Pomorie was busy helping out with Malko as they were moving some of the hay bales that they still had left over from the winter. Ticha was also helping out the hay movement as she was taking inventory. She pulled out her phone and looked at the calendar as she was happy.
"April 1st is finally here, don't know what the new month will bring us." Ticha told them as Pomorie was getting the hay out and the barns ready for when the livestock will come.
"So when do we sow the fields?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to figure out when they could plow the field. Ticha looked up as she tried to remember when they normally did that as she began thinking.
"I think after Easter we will plow the fields which is next Sunday I believe." Ticha told Pomorie when they would be able to do it. Malko was stacking a few bales as she began speaking.
"I like this holiday despite being a boxer and would mind the relaxation with the rabbits, baby chickens and ducks. I think Koprinka would like it when she finally gets to plant the roses which will bloom when this year is over." Malko gave her input to the situation about what was going nodded as Pomorie began counting.
"I bet someone else would like this holiday heck this season with the days getting longer. The sun is out, clouds are few and far inbetween, perfect for having hangouts if you wanted to." Ticha smiled as she was enjoying this work. Pomorie ignored them and continued to count.
"You mean Beli?" Malko asked if Ticha was correct.
"Yes, spring is her favorite season and she's out more often than all the other seasons, she was mostly sleeping during the winter." Ticha answered Malko as she knew this was correct.
"You mean hibernation?" Malko asked as some animals took the pleasure of sleeping during the winter and waiting for favorable conditions. Ticha nodded as she smiled with glee.
"Yeah that's the word that I was looking for." Ticha was happy as ever as she looked at Malko. Malko began speaking.
"Tell Mandra that she sits in the darkness and watches old horror movies and talks to Mizuki and Noemi. She needs to get out and enjoy the sunshine with the rest of the group. I swear she's so pale she'll turn to dust in the sunshine." Malko gave her input. Pomorie was double checking if the bale numbers were correct. Ticha continued speaking.
"She should get out more often." Ticha told Malko her suggestion. Pomorie sighed as she nodded with pride.
"Well about forty-six bales of hay we have left, we should hopefully get the livestock out when next week rolls around." Pomorie counted what hay they had left to feed the animals. Ticha looked at Pomorie as she was impressed.
"Nice, looks like you were able to count all of that yourself." Ticha told Pomorie as she looked at the student.
"Now all we need to do now is wait…" Before Pomorie could finish her sentence, Shiroka entered the barn on her horse as many milk cows came strolling into their stalls as several herding dogs yapped and barked by helping the cattle into the barn. "I was just about to say your name." Pomorie told Shiroka as she walked over to Pomorie. Shiroka got off her horse as she walked up to Pomorie.
"I knew what you were going to say but I reckoned that the warmer weather is putting everyone in a better mood." Shiroka responded as she placed her hand in Pomorie's hair and began fluffing it up. Pomorie giggled as it tickled for her. "I also got a message from Beli that she would definitely like to see you when you are done with your current assignment." Shiroka was helping get the cows back into their pens.
"I should be finished as there are forty-six bales of hay." Pomorie told Shiroka that she was finished as the farm girl looked at her and smiled with glee.
"Okay she's outside of the barn if you wish to speak." Shiroka told her as Pomorie walked out of the barn. Beli was standing outside at the entrance. Pomorie walked up to it as she was in another springtime dress.
"Oh is there something you wish to speak to me about?" Pomorie asked Beli if there was something she wished that she would like to talk about.
"Yeah, I needed to tell you something but I wanted to be honest with you so don't get angry if I say something that might upset you okay?" Beli told Pomorie that she wanted her to listen.
"I promise that is what someone is there for." Pomorie told Beli that she wasn't going to get mad at her.
