After everything they say on arc 4, everybody within the theater was pretty much horrified by the ways they saw Subaru had died, especially when the great hare was eating him alive, inside-out and outside-in, even entering in the visible holes within his body. The adults within the room had to sit through that whole segment of Subaru screaming in pain and agony, while they all just watch there, horrified. Not to mention the mental state that Emilia, Rem, Beatrice and Crusch were in. They felt a lot of pain from watching that. Ram was still the same as ever but felt even more horrible about the way she treated her after those events. The rest of the cast was the same as them but less more focused on how they would help him get out of his horrible state of self-harming.
Alrighty, since you've all watched arc 4, why don't we take a look at some very interesting side stories you would be interested in?
The cast took immediate notice of what the screen heard, putting all attention to it.
"I wonder what you have to say to us now. " Says Priscilla, feeling a hint of absolute pity for the boy that suffered a horrible fate.
"I wonder what this will be now" Anastasia says with a tone of curiosity. She still remembers what she saw during the events of arc 4 but she was now interested on what the voice on the screen will say.
"Can't we catch a break for once nyah? I'm gonna have more nightmare fuel after this." Said Ferris in a tired and scared tone.
"I agree with her, I suppose. We haven't had a very relaxing break from Betty's Subaru, in fact." Said the loli spirit, also known as Beatrice. She was very hurt that his contractor had to face these events on the sanctuary on his own, but she still wishes to try and anything that can help him once he awakens.
"I think I would have to agree with Beatrice-sama" Frederica said. She was pretty horrified and tired from these viewings. She felt pretty great about herself that she helped out on the bet Subaru set up against Roswaal but still, after everything up until now, she wished that the boy would be more caring about his self more than anything.
"Frederica nee-sama, I also agree!" Says the little maid Petra. She still wanted to see what her Subaru has been through but they needed a break at least.
No, you may not.
"Now what did you mean about something interesting for us to see? " Emilia asked in worry for her sleeping knight. She was gonna be with the idiot for a good while the moment he wakes up from his slumber.
"Yeah, what are we gonna see next?" Felt blurted out.
"Now that you mention it, there weren't any events where Barusu would've died. " Ram commented on what the screen said. Surely, Barusu wasn't stupid enough to actually die in a moronic manner.
"I fully agree with Ram-san here. " the merchant Otto replied on Ram's comment.
Both Reinhard and Crusch also took notice of what they said and were curious if they would show something completely different, alongside with the others.
What I basically meant about that is that you're all going to watch the "If" stories now.
"If stories?" the whole cast asked in confusion.
These stories are basically seven versions in which Subaru takes very sinful roads and either becomes a villian, run away, or something entirely different.
The whole cast immediately winced at the voice's explanation on what it would be. Only two people were very invested on the concept, the Vollachian princess and the Clown also known as Roswaal.
This will be iiiiinteresting." Thought Roswaal within his mind.
"Um, will you be telling us where these all star and what they're about? " Asked Rem as she was still preparing for more of the many things Subaru faced. Or rather, Could have.
No, I wont. You all will be going in blind for this. Also, I'm picking the routes where he becomes an very menacing villain, in which, you should consider yourselves lucky that he didn't turn out like this.
Everybody within the room took notice of what was said. Obviously, they already knew Return By Death was an overly-powerful move. But, never once did they thought about what would happen if it was given to a evil person.

Hello fellow reader! I hope your enjoying this, even though I expect you to not. This is pretty much my first ever fanfiction and the first story I write. I pretty much did this because I was bored and wanted to do something for a change. In fact, I even thought of doing another If story but I'll just stick with one. Anyways, you should expect some spelling errors or In some cases, some OOC moments which would ruin this story a lot.
