Out With It

"I honestly don't know which is more annoying," a certain raven-haired junior mumbled under his breath as he and his blond best friend made their way to their classroom, "the day itself or the stupid traditions it imposes." Beside him, Naruto grinned before patting him on the back a little too hard.

"Cheer up, teme! Valentine's day is great!" the blond exclaimed, swinging his arm, gesturing to the surroundings. "Just look around you! It's not every day people get to walk around with the freedom to be as affectionate as they want!"

"Hn," Sasuke shoved his hands in his pockets. "What's stopping them from doing that every other day? Face it, dobe, it's just some stupid made-up holiday for hopeless romantics who think their chances of landing a date increase just because everyone else is suddenly as desperate as them." He saw the blond visibly slump.

"Well you're being an extra pain in the ass today," Naruto muttered, continuing his way to their classroom where more than half of the female population of Konoha Academy was waiting, much to Sasuke's displeasure. The moment one of them saw the incoming Uchiha, she went ahead and caused a domino-effect scream.

"Sasuke-sama is here!"

"Sasuke-kun! Hi!"

"Ohayo, Sasuke-sama!"

"Sasuke-sama, be my Valentine please!"

"Sasuke-sama notice me! I made this chocolate cake for you!"

"Sasuke-sama! No! Pick me to be your Valentine please!"

Even Naruto couldn't help but roll his eyes at his best friend's fangirls' antics. It was like this every year, well, everyday there was always some girl waiting by the door or by his locker or in the cafeteria, but Valentines seems to make them think their chances get a little better. He didn't need to look at the dark-haired teen to know he was looking at him expectantly.

Somewhere in their 17 years of friendship, it had become his unspoken job to take care of Sasuke's annoying horde of fangirls. With a groan, he walked up to the group of girls.

"I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Sasuke-teme's already got a girlfriend. So you should all just get lost," he told the group of girls whose voices seemed to raise two octaves whenever anyone pointed this out.

"If he has a girlfriend already, where is she huh?"

"Yeah, how come we never see her around?"

"We'll stop the moment he actually announces who she is instead of keeping her a secret!"

"No one is good enough for Sasuke-sama!"

In the middle of it all, the said Uchiha somehow managed to slip past the girls and gotten into their homeroom. He made a mental note to thank the Dobe later by treating him to some ramen.

"Man, they just never stop, do they?" Naruto commented, sitting down on his chair next to the raven-haired boy. "For an asshole who has zero social etiquette, you sure know how to keep 'em coming." He earned a glare from the local heartthrob, making him raise his hands in mocked surrender.

"Can you please tell your loyal army of admirers to stop blocking the door," a new yet ultimately familiar voice demanded.

Shifting their faze, their eyes immediately landed on her baby pink hair before noticing her unique emerald eyes that seemed clouded with irritation, hand placed on her hip while the other supported her weight as she leaned forward on the Uchiha's desk. "Honestly, if you have all that power, you might as well tell them to do volunteer work or something. Kami knows they'd eat shit if you told them to."

"Woah, what's got you in such a bad mood, Sakura-Chan?" the blond asked as his other best friend pushed herself off Sasuke's desk and took her own seat in front of the said Uchiha. "You normally love Valentine's Day."

"That was before I became part of the student council and was opened to the painstaking amount of work that came with preparing the paperwork and actual execution of tonight's events," she turned to the local heartthrob. "By any chance could you tell your fan club to help us out?" she asked, chin resting on the back of her palm while the rest of her arm was folded over the back of her chair.

Sasuke gave her a look, thinking it over. Truth be told, he really didn't care about the struggles of the student council, especially since a certain Neji Hyuga was part of it. He had half a mind to tell Sakura to man up since she signed up for this the moment she joined, but knew the consequences of such a thing. His eyes went to the red armband she wore, symbolizing her membership. He'd gotten pretty good at ignoring the screams of his admirers to the point where it was practically muted, but if he tried, he could still hear them outside the door. Feeling the weight of Sakura's stare, he sighed.

"Aah, fine." Even when he closed his eyes he could practically see the grin that made its way to her face.

"Cool! guess you're not so useless after all, teme!"

After the bell rang, signaling the end of the day, Sasuke found it almost comical how fast the rosette shot out of her chair to get to the council office. It was unusual for a junior to get chosen as vice president, but she was Hyuga's personal choice. Tch. Whatever. If he knew, Neji just chose Sakura to get on his nerves - to have a close friend of Sasuke working so closely with him, of course, the Hyuga bastard jumped at the chance.

