we need right and we didn't forget anything?" asked Luna.
"No we did not, and I am so glad I made sandwiches and kinda a shocking turn of events for Reiningers to be closed for the day and get some renovations" replied Michelle.
"They must be adding something new to the store" replied Lincoln. He then grabs the acoustic guitars and Delilah grabs the cooler. "We should get going now. Also, Harriet is not joining us?"
"I don't think so Linc, weird though, we thought she would be, but she said something about going to check on some deceased relatives someplace far from Royal Woods" replied Luna. "I have no clue what the heck is going on with her, but when it comes to ghosts from across the country, then it has to be serious."
Michelle has some theories, but she doesn't know if they're true. 'Could Harriet be involved with the unclaimed mass of land on the Eastern side of town? If so, then what the heck is that about?'
They then grab the picnic basket and make their way out of the house and Luna locks the door and she turns on the security to make sure nothing breaks in and steals something or does some damage. "Alright dudes, let's head on out."
They all hop into the purple and red Ferrari and they take off for the park, but are unaware of two baby-face masked hoodlums hiding in the bushes and snickering. "This is it bro, we bailed out of juvie and now we can get payback on that dork and his dumb mom who got us into trouble and the law!"
"Then let's get em man, and also their food, because man I am so hungry right now!" The duo come out of hiding and use some bikes they stole to follow them.
(Ketcham Park.)
The Louds make it to the park and are already enjoying the food and drinks they brought with them and even tuning to some music from Luna, and even Michelle does some guitar strumming, which is something she hasn't done in a long, long time and she still got it!
Lincoln then looks to Delilah. "So, did you join any clubs today at Middle School?"
Delilah nods and she drinks her soda. "The tech club, and the journalist club and I have to start from the bottom of that league it I wanna be an ace reporter, but I actually wanna be a private investigator for the whole thing and see where my stories could lead to! I am so stoked for tomorrow!"
"They asked me to do a cover story for the big incident in the basement of the school, something about a large rat there and if I do find it, then I gotta try and do the right thing and make sure everyone knows and that it should be taken down, but I have my theories on what the rat wants…"
Michelle chuckles. "Aw, look at my Delilah, already looking forward to something for the future and I know you will ace that report. You seem far more capable of handling something like a rat in the basement…. Unlike, me."
They all know that one, and chuckle a bit. Luna then looks to Lincoln. "What the heck happened at dodge ball today? I mean, I know Jordan learned something from yesterday when you guys went to tour the Middle School."
Lincoln was about to tell, them but then something hits him in the back of the head and he's knocked out. "Lincoln!" Luna turns around, only to be punched in the face and goes unconscious.
Michelle and Delilah are also struck in the head and are passed out.
Luna slowly opens her eyes and she sees Lincoln's body being dragged away, and the sounds of their food and other stuff being messed with. "L-Lincoln… Linc…" And everything turns black.
(Moments later.)
Luna slowly opens her eyes and feels this immense pain from the back of her head. "What the heck? Ow." She then sees her vision is clearing up and in front of her is a concerned Sam trying to talk to her. "What the heck? Sam?"
"Luna!" Now Luna can hear. "Luna, what the heck happened here?!"
"What?" Luna looks around and sees that the picnic has been ransacked, her acoustic has been damaged and smashed and Jordan is trying to wake up Delilah and Michelle. "What the heck?" Then Luna recalls something and she looks around and sees someone is missing.
"Lincoln? Lincoln? Lincoln?! No, no. Not again!"
Sam goes over and hugs her. "Luna, calm down… We know who took them."
Luna stops panicking and she looks to Sam and sees what she has in her hands, a white-baby faced mask and she knows who wore these things. "No… No, but how?!"
Jordan then goes over after helping Michelle and Delilah. "Late news, Hank and Hawk got out and they made their way here into town last night, and before they came here, they attacked some kids, and they…. They took Lincoln!" She sheds some tears and Michelle and Delilah go over to comfort her.