"Okay so, I have a crush on you." Beli began. Pomorie blushed a bit as it was unexpected of her to say that. "I've admired you for when you bring victory to the school and even in the losses we've taken so far, I wasn't wavering, you're tank and crew is the best that the school has. You've changed our school so much that I can't even put a word on it." Beli told Pomorie about what this was. Pomorie looked at Beli as she really definitely thought she told her but she was moreover impressed with the victories that they have got themselves even if they needed outside help.
"I know you have changed as well, at first you were silent about it, you wouldn't speak from your mind, Dead silent from what I have gathered but now you're speaking out which what I like. Plus you went from being a thin, flat like a brick type of student when I first came here and we had our first battle against each other in those tanks." Pomorie smiled but she decided to be a little playful with Beli. She reached over giving her chest a squeeze with one of her hands as it definitely felt soft in her touch. "Look at you, these things are so big, you might give Ticha a run for her own money." Pomorie placed her other hand around Beli as Beli blushed a bit. "How did you grow so much so fast?" Pomorie was puzzled by this wondering what was the secret.
"Ticha just fed me a lot as she really likes me and so does Shiroka. They just can't get enough of me much like I can't get enough of you." Beli told Pomorie what her secret was. "You should try it yourself."
"Eh I'm not ready for that, I'll happily grow up and don't need any help. Plus I know I want to be like you or El but somethings are out of my reach." Pomorie released Beli from her grasp for a moment. Beli looked at Pomorie as she had a present.
"Also can I give you something for you?" Beli asked Pomorie if there was something she needed.
"Yeah sure go ahead." Pomorie told her as she was smiling. Beli's eyes closed as she leaned in and began kissing Pomorie again. Pomorie melted into her arms as she sat down. Geez Beli sure was a kisser but also she was pretty dense for a girl her size, she could barely stand up holding her. Ticha walked out with Shiroka as she looked at her.
"Well they're at it again. I told you she loved her." Shiroka told Ticha as she had her arm around the refined student.
"Yeah all those pastries seem to have grown that girl in the right places, if Beli gets a boy later on in life, we should say this is a start." Ticha told Shiroka as she liked the two of them kissing each other.
"Yeah so why did you make me shed thirty five pounds?" Shiroka asked as she wanted to figure out what Ticha's goal was.
"Well you needed to not crush the horse when you go riding." Ticha told her as she was concerned with her friend. Kamchia walked into the scene as she spotted Pomorie as she was being kissed by Beli.
"I hate to interrupt your little love story but Rila and Varna need you Pomorie. I just got a message from them as they're heading off to SSISSN again." Kamchia told Pomorie as Beli got off of her. Malko exited the barn as she was hearing about this.
"Crap, Koprinka is going to get mad at us if we're late, come on." Malko told Pomorie to not waste any more time. Pomorie got up as she ran off with Malko.
"It was nice meeting with ya Beli, I hope we can run into each other again." Pomorie told her as they hurried off.
Malko and Pomorie arrived at the site where the Antonov An-2 Biplane was parked as Pug team's tank was right outside of the storage area.
"You two are on time. Pomorie, have you been with Beli again?" Rila asked Pomorie if that was the case.
"Yeah Shiroka told me that she wanted to see me after my assignments were done." Pomorie told Rila where she was.
"Okay because Varna got a call from Dalmatia that they've been shocked, one of their members is gone." Rila told Pomorie about the incident. Pomorie climbed onto her tank as Varna drove it into the plane. There was no time to waste.
"Who's missing?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to figure out who it was that was gone.
"Lasina." Varna gave her response as Malko got the tank down to the hatches. The door to the plane closed and with that, the plane's engine roared as they began to get airborne. Within a couple of moments, the plane was high up in the sky. Mandra who was busy inside of another barn working with sheep looked up as she saw the plane fly by.
"I wonder where they are going?" Mandra asked if she wanted to figure out what was happening. Pomorie and her friends were going to have a much more interesting time than she was.
Within an hour the plane landed on the usual runway that was being used for the supply ferries. They needed to figure out what was going on and what to do exactly. Dalmatia was waiting for them.