"Ne, teme!" Naruto called, jogging to catch up with him. "Where we heading?"

Sasuke didn't grace him with an answer, choosing instead to keep going, earning more than a couple of huffs and grumbles from his blond companion. It was easy to spot who he was looking for, although he really wished he could avoid this. Naruto, spotting a familiar mop of red hair, immediately perked up.

"Why are we headed to Karin?" he couldn't help but ask. She was his cousin after all, and judging from all the times she's called him asking to be introduced to his best friend, he could tell she was part of the fan club. He grabbed his companion's arm.

"What is it, Dobe?" an irritated Sasuke asked, glaring at the blond. He wanted to get this over with.

"What are you gonna do?" Naruto asked, disapproval lacing his tone. True, they weren't close, but she was family nonetheless. He didn't want Sasuke to be playing any tricks on her.

"I'm not," the raven-haired boy said, as if reading his mind. He pulled his arm away from his best friend's grasp. "I figured she could have a couple of friends who are willing to do me the favor of helping Sakura with the manpower they need for tonight."

Naruto stilled for a second. Since when did Sasuke do what other people told him to do? The said boy simply sighed when he told him just that.

"Honestly, do you want to deal with a pissed of Sakura?" he asked, continuing on his way to the redhead. Naruto followed shortly.

"Hey, cous!" the blond called, knowing Sasuke would never talk to her first. Never in a million years. Sure, she was relatively louder than the others, but he knew his best friend still found the girl annoying.

Karin looked up from her locker at the voice of her cousin and felt her heart jump to her throat when she saw who he was with. She could only smile as the two made their way to her. Was this it? Was it finally happening?

"You busy?" Naruto asked while Sasuke simply leaned again the row of lockers, looking like he couldn't care less about what was going on, but oh well. Being around Sasuke was enough for her.

"Not really, no. Why?"

Much to her surprise, it was Sasuke who answered.

"A friend of ours is low on manpower for the event tonight, asked us if we knew people who could help. Considering all you and your friends do is follow me around, why not make yourselves useful for once. Help or not, I don't care, just figured you people must be useful for something." He pushed himself off the locker and walked away, leaving Naruto to deal with his cousin who looked about ready to faint.

"Sorry about him, he can really be an asshole some-"

"Does he really have a girlfriend, Naruto?" the girl asked.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"The rumors going around about him having a girlfriend," she wasn't looking at him but at the retreating back of her crush. "Is it true? You've said it a dozen times to most girls, but how come we've never seen her or even know of her?"

The blond studied her for a few seconds, which Karin considered to be a good thing. if he was contemplating on whether to tell her or not, that must mean there's something to tell, right?

"Honestly, I don't know." He finally said.

Karin turned to him faster than she's ever looked at someone before. "What? What do you mean?"

Naruto sighed, running a hand through his hair before clasping them together behind his head. "I mean, I don't know. He says he does, but he's never really told me who it is. Normally, I'd wonder if just messing with me, but he does seem happier. I know most people don't see it, but he looks more...alive. You know what I mean?" He turned to her, wanting to see her reaction. The girl could only nod.

The knock on the door didn't even catch her attention until someone pointed it out.

"Sakura-chan, you have a visitor." The pink-haired junior only waved her hand, not bothering to look at who it was, too busy checking off things that had been done, still being done, and needed to be done. Neji was in the school park, supervising the arrangement and setting of booths. In a few minutes, she'd have to go over there too to see if he needed help with anything, which, judging from the situation in the office alone, she's pretty sure they did.

"You look like you're about to throw up." She nearly jumped at the sudden statement, too absorbed in what she was doing to even notice someone had approached her. Turning around, she came face to face with none other than Uchiha Sasuke leaning against one of the desks in the office, hands coolly shoved in his pockets.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" she asked just as someone asked her where certain boxes were needed. "Take it to the gardens and ask whoever's in charge of the decorations," she ordered before turning her attention back to a certain dark-haired boy.

"Just wanted to let you know I talked to one of them and hopefully they'll show up," he said, eyes roaming the room, secretly thanking Kami he hadn't let her talk him into running.

''Sakura-chan, Neji-san said once you were done here you should head over to the venue.'' One of the committee members said, lightly blushing when she noticed Sasuke's presence. "K-konichiwa Sasuke-san." He didn't even bother replying, choosing instead to give the girl a dismissive look.