Hearing all of this, her son being taken and possibly about to get hurt even more, two returning scumbags out for revenge and a whole mess has been set and made and now this chaos is unfolding and deep down, Luna is pissed off, and the mama bear is enraged.
Luna gets up and she manages to grab her gun from her jacket, which is something Hank and Hawk missed. She checks for ammo and then she sees Merris and StoneHeart go to them. "Time to get my son, back!"
"We know where he might be" replied Merris. "The one place where Hank and Hawk might be hiding, always."
Luna was now serious, her eyes in anger and her determination to save Lincoln at full. "Then let's go and get my kid back from the monsters, fast!" She looks up and sees a dropship arrive and it's carrying a Tiger Tank.
(Somewhere between Hazeltucky and Royal Woods.)
Lincoln slowly opens his eyes, and he looks around. "What the heck?" He can barely see anything, but then he sees a window, but somethin was wrong. His vision looks like he's seeing from the eyes of… A mascot suit? Wait a minute!
Lincoln looks around and sees that his hands aren't tied up, but they feel like they were and what was worse, is what he was stuck in. "No! No!" Yeah, this is bad. His nightmare is back and he tries to get it off of him. "No! This has to be a dream! This has to be a…"
Then he hears a couple of dumb laughs and he knows where they came from. "No."
Coming up into the tree house, is Hank and Hawk and the duo chuckle and snicker at Lincoln and what he was inside. "Well, well. Look who bothered to wake up, and we were planning to toss you into a lake to see if squirrels can swim" replied Hank.
"But now we can do this!" Hawk then uses a crowbar onto Lincoln's gut and he falls to the ground and groans in pain. "Yeah! That felt good man!"
"Yeah, and this one is gonna feel even better!" Hank strikes the back of the boy with his crowbar, but Lincoln takes little damage to himself due to the suit keeping him safe, but the whole thing is making him fearful of the whole bad luck fiasco and he begins to cry.
"Please… Please, no…. Please…."
Hank and Hawk chuckle at this. "Look, the little baby is crying. You gonna cry little man?" Hank then hits him in the head. "Are you gonna cry, you little bad luck loser?!" He then kicks Lincoln in the gut.
The duo then begin to beat up the boy in the suit, but he takes less damage and not much pain, he just tries to block out the attack with his arms, only to have them tied up and then he gets punched in the face and this time it hurts and he gets a black eye and some bruises.
They continue to attack the boy in the mascot suit, and then stop. "Man, this suit can sure take some hits, but look at how badly beaten up it looks and how ugly it is" replied Hank.
"Dang right bro" said Hawk. "But I think it's time we finished this little piece of bad luck, once and for all!" He then goes to the trunk and he brings out the skull of an Alligator. "This is gonna be fun!"
Lincoln slowly opens his good eye, and he's horrified at what he sees. "No! No!" He tries to run, but Hank tackles him and pins him down.
"Not so fast loser!" He then punches Lincoln in the gut and then looks to his friend. "Dude, aim for the head!"
"Got it bro." Hawk goes close and readies the alligator head, but the thing about this alligator skill, is that it's been combined with a bear trap. He inches closer and closer, and Lincoln sheds some tears and he closes his eyes and prays for this to end.
'No… Please…. Mom, I just… Mom.' But something inside of him clicks, and memories of his past come into him like a flash flood and a part of Lincoln feels like that enough is enough.
Lincoln then elbows Hank and he pokes the thug in the eyes, he then kicks Hawk in the legs and the alligator skull drops and it clamps onto Hawk's leg and he screams in pain.
Lincoln gets up, but then the tree shakes and feels like it's going to fall. Lincoln then kicks away Hank and he grabs the hockey stick and he hits Hawk in the head and he makes his way out of the tree house and jumps out and just in time for the tree to fall and the tree house smashes onto the ground.
