A/N: Hello. :) So, we may be getting a new chapter for "Hulk and Red She-Hulk" a day later than intended, but on the upside, a new chapter for "Teen Titans 3rd Season Rewrite" is finally arriving. And so you know, there are going to be some differences in it apart from Terra's involvement in the episode this time around, some of which would be more present at both the beginning and end the next time it gets updated. Enjoy. :)

Teen Titans: 3rd Season Rewrite

"Crash"

Act I

It all started when a computer screen showed the Titans' insignia and the word "DOWNLOAD." The sound of clicking keys were heard before it soon stopped as the circle started to fill in red, as if a clock's second hand was sweeping across it.

"Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on...", Beast Boy spoke impatiently.

After a moment, the circle went entirely red with a monkey's face appearing on it before the text changed to "COMPLETE." Then, a CD-ROM was ejected from the unit, before Beast Boy grabbed the disc excitedly and held it up before it showed a sight gag in "Super Deformed" style where Beast Boy typed at his computer as multicolored padlocks scrolled by behind him and snapped open. Then, as he spoke, two more shots slide into view to tile the screen with the first being the exterior of Titans Tower, which took up the right half with a dotted line tracing from the CPU to the operations center, marking his connection, and the second one sliding up to occupy the bottom right corner with a radio tower shown as Beast Boy's signal traced to it before a second SD image of the Titan rose into view, eagerly clutching his prize, and took over before a new shot spun up, showing three monkeys, one aiming a blaster, one using a walkie-talkie, and one ready to slug it out, all wearing goggles. The number 4 is at the center of the group.

"Ha! I'm a genius! By simply turning off all those useless security programs and connecting directly to an underground server in eastern Zandia, I, Beast Boy, have gotten my hands on an advanced copy of the hottest video game ever, Mega-Monkeys Four!", Beast Boy boldly announced before the gag ended.

At the hall, his door opened and he whipped out around a corner, so fast that he was visible only as a black/magenta streak. Elsewhere, Robin and Starfire were having a conversation.

"And then—", Starfire began before Beast Boy flashed past them, spooking her so badly that she jumped into Robin's arms.

In the operations center, the door opened and he reached a computer console in one swift bound.

The CD was slid in, and he hit the couch with a GameStation controller in hand.

"Look out, monkeys, here I—", Beast Boy began.

But before he can get the last word out, the console ejected the software forcefully enough to make it clatter on the floor, puzzling the green Titan as a question mark popped up by the would-be gamer's head.

"Huh? Hmm. GameStation must not have enough horsepower...but I bet the Titan mainframe does.", Beast Boy sneered.

Back to the hall, lost in a book, Raven approached the operations center door, which opened to let Beast Boy out, her cloak blown aside by his passage. Then, just as Terra was leaving her room, Beast Boy suddenly flashed past her, making her lose a little balance.

"Whoa!", Terra exclaimed before regaining her balance and noticing him passing by.

"Huh? I wonder what got him excited.", Terra wondered aloud.

Elsewhere in the Tower, he stopped in front of a computer screen that filled an entire wall and worked its keyboard. Up popped a circle with a dot at its center: a clock/pie-graph progress meter, and the word "LOADING." After a moment, a lightning bolt superimposed itself on this and the system buzzed to signify an error.

"Ugh! Aw, man! Isn't there a computer around here that can play this thing?", Beast Boy groaned as a forehead vein throbbed for a couple of seconds before inspiration struck.

"Ha!", Beast Boy spoke before he grabbed the CD and bugged out.

Outside the closed door of Cyborg's room, just as Beast Boy skidded to a stop with his back to it as Terra walked by.

After a furtive look around, he opened it, backed in, and closed it again, not knowing that Terra saw him.

"Beast Boy, what are you up to?", Terra pondered to herself.

Now inside, Beast Boy faced into the room.

"If Cyborg's computer can't handle this..., nobody's can.", Beast Boy whispered as he was panning slowly across from desk to repair/diagnostic bay before he zipped across the floor.

A large monitor sat in the latter corner as snoring was heard and Z's were floating from a small icon on the screen.

The system's screen can now be seen clearly as the icon showed Cyborg asleep in a bed and sawing logs, the source of the sound. The Titan-turned-hacker then went over there and looked up and down at the rig.

"Now where do I...ah, here we go.", Beast Boy spoke as he pushed the CD into a slot, but was only able to get it halfway in before it jammed.

"Kind of a...tight...fit!", Beast Boy grunted with effort.

Then, Terra cleared her throat just behind Beast Boy, making him scream upon turning around to see Terra.

Just as he screamed, though, it finally slid in before a red light winked on alongside the slot, and graphs and readouts showed a burst of activity before the sleeping-Cyborg icon soon gave way to a large Mega-Monkey head.

"Oh, sweet!", Beast Boy grinned before the screen went dark.

"Huh?", Beast Boy puzzled before the system went haywire.

"Not sweet!", Beast Boy exclaimed before he gave out assorted cries as he jabbed furiously at the sparking control panels and buttons as it went back and forth between him and them.

Finally, he got an electric shock that floored him for a moment before soon, he is up and looking at the failing hardware in total panic.

"Beast Boy? What did you do?", Terra glared, practically worrying Beast Boy.

