A/n Hello all I'm back with another chapter ladies and gentlemen! Hope the wait wasn't to long for you but I was on vacation and couldn't update. Here's ch 9. Enjoy.
Ch 9 Horrifying Times
Meanwhile the rest of the group had arrived at the place where Leonardo and Michelangelo were. They arrived just in time to see Kavaxas hit Leonardo with his fire blast and go flying through the air and not get back up. "No!" April, Casey and Shinigami cried out.
"Leo!" Miwa, Raphael and Donatello cried out at the same time.
"Leonardo!" Splinter cried out, his brown eyes wide with horror. Their cries got the attention of Dog-Pound, who glared at the group.
"Kavaxas!" the mutant wolf cried out. "These are the other freaks that have been causing me trouble! I order you to destroy them!"
"I grow tired of you ordering me order," Kavaxas growled, glaring at Dog-Pound.
"You dare argue with me?!" Dog-Pound shouted back, taking out the Seal and thursting it forward, causing it to glow a bright red. When Shinigami saw the seal her golden eyes went wide and she gasped.
"The Seal of the Ancients," she whispered. "We've gotta get the seal." But before she could warn anyone else she heard a loud cry. Looking over Shinigami saw Fury enter Michelangelo's body once again. "No!" Shinigami cried out, launching herself in the air and flying over to Michelangelo. "Leave him alone damn you!" she cried out, thrusting her arms out and letting out a white energy beam. But Fury wasn't about to go down that easily and he dodged to the side.
"You are not match for me girl," Fury growled, glaring at Shinigami. Shinigami blinked in surprise, shocked that such an evil and hate filled voice could come out of such a sweet natured turtle. Fury used her distraction to his advantage and hit her with a black energy blast, sending her flying backwards. She hit the stone wall hard and fell to the ground. Before she could recover Fury hit her again, this time with a fire blast. Shinigami cried out in pain as the blast made contact.
"No!" Donatello cried out, racing to help his friend while at the same time avoiding being hit by Kavaxas, who was trying to blast him and the others. "Leave my friend alone!" the purple masked turtle cried out, running over and grabbing the staff and Book that had been dropped when Leonardo fell. Splinter was attending to the oldest turtle with the help of April.
"Do it," Dog-Pound growled, his eyes gleaming "Use the Staff on him. But the only one you'll be hurting is your pathetic brother!" Donatello's eyes went wide as he realized Dog-Pound was right.
"Do it Donnie!" came Michelangelo's fear filled voice. "Don't worry about what happens to me! You have to stop him!" Then Michelangelo let out a cry as Fury once again took over.
"You mortals are pathetic!" Fury hissed, his eyes flashing with fire and rage. "And you will all burn!" With that Fury thrust his hands forward sending a blast of fire towards Donatello, who had to jump quickly to the side to avoid being hit. However the purple masked turtle didn't land right and he fell to the ground hard, sending the Book and staff skidding across the ground. Bebop quickly raced in and scooped the items up.
"Ha yeah I got them!" the warthog cried out, holding the items up in the air.
"Give me those!" Shinigami cried out, trying to fly towards Bebop. But her previous injuries from Kavaxas had taken their toll and she didn't have her usual strength. But she wasn't about to stop and she thrust her hands forward, sending out a blast of energy. Fury was taken off guard and was thrown backwards. But Kavaxas was watching and he sent his other demons to stop Shinigami.
"You are powerful girl," the Demon King hissed. "I can't have you stopping me." With that he thrusted his hand forward and the rest of his demons went towards Shinigami and surrounded her.
"Shini!" Miwa shouted, her brown eyes wide as she watched her friend try and fend off the demons. But as powerful as she was Shinigami was no match for the demons. The dark headed girl dropped to her knees, panting for breath.
"No!" Raphael cried out as he raced to help his friend. But to his surprise he saw Leonardo race ahead of him.
"Leonardo no!" Splinter cried out, the fear and worry clear in his voice. But his words fell on deaf ears as Leonardo tackled Bebop the the ground.
"Give me those!" Leonardo cried out, punching Bebop hard in his face. But the oldest turtle soon found himself being lifted off his feet by Rocksteady.
"Nice try puny turtle," the rhino said, slamming Leonardo hard into the ground. Leonardo cried out in pain as his shell made contact with the ground.
"No!" Raphael cried out, running over to help his older brother. But Snakeskin had other plans and he whipped his tail hard, catching Raphael in his ankles causing the red masked turtle to fall hard to the ground. The purple skinned snake wasted no time and slithered towards Raphael and wrapped himself around his arms, preventing him from moving. "Get the Hell off of me!" Raphael grunted, trying to break free of the mutant snake.
"Heh not a chance," Snakeskin cackled, tightening his grip on the red masked turtle, making it really hard for him to breathe. But luckily for Raphael Casey was watching and he came swooping in, launching a hockey puck into the mutant snake. The puck exploded on impact, sending a bright flash of light into his face. This caused Snakeskin to loosen his grip on Raphael, who broke free with a grunt and gasping in air.
"I'm gonna kill you!" Raphael snarled, getting out his sais and spinning them. But before he could attack he heard both Leonardo and Shinigami cry out in pain. Whipping his head around he saw Rocksteady slam Leonardo hard into the ground once again. Shinigami had gotten hit hard by the Spirits from the Underworld and fell to the ground, unconsious.
"Shini!" Miwa cried, her brown eyes wide with horror.
"Leo!" Donatello cried out at the same time, running over and sliding under Rocksteady's feet taking him to the ground. Splinter quickly went to help Leonardo to his feet while April went to help Donatello deal with Rocksteady. But before anyone could attack their foes they heard an loud voice boom through the air.
"Enough of this!" Fury cried out, floating in the air, his eyes glowing an eerie red. Miwa had raced over to the still unconsious Shinigami along with Casey and pulled her to her feet. The other demons had retreated as Kavaxas had gone behind Fury.
"Do it Fury," Kavaxas hissed, flames shooting out of the ground around them. "Finish them!"
"Yes Master," Fury said, floating higher in the air. He had the staff in his hand.
"Mikey no!" Leonardo cried out, trying to run over to his younger brother. But a painful tugging in his shell quickly made his realize that he wasn't going to be able to do so. But the blue masked turtle wasn't about to give up that easily. "Mikey I know you're in there!" he cried out. "Fight him little brother! You're stronger that he is! You can beat him!"
"Fool!" Fury snarled, glaring at Leonardo. "No mere mortal can overpower me! I am the second most powerful demon in all the Underworld!"
"Enough of this foolishness!" Dog-Pound snarled, causing everyone to look over at him. "Kavaxas destroy them! Now!" Dog-Pound thrust the Seal forward as he commanded this.
"As you wish," Kavaxas said, his voice low and dark. "Fury finish it!"
"Yes Master," Fury said, lifting the staff in the air, causing it to glow a bright red. A red blast came flying out sending the group flying through the air and landing on the ground with a thud. The ground began to shake and crack. A loud scream was heard and everyone looked and to their horror they saw a burst of flame come shooting out of a crack right below where Donatello was standing, landing a direct hit to him and sending him crumpling to the ground.