Lincoln rolls around on the ground and sees the Tiger Tank ramming the tree and then it opens and someone goes to him. "Lincoln? Lincoln!"
"M-Mom?" Lincoln then sees his mother, Luna through the eye holes and Luna is horrified at her son and what he was in. "Mom… Help me! Please!"
Luna goes to her son and she pulls out a knife to cut him free from the dreaded, suit and then Leon arrives and he has a knife and helps as well. They soon pull her son from the suit and she hugs him, but she sees that her son has bruises and a black eye.
"It's gonna be okay Lincoln, it's gonna be okay."
Lincoln hugs his mom and cries. "Mom…. I…" He then looks to the suit, and he screams and sheds some tears, he clings to her in fear and yells. "No! No, make it go away! Make it go away! Please! I'm not bad luck!"
Lincoln was looking at the remains of the badly bruised squirrel suit and it looked like the same one he wore, last year.
Leon takes the suit and he throws it to the back of the tank, all while Luna hugs her son tight and she gets up and races off to the dropship. "You're gonna be safe son, and don't look back, that suit is not coming back and you're not bad luck." Luna sheds tears at what she saw and what was happening to her son.
She continues to run to the dropship and she goes inside and she comforts her son, while combat medics check on his injuries.
Meanwhile; movement is seen at the wrecked tree house, and Hank makes a run for it as he sees the cops, and Hawk tries to catch up. But then the duo are hit on their backs by some knives and the one who threw them were Delilah.
Michelle gets off the tank and so does Sam and Jordan and they begin to beat the crud out of Hank and Hawk, and then drag them back to the cops to be arrested. The one issue, getting the alligator skull bear trap off of Hawk's leg, because it is teeth deep into his left leg.
Soon, Sam, Michelle, Delilah and Jordan make it to the other dropship and they take off to follow Luna, and check on Lincoln.
(Royal Woods Hospital.)
The hospital is busy with tons of incoming calls about kids who were beaten up, looks like Hank and Hawk did do some damage when they came to Royal Woods, and some of the kids are the ones Lincoln has seen in his school, such as Zach, Clyde, Liam, Rusty and Chad, and even Patrick and Dennis are there, with black eyes!
But right now we see Lincoln on the hospital bed, his injuries have been tended too, but he continues to cling to Luna and shed some tears. Luna does her best to comfort her kid, she can tell that what had happened had scarred him deeply, and brought back some very unpleasant memories.
Sam and Jordan are also in the room, as well as Delilah and Michelle, and then Harriet is there and she doesn't seem pleased about what has happened. 'I wish I knew this was going to happen. Damn it!'
Luna continues to comfort her son, as she runs her hand through his hair and he sobs into her chest. She can see the bandages on his body, and the many bruises he got and that some of them I have been healed, at least he didn't get any critical damages, but being in the suit was not good for him.
It just made him feel more scared and it would also mean that he wouldn't want to visit the rest of the former louds, well most of the former louds.
Then Dr. Kendrick comes in. "Luna, I have to just say that Lincoln can be able to leave, but be sure to keep an eye on him. His wounds and bruises will heal but I think that…"
"Doc, I know and I know what to do." Luna gets up and she carries her son. "We're going home now." she walks out of the room, and with the others following her.
Luna continues to walk by other folks, and carrying her son who has his eyes closed and is whimpering. "Please… I'm not bad luck, I don't wanna be bad luck…. I'm sorry… Please."
Luna makes it out of the hospital and she goes into her car, she sheds some tears of her own and she whispers to Lincoln. "Lincoln, you're not bad luck… And, I'm sorry for not coming to you sooner, forgive me…."
The others see this and are concerned. Harriet knows that this is not good. 'This is just like the kidnapping, Chandler and the ghost show incident.'
A/N: This attack was unseen and unknown about, and chances there could be more trouble, but for now Lincoln has to heal both physically and mentally. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