It took a moment, but after that, he gave in.

"Okay! I just got an advanced copy of Mega-Monkeys 4 and I was trying to play it, but it wouldn't work.", Beast Boy responded.

"And so, you basically fried Cyborg's computer trying to play that game?", Terra exclaimed frustratedly.

"Yeah. And when you put it like that, that does sound kinda bad.", Beast Boy guessed before, in a flash, he was now back at the door.

"That's why I'd better motor before...", Beast Boy began before the door opened with Cyborg present, prompting yet another shrill scream, but he tried to play it cool.

"Cyborg! What are you doing here?", Beast Boy asked.

"It's my room. What are you and Terra doin' here?", Cyborg asked dryly.

"I don't know. What are you doing here?", Terra glared, causing a sweat drop to roll down the green temple.

"I, um...", Beast Boy began before pinching one of his nostrils.

"...practicing my nose whistle.", Beast Boy fibbed before blowing a few weak notes, but Cyborg was not impressed as Terra snickered a little from that and went right past and Terra, prompting a panicked yelp from the changeling before he went off like a shot across the room.

Cyborg then approached his custom-built rig.

"You been messin' wit' my computer?", Cyborg asked before Beast Boy moved to block him.

"Me? No!", Beast Boy fibbed as Terra caught up before Cyborg worked some controls, opening a side panel.

"Wait. That's your computer? Then what's this?", Terra asked, pointing to the screen behind her.

"My system recharger. And speakin' of, I could use a little juice.", Cyborg replied as he reached past Terra and reeled out a cable, preparing for plug it into his chest.

"Stop! Your recharger could have a...!", Terra panicked just before Cyborg plugged in the cable, causing a blinding flash to appear and sparks to crackle all over Cyborg.

"VIRUS!", Cyborh shouted, agonized and drawn out.

Act II

Meanwhile, Robin and Starfire were at the kitchen table when suddenly, the door opened behind them with Cyborg barreling in, passing both them and Raven at the counter with Beast Boy and Terra running after him.

"Cyborg, come back!", Beast Boy shouted.

"You're not feeling too well!", Terra added.

"What is going on?", Robin asked.

"Oh, I'll tell you what's going on.", Cyborg responded calmly before he suddenly got excited.

"This is the best peanut brittle I've ever tasted!", Cyborg shouted before proceeding to lick the upholstery, thinking it was Peanut Brittle, with gusto, leaving saliva all over the cushions.

The two girls leaned in close for a better view and exchange totally befuddled glances as question marks pop up above their heads as they are just as equally confused.

"Uh, he's just excited. I got an advance copy of Mega-Monkeys Four.", Beast Boy explained as his head briefly turned into that of a monkey's before Cyborg zipped over to Starfire.

"Ooh! Star! 'Member that purple, wiggly, Tamaranean pie thingie you made that was full of bugs?", Cyborg asked as a light blue ground slid down to cover the top half of the screen with a piece of the aforementioned concoction appearing within it before, on the next line, it slid off and showed Super Deformed Cyborg, who ate it and got sick as a result.

"My stewed grunthmek which made you physically sick?", Starfire asked as it then showed SD Robin, Raven, and Starfire stand at a closed bathroom door, behind which vomiting sounds can be heard before the SD trio fainted before disappearing.

"Yeah! You gotta cook up some of that!", Cyborg shouted eagerly before Terra, Robin, and Beast Boy gaped at all this.

"And I thought I liked Tamaranian food as much.", Terra commented in surprise before Beast Boy chuckled nervously.

"Um, long story short, I tried to play Mega-Monkeys on Cyborg's system recharger, and now, he's got some kind of computer virus. Or, you know, it could be just gas.", Beast Boy responded.

"A virus? Beast Boy, this is serious.", Robin exclaimed.

"Seriously weird.", Raven added as she and Robin looked toward the tables and saw Cyborg leaning over one of them, hungry in anticipation, before he started chomping in the edge, not knowing that eight goggling eyes were trained on him with Starfire moving over to notice it as well.

"Ah! Who ordered this pizza? It's cheese-tastic! Ooh...thirsty now.", Cyborg spoke before he ran past the 5 titans, pulled the sink faucet by the pipe and directed the flow into his mouth with water running down his face as Cyborg gurgled happily.

"Well, I guess that's one way to rehydrate.", Terra commented.

"Cyborg, there's something wrong with you. Please let us help.", Robin urged.

"You bet there's something wrong.", Cyborg spoke before his image dissolved into that of a large T-bone steak, at least according to Cyborg's warped vision.

"We need gravy! And plenty of it!", Cyborg added before closing in, preparing to chow down as Robin stood with fear.

"All right, that's it!", Terra shouted before summoning a rock hard enough to knock him unconscious without any unnecessary damage and tossed it at Cyborg, who turned around and saw the rock headed right for him before it hit him, knocking him unconscious, but not before moaning.

"That is one saucy chicken.", Cyborg moaned before passing out.

Later, the titans are now in another part of the tower room with a single overhead lamp that enclosed the Titans in its pool of light, one of which is restrained in an examination table, practically going crazy.

"Whoo! You know what'd be fun? Let's all go out for waffles!", Cyborg shouted as he lunged forward.

"Raven, you like waffles, don't you?", Cyborg asked.