"Oh thank goodness you're here." Dalmatia called out as Koprinka hurriedly freed the tank from the security bands.
"So Lasina's gone, what happened to her?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to find out what was happening. Dalmatia began to lay out what she knew about the event so far.
"Not a lot from what I was told but I was with my friends, we heard that one morning she was gone. I've asked Istria, I've asked Rosa, I've asked Tocai but they were just as clueless as I am. Barbera is asking the Partisans for another match as that is the only thing she wants nowadays and that is to fight." Dalmatia told Pomorie about what was happening. She, Malko and Koprinka climbed onto the Vickers as the tank took off to where the match was being held. Fortunately, several ground crews decided to move the Biplane into storage where it will be refueled and checked over.
"Rosa isn't good help but seeing you've asked everyone around you and they have no clue about what exactly happened with your friend worries me a lot." Pomorie told Dalmatia if she knew what was happening.
"I know hopefully we can figure out where Lasina went in this match and we can have everything sorted." Dalmatia huffed as she wanted this over with.
"Hopefully." Pomorie told her. "Hopefully."
Pomorie and the others arrived at the field where the last match with the Partisans had their match. She was on familiar ground again. She walked up as she began counting up who was with who in the group. She began to inspect the group, Dalmatia, had come along for the ride and in the group was also Istria, Syrah, Rosa, Barbera and Tocai, Lasina was the only one absent.
"So are you sure that you couldn't find her?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to make sure that was correct. They all nodded as this was correct.
"I think some of us might have something to do with what is going on. I've been spying on them as of recently when we got visitors from another school." Tocai told them about this. Pomorie was curious about this and wanted to find out more about this.
"Visitors? Explain who these visitors are?" Pomorie wanted to make sure that this would be correct.
"They were from St. Gloriana's and they wanted to help out the Partisans by giving them another tank. A girl with red almost pinkish hair was there as well as she and Lasina were racing along the ship as they seemed to be having fun while we watched on. Can't believe this day had to happen." Barbera explained as she bowed her head down. She felt ashamed by this that she had let her group down and now they were down one member.
"I think I know who it might be. It's Rosehip that Lasina was being influenced by. She might have gone over to the Partisans when they found out they were getting new tanks from Saint Gloriana's so I'm suspecting that they got a Crusader in their team now. And if I might ask one more thing, was this recent or had this been happening for a while now?" Pomorie wanted to know if this was a recurring thing that the students from their group were leaving to join the Partisan team.
"This had been happening for a while with the Bosnian gang as they seeked to join the Partisans that called for unity of the school. Now that one of our friends is gone, we might be falling apart slowly as everyone is now going to the Partisans." Barbera told Pomorie about what exactly was happening.
"Yeah I think we should figure out Lasina's motives after this match and see what she has in mind. If the Partisans either join Gloriana or Pravda, Kuromorimine will be doomed." Pomorie came to the conclusion that was their alliance's downfall. But for now, they didn't want to make haste, they hopped into their tanks as they got ready for the next match.
Both sides were even for this match but what the Partisans did have a larger number of light tanks, these tanks could easily get wiped out so they had to rely on support from the medium tanks. Pomorie and her group meanwhile had quite the odd mix of tanks as they were a Panzer 3, a Semovente 105, two M13/40's, a vickers six ton that was Pug team, a Matilda 2, a Panzer 2. Two FT-17's, three R-35.s, two TKS Tankettes and a Panzer 1. They still needed to fill out fifteen tanks for this match.
"So are we ready?" Pomorie asked the group if they were ready to go on ahead with the tanks. Dalmatia was in her Matilda 2 as she was ready.
"Ready when you are." Dalmatia responded as Istria held her thumbs up. Pomorie decided to take one last look around as her tank for this match was the flag tank. She sighed as she wished to get better tanks for Yogurt Academy soon.