"You need to stop doing that," the rosette said, rolling her eyes before doing one last double-check. Holding up her finger, telling him to hold on for a minute. "Okay, that's pretty much everything we need. Those working on the paperwork for the equipment borrowed, stay here and finish them, once you have, give them to Tenten. The rest of you, go to the venue and help set up."

Sasuke had never thought of her as bossy. Yeah sure, she had her moments, but it was always in a girly way, usually related to her hormones or whatever. Looking at her now, taking full control of a room filled to the brim with tension and chaos and keeping everything running smoothly was a completely new aspect of her he hadn't seen. In the back of his mind, he could practically hear his father praising the young student. She turned back to him just as he schooled his features back into one of indifference.

"Anyway, I have to go to Neji and make sure he hasn't traumatized any of the lower years. I'll look for you and Naruto later, thanks." Without waiting for his response, she turned her heel and left the room.

"I have to say," Neji said, looking at the finished product of this year's student council and committee heads, "I'm impressed you were able to keep up, Sakura."

The said pink-haired junior grinned at the Hyuga before her eyes caught the group of girls talking to a girl with bright pink hair.

"Well, actually, we wouldn't have gotten things done if it weren't for Sasuke-kun." She felt Neji's pale eyes land on her.

"I haven't seen Sasuke all afternoon," he said, an air of indignance coating his words.

"See that group of girls?" Sakura gestured with her chin. Neji followed, and true enough there was the group of unlikely volunteers. "That's his fan club. He talked them into helping. Maybe you should do the same with your, ey Ne-ji-kun?" she teased, laughing when he shot her a glare.

"I have no fan club and even if I did, I would not waste my time entertaining them," he said with a finality that indicated the conversation on this topic was over. "Why don't you go home and rest before the festivities start? I'm sure your two bodyguards are waiting for you." He walked away just as Tenten made her way to the venue.

Naruto and Sasuke were waiting for her underneath the Sakura tree outside of school. The sun was setting and with every passing minute Naruto was wondering whether he should just ditch his brooding best friend and take the opportunity to talk to his girlfriend without her overprotective cousin hovering around them. After all, if Neji was busy, Hinata would have to wait for him, and she needed to get home before a certain time which meant he could offer to walk her home and Neji would have no choice but to agree.

"Just go ahead, Dobe," Sasuke sighed as if reading his mind. Turning to the raven-haired boy, he raised an eyebrow.

"You sure, teme?"

"Tch. I'm pretty sure Sakura wouldn't mind. She loves your relationship with Hinata," he answered, rolling his eyes. Naruto gave him one of his signature grins before pushing himself off the ground and running to the student council office where his girlfriend was most likely waiting for her cousin.

Sasuke closed his eyes, leaning against the tree enjoying the rare times of peace he had in his life. It wasn't that he hated Naruto's company – he'd gotten used to his loud and obnoxious antics over the years, but that didn't mean he wanted to be around it 24/7.

"You look peaceful." He didn't have to open his eyes to know who it was.

"I was until you showed up," he said, opening his eyes to find a girl with bright pink hair in front of him. "What do you want?"

Karin fidgeted with her fingers for a couple of seconds before answering. "I just wanted to ask you something."

The Uchiha raised his eyebrows expectantly. When she didn't understand his nonverbal cue, he sighed. "Then ask."

Part of her wished Naruto was here – he could always make everything a little less nerve-wracking. Sensing that Sasuke was getting impatient, she forced herself to ask the question she's been mulling over all day.

"Do you really have a girlfriend?"

The question didn't surprise him in the slightest. He figured someone was bound to ask him sooner or later, but he was honest, he expected it to come from Naruto, not his nosy cousin who couldn't keep her nose from his business. He studied her for a split second, wondering whether or not he should grace her with an answer. He had more to gain if he told the truth and he knew more people would be bugging him about it sooner or later. If Karin knew he had a girlfriend, the news would inevitably make its way to his fan club, which would, hopefully, put a stop to their creepily obsessive ways.

"Yeah, I do." He could see the hurt that initially passed through her features before it got replaced with skepticism. He internally groaned. It didn't seem like she was going to let this slide so easily.

"How come we don't know who she is?" she challenged, making him roll his eyes.

"I'm under no obligation to broadcast it over the morning announcement," he told her matter-of-factly. "Unless you haven't noticed, I'm a very private person."