"More than life itself.", Raven responded in a deadpan tone.

"Huh. I thought I was the only one.", Terra grinned.

"We must help him.", Starfire spoke.

"No problem. I'll shrink down to the size of an amoeba, get inside of him, and then—", Beast Boy began before Raven interrupted harshly.

"And then what? Mess him up even worse?", Raven interrupted harshly.

"Raven...! Look, Beast Boy, I know you want to help him. I get that, but you really need to learn how to be careful. Until then, I'm not sure that's the best option right now.", Terra responded as Beast Boy practically got crushed.

"She has a point. We need an expert.", Robin states in agreement.

"But who? The only person qualified to repair Cyborg... is Cyborg.", Starfire pondered as she glanced back at him.

"I hate to admit it, but there is one other person.", Robin responded.

Later, the aforementioned figure was grasping a large circuit breaker switch in a dimly lit room before turning the power on with his hand then pressing a few buttons to power up the system with two more cords plugged in together before giving a usual nasty laugh, surrounded by a litter of old arcade games.

"Look out, you shoe-licking gunk stains! Gizmo's bootleg copy of Mega-Monkeys Four is about to go live!", Gizmo smirked before he got out his controller from his belt and pressed a button, causing all the screens to display the same monkey-head title card from before, not knowing that Raven's dark magic snakes along the cords and pulled them out, causing the games to turn off, making Gizmo give a shocked cry.

"Hey! What the-?", Gizmo puzzled before Robin then grabbed him by the shoulder from behind and yanked him away.

Back at the tower, the titans had already explained the situation about Cyborg, who was sleeping at the moment, to Gizmo, who gave his answer without hesitation.

"No...stinking...way. I'm not fixing that overgrown bucket of robo-scrunge...", Gizmo began as he started off before Terra glanced over to Raven.

"Raven?", Terra smirked before Raven got the gist, returning the gesture, and phased through the floor via dark portal on said ground as Gizmo finished.

"...and there's nothing you grot-slippers could ever do or say to make me say it—", Gizmo continued before Raven popped up in front of him, barring his path, and pulled her hood back to show, by indication of the shadow, snakes and tentacles on her head, making Gizmo scream with enough force to collapse a lung before she then put her hood back on with the snakes and tentacles gone as Gizmo was now shaking in his jumpsuit's boots as Terra giggled with Raven grinning to Terra.

"I'll help.", Gizmo spoke.

Later, above the room's overhead light, seen from near ground level, Gizmo popped up with a magnifying glass extending itself from his backpack and moved to his right eye with Cyborg still asleep, examining him, before gasping softly with Cyborg then stretched out horizontally.

"Ewww! Your friend is thrashed. What kind of sludge-sniffing idiot gets himself infected with the Endzone virus?", Gizmo asked with the titans giving harsh glances toward Beast Boy, practically making him shrink to at least a few inches.

"He had some help.", Beast Boy responded sheepishly.

"Do you think you can fix him?", Terra asked as Beast Boy then grew back to normal.

"Of course, I can fix him. But I gotta shrink down to microscopic size, go in, and hit the virus where it lives.", Gizmo stated.

"Yeah. Good idea.", Beast Boy sighed dejectedly.

Then, Gizmo got out his controller and tapped a button, still hovering by Cyborg's table before the magnifier retracted with a vertical shaft appearing in its place as it extended from it and formed a ring with a shower curtain coming down before he made a quick change and finished, showing that Gizmo is now wearing a green, transparent helmet, and assorted new hardware attached to his jumpsuit, not to mention two control sticks.

"What? You nose hairs never seen a shrink-suit before?", Gizmo asked.

"Maybe I should go. You can direct me from outside.", Robin advised.

"Forget it, scuzz-ball. This tech only works on me, and I work alone.", Gizmo responded as he turned his back.

"Guys? Don't look now, but Cyborg just got his second wind.", Terra spoke as she showed to the present group that Cyborg just woke up.

"Hey! Did y'all know there are four hundred and fifty-six varieties of yams? I like yams!", Cyborg shouted.

"Please. Why does he speak of subterranean vegetables?", Starfire asked.

"Isn't it obvious, Starfire? That virus is messing with his mind.", Terra responded.

"Exactly. And that's where you're gonna put me.", Gizmo added as he then tossed a large injector to Robin with Beast Boy leaning over to get a good look before Cyborg laughed and fell asleep again.

"Then, you'll probably need this.", Robin spoke as he then handed Gizmo a Titans Communication badge, much to his puzzlement.

"Why did you give me this?", Gizmo puzzled.

"Well, you were actually there at the Master of Games' Tournament of Heroes. So, that means you must've been a hero in some way. Maybe you still are.", Robin responded.

"Well…, when you put it that way.", Gizmo responded as he then put the communicator in his suit pocket.

Then, Gizmo made a few adjustments before, while beaming smugly, being enveloped in a blinding light that dissipated to show that he disappeared before the injector then gets filled with fluid, which had Gizmo inside as he switched in a light set in the front of his shrink suit.

"Okay, barf-brains. I'm in position.", Gizmo spoke before it showed Robin holding the injector as Starfire, Raven, and Terra peered at the transparent barrel and going over to Cyborg's head .