"All right girls, you know the rules, now let the match begin." Ami told them as she was observing from a distance. She came to this match in particular as she wished to tell Pomorie something after the match was over. "Panzer Vor!" The tanks in both areas began rolling forward as they were going to take on their foes. This match was going to be difficult to navigate.
This match had brought them into a hedge maze as the tanks were navigating their way through the narrow corridors trying to find each other.
"What is this hedge maze, this doesn't look familiar to me." Pomorie told the group as she knew nothing about this hedge maze and she was more used to fighting in the open.
"I know it's the Partisans who just threw this whole hedges thing up with the help from the Solvenia gang as they got the gardening together for much of last month." Rosa told them as she was able to remember this little bit of detail.
"So other gangs are helping the partisans out, I knew that we shouldn't trust anyone." Barbera knew she was now suspicious of everyone in the school at this point. Pomorie decided to try to keep the situation calm.
"Just be observant everyone, if we make contact, blow a hole in the hedges so we can reach each other faster." Pomorie told the group to remain alert as both sides navigated their way through the hedge maze.
The small audience was different today as it was Pravda that was attending this match. Katyusha was sitting on Brook's shoulders as she wanted a clear view ahead. Nonna, Klara as well as much of the family was there.
"I've never seen such beautiful hedges when I was on that tour in Saint Petersburg." Irina called out as she hadn't seen a hedge maze like that when she was back home.
"My granddaughter will definitely give them hell on both sides." Alexander responded as he held his fist up in the air. Dimirtri looked at Peter and Ludmila were also there as Peter looked at Dimitri.
"Finding work around your school is hard, I've been turned down five places so far and the only work I did manage to find only lasted for a week before the entire group was disbanded." Peter told Dimitri how hard it was to find some work at Pravda whether it be the small shops or the mall which was at capacity with its workers. Nonna looked at Peter.
"Pravda is in need of mechanics, especially the big operation we have coming up against Kuromorimine, I was wondering if you want to do volunteer work part time every afternoon in our tank shed." Nonna decided to offer Peter some employment with the school's Sensha-Do club.
"How much are you willing to pay Nonna?" Peter asked what Nonna was willing to give him as payment.
"Not much but it will give you something to do." Nonna told him that the pay isn't going to be a lot but it will give him something to do.
"Okay I'll take it. Probably give me something to do for the next year or so. Give me more chances to see my younger sister." Peter told Nonna as he pinched Brook on the cheek. Brook giggled but she nearly lost balance and almost dropped Katyusha.
"I'm sure you would." Nonna reassured Peter. She looked at Katyusha hoping she was still all right but fortunately she was anchored down onto her shoulders so she wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon. Nonna breathed a sigh of relief.
"Speaking of which I think it would be too early to give her presents for the time being." Dimitri told them as this caught Nonna's attention.
"What's that you said?" Olga asked as she was spending time with Nonna.
"Presents for your sister Olga." Dimitri gave his words out. Nonna continued to listen as she knew this day had to come.
"Are you certain today is the day?" Nonna asked Dimitri as he was ready to give it all away.
"Yes it's her birthday today." Dimitri responded as he laid a finger on Brook. "I wanted to give her a present that she would truly appreciate so I made it from scratch with the help of my older brother of course. Though I wish my father was there to help out." Nonna seemed surprised. Dimitri's father had been somewhat of a mystery for her. She always thought he was alive but in this turn of events he wasn't.
"I thought you said he owned the store and he was saving up to retirement?" Nonna asked as she wanted to find out the truth behind this.
"I know but I… I… I kind of lied about that." Dimitri told Nonna. Nonna gasped. How was he going to respond about his father being alive? "I lost my father three months ago from liver cancer. It's my mother who is now running the store." Nonna looked at him as she wanted to express something.
"I know why you said that because I didn't want to upset my crush that you've lost a family member. He visits me every week as a spirit so you had the premonition that he was still alive." Nonna told Dimitri if it was true.