"And she's perfectly fine with dating one of the most sought-after students in the entire Academy without staking a claim?" Ugh. Was she really going to do this?

"My girlfriend is more mature than that. Both of us agreed we didn't want to deal with whatever came with other people knowing we're dating." Why was he even going through the trouble of explaining this?

"Then why date at all when you don't want other people to know?"

"Because I love her!" The look of utter heartbreak that took over her face was overwhelmingly obvious, but he honestly didn't care. She wanted answers so she got them.

"I love her and I've been her friend for far too long and the moment she even looked at me as more than a friend I took the chance before she could change her mind. All of you are so aggressive I'm sure you're gonna go around harassing her. I'm pretty sure she could take you on because Kami knows He blessed that girl with superhuman strength and a glare that could scare even Kakashi-sensei, but it's all annoyingly unnecessary. Hell, even Naruto doesn't know, but I'm pretty sure that's just because the idiot's so dense he wouldn't even see it if she kicked him in the shins." The door behind the girl opened, and Sasuke couldn't help but silently thank the girl for her timing. He pushed himself up from the ground and gave the girl a final nod.

"It sucks that you've got some obsessive crush on me, but that's not my fault. I'm under no obligation to apologize." He said with such finality and with absolutely zero remorse, it hit her for the first time how cold he truly was.

Karin was about to answer when...

"Ne, Sasuke-kun, where's Naruto?" the student council vice president asked.

Everyone knew Haruno Sakura. It was hard not to know the only girl Sasuke Uchiha would willingly spend time with and could put him and Naruto in their place, not to mention that she was one of the few girls who didn't cry under Neji Hyuga's scrutinizing eye. Karin's met her a few times over the years, but they were far from being friends. As if she just noticed her, the rosette gave her a quick smile.

"Oh, hi Karin-san," she greeted before realizing what she walked in on. Shifting her gaze from the raven-haired boy to the neon-haired girl, she raised a questioning eyebrow. "Am I interrupting or..."

"The Dobe went to Hinata," Sasuke answered, and Karin knew their conversation was over, "told us not to wait up. Come on, I'm tired and I want to have a few minutes of peace before I'm forced to deal with this again."

"You know you don't have to come, right?"

Karin watched the exchange, her feet not wanting to move no matter how much she willed them. She didn't know who was more surprised by what he said next, her or Haruno.

"I go where my girlfriend goes. End of discussion." He grabbed her hand, intertwined their fingers, and practically dragged her away from her before she even had time to process what she just heard.

"What did Karin want?" Sakura asked when the said girl was out of earshot. Sasuke shrugged, not letting go of her hand. "Did you get another confession?"

"She asked if the rumors about my girlfriend were true," he answered, pulling her closer so their shoulders were touching while they walked.

Sakura nodded, immediately understanding his actions. They had agreed to keep their relationship lowkey, even Naruto didn't know about it and it's been over half a year. At first, it was to see who would notice, but when no one did, they just went along with it. If she's being honest, it was actually fun keeping something this big – at least for them – from their friends.

Of course, Sasuke had to say he had a girlfriend whenever someone confessed their undying love for him, but because he was never seen being romantic with anyone, people just thought it was something he said to keep the fangirls away – which did not work at all, mind you. Was she ever jealous? Well, she would be if Sasuke weren't so...Sasuke. He didn't even like being around his friends, much more other girls he didn't give a damn about. Sasuke being jealous on the other hand –

If there was one thing she didn't expect him to be, it was jealous, and boy was it irritating to deal with. He once pointed out her, in his words, horde of admirers, but she just shrugged them off. Compared to his admirers, a couple of boys were nothing. It wasn't as if she even gave her much of her time. The downside, is that she had to interact with her admirers every now and again because the majority of them were part of the council, not to mention that being Neji's right hand meant that she had to closely work with her boyfriend's archrival. Other boys, he considered annoying, but not really a threat like a certain Rock Lee.

"I'm going to tell our friends about us tonight," he suddenly said, pulling her out of her reverie.

"What do you mean?" She raised an eyebrow. She was perfectly fine with how things were with them, if that was what he was worried about. She opened her mouth to tell him that but stopped herself when he saw the intensity of his gaze.

Sasuke sighed, not wanting to go into it, but considering he practically laid everything down for a noone earlier, he might as well tell her.

"I mean," he looked at her, tightening his hold on her hand, "I want people to know about us if that's alright with you."