"Don't worry, Cyborg. This won't hurt a bit.", Robin assured as he extended the needle toward his sleeping face only for Cyborg to snap awake with a gasp as the top neared him.

"PIE!", Cyborg shouted excitedly as he experienced a surge that not only broke the restraints, but also practically sent all 4 titans flying, including the injector.

"No!", Terra shouted.

Meanwhile, Gizmo was tumbling willy-nilly within the fluid due to the inertia before the device clattered across the tiles.

"—on out there?", Gizmo asked before Robin tumbled after the device and stood up before noticing Cyborg trying to sink his choppers into Raven, while Starfire tried to pull him back with all her might, urging Terra to restrain the robot as best she could as she summoned a rock from beneath that restrained him by the legs and wrists.

"Hurry, Robin!", Terra shouted.

Then, with one swift motion, Robin seized the injector, aimed, and pulled the trigger only for Cyborg to tear free of the rock-like cufflinks and lunge at Raven before crashing his head into the floor with the burst of liquid striking him at an unknown spot seeing as the titans were surrounded by the dust from Cyborg's apparent rampage.

"Hot links! Aw, yeah!", Cyborg shouted as he ran straight into the wall and smashed through it, leaving behind a cloud of dust and a hole that shows that he escaped from the tower with Robin and the girls staring worriedly at it.

"Did the injection work?", Terra asked.

"I...think so.", Robin responded as he pulled out his communicator.

"Gizmo, report. Are you inside Cyborg?", Robin asked before it showed that Gizmo is now within a long pipeline which are made of his circuitry.

"Oh, I'm inside him, all right. (adjusts his controls; his screen moves down Cyborg's back) But I'm not in his brain. (Extreme close-up.) I'm in his butt.", Gizmo responded as he adjusted his controls and moved the screen down toward Cyborg's back before it showed Cyborg running away toward the shore of the tower's island.

Act III

Before long, the chase began with an overhead view of a helicopter landing pad on a building's roof in Jump City with Starfire flying in, stopping for a look around, and setting off in a new direction with Terra doing aerial surveillance before she spotted Robin and descended downward to meet him just as Starfire and Raven went down toward Robin as well as he checked the screen of his beeping communicator.

"I've got his signal. Titans! Move!", Robin urged.

"Nice shooting, spork-brains! You cludge-heads have any idea how long it's gonna take me to get from this tin can's can all the way up to his brain?!", Gizmo shouted, steaming as he pointed to each aforementioned end of Cyborg's body

"Then I suggest you stop complaining and start moving.", Robin spoke before turning to the girls.

"We need to find Cyborg and bring him home, before he hurts himself or somebody else.", Robin stated.

"Or an innocent street sign.", Raven spoke, pointing to the stop sign with Cyborg trying to remove it from the sidewalk before finally getting it loose with a happy moan on account of he sees the sign as a big lollipop while everything else to him is either a pie, hamburger, or even a milkshake among other things and then opening wide and stuffing the whole sign into his mouth, moving it back and forth.

"Okay, I don't know what's scary. The fact that he can lift a stop sign off the sidewalk, or the fact that he's eating it.", Terra commented just before Cyborg bit the whole sign off, crunching on the sheet metal.

"Okay. Definitely the latter.", Terra responded before she and the others stepped forward to try and help him.

"Take it easy, Cyborg. It's us.", Robin spoke.

"We're here to take you home.", Raven added.

"Look, you're not feeling very well and we need to get you back home so we can help you get better.", Terra added.

"You remember who we are, yes?", Starfire asked as to Cyborg, she and the others appear to be fried eggs before sobbing with tears pouring down.

"You're the nasty egg people who stole all my waffles!", Cyborg shouted before throwing the sign pole at them like a javelin.

"Look out!", Robin shouted just before Terra lifted up a rock with the pole hitting the rock as it approached a complete stop before clinking harmlessly you the ground, earning nothing Terra's sigh of relief and then Cyborg's whimpering before he ran off wailing.

"Um...where's Beast Boy?", Raven asked.

"Now that you mention it, I haven't seen him. Unless...", Terra spoke before realizing something.

"Oh, no. Oh, no, he didn't!", Terra exclaimed, her eyes widened.

Meanwhile, inside Cyborg, Gizmo was venting his frustrations.

"Ruzzin-fruzzin Titans! Fix this guy? I don't even like this guy! Oughta blast his stinking CPU to—", Gizmo began before something cruised behind him, making him stop speaking and then turned toward the source behind him, ready to fire as he raised his blaster.

"Munch crud, viro-scum!", Gizmo shouted before firing several shots, forcing it to retreat to a nearby spot and peep from said spot.

"Dude, cut it out!", Beast Boy shouted as he moved forward a bit.

"What the-? Blob Boy?", Gizmo puzzled one shock before the green cell moved up, showing a sad face.

"I'm here to help.", Beast Boy responded.

"Oh, lucky stinking me. A goop-bag with a nucleus for a brain. You're gonna be loads of help.", Gizmo spoke sarcastically before he moved away.

"My friend's the one in trouble. So, I'm here whether you like it or not.", Beast Boy responded as he followed him.

"Hey, birdbrain. You hearing this crud?", Gizmo asked before a hologram of Robin's head appeared.