"Yeah that's right. I've always been showing up in my crush's dreams recently as she is cute but she can also talk to ghosts." Dimitri told Nonna before glancing at Brook.
"Okay as so long as nothing bad happens to her, you have my approval." Nonna told Dimitri as he nodded.
Pomorie meanwhile was trying to navigate the hedge maze as she had encountered no one yet. She was frustrated that no one was around as she continued to look around.
"Has anyone encountered the enemy yet?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to figure out where they were all positioned and if they encountered their foes at all.
"Not yet." Istria responded as she gave her voice.
"They must not be on the outer areas of the hedge maze, push in deeper, they might be in the center." Pomorie responded as she gave the order to push in deeper to the center. All the tanks began rolling forth as they were going to search the inner perimeter of the hedge maze. "Load High Explosive Rila." Rila loaded the HE shell into the breach as Pomorie traversed the turret and fired a hole into the hedge. The hedge in the section she fired into exploded giving her access to the second layer as she began searching around. The second layer of the hedge was a bit more open to hunting down the targets would be much easier for her. The other tanks began getting into the second layer but the resistance in this layer was going to get encountered.
The Tankettes were traveling together with the Panzer 3 when they encountered the first of what seemed to be the enemy. Three Valentine tanks were hiding in an ambush as they were trying to decide which tank they should take out first. The first shots were fired as they wanted to take out as many of these tanks as possible. One of the TKS Tankettes was hit but it still kept going. The Tankettes began firing away as they were going to take on the Valentine tanks. The Valentines were just absorbing the machine gun fire as white paint matches were splattered onto their tanks. The Valentine tanks opened fire again, this time finishing off one of the TKS Tankettes, then they popped free from the brush as they were going to take the enemy on. The Panzer 3 noticed this and tried firing a shot at one of the Valentine tanks. The shot missed as the Valentines swiftly encircled the Panzer 1 and fired three shots in succession, knocking that tank out. The remaining TKS tankette fired away trying to get one of the Valentine tanks to no such Valentine tanks swiftly moved in as they fired three shots into the broadside of the TKS tankette. A white flag popped out as they were down as well. The Panzer 3 fired as the shot managed to score a bullseye on one of the Valentine tanks. A white flag popped out as it went down. The Panzer 3 decided to use the opportunity and drove away from the situation. The remaining Valentine tanks drove after it in pursuit.
Pomorie and the rest of the group were trying to hunt down the Partisan tanks that they could find. They hadn't found anything as of yet but they needed to begin searching. They spotted the Matilda 2 and the Semovente 105 as they were waiting in ambush.
"Pomorie, conceal yourself, we got the Panzer 3 coming, it's being engaged by two Valentine tanks." Istria told her to get herself into hiding before the tanks were to come out and try fighting them. The Vickers slid into some of the hedges as it was going to hide.
"What's happening, any losses so far?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to figure this all out.
"Yes, we lost all of our tankettes and taken down one of the Valentines, we plan on intercepting them coming up." Istira told Pomorie what she knew so far. Pomorie knew they were going to stay concealed and wait for the Panzer 3 to roar past them before they could fire. The Panzer 3 turned the corner as it was being chased down by the remaining valentine tanks. Pomorie and the Matilda 2 were going to focus on one of them as they got ready to fire. The Semovente 105 was going to take care of the other. The Semovente opened fire first hitting one of the Valentine tanks square in the front armor as the tank spluttered and came to a stop with a white flag popping out of it. The Matilda 2 and Vickers fired next striking the second valentine tank in the front and one of the sides. That tank was also taken out as well as they were now even.
"Three for three. Let's relocate." Pomorie told them as the tanks took off to find somewhere else where they could fight. A gray Mark VI crusader was watching from afar as it was going to find targets to hunt down.
"Yep that's them we'll wait for them to split up. Then we'll speed in and wipe them out." Lasina knew this plan was perfect if they were going to rush in and take out the flag tank right there.