Sakura almost laughed. Was he asking for her permission? Well, to be fair, being Sasuke Uchiha's girlfriend came with a lot of challenges. His obsessive fan club was one thing, but she never really gave them much thought. He had pointed out at some point, that there were some who were extremely problematic, who might harass her, which she only laughed at. She knew they wouldn't dare in case she told him and he would make their lives miserable.

Another thing about Sasuke she didn't expect was that he is overprotective. Not to the point where he tells her what to wear or that he forces her to stay home, but the kind wherein he wants to walk her to wherever she's going and walk her home or drive her there just to make sure she gets there safely. Sometimes she found it almost comical how she was the only person who knew about this side of him.

"Naruto first?" she asked, knowing their best friend would want to know something as big as his two best friends dating. Her boyfriend nodded before going silent again for the rest of their walk home.

XxxxX

"Sakura-chan, are you cold?" Naruto asked, noticing how she seemed to hug herself despite the long-sleeved red shirt she wore. She hated to admit it, but she wished she listened to Sasuke when he told her to bring a jacket. They were currently walking through the Valentine stalls their school's clubs had set up. By they, she meant Sasuke, Naruto, Hinata, Ino, and Sai.

She gave him a smile, which she meant to be reassuring that she was fine, which would have worked if her teeth hadn't clattered. They heard a sigh, a quick mutter of her being annoying before a hoodie was thrown in her arms.

Sasuke received a couple of questioning looks, because first of all, since when was Uchiha Sasuke a gentleman? He simply shrugged it off before focusing on his (for now) secret girlfriend.

"Put it on before I change my mind," he said, making the girl roll her eyes but put the dark blue hoodie on nonetheless, the Uchiha fan visible on its back. The sight of it on his girl best friend seemed a little intimate for Naruto, who just remembered something.

"Ne, teme," he called, earning the attention of the raven-haired boy, "Shouldn't your girlfriend be the one wearing one of your shirts? Don't you think it's time to introduce us?"

"N-Naruto-kun, I don't think th-that's any of our business," Hinata said beside her boyfriend, but Sasuke could see the pale eyes dart towards him in silent agreement.

"I don't think she exists at all," Ino huffed, eyeing the Uchiha. "No girl would be okay dating the Uchiha Sasuke without the entire world knowing about it the moment it happened."

"Not every girl is as – why am I even explaining this," the dark-haired teen shook his head, already growing tired of the people he was with.

"Not to mention no girl would like the fact that you hang out with your girl best friend more than you do with her," Ino added. "And don't even think about saying you spend time with her out of school because I know for a fact that if you aren't with Naruto or arguing with your brother, you're at Sakura's studying like the geeks both of you are."

"Hey," the rosette complained. "There's nothing wrong with wanting to get a little extra knowledge in every once in a while, you should try it."

The blonde rolled her eyes, choosing to ignore her best friend, focusing her attention on the Uchiha. "Sasuke, you can't expect us girls to be okay with having to share our boyfriend with another girl."

"She's not sharing me with another girl," Sasuke replied, practically groaning in exasperation it almost made Sakura laugh. Deciding to help him out, she put a hand on his shoulder.

"Calm down, Sasuke-kun." She felt him relax under her touch, covering her hand with his own. Turning her gaze to friends, she sighed. "Ino, can we not – "

"I think Ugly likes it," Said cut in, deciding to join the conversation. "Douchebag's not an unattractive guy, and by spending so much time with her, it makes her feel like she's not as ugly as she really is."

Naruto, having grown all too aware of his friend's violent tendencies, backed up a few steps, bringing his girlfriend with him. Nobody wanted to be in that line of fire when she exploded. Even Ino decided to abandon her boyfriend and get to safer grounds.

Sai seemed to realize the gravity of the situation a little too late; his friends have left him, and now Ugly was looking just about ready to rip him apart using nothing but her bare hands. The artist could only close and prepare himself for the physical abuse he was about to suffer...

But it never came. He tentatively opened an eye only to find a scene so foreign he had to look at his girlfriend and their friends to check if they were seeing it too.

Sasuke Uchiha.

Was.

Smiling!

Even Naruto rubbed his eyes to see if he was seeing right. Sasuke Uchiha, his best friend, the teme, king of the pokerface was smiling! Not only that, but his arm was wrapped around a certain short-tempered baby-pink-haired girl's waist. This was the same girl that's walked with them their whole lives, the girl he called annoying during their very first encounter, the girl who never hesitated to smack them over the head when they got into another stupid fight – Sakura-chan?!