"Yes, and it's a good idea. You've got a partner now, Gizmo. Deal with it. But, Beast Boy, for Cyborg's sake... please don't touch anything.", Robin requested before disappearing as Beast Boy's face fell flat from these words only for him to notice a blaster seemingly aimed at him.

"Don't move.", Gizmo warmed.

"Are you kidding me with this? Robin just said we have to work toge—", Beast Boy began Gizmo fired, only for it to hit a black, demonic, monkey-like creature marked with patches of lurid pink while its eyes and mouth are outlined yellow and its teeth are white, making it screech in Pain before giving a slight angry hiss at Gizmo and then chittering as it scurried away right before screeching again as it grabbed Beast Boy.

"Hey! Hold still so I can blast it, you mush-for-brains!", Gizmo shouted before Beast Boy wriggled out just in time for the demonic monkey to get blown away by the blaster.

"Awesome! We kicked its monkey virus butt! Mission accomplished!", Beast Boy grinned as he kicked with his "leg" and moved his "arms".

"Wake up, pinhead. That was only a chimp drone. There could be thousands of 'em. We have to delete the viral core.", Gizmo spoke before moving away.

"Oh, I knew that. I was just testing you. And you passed. Congratulations.", Beast Boy congratulates before following him.

"Just try to stay outta my way.", Gizmo responded.

Meanwhile, Cyborg was walking along, blissfully chomping at an uprooted parking meter with coins in his mouth before stopping to see Robin throw a weighted net at the AWOL Titan only for a lifted meter to get wrapped in the ropes before Cyborg spun it around as if twirling a forkful of spaghetti, slurping the net off the meter, and then taking off before Robin could catch him as inside Cyborg's body, Beast Boy was hurtling along with Gizmo not far behind as he fired at a few monkey drones, one of which jumped up. Later, customers checking out the wares are suddenly surprised when Cyborg popped up and devoured as many wares as he could find in every stall just before Robin, Starfire, Terra, and Raven arrived only for Cyborg, who was busy eating the lamp, to notice them before taking off only for them to follow with Cyborg then eating a pay phone right off the stand before taking off, leaving the stupefied titans behind. Inside Cyborg's body, Gizmo eyed an access port in the side of the conduit and got it open. No sooner did the cover open that Beast Boy spotted him, making Gizmo freeze up before he then grinned sheepishly and closed the port and took off with Beast Boy keeping an eye on him.

Meanwhile, at the city, Cyborg was seemingly chomping away at an assorted pile of normal food only to notice Robin, Terra, Starfire, and Raven staring in shock as Cyborg was actually eating numerous bouquets of flowers before Cyborg took off once again with the titans chasing after him as Cyborg laughed crazily. Inside Cyborg's body, a sort of gate opens partway, revealing Gizmo and Beast Boy on the other side before Gizmo went through to the other side with the door closing and opening again. After the 2nd repetition, Gizmo urged him forward only for Beast Boy to get through too late and get caught in-between the doors, which released him, allowing him to slide down limply with Gizmo laughing while doing sommersaults in midair. Moments later, Cyborg was now in a junkyard, eating a pipe completely and drinking a can of oil before noticing, much to his chagrin, Starfire and Raven, both of which are a pineapple and a stick of broccoli to him, making Cyborg grin eagerly before jumping up and running after them. Before long, it was now evening as Cyborg was shaking up an ATM angrily.

"You can keep your sprinkles, I need raspberry filling!", Cyborg shouted before his face turned bright scarlet and he then smashed the screen with his fist, making it spew money all over him with Cyborg eating the money with both cheeks bulging.

Fortunately, the money doesn't quite agree with him, making Cyborg spit the money out and wipe his mouth.

"No, not macaroni!", Cyborg shouted before he then grabbed the ATM byt its sides and throttled it violently before noticing Starfire, Terra, Raven, and Robin, all worried for him as the boy wonder cautiously stepped closer to Cyborg.

"Easy, Cyborg. We don't want to hurt you. Just drop the ATM and no one gets hurt.", terra assured before Cyborg did drop the ATM only to run away immediately after that, not knowing that a dark hand print was left on the ATM's side before the machine grew and then suddenly exploded, stunning the titans.

"What?! Since when can Cyborg do that?", Terra spoke in surprise.

"Cyborg's virus has made sick the machine of money.", Starfire responded.

"And if this is what it does to an ATM machine...", Raven realized before Robin understood what she meant.

"There's no telling what it can do to everything else. Come on!", Robin urged before they set off.

Back inside Cyborg, a thick, multicolored strand of pink-purple goo stretched vertically from the floor to the ceiling is present as a monkey drone scooted toward it and was promptly blown away by a shot from Gizmo from an overhead hatch before getting out as Beast Boy hung back at the edge with his "hand" stuck in a sort of small goo.

"Nasty! So what is this stuff, anyway?", Beast Boy asked as he and Gizmo noticed more strands nearby.

"Leftovers. The virus is feeding on his circuits. And judging by how scuzzed up they are, I'd say we're getting close to his brain.", Gizmo responded before the duo then noticed another passage nearby and saw a light red mass coming down upon them.

"And...what are those?", Beast Boy puzzled.