"Don't you want to move around slowly so we can find them?" Her gunner asked as she wanted to take things much more slowly. Lasina didn't want to take things slow, she wanted to do things now.
"I paid for the whole Speedometer, I might as well use the whole Speedometer." Lasina told them as she wanted to barrel her way through the hedge maze. "Now let's go." The Crusader sped through the hedge maze as it was going to take the three tanks head on as Lasina wasn't going to give them time to regroup or try taking out the flag tank. The Crusader burst from the hedges as it encountered the three tanks. Without a moment to spare, she manually fired the gun of the tank, the shot struck into the rear of the Semovente 105, taking it out with ease. Pomorie knew that Lasina would be on her next and needed to get herself out of there.
"Varna, get us out of range!" Pomorie shouted. Varna nodded as the Vickers sped off. Lasina knew that Pug team was bearing the flag of the team and decided to make sure to finish them off with one swift blow. Istria however was going to try to not make that happen as the Matilda 2 fired into the Crusader
"We'll cover you." Dalmatia called out as Lasina decided to focus the Crusader's attention onto the Matilda 2 that was firing on it. The two tanks would circle as the flag tank made its escape. Pomorie had successfully got away.
The Vickers moved off into another section of the hedge maze which was completely open Several light tanks were there including the flag tank as this meant getting a good shot here will guarantee them victory for this partisan match.
"Okay Rila, load the gun up as I want to truly get the jump on these tanks and take out that flag tank." Pomorie gave the order to load Armor Piercing as she wanted to truly win. Rila nodded as Varna drove up to the group as they were all huddled around. M3 Stuarts, R-35's and a single T-32 S-I-D that was the flag tank. This should be easy though the lone vickers had no back up and was rolling into the fray blind.
The Vickers appeared as it raced into the crowd as Pomorie was going to risk it. All or nothing. The other tanks began to scatter as Pomorie was now on the hunt. Two M3 Stuarts fired at the Vickers as the Vickers swerved out of the way from the shots. It got behind the third Stuart and fired a shot in the rear. That tank was knocked out as Rila loaded up another AP shot. A R-35 fired as that shot missed the vickers by a hair. Varna threw the clutches as the tank drifted a bit. It got behind the R-35 and fired and the R-35 was knocked out. Pomorie continued searching for more tanks to track down. The same two M3 Stuarts fired, the first shot hit the front armor on the left causing the shot to bounce off. The vickers threw in behind as it went out of its way and planted a shot into the rear of the M3 Stuart. That tank was taken out as the Vickers went ahead to look for more. Pomorie was on a roll as she had taken out three tanks within a few minutes and was getting ready to take out the last M3 Stuart. Her radio buzzed as someone was trying to get to her.
"Pomorie, this is Istria, we got knocked out by the Crusader so watch your back when it tries coming for you." Istria told them as the Matilda 2 was no longer in action. Pomorie was now worried about this turn of events as they decided to focus on the last M3 Stuart which was trying to maneuver its way around to fire on Pomorie. The Vickers was faster than the Stuart as it got around and fired a shot into the rear, knocking that tank out as well. The T-32 S-I-D was now scared as it was the flag tank and the other flag tank was nearby. It turned and began to drive away as Pomorie decided to pursue after it. Unaware that the other tanks were getting knocked out as the chase went on.
The vickers pursued the T-32. Pomorie fired into a hedge blowing a hole open and getting into another section of the hedge maze where she hoped to cut the T-32 off and finish the tank off. The T-32 continued trying to get its way through as Rila sprayed the tank down with the machine gun. Pomorie was sure of this victory despite the fact that she was being led into a trap. She was keeping a lookout when a shell flew right past her. It was the M3 Le as it had knocked out the Panzer 2 and Panzer 3. It began to chase down the flag tank.