"You need to stop calling my girlfriend ugly." He didn't even bother looking at them, instead choosing to fix his girlfriend with a smirk he usually reserved for Itachi, and everyone knew there were very few people Sasuke valued like Itachi.

Sakura, on the other hand, was barely concealing an amused smirk. Any second now.

"Wh-what?"

"Why am I just hearing about this! I thought I was your best friend!"

"Sakura-chan?! Why would you betray me like this?!"

Sakura had to fight not to laugh, and Sasuke only tightened his arm around her waist, pulling her closer to him. That small, albeit uncharacteristic, display of affection that snapped their friends from their shock.

Naruto looked at Sakura, then Sasuke, then his arm around her waist, then back to Sakura then Sasuke, then the arm- all with his mouth gaping. This went on for a few more seconds, just enough time for Ino to get a hold of herself.

"So you're telling me my best friend has been dating the hottest guy in school and I never knew about it?"

"How long have you two been going behind my back?!" Naruto all but yelled. Hinata laid a hand on his shoulder and grabbed his arm, trying to calm her boyfriend down. The blond visibly relaxed at her touch.

"A little over six months," Sasuke answered.

"H-how did you hide it f-for so long?" the Hyuga heiress asked. She was happy to know her two friends were together. She always thought Sakura-chan would make a good girlfriend, but she wasn't as sure with Sasuke-kun. It's not that she thinks he's a bad guy, but more because she reminds her a lot of her Neji-nii-san who didn't seem like he had time for anything like that.

"It wasn't that hard to be honest," Sakura shrugged.

"Aah." Sasuke nodded. "We're part of the same friend group, and we already spend most of our time together."

"And since you guys are usually off on a date somewhere, you actually spared us the effort of making up excuses."

Naruto still couldn't believe it. How had he of all people not noticed it? Now that he thought about it, dating wasn't that different from being best friends with each other except for the feelings part. Then it all came back to him.

"Just go ahead, Dobe."

"You sure, teme?"

"Tch. I'm pretty sure Sakura wouldn't mind."

"Can you please tell your loyal army of admirers to stop blocking the door? Honestly, if you have all that power, you might as well tell them to do volunteer work or something. Kami knows they'd eat shit if you told them to."

"By any chance could you tell you fanclub to help us out?"

"Hn, fine."

"I figured she could have a couple of friends who are willing to do me the favor of helping Sakura with the manpower they need for tonight."

"Honestly, do you want to deal with a pissed of Sakura?"

Sasuke had been going out of his way to do things for Sakura, but it was always so subtle that no one, not even he, had noticed it. They were friends, after all. Why wouldn't he do her any favors? Not to mention that Sakura could be absolutely terrifying when she wanted to be, and not even Uchiha Sasuke was immune to it.

"But that means that Sasuke-teme had to have feelings for Sakura-chan! Teme's an icecube!" Naruto exclaimed, pointing an accusing finger at the Uchiha.

"You make it sound like it's impossible for someone to like her," Ino mumbled.

"Well, she is rather ugly," Sai piped in, earning a slap on the shoulder from his girlfriend and a glare from the pink-haired girl.

"S-sakura-chan is very attractive, Naruto-kun," Hinata told her boyfriend. "Y-you of all people should know that."

"I wasn't saying it's impossible for someone to like her, I meant it's impossible for him to feel positive emotions!"

"You're all so annoying," Sasuke muttered, earning an elbow from his girlfriend. "I really don't care what you think. I just want girls to stop tailing me and for losers to stop bugging her." He glared at something behind his friends. Before anyone could ask him what was wrong, a boy clad in an all-green tracksuit arrived.

"Sakura-chan! My youthful and eternal muse! I have come to-"

"Oh fuck this." He cupped the side of her face in his hand and brought her face to his, bringing her lips to his.

Sasuke could feel the surprise radiating off Sakura, but he didn't give her time to process the kiss and pulled away, arms snaking around her waist to keep her close to him. Without looking at his girlfriend or their friends, he glared at the boy.

"Leave my girlfriend alone, Lee."

I actually wrote this last year and planned on publishing it on Valentine's Day but totally forgot about it. I hope you enjoyed it! Don't hesitate to leave a review and tell me what you thought. Rawrr. I hope you're staying safe!