"White blood cells! Cy-Booger's human immune system thinks we're the virus! Run!", Gizmo shouted in panic before they fled with the white blood cells chasing after them with Beast Boy getting stuck for a moment before wiggling out while Gizmo got stuck soon after before Beast boy stopped and noticed him in danger before he then had to go back for him and eat him with a yell before escaping with Gizmo along for the ride as white blood cells followed them in pursuit.

Back at the city, a young girl was wailing as she pointed toward Cyborg, who has already sunk his hooks into a teddy bear, which was about to go down, much to Terra's shock and anger.

"All right, that's it! Enough is enough!", Terra shouted before then launching a rock toward Cyborg, hitting him with enough force to make him cough out the teddy bear before Terra caught it and gave it back to the young girl, calming her tears.

"Here you go.", Terra grinned before the young girl hugged it tightly with a relieved sigh.

"Thank you.", the girl thanked.

"Don't mention it.", Terra grinned before then giving a glare toward Cyborg.

"This has gone too far, Cyborg!", Terra shouted.

"You think that's too far, Ms. Egghead? This is too far!", Cyborg argued as he then seized a nearby Soda machine and prepared to yank it up so he can chuck it at Terra only for him to laugh as he noticed a distant satellite dish.

"On second thought, you're not worth my time.", Cyborg spoke before setting the machine down and then taking off just as the soda machine started to suffer a similar explosion with several soda cans hooting out of the machine before a dark barrier covered the machine and exploded, knocking the shield down, before Raven, Starfire, and Robin caught up.

"Wow. He sure left in a hurry. But why?", Terra pondered before Robin turned to notice the reason, a satellite dish nearby.

"The city's communication hub! If he infects that transmitter coil, the virus will spread to every machine within a hundred miles!", Robin urged before the titans started running.

Meanwhile, Inside Cyborg, Beast Boy carried the yelling Gizmo as fast as he can move with the white blood cells chasing them before Gizmo got an idea and sent out a long cable shooting forward out of Beast Boy's mouth and toward a thick strand of virus waste that stood a short way down an adjoining tunnel before they rocketed past the turn with the line snapping tight and their momentum carrying them back into the new passage, safely out of reach of the white blood cells before the duo enter a new conduit with Gizmo retracting the line with Beast Boy taking off.

Later, Beast Boy released Gizmo, who slithered down onto a thick, metal pipe, and gave out cries of revulsion.

"So..., we're just gonna pretend this never happened. Deal?", Beast Boy asked before Gizmo glared at him with Robin popping up on the comm.

"Gizmo! Beast Boy! Report!", Robin shouted.

"Eh, blow it out your cake-hole.", Gizmo retorted before Beast Boy yelped in surprise with Robin snarling through gritted teeth with a vein even throbbing in hi sforehead.

"I think he means we're almost there.", Beast Boy assured.

"Almost isn't good enough.", Robin responded.

"Don't rush me, scuzz-breath. The rate this virus is spreading, I don't even know if I can fix him anymore.", Gizmo discouraged.

"You have to. If the virus isn't stopped, Cyborg could wreck the entire city!", Robin urged.

"And I'm the idiot who wrecked Cyborg.", Beast Boy realized sadly before hanging his head down in shame.

Act IV

Later, Gizmo clamped a sort of battery pack-looking device onto a post with three buttons on it.

"That oughta do it.", Gizmo spoke.

"That oughta do what?", Beast Boy asked.

"Simple. If Cyborg tries to wreck the city, this'll shut him down but good.", Gizmo responded.

"But...you'll be able to turn him back on, right?", Beast Boy asked before Gizmo pressed the center button.

"Don't know, don't care.", Gizmo retorted before Beast Boy shoved him.

"I don't care if this virus wrecks the whole world! I'm not letting you hurt my friend!', Beast Boy refused before hitting the center button, powering the unit down.

"Yeah. That's your job, isn't it?", Gizmo retorted, which was a low blow to Beast Bow before he and Gizmo started off the way they came.

"We'll find a way to stop the virus in time...somehow.", Beast Boy assured with Gizmo then giving it some thought as he looked back for a moment before then turning back to Beast Boy while following him.

Meanwhile, Cyborg was very close to the satellite dish, which to him is an ice cream sundae with a cherry on top, making him drool.

"Oooooh! That is one big cherry!", Cyborg spoke eagerly before licking his chops and then bursting through the gates only for Robin to stop him with Cyborg then snorting like a bull and then charging in toward him with a straight charge, knocking Robin back before Raven then dropped a couple of walls in Cyborg's path before building a mini house around him with no doors before she descended only for the trap to explode, knocking Raven back before she landed on the ground with Cyborg laughing crazily as he charged in only for rock-like restraints to appear and bolt him to the ground and stop Cyborg from going any further before Cyborg turned to notice Terra, who had a look of concern for him.

But Cyborg was prepared this time. He then turned his hand into a driller and drilled the rock off of him to appoint where he can run ahead and climb the ladder only for star bolts to hit near Cyborg, who then turned around to notice Starfire, who was looking at him in concern as well before Cyborg then fired at her, prompting her to dodge the blast, which not only hit one of the installations, but also hit Starfire with the last blast.