"Oh goodness they're on our tail!" Pomorie shouted as she wanted to take out the flag tank but now she was being hunted by the M3 Lee and with no Medium tanks left in their group, they were in trouble. The three tanks raced further on into the hedge maze as they continued to hunt each other down while trying to avoid the other. Both tanks were baiting each other until the T-32 made a sharp turn and decided to bolt for the exit. Pomorie opened the hatch of her tank to see the remaining Partisan tanks around her. She knew she needed to make a choice. "Full speed ahead!"
The vickers ground forward as it was going to chase the T-32 down but the Crusader came forth from the hedges as it blocked off the exit. The Vickers made a loud clang as Pomorie turned behind her to see two R-35's and the M3 Lee at her back. She gulped as all the tanks fired all at the same time, slamming into the rear of the vickers. A white flag popped up as the Croatian gang's main flag tank was taken out of action, the first victory for the Partisans. Lasina looked up as she knew that she had won.
Pomorie and the others were rounded up as she had to deliver the news to the remaining members of the gang.
"Well, I can't say this easily but we've lost. Lasina will no longer be with us." Pomorie told the gang. The group gasped as they were down a commander. Barbera knew that this had angered her more than ever.
"Lasina was like a friend to us and now those filthy Partisans will pay!" Barbera shouted as she felt her anger rise up. Istria and Rosa raced in to restrain her.
"Barbera seems to be getting more and more violent, I don't seem to understand this." Dalmatia responded as this was something she wasn't used to.
"Well we all make strange decisions." A voice called out. It was Ami as she walked forth to Pomorie. "You and your team are doing well it seems but something feels out of the ordinary?" Ami asked if Pomorie and her friends knew what it was.
"Is it that because Kuromorimine is doomed?" Pomorie asked if this was correct. Ami nodded but she had some words for her.
"Defeats will continue, from south, east and west everyone is moving in on them. The race to reach them is on. They will continue holding out for a while longer but in the end it will be too much for them." Ami confirmed Pomorie's fears but Pomorie was a little more confused.
"How much longer? When will their downfall come? Who will be affected by it?" Pomorie asked as she wanted answers, Ami looked at Pomorie as she wasn't entirely certain.
"That I am not entirely certain but I do have some good news for you. The order for your tanks has shifted so they're in higher priority meaning they will come much earlier." Ami told them as the students were preparing to return back to their ship.
"When?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to figure this out. Ami looked at her as she was able to confirm this.
"This Sunday. Take care Pomorie." Ami told her as she patted the student's head. She got up and walked away. Pomorie knew they were in trouble. She doubted that the new tanks would make a difference. She was worried about the pressure from all sides, Kuromorimine, Srebarna, Pravda, coming in all at once. She hopped in while they were loading the tank onto the plane to get themselves home.
Ami's words were reflecting in her head.
Meanwhile Pravda was celebrating someone for becoming a year older. Many of her friends and family had come to enjoy the celebration.
"Finally our youngest member of the family is seventeen today." Olga smiled as she fluffed Brook's hair. Dimitri handed her the last present as it was the best he could offer her.
"I hope this will go better and you will no longer suffer." Dimitri told her as Brook began wildy ripping away at the paper. She looked inside as the present was a hand carved Balalaika. "Made it myself." Brook looked at the instrument as it was beautiful, painted and polished by hand. Nonna looked at her.
"Klara is more than willing to give you lessons on that. Katyusha will be annoyed with a language she knows nothing about." Nonna patted her head as Dimitri and Peter laughed.
"Now with that this calls for celebration." Peter opened up some apple cider and poured it for the girl.
"Irina made this from apples she bought, hope it tastes good." Peter told her as Brook picked up the cup and drank it.
"It is." She responded. Nonna laughed as this was only something temporary. Their big moves were going to come in a matter of days.
[A/N]: Sorry for getting this out late but we need to set up some goals for April if we do we should be able to manage to get some more attention coming in. New month new goals is one thing but having the sun stay out longer is another. Looks like Kuromorimine will have one last chapter to itself before the grand operation Pravda has planned will come. Stay happy and informed viewers. Goodbye.