"Starfire!", Terra shouted before Robin arrived just in time to catch her, albeit with hair badly disheveled and eyes spinning in swirls with terra glaring at Cyborg, who was still slavering and gave them a glare of his own before he started to climb the ladder and eagerly made his way across the rungs for the cherry on top.

Meanwhile, Gizmo and Beast Boy headed along a conduit, before quickly noticing that the walls are thickly infested with monkey virus drones.

"They're gonna eat us!", Beast Boy shouted before noticing no movement from them apart from calm chittering.

"Uh...how come they're not trying to eat us?", Beast Boy asked.

"Because they're not stupid, stupid. The virus knows we can't stop it, and so do I. This is a waste of skunking time.", Gizmo responded as he moved away only for Beast Boy to block him.

"Hey! You want to go for another ride? Then keep on moving.", Beast Boy urged before Gizmo then turned around and went forward as Beast Boy urged before the monkey virus drones then briefly parted, allowing them to move toward a clear tunnel only to find inside, a sort of demonic Gorilla, who growled softly.

"The viral core. In theory..., I just have to nail it with my anti-viral program, and it'll get deleted.", Gizmo stated as he got out his blaster and aimed only for the brain to shake slightly, puzzling Gizmo before the Gorilla Core then leered over toward Gizmo with a soft glare.

"Scanning... Scanning…", the gorilla spoke in a computerized voice before Gizmo's image in its vision dissolved into a crude graphic of itself as well as the blaster Gizmo was carrying.

"Scanning... Anti-viral code: obsolete. Threat: minor. Deletion: imminent.", the gorilla core spoke before he then lurched his hands toward Gizmo, who not only had an idea, but also hurriedly dodged the gorilla and took off through the pathway but not before dropping the blaster.

"Hey! Get back here!", Beast Boy shouted.

"Just keep it busy!", Gizmo urged as he flew to the exit.

Then, Beast Boy turned back and then headed for the blaster, but despite its size, the gorilla core was too quick for him as he then pounded the blaster to dust with his fist.

"That may not be able to stop you, but I will!", Beast Boy spoke before the Gorilla core scanned Beast Boy this time.

"Scanning...", the gorilla core spoke as it scanned him while Beast Boy appeared like a computerized version of himself in its eyes.

"Single-celled organism. Threat: zero. Deletion: imminent.", the gorilla core spoke as he went for beast Boy, who had to flee from him.

Meanwhile, Cyborg eagerly made his way toward the satellite dish, not knowing that Starfire, Terra, and Robin were right behind him with Starfire, having recovered from the sonic cannon blast, carrying Robin by the arms while Robin tossed his grappling hook toward Cyborg, wrapping itself around him with Robin and Starfire pulling him back as hard as they could, but it didn't do anything before Terra helped them out as she strained along with them, although Cyborg is starting to slow down some, before Raven appeared through the roof and then fired a black burst downward and use several underground pipes to stop Cyborg from advancing. But it didn't do any good as after a few moments of struggling, Cyborg finally burst through the defenses, knocking all 4 titans back before Cyborg then made it to the base of the dish just as Robin got back up.

Meanwhile, inside Cyborg's body, Gizmo hurtled along the conduit, not knowing that the monkey drones spotted him.

"If I can reconfigure it fast enough to target just those drones and that core, the bomb should be able to take care of them either way.", Gizmo spoke before he eventually noticed several monkey drones coming after him.

"Oh, great. More drones!", Gizmo spoke before one of the monkey drones jumped at Gizmo and then screeched as it snatched the detonator from Gizmo's waist and chowed down on it before scooting forward with a primal screech with Gizmo focusing on the pursuing drones.

"Eat electrons, you pit-sniffing monkeys!", Gizmo shouted before firing missles at the drones, which hit some of them only for the rest to continue pursuing him, urging him to advance forward while taking down a few more drones.

"Now, to reconfigure the frequency.", Gizmo spoke before getting to work on it as he pulled out the remote detonator and started adjusting the bomb's frequency as a flashing yellow light then changed into a flashing green one.

Back on the dish, Cyborg was drooling and moaning softly at the sight of the center when Robin suddenly jumped onto his back and held on a few seconds before Starfire plowed into him with Terra joining her before Raven formed a shield around them with her powers a few more seconds after that, doing her best to hold them all in, but Cyborg's virus was adversely affecting the shield, urging her to run for cover before it finally exploded in a huge flash with all four titans sent sliding across the dish's concave surface while Cyborg moved on toward the antenna.

Back inside Cyborg's brain, the gorilla core slammed down after the frantically dodging Beast Boy, and the core began to fire at him with laser eyes as Beast Boy made a beeline for Gizmo's exit, only for him to block it and run toward him. As he flew forward, he noticed the laser eyes headed right for him before they hit him, making him briefly turn into a green skull with crossbones before dropping to the floor with a weak moan with the gorilla core then picking him up.

"Single-celled organism. Mental capacity: zero. Programming ability: zero. Mathematical aptitude: zero.", the gorilla core spoke, unknowingly giving Beast Boy an idea as a light bulb popped up by his head

"Endzone, superior. Single-celled organism, inferior.", Endzone continued.

"You know, this cell may stink at math, but I can still multiply!", Beast Boy spoke before then slinking down and starting to multiply as he started overwhelming Endzone with numerous numbers as he laughed.

"Scanning...processor...overwhelmed.", Endzone spoke as he started to get overwhelmed with his screech not only getting distorted into that of a shutdown, but also getting drowned out by Beats Boy's laughter as his multiple microbes surged out of the reactor.

Meanwhile, Gizmo was still making a break for the EMP bomb as he was just finishing up on adjustments.

"Almost… there! Now, all that's left to do is to send those viro-monkeys packing.", Gizmo smirked as he spotted the bomb only to notice that the monkey drones have taken over the area and are moving to intercept as they leapt up toward him with a screech, barely giving Gizmo any time to fire at them as they overpowered him.

"Hey! Get off of me! My suit!", Gizmo shouted as the monkey drones then practically grounded him by dismantling his floatation device, prompting the genius to drag himself forward as best he could despite the formidable strength of the viral primates before managing to get one hand on the machine before ginning and extending his index finger.

"Say good night, viro-scrunge!", Gizmo smirked before pressing the center button, causing it to turn from green to blue before emitting waves that adversely affected the monkey drones as they started to act as though they were in the fritz before powering down as their screeches distorted and fell down with the circuitry still running.

"Heh. That takes care of them. Now, how do I get out of here?", Gizmo asked just before a tremor appeared as if to answer, puzzling him before noticing, much to his shock, multiple Beast Boys before they filled the whole area, dragging Gizmo along with him.

Meanwhile, Cyborg was getting dangerously close to the flashing red globe on the satellite dish's antenna, sparks arcing everywhere and was about to take a bite of the "cherry" when he suddenly came to his senses and pulled his head back.

"What the? How did I get all the way up there?", Cyborg puzzled before getting a sudden windup for a sneeze.

"Ah… ah… ah.. CHOO!", Cyborg sneezed, spewing both Gizmo and Beast Boy out as they all screamed in fright.

Then, Cyborg finally stopped sparking, but groaned as his red eye and blue circuit lights powered down and drivels of snot and drool dribbled down while his natural eye rolled back in his head before losing his balance and falling off the antenna only to get caught by Terra's rock podium from outside the area.

"Phew.", Terra sighed before setting the now unconscious titan down gently with Robin, Starfire, and raven joining Terra.

"Cyborg! Cyborg, answer me!', Robin urged before no response, but instead, a couple of labored breaths.

"Wait. I think he's starting to come out of it.", Terra spoke before, after a second, his hand moved slightly and all his lights came back on with a groan, met with the titan's joyful faces.

"You're okay!", Terra grinned before Cyborg sat up, rubbing his head and clutching his gut.

"What happened? Aw, my stomach! Feels like I ate a tire!", Cyborg spoke before he then gave a burp.

"That's a distinct possibility.", Raven responded.

"Then you are all right?", Starfire asked.

"I think so. Something musta overloaded my systems and triggered an automatic reboot. After that, virus protection came back online. Whatever got into me, it's out.", Cyborg spoke as he wiped his nose.

"Beast Boy! He really did it!", Terra grinned before Cyborg then saw the smear and got disgusted.

"Aw, man, that better not be who I think it is.", Cyborg reacted before Terra giggled in response.

Later, at night, Beast Boy was regaling his tale.

"And then, after we waded through all this black goop to get inside your brain, that's when we saw the viral core named Endzone, which was practically a big gorilla with a mechanical voice!", Beast Boy spoke to Cyborg, who was now sitting on the couch, draped around his neck with Starfire standing next to him with a bowl of soup.

"Whoa! I appreciate what you did for me, but, dude, please. It's hard enough knowing you were running around inside me. I don't need to know what else was there.", Cyborg spoke before Robin put an arm around Beast Boy's shoulders.

"I have to hand it to you, Beast Boy. What you did was—", Robin began before Raven spoke up.

"—Pretty clever...for you.", Raven finished.

"I may not be smart enough to do everything, but I'm dumb enough to try anything.", Beast Boy responded.

"Uh, I realize he was a cruel diminutive criminal who speaks the mean words and is not our friend… but still, I wonder. What became of Gizmo?", Starfire asked as Cyborg tried the soup only to get a bad reaction from it before it then showed Terra escorting Gizmo back to where he was plucked away by Robin.

"Well, let's just say he's starting to get a little better at thinking of others. Even if he is kind of a jerk.", Beast Boy responded as Terra arrived at said point.

"Thanks for fixing him, Gizmo. It really means a lot.", Terra thanked.

"Yeah? Well, you can thank me by keeping your mouth shut about it. In other words…, don't mention it.", Gizmo responded bluntly.

"Okay. Well…, bye.", Terra responded before taking off on her podium, leaving Gizmo behind, not knowing that he was glancing back with a sort of hopeful look.

A/N: So, what'd you think? Bet you didn't expect to see Gizmo's character development in there, huh? Well, it might be just as well considering that he did appear as a hero in the Master of Games' Tournament of Heroes in "Winner Take All". Also, there will also be a couple new stories for "Close Enough: A Regular Show" as you know, and "Teen Titans", the latter of which would be taking place within said rewrite as a little something for Misaki Ayuzawa234, and it will not only start off before this episode begins, but it will also be coming soon either this week or the next at any day. Now, to get to work on my chapter for "Hulk and Red She-Hulk". :)
